　本発明は、パッケージに関する。
　従来、包装シートからなる包装袋と１つの吸収性物品とからなり、前記包装袋が折り畳まれた状態の１つの吸収性物品を包含するように構成されているパッケージにおいて、ミシン目によって吸収性物品の取り出し口を形成する技術が知られている。

　しかしながら、上述のパッケージは、１つの吸収性物品を包含することを前提としているため、一旦、開封されると再封止することができないという問題点があった。
　そこで、本発明は、このような状況に鑑みてなされたものであり、複数の吸収性物品を包含するように構成されており、かつ、一旦、開封した後に再封止することができるように構成されているパッケージを提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の第１の特徴は、包装シートからなる包装袋と複数の吸収性物品とからなり、前記包装袋が折り畳まれた状態の前記複数の吸収性物品を包含するように構成されているパッケージであって、前記折り畳まれた状態の吸収性物品の各々は、長手方向と、前記長手方向と直交する幅方向と、前記長手方向及び前記幅方向と直交する厚み方向とを有しており、前記折り畳まれた状態の吸収性物品の各々において、前記長手方向の長さは、前記幅方向の長さよりも長くなるように構成されており、前記包装袋内において、前記複数の吸収性物品は、前記厚み方向に重ねられて収容されており、前記包装袋における前記長手方向の両端部において、前記包装シート同士が固着されている固着領域が、前記幅方向に沿って形成されており、前記包装袋には、前記長手方向に沿って前記包装シート同士が重なっている重複領域が形成されており、前記重複領域において、前記包装シート同士が開封及び再封止を行うことができるように接合されている取り出し口が形成されていることを要旨とする。

　図１乃至図７を参照して、本発明の第１の実施形態に係るパッケージ１について説明する。

　図１乃至３に示すように、本実施形態に係るパッケージ１は、包装シートからなる包装袋２と複数の吸収性物品１０とからなり、かかる包装袋２が、折り畳まれた状態の複数の吸収性物品１０を包含するように構成されている。
　ここで、かかる包装シートは、シート状且つ連続的に巻きで供給可能であり、製造工程における流れ方向の前後をヒートシールで固定可能な素材が用いられる。
　例えば、かかる包装シートとして、ＬＤＰＥやＨＤＰＥ等のフィルム（或いは、ＬＤＰＥ及びＨＤＰＥの混合フィルム）や、ＰＥ/ＰＥＴやＰＥ/ＰＰといった多層フィルムや、スパンボンド/ＳＭＳの長繊維不織布や、ＰＥフィルム及び長繊維不織布をラミネートにより複合したもの等が用いられてもよい。
　なお、かかる複数の吸収性物品１０は、３つ折りや５つ折り等によって折り畳まれていてもよい。
　また、かかる包装袋２は、２枚以上の複数の包装シートを重ね合わせることによって形成されていてもよいし、１枚の包装シートを巻き込むような形で形成されていてもよい。
　ここで、図１乃至図３に示すように、かかる包装袋２内で折り畳まれた状態で収容されている吸収性物品１０の各々は、長手方向Ｌと、長手方向Ｌと直交する幅方向Ｗと、長手方向Ｌ及び幅方向Ｗと直交する厚み方向Ｔとを有している。
　また、図１に示すように、かかる包装袋２内で折り畳まれた状態で収容されている吸収性物品１０の各々において、長手方向Ｌの長さＬ１は、幅方向Ｗの長さＬ２よりも長くなるように構成されている。さらに、図２及び図３に示すように、かかる包装袋２内において、複数の吸収性物品１０は、厚み方向Ｔに重ねられて収容されている。
　例えば、かかる包装袋２内において、２枚以上１０枚以下の吸収性物品１０が、上述のように折り畳まれた状態で厚み方向Ｔに重ねられて収容されていてもよい。なお、図２及び図３の例では、かかる包装袋２内において、４枚の吸収性物品１０が、上述のように折り畳まれた状態で厚み方向Ｔに重ねられて収容されている。
　かかる構成によれば、かかるパッケージ１において、携帯性に優れたコンパクトさを実現することができる。
　ここで、かかる包装袋２内に収容される吸収性物品１０としては、パンティーライナー（おりものシート）や生理用ナプキンや失禁パッド等の任意の物品が想定される。
　また、図１乃至図３に示すように、かかる包装袋２には、長手方向Ｌに沿って包装シート４Ａ/４Ｂが重なっている重複領域５が形成されている。
　なお、重複領域５において、かかる包装シート４Ａ/４Ｂが開封及び再封止を行うことができるように接合されている取り出し口５Ａが形成されている。
　かかる構成によれば、包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａを封止することができ、開封前及び開封後の包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａから汚れ等が進入してしまうという事態を回避することができる。
　図３に示すように、かかる取り出し口５Ａを形成する包装シート４Ａ/４Ｂのうち、厚み方向Ｔの内側の包装シート４Ｂは、パッケージ１の開封時に吸収性物品１０を抑える役割を果たし、厚み方向Ｔの外側の包装シート４Ａは、パッケージ１が密封されている状態における蓋としての役割を果たす。
　ここで、かかる包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａを形成する包装シート４Ａ/４Ｂのうちの厚み方向Ｔの外側の包装シート４Ａの幅方向Ｗにおける長さａは、３０ｍｍ以下であることが好ましく、２５ｍｍ以上３０ｍｍ以下であることがより好ましい。
　使用者は、かかるパッケージ１から吸収性物品１０を取り出す際、かかるパッケージ１を開封した後、包装シート４Ａの幅方向Ｗにおける内側端部Ｅ１Ａ（包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａ）を目がけて指を入れ、重なった状態で収容されている吸収性物品１０のうちの１つを指に引っ掛けて取り出すといった動作を行う必要がある。
　ここで、包装シート４Ａの幅方向Ｗにおける長さａが、３０ｍｍよりも長いと、包装シート４Ａが、使用者の指の先端から第一関節を越えて覆うようになるため、指を曲げる動作を著しく阻害してしまう。
　一方、包装シート４Ａの幅方向Ｗにおける長さａが、短すぎると、かかるパッケージ１から吸収性物品１０を取り出す際の吸収性物品１０を摘む動作は簡便になるが、開封後に再封止する際に必要となる重複領域５の寸法を確保することができなくなる恐れがある。したがって、包装シート４Ａの幅方向Ｗにおける長さａの下限値は、上述の重複領域５の幅方向Ｗにおける長さｃの下限値となることが好ましい。
　また、かかる包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａを形成する包装シート４Ａ/Ｂのうちの厚み方向Ｔの内側の包装シート４Ｂの幅方向Ｗにおける長さｂは、５ｍｍ以上であることが好ましい。
　なお、包装シート４Ｂの幅方向Ｗにおける長さｂは、包装シート４Ａの幅方向Ｗにおける長さａの上限値を超えない範囲で任意の値とすることができる。
　使用者は、かかるパッケージ１から吸収性物品１０を取り出す際、吸収性物品１０の幅方向Ｗの両端部を掴み、取り出し口５Ａ が設けられていない面側に吸収性物品１０を曲げ反らせた状態で、取り出し口５Ａから吸収性物品１０を取り出すといった動作を行う必要がある。
　その際、包装シート４Ｂの幅方向Ｗにおける長さｂが、長すぎると、すなわち、パッケージ１の幅方向Ｗの端部に近い位置まで存在すると、吸収性物品１０を抑える働きが強くなりすぎてしまい、使用者が、吸収性物品１０を取り出しにくくなる。
　一方、包装シート４Ｂの幅方向Ｗにおける長さｂが、５ｍｍ未満となると、開封後に再封止する際に必要となる重複領域５の寸法を確保するために、包装シート４Ａの幅方向Ｗにおける長さａを長くする必要が生じてしまう。
　さらに、上述の重複領域５の幅方向Ｗにおける長さｃは、５ｍｍ以上３０ｍｍ未満あることが好ましい。なお、かかる重複領域５の幅方向Ｗにおける長さｃの上限値は、包装シート４Ａの幅方向Ｗにおける長さａの上限値であることが好ましい。
　かかる重複領域５の幅方向Ｗにおける長さｃが、５ｍｍ未満であると、パッケージ１の加工時及び使用者によるパッケージ１の開封時に不具合が生じる。
　ここで、かかる重複領域５において、取り出し口５Ａを形成する包装シート４Ａ/４Ｂの間には接着剤６が設けられていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、接着剤６によって、包装袋２を開封して再び包装シート同士を重ねた場合に、包装袋２を再封止することができる。
　例えば、図３に示すように、重複領域５において、包装シート４Ａの厚み方向Ｔの内側及び包装シート４Ｂの厚み方向Ｔの外側の少なくとも一方に、ＨＭＡ（ホットメルト接着剤）やエマルジョンや水性粘着剤等の接着剤６を部分的に塗布するように構成されていてもよい。
　ここで、製造時の生産性やコストや強度の安定性の観点から、ＳＩＳ（スチレン-イソプレン-スチレン）やＳＥＢＳ（スチレン-エチレン-ブチレン-スチレン）系のＨＭＡを好適に用いることができる。
　なお、使用者によってパッケージ１を容易に開封することができ、かつ、保管時の衝撃等で容易にパッケージ１が開封されないように、かかる接着剤６の接着強度を調整することが好ましい。例えば、かかる接着剤６の接着強度は、４Ｎ/２５ｍｍ程度であることが好ましい。
　使用者が、パッケージ１を再封止する際に、元々の位置に正確に包装シート４Ａを戻さなくても包装シート４Ａ/４Ｂを接着することができるように、包装シート４Ａ側に接着剤６を塗布することが好ましい。
　また、重複領域５において、フラップラベルやテープ等で、かかる包装シート４Ａ/４Ｂを接合するように構成されていてもよい。
　例えば、長手方向Ｌに沿って、包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａに、粘着層を有するシート状やテープ状の部材を配置し、包装シート４Ａ/４Ｂを固定することも可能である。
　かかる部材は、包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａの長手方向Ｌにおける全域を覆うように構成されていてもよいし、包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａの長手方向Ｌにおける一部の領域を覆うように構成されていてもよい。
　また、開封時の使用者の簡便性を考慮して、かかる部材の一部に、粘着層が実質的に存在しない部分が設けられていてもよい。
　なお、かかる部材には、開封のきっかけであることを示す表示がされていてもよい。例えば、かかる表示は、文字であってもよいし、矢印や記号や意匠性の高いマークであってもよい。
　また、図１及び図２に示すように、かかる包装袋２における長手方向Ｌの両端部において、包装シートが固着されている固着領域３が、幅方向Ｗに沿って形成されている。
　従来の吸収性物品のパッケージ（携帯袋）では、使用者が、かかるパッケージを開封した後、意図的に、かかるパッケージを密封しようとしなければ、かかるパッケージは、開封状態のままであり、吸収性物品が漏れ落ちてしまう可能性があった。
　これに対して、かかる構成によれば、使用者が、吸収性物品１０を取り出した後、包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａは、自身を開く力から解放された際、元の形状に戻ろうとする。
　その結果、パッケージ１が、開封状態のままで保持されることがなく、また、包装シート４Ａ/４Ｂが重なっている重複領域５が形成されているため、例えば、使用者が、パッケージ１を開封した後に、接着剤やフラップテープ等による密封動作を怠ったとしても、吸収性物品１０が自然に漏れ落ちてしまうという事態は発生しない。
　また、図１に示すように、かかる重複領域５は、かかる包装袋２における幅方向Ｗの中心線Ｏを含まないように形成されていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、使用者が、包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａに指を入れた際に、折り畳んだ吸収性物品１０の端を摘みやすいので、パッケージ１から吸収性物品１０を１つずつ取り出しやすいという効果を奏することができる。
　また、図１及び図２に示すように、かかる包装袋２の幅方向Ｗの側縁部かつ長手方向Ｌの両端部において、包装袋２の幅方向Ｗの内側に向けて折り込んだガゼット折り込み部７が形成されていてもよい。
　或いは、かかる包装袋２の幅方向Ｗの側縁部において、ピロ方式の袋形態が用いられていてもよい。
　ここで、図３に示すように、包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａを形成する包装シート４Ａ/４Ｂのうちの厚み方向Ｔの内側の包装シート４Ｂの幅方向Ｗにおける外側端部Ｅ１Ｂが、ガゼット折り込み部７の幅方向Ｗにおける内側端部Ｅ２と包装袋２における幅方向Ｗの中心線Ｏとの間に配置されていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、使用者が、包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａに指を入れた際に、ガゼット折り込み部７が膨らみ代となって、吸収性物品１０を取り出しやすいという効果を奏することができる。
　図４（ａ）及び図４（ｂ）に、包装袋２内に折り畳まれた状態で収容されている吸収性物品１０（パンティライナー）の一例を示す。図４（ａ）は、吸収性物品１０（パンティライナー）の展開平面図であり、図４（ｂ）は、図４（ａ）に示すＹ－Ｙ’断面図である。
　図４（ｂ）に示すように、かかる吸収性物品１０は、トップシート１０Ａと、パルプ及び繊維を含むエアレイドシートである吸収シート１０Ｂと、バックシート１０Ｃと、離型紙１０Ｅとによって構成されている。ここで、離型紙１０Ｅは、ズレ止め接着剤１０Ｄによってバックシートに接合されている。
　また、図５及び図６に示すように、かかる包装袋２内で折り畳まれた状態で収容されている複数の吸収性物品１０の各々は、個包装されていてもよい。
　ここで、図５に示すように、かかる個包装における吸収性物品１０の取り出し口１４が開口している方向Ｄ２は、包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａが開口している方向Ｄ１と異なるように構成されていてもよい。
　或いは、図５に示すように、かかる個包装における吸収性物品１０の取り出し口１４は、上述の重複領域５と対向しない面に設けられていてもよい。
　これらの構成によれば、使用者が、包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａから指を入れて個包装を取り出すときに、かかる個包装における吸収性物品１０の取り出し口１４が引っかかりにくいという効果を奏することができる。
　また、図３に示すように、かかる包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａを形成する包装シート４Ａ/４Ｂのうちの厚み方向Ｔの外側の包装シート４Ａの幅方向Ｗにおける長さａは、かかる包装袋２の厚み方向Ｔの長さＬ３よりも短くなるように構成されていてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、使用者が、包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａに指を入れたときに、ガゼット折り込み部７が広がって空間ができるので、使用者が、包装袋２の取り出し口５Ａに指を入れて個包装を取り出すときに指を動かしやすいという効果を奏することができる。
　本実施形態に係るパッケージ１によれば、複数の吸収性物品１０を小さい容積に収めることができ、かかる吸収性物品１０の各々を取り出しやすく、一旦、開封した後であっても、残りの吸収性物品１０を密封した状態で保管することができ、かつ、製造が容易で使用する部材を減らすことができるという効果を奏することができる。
　以上、上述の実施形態を用いて本発明について詳細に説明したが、当業者にとっては、本発明が本明細書中に説明した実施形態に限定されるものではないということは明らかである。本発明は、特許請求の範囲の記載により定まる本発明の趣旨及び範囲を逸脱することなく修正及び変更態様として実施することができる。従って、本明細書の記載は、例示説明を目的とするものであり、本発明に対して何ら制限的な意味を有するものではない。

　複数の吸収性物品を包含するように構成されており、かつ、一旦、開封した後に再封止することができるように構成されているパッケージを提供することができる。

Claims (8)

  1. 　包装シートからなる包装袋と複数の吸収性物品とからなり、前記包装袋が折り畳まれた状態の前記複数の吸収性物品を包含するように構成されているパッケージであって、
    　前記折り畳まれた状態の吸収性物品の各々は、長手方向と、前記長手方向と直交する幅方向と、前記長手方向及び前記幅方向と直交する厚み方向とを有しており、
    　前記折り畳まれた状態の吸収性物品の各々において、前記長手方向の長さは、前記幅方向の長さよりも長くなるように構成されており、
    　前記包装袋内において、前記複数の吸収性物品は、前記厚み方向に重ねられて収容されており、
    　前記包装袋における前記長手方向の両端部において、前記包装シート同士が固着されている固着領域が、前記幅方向に沿って形成されており、
    　前記包装袋には、前記長手方向に沿って前記包装シート同士が重なっている重複領域が形成されており、
    　前記重複領域において、前記包装シート同士が開封及び再封止を行うことができるように接合されている取り出し口が形成されていることを特徴とするパッケージ。
  2. 　前記重複領域において、前記取り出し口を形成する前記包装シート同士の間には粘着剤が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のパッケージ。
  3. 　前記重複領域は、前記包装袋における前記幅方向の中心線を含まないように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載のパッケージ。
  4. 　前記包装袋の前記幅方向の側縁部かつ前記長手方向の両端部において、前記包装袋の前記幅方向の内側に向けて折り込んだガゼット折り込み部が形成されており、
    　前記包装袋の前記取り出し口を形成する前記包装シートのうちの前記厚み方向の内側の包装シートの前記幅方向における外側端部が、前記ガゼット折り込み部の前記幅方向における内側端部と前記包装袋における前記幅方向の中心線との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項１乃至３のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
  5. 　前記複数の吸収性物品の各々は、個包装されており、
    　前記個包装における前記吸収性物品の取り出し口が開口している方向は、前記包装袋の前記取り出し口が開口している方向と異なるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１乃至４のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
  6. 　前記複数の吸収性物品の各々は、個包装されており、
    　前記個包装における前記吸収性物品の取り出し口は、前記重複領域と対向しない面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１乃至４のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
  7. 　前記包装袋の前記取り出し口を形成する前記包装シートのうちの前記厚み方向の外側の包装シートの前記幅方向における長さは、前記包装袋の前記厚み方向の長さよりも短くなるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１乃至６のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
  8. 　前記包装袋の前記取り出し口を形成する前記包装シート同士のうちの前記厚み方向の外側の包装シートの前記幅方向における長さは、３０ｍｍ以下であり、
    　前記重複領域の前記幅方向における長さは、５ｍｍ以上３０ｍｍ未満であることを特徴とする請求項１乃至７のいずれか一項に記載のパッケージ。
