Abstract
一种同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置,包括基座(10),基座(10)上安装转轴(1)和连接轴(13);转轴(1)上安装齿轮(5)和偏心构件(2);齿轮(5)上安装第三连杆(6),第三连杆(6)的一端与齿轮(5)的外部铰接,第三连杆(6)的另一端与第四连杆(7)的一端铰接,第四连杆(7)的另一端与连接轴(13)固定连接。由于同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置小巧轻便,因此,可装于汽车遮阳帘上使用,实现遮阳帘自动开合;另外,由于剪叉机构是由第五连杆和第二连杆共同驱动,因此,剪叉机构可在无导轨的情况下确保沿设计的伸缩方向收缩,可减化同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置和汽车遮阳帘的结构,减小其体积。
Description
本发明涉及一种同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置及汽车遮阳帘。
背景技术
现有的往复运动装置,主要是液压缸、气缸或电动推杆。上述往复运动装置为实现长距离的往复运动,大都需要具备较长的活塞杆或推杆,因此体积和重量较大,且结构复杂更不便于在狭小的空间内使用。基于现有的往复运动装置存在上述不足,使汽车在遮阳系统方面出现缺陷。造成现有的汽车遮阳帘都是手动而难以实现自动打开闭合,且无法有效的解决汽车遮阳的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置,它体积小、重量轻、而且,可实现较长距离的直线往复运动。汽车遮阳帘配备上述体积小、重量轻,并能长距离推拉的同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置,可实现自动开合。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置,包括基座,基座上安装转轴和连接轴;转轴上安装齿轮和偏心构件;齿轮上安装第三连杆,第三连杆的一端与齿轮的外部铰接,第三连杆的另一端与第四连杆的一端铰接,第四连杆的另一端与连接轴固定连接;连接轴上固定安装第五连杆;连接轴上活动安装第二连杆,第二连杆与第一连杆铰接;第一连杆的另一端与偏心构件铰接;第五连杆和第二连杆的外端分别与剪叉机构的一端两根剪臂铰接。装有所述同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置的汽车遮阳帘,包括遮阳帘和所述的同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置,所述的同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置的剪叉机构一端与遮阳帘外端配合,以便剪叉机构能拉动遮阳帘向外展开。

为进一步实现本发明的目的,还可以采用以下技术方案实现:所述第五连杆和第二连杆张开时,第一连杆和第四连杆倾斜方向相同;所述第五连杆和第二连杆闭合时,第一连杆和第四连杆倾斜方向相反。所述遮阳帘上安装有支架和固定轴;支架上安装固定轴,固定轴的外周缠绕遮阳帘;支架与固定轴之间安装复位机构,复位机构为固定轴提供反转复位的动力。所述遮阳帘的下端水平安装滑轨,滑轨上安装两个滑块,滑块能沿滑轨移动;两个滑块分别与剪叉机构的下端铰接。所述遮阳帘的形状是展开的波纹管。

本发明的积极效果在于:由第一连杆和第四连杆分别为第五连杆和第二连杆提供驱动,使第五连杆和第二连杆能同步打开或闭合,从而,实现剪叉机构的伸缩,因此,可大幅缩小所述驱动装置的体积和重量。第五连杆和第二连杆同步受力,一方面,可使剪叉机构受力均匀,有效延长剪叉机构的使用寿命,另一方面,可有效地防止剪叉机构在伸缩过程中发生偏离,确保剪叉机构直线运动的方向。由于所述同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置小巧轻便,因此,可装于汽车遮阳帘上使用,实现遮阳帘自动开合;另外,由于剪叉机构是由第五连杆和第二连杆共同驱动,因此,剪叉机构可在无导轨的情况下确保沿设计的伸缩方向收缩,从而,可减化所述同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置和汽车遮阳帘的结构,减小其体积。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置,包括基座10。基座10上安装转轴1和连接轴13。转轴1上安装齿轮5和偏心构件2。所述齿轮5上安装第三连杆6,第三连杆6的一端与齿轮5的外部铰接。第三连杆6的另一端与第四连杆7的一端铰接,第四连杆7的另一端与连接轴13固定连接。连接轴13上固定安装第五连杆8;连接轴13上活动安装第二连杆4,第二连杆4的中部或外端与第一连杆3铰接;第一连杆3的另一端与偏心构件2铰接;第五连杆8和第二连杆4的外端分别与剪叉机构9的一端两根剪臂铰接。所述的基座可以是壳体,也可以是连杆。壳体可将齿轮5、第三连杆6和第四连杆7装入其内,以起到保护作用,防止外界干扰齿轮5、第三连杆6和第四连杆7的正常运动。连杆式的基座仅起到固定转轴1和连接轴13作用。偏心构件2和齿轮5可将旋转运动转化为第三连杆6和第一连杆3,往复运动。所述的偏心构件2可以是如图1至图4所示的转盘,也可以是曲柄。转轴1为同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置的总驱动轴,所有连杆的动力都来源于此轴。
使用时,可通过机械转动提供驱动力,也可通过电机提供驱动力,在电机提供驱动力的情况下,电机的输出轴上安装主动齿轮,主动齿轮与齿轮5啮合。齿轮5一方面通过转轴1带动偏心构件2旋转,偏心构件2带动第一连杆3推动第二连杆4摆动,另一方面,齿轮5直接带动第三连杆6推动第四连杆7摆动,第四连杆7通过第五连杆8摆动。第五连杆8和第二连杆4同步闭合张开,驱动剪叉机构9直线运动。偏心构件2、第一连杆3、第三连杆6和第四连杆7分别与齿轮5连接,既可确保第五连杆8和第二连杆4运动的同步性,又可大幅简化结构,使所述驱动装置更加轻巧、运行更加稳定。

为使所述驱动装置的结构更为简化,体积更小,如图1所示,所述第五连杆8和第二连杆4张开时,第一连杆3和第四连杆7倾斜方向相同;所述第五连杆8和第二连杆4闭合时,第一连杆3和第四连杆7倾斜方向相反。此方案中第四连杆7和第三连杆6可作到最短。
为使所述驱动装置的结构更为简化,体积更小,如图1所示,所述第五连杆8和第二连杆4张开时,第一连杆3和第四连杆7倾斜方向相同;所述第五连杆8和第二连杆4闭合时,第一连杆3和第四连杆7倾斜方向相反。此方案中第四连杆7和第三连杆6可作到最短。
装有所述的同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置的汽车遮阳帘,包括遮阳帘12和所述的同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置。所述的同轴杆直线往复运动驱动装置的剪叉机构9一端与遮阳帘12外端配合,以便剪叉机构9能拉动遮阳帘12向外展开。使用时,将所述驱动装置和遮阳帘12分别固定于汽车车窗上,遮阳帘12的安装方式与现在的汽车用遮阳帘相同。所述驱动装置与通过基座10与遮阳帘12或汽车壳体连接。
如图3和图4所示,所述遮阳帘12上安装有支架15和固定轴11。支架15上安装固定轴11。固定轴11的外周缠绕遮阳帘12。支架15与固定轴11之间安装复位机构16,复位机构16为固定轴11提供反转复位的动力。支架15可与基座10连接。所述复位机构可以是现有汽车用遮阳帘的复位机构。当所述驱动装置将遮阳帘12回拉复位时,即收起遮阳帘时,复位机构16可带动固定轴11相对支架15反转,从而,可将遮阳帘12重新缠绕于固定轴11上,确保遮阳帘12伸缩自如。
为方便遮阳帘12与剪叉机构9配合,防止剪叉机构9端部两根剪叉臂开合不影响遮阳帘12,如图3和图4所示,所述遮阳帘12的下端水平安装滑轨14,滑轨14上安装两个滑块17,滑块17能沿滑轨14移动;两个滑块17分别与剪叉机构9的下端铰接。
如图5至图7所示,所述遮阳帘12的形状是展开的波纹管。为契合汽车带有弧度的挡风玻璃,遮阳帘12的端面可为弧形。
本发明所述的技术方案并不限制于本发明所述的实施例的范围内。本发明未详尽描述的技术内容均为公知技术。
