Abstract

L'invention concerne un contenant de transport destiné à des aliments frais, notamment du poisson, comprenant une partie fond de laquelle s'érigent des parois latérales, le bord supérieur des parois latérales étant moulé vers l'extérieur ; et un insert prévu à l'intérieur du contenant étant destiné à recevoir le produit à transporter et le contenant pouvant être fermé par un couvercle ; la surface d'appui de l'insert étant bombée et la courbure convexe étant dirigée vers l'ouverture du contenant et la partie convexe de l'insert étant entourée d'une rainure profonde dotée d'orifices, et une bordure (14) s'étendant à partir de la rainure (12) latéralement vers le haut, le bord extérieur de ladite bordure étant en contact avec la face interne des parois latérales du contenant et l'insert étant entouré d'une paroi de type tablier, périphérique et dirigée vers le bas.
