Abstract

La présente invention a été développée pour être utilisée avec un volet roulant domestique ou industriel. Grâce à la présente invention, il est possible d'arrêter la chute d'un volet roulant lorsque le ressort d'asservissement, situé au niveau du moteur ou du mécanisme manuel, se brise. Dans la réalité, le dispositif est composé d'un arbre mécanique carré qui peut tourner de quelques degrés par rapport à un tube rotatif octogonal, grâce à un dispositif mécanique, de deux ressorts de torsion, l'un ayant un couple élevé et l'autre ayant un couple opposé faible, de deux engrenages, l'un rotatif, l'autre fixe, qui peuvent s'accoupler, d'un ressort de compression, et de quelques autres pièces de raccordement mécanique. Pendant le fonctionnement normal, le couple de ressort élevé dépasse le couple opposé faible, obligeant le dispositif à adopter une position précaire, mais stable. Dans cette position, les engrenages sont éloignés les uns des autres, et le tube octogonal peut tourner, afin d'enrouler ou de dérouler le volet roulant. Lorsque le ressort d'asservissement, qui possède le couple le plus élevé, se brise, le dispositif est obligé de se déplacer immédiatement vers une position plus stable dans laquelle l'engrenage rotatif est solidement accouplé avec l'engrenage fixe. Cette position arrête toute rotation de l'engrenage rotatif et, ainsi, la chute du volet.
