Description
一种污泥打散机 技术领域
本发明涉及污泥焚烧处理中的污泥饼打散、 破碎作业领域, 具体涉及一种 污泥打散机。
背景技术
随着国内各大中小城市污水处理建立、 扩大和技术改造, 未来的污泥处理 量将会更加巨大,急需一种污泥破碎机来对污泥来进行处理,污泥中含有近 40% 的有机生物质, 具有相当热值的可燃性,因此污泥既被视为废弃物,又被视为一种 可再生资源。 合理利用污泥发电已成为污泥有效利用的一个新的发展趋势, 目 前污泥泥饼只有打碎、 打散成颗粒状后才能保证污泥进入锅炉后均匀、 稳定燃 烧, 所以污泥破碎机的市场前景非常广阔。 现有的污泥打散设备多存在污泥饼 打散和破碎能力差、 设备运行不稳定、 能耗和维护成本高等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种污泥打散机, 通过设置分料机构, 可控制物料是否经破碎机构破碎, 可以满足不同物料使用, 产品结构合理、 运 行稳定、 操作方便、 适用范围广泛, 节能环保。
为解决上述现有的技术问题, 本发明采用如下方案: 一种污泥打散机, 包 括设有进料口和出料口的仓体以及设在仓体内的破碎机构, 破碎机构与动力机 构传动连接, 仓体内设有用于在物料从进料口进入仓体并从出料口排出的过程 中使物料经破碎机构破碎或不经破碎机构的分料机构。
作为优选, 分料机构包括转接在仓体内的旋转轴 Π和固定在旋转轴 II上的 挡料板, 旋转轴 Π轴向转动带动挡料板在仓体内往复摆动, 挡料板在仓体内摆
向破碎机构挡在破碎机构和进料口之间使物料不经破碎机构破碎而直接从出料 口排出, 挡料板在仓体内摆离破碎机构使破碎机构和进料口之间畅通进而使物 料经破碎机构破碎再从出料口排出, 仓体外设有与旋转轴 II连接的用于转动旋 转轴 Π的旋转把手。
作为优选, 旋转轴 Π设在仓体底部, 挡料板底端固定在旋转轴 II上、 顶端 可在摆动过程中抵在仓体位于挡料板两侧的内壁上, 破碎机构设在旋转轴 II一 作为优选, 破碎机构包括架设在仓体内的旋转轴 I和设在旋转轴 I上的耙 齿, 破碎机构通过旋转轴 I与动力机构传动连接。
作为优选, 耙齿均布于旋转轴 I上。
作为优选, 对应旋转轴 I两端的仓体壁上各设有一个转接轴, 旋转轴 I与 两个转接轴连接。
作为优选, 动力机构为设在仓体外的电机, 电机的输出端与旋转轴 I一端 连接。
有益效果:
本发明采用上述技术方案提供的一种污泥打散机, 破碎机构可使污泥饼在 瞬间破碎成颗粒状污泥, 分料机构可控制物料是否经破碎机构破碎, 可以满足 不同物料使用, 产品结构合理、 运行稳定、 操作方便、 适用范围广泛, 节能环 保。

具体实施方式
如图 1至 3所示, 一种污泥打散机, 包括设有进料口 11和出料口 12的仓 体 1 以及设在仓体 1 内的破碎机构, 破碎机构与动力机构传动连接, 仓体 1 内 设有用于在物料从进料口 11进入仓体 (1 ) 并从出料口 12排出的过程中使物料 经破碎机构破碎或不经破碎机构的分料机构。
分料机构包括转接在仓体 1内的旋转轴 Π 31和固定在旋转轴 Π 31上的挡料 板 32, 旋转轴 Π 31轴向转动带动挡料板 32在仓体 1内往复摆动, 挡料板 32在 仓体 1内摆向破碎机构挡在破碎机构和进料口 11之间使物料不经破碎机构破碎 而直接从出料口 12排出, 挡料板 32在仓体 1 内摆离破碎机构使破碎机构和进 料口 11之间畅通进而使物料经破碎机构破碎再从出料口 12排出, 仓体 1外设 有与旋转轴 Π 31连接的用于转动旋转轴 Π 31 的旋转把手 33。 旋转轴 Π 31设在 仓体 1底部, 挡料板 32底端固定在旋转轴 Π 31上、顶端可在摆动过程中抵在仓 体 1位于挡料板 32两侧的内壁上, 破碎机构设在旋转轴 Π 31—侧。
破碎机构包括架设在仓体 1 内的旋转轴 1 21 和设在旋转轴 1 21 上的耙齿 22, 破碎机构通过旋转轴 I 21与动力机构传动连接。耙齿 22均布于旋转轴 I 21 上。对应旋转轴 I 21两端的仓体 1壁上各设有一个转接轴 13, 旋转轴 I 21与两 个转接轴 13连接。 动力机构为设在仓体 1外的电机 4, 电机 4的输出端与旋转 轴 1 21—端连接。
仓体 1优选为顶部窄、 底部宽的倒斗型结构。
本产品主要应用于污泥焚烧行业中的污泥饼打散、 破碎作业, 如图 1所示, 破碎机构位于旋转轴 Π 31的左侧,旋转轴 II 31轴向转动带动挡料板 32在仓体 1 内左右往复摆动。 本实施例利用高速转动的耙式旋转轴一一即通过设在旋转轴 1 21上的耙齿 22来打散、破碎各种污泥泥饼, 物料经过皮带输送机喂入打散机
后, 经耙齿 22猛烈地击打、 搅拌、 撕裂, 使污泥饼在瞬间破碎成颗粒状污泥。 具体过程为: 污泥处理过程中, 污泥经过皮带输送机喂入污泥打散机后, 如需 打散, 则事先扳动旋转把手 33使挡料板 32顶端靠向仓体 1中未设破碎机构的 一侧侧壁上——本实施例中即仓体 1右侧侧壁, 污泥经耙齿 22猛烈地击打、 搅 拌、 撕裂, 使污泥饼在瞬间破碎成颗粒状污泥, 然后从出料口 12排出, 如果污 泥无需打散或是直接买的散料的话就事先扳动旋转把手 33使挡料板 32顶端靠 向仓体 1中设置破碎机构的腔体一侧侧壁上——本实施例中即仓体 1左侧侧壁, 挡料板 32挡在破碎机构和进料口之间, 污泥从进料口进入后直接从出料口排出 下料至下一个工艺设备。 本实施例结构合理、 运行稳定、 操作方便、 节能低耗、 处量能力、 适用范围广泛、 后期维护成本低, 为污泥焚烧领域提供一种高效节 能、 非常适用打散、 破碎设备。 既节约资源和能源又保护环境, 有利于促进我 国向可持续的循环型社会的转变。
Claims
1. 一种污泥打散机, 包括设有进料口 (11)和出料口 (12) 的仓体(1) 以及设 在仓体(1)内的破碎机构,所述破碎机构与动力机构传动连接,其特征在于: 所述仓体 (1) 内设有用于在物料从进料口 (11) 进入仓体 (1) 并从出料口
( 12) 排出的过程中使物料经破碎机构破碎或不经破碎机构的分料机构。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种污泥打散机, 其特征在于: 所述分料机构包括转 接在仓体(1)内的旋转轴 II (31)和固定在旋转轴 II (31)上的挡料板(32), 所述旋转轴 Π (31)轴向转动带动挡料板(32)在仓体(1) 内往复摆动, 所 述挡料板(32)在仓体(1) 内摆向破碎机构挡在破碎机构和进料口 (11)之 间使物料不经破碎机构破碎而直接从出料口 (12) 排出, 所述挡料板 (32) 在仓体(1) 内摆离破碎机构使破碎机构和进料口 (11)之间畅通进而使物料 经破碎机构破碎再从出料口(12)排出,所述仓体(1)外设有与旋转轴 II (31) 连接的用于转动旋转轴 Π (31) 的旋转把手 (33)。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的一种污泥打散机, 其特征在于: 所述旋转轴 II (31) 设在仓体(1)底部, 所述挡料板 (32)底端固定在旋转轴 II (31)上、 顶端 可在摆动过程中抵在仓体(1)位于挡料板(32)两侧的内壁上, 所述破碎机 构设在旋转轴 Π (31) 一侧。
4. 根据权利要求 1至 3任一所述的一种污泥打散机, 其特征在于: 所述破碎机 构包括架设在仓体(1) 内的旋转轴 I (21)和设在旋转轴 I (21)上的耙齿
(22), 所述破碎机构通过旋转轴 I (21) 与动力机构传动连接。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的一种污泥打散机, 其特征在于: 所述耙齿 (22) 均布 于旋转轴 I (21) 上。
