수술 요법으로는 크게 내과적 방법과 외과적 방법이 있는데, 내과적 방법은 대퇴 정맥과 같은 혈관을 통해 금속망(Stent)을 폐쇄 부위에 삽입하고 그곳에서 금속망을 팽창시켜 폐쇄 부위를 치료하는 방법이다. 이러한 팽창 금속망을 사용하는 방법에 필요한 장치들이 미국특허 제3,416,531호 등에 개시되어 있다. 그러나, 이러한 방법으로 수술한 후 얼마간의 시간이 경과하면, 금속망 사이로 병변조직이 삐져나오고 새로운 육아조직(granulartissue)이 금속망의 안쪽에 자라나게 되어 또다시 폐쇄과정이 진행되는 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 보다 근본적인 해결책으로서, 가슴을 절개하여 열고(Open heart surgery) 다른 곳에서 가져온 혈관(주로, 다리 정맥)을 사용하여 막힌 부위를 우회 연결하는 외과적 수술법이 주로 시행되고 있다. 이때, 상기 다리 정맥의 한쪽 단부를 IMA(Internal Mammary Artery: 흉부 및 복부조직과 근육에 혈액을 공급하는 동맥)에 단부 대 단부(End-to-End) 또는 단부 대 측부(End-to-Side)로 연결하고, 다른 쪽 단부를 폐쇄 부위를 넘어선 혈관에 단부 대 측부 또는 측부 대 측부(Side-to-Side)로 연결하는 방법이 사용된다.
혈관은 크게 내층(Intima), 중간층(Media) 및 외층(Adventitia)으로 구성되어 있는데, 두 혈관의 문합시 반드시 내층은 내층끼리 외번시켜서 연결하여야 한다. 상기와 같은 심장 질환의 치료뿐만 아니라 피판이전술에 의한 재건술이나 절단된 혈관의 문합 방법으로는, 미세수술 전문의사가 직접 봉합사를 사용하여 현미경이나 고배율의 확대경으로 확대된 수술시야를 확보하고 수작업에 의해 일일히 봉합하는 방법이 사용되고 있다. 하지만, 봉합은 고도로 숙련된 전문 의사에 의해서만 시행될 수 있고, 많은 시간과 노력을 필요로 한다. 특히, 심장과 같이 연속적으로 주기적 박동이 행해지는 부위의 혈관을 일일이 봉합하여 문합하는 것은 대단히 어려운 일이다.
심장 수술시에는 장시간 동안 인위적으로 심장 마비를 일으켜 심장의 박동을 정지시키는 과정이 필요하다. 따라서, 봉합사를 사용하여 일일이 손으로 혈관을 직접 봉합하는 것을 피하기 위하여 다수의 혈관 문합 장치들이 고안되어 있는 실정이다.
본 발명은 상기 필요성에 부합하기 위하여 창출된 것으로서, 이격된 관상기관의 양단부를 신속하게 봉합하여 이격된 관상기관들의 양단부를 연결하도록 하는 관상기관의 문합 장치 및 이를 이용한 관상기관의 문합 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은 두개의 관상기관을 단부 대 단부 방식으로 문합하는 장치로서, 하나의 관상기관이 관통하는 제1관통홀이 중앙부에 형성된 제1몸체와, 상기 제1관통홀을 관통한 상기 관상기관이 안착되도록 상기 제1몸체의 일면에 구비되는 제1안착부를 포함하는 제1링부재; 상기 제1안착부에 안착된 관상기관과 문합되는 다른 하나의 관상기관이 관통하는 제2관통홀이 중앙부에 형성된 제2몸체와, 상기 제2관통홀을 관통한 상기 관상기관이 안착되도록 상기 제2몸체의 일면에 구비되는 제2안착부를 포함하는 제2링부재; 상기 제1관통홀을 중심으로 상기 제1안착부에 등 간격으로 복수개가 구비되며, 상기 제1관통홀을 관통한 관상기관과 상기 제2관통홀을 관통한 관상기관을 연결하도록 체결하는 제1체결부재; 및 상기 제2관통홀을 중심으로 상기 제2안착부에 등 간격으로 복수개가 구비되며, 상기 제2관통홀을 관통한 관상기관과 상기 제1관통홀을 관통한 관상기관을 연결하도록 체결하는 제2체결부재를 포함하는 관상기관의 문합 장치를 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 관상기관의 문합 장치에 있어서, 상기 제1안착부과 상기 제2안착부에는 상기 제1체결부재 및 제2체결부재가 각각 장착될 수 있도록 상기 제1관통홀 및 제2관통홀을 중심으로 하여 등 간격으로 복수개의 장착홈과, 상기 복수개의 장착홈을 연결하는 연결홈이 각각 형성될 수 있고, 상기 제1체결부재와 상기 제2체결부재는 상기 장착홈에 삽입되며 상기 제1관통홀과 상기 제2관통홀을 관통한 관상기관의 일단이 안착되는 삽입부와, 상기 삽입부와 일체로 연결되며 상기 삽입부의 일단에서 상부로 절곡되는 절곡부와, 상기 삽입부의 일단 양측에 구비되며 상기 연결홈에 삽입되는 연결고리를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 삽입부에는 상기 삽입부에 안착되는 상기 관상기관을 고정하는 고정핀이 상부로 돌출되게 형성될 수 있으며, 상기 돌출핀은 상기 제1링부재 또는 상기 제2링부재의 내측에서 외측으로 경사지게 형성될 수 있다.
상기 삽입부의 길이는 상기 절곡부의 길이보다 길 수 있고, 상기 제1링부재 및 제2링부재는 도넛 형상을 가질 수 있으며, 상기 제1체결부재 및 제2체결부재는 티타늄(Titanium) 재질을 가질 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 이격된 관상기관을 문합하는 방법에 있어서, 제1관통홀이 구비되는 제1링부재의 일면에 형성된 복수개의 장착홈에 복수개의 제1체결부재를 삽입하고, 복수개의 제1체결부재에 구비되는 복수개의 연결고리를 연결홈에서 연결하여 이격된 복수개의 제1체결부재를 연결하는 단계; 제2관통홀이 구비되는 제2링부재의 일면에 형성된 복수개의 장착홈에 복수개의 제2체결부재를 삽입하고, 복수개의 제2체결부재에 구비되는 복수개의 연결고리를 연결홈에서 연결하여 이격된 복수개의 제2체결부재를 연결하는 단계; 상기 제1링부재의 제1관통홀로 이격된 하나의 관상기관을 관통시킨 후 상기 제1링부재의 일면에 장착된 복수개의 제1체결부재에 구비되는 고정핀에 상기 관상기관의 일단을 고정하는 단계; 상기 제2링부재의 제2관통홀로 이격된 다른 하나의 관상기관을 관통시킨 후 상기 제2링부재의 일면에 장착된 복수개의 제2체결부재에 구비되는 고정핀에 상기 다른 하나의 관상기관의 일단을 고정하는 단계; 상기 제1링부재의 일면에 구비되는 제1체결부재와 상기 제2링부재의 일면에 구비되는 제2체결부재가 교차되게 상기 제1링부재와 상기 제2링부재를 인접하게 위치시킨 후, 상기 제1체결부재에 구비되는 절곡부를 제2링부재의 일면에 고정된 관상기관과 제2링부재의 일면 사이로 삽입하고, 상기 제2체결부재에 구비되는 절곡부를 제1링부재의 일면에 고정된 관상기관과 제1링부재의 일면 사이로 삽입시키는 단계; 및 상기 제1링부재와 상기 제2링부재를 밀착시켜 이격된 하나의 관상기관과 다른 하나의 관상기관을 제1체결부재와 제2체결부재의 절곡부를 이용하여 연결되도록 체결시키는 단계를 포함하는 관상기관의 문합 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 관상기관의 문합 방법에 있어서, 상기 제1체결부재와 상기 제2체결부재는 상기 장착홈에 삽입되며 상기 제1관통홀과 상기 제2관통홀을 관통한 관상기관의 일단이 안착되는 삽입부와, 상기 삽입부와 일체로 연결되며 상기 삽입부의 일단에서 상부로 절곡되는 절곡부와, 상기 삽입부의 일단 양측에 구비되며 상기 연결홈에 삽입되는 연결고리를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 삽입부의 길이는 상기 절곡부의 길이보다 길 수 있고, 상기 제1링부재 및 제2링부재는 도넛 형상을 가질 수 있으며, 상기 제1체결부재 및 제2체결부재는 티타늄(Titanium) 재질을 가질 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 관상기관의 문합 장치 및 이를 이용한 관상기관의 문합 방법은 이격된 관상기관의 양단부를 용이하고 신속하게 문합할 수 있고, 이격된 관상기관의 양단부를 단부 대 단부 방식 및 단부 대 측부 방식으로 신속하게 문합할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시 예를 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 이에 앞서, 본 명세서 및 청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정해서 해석되어서는 아니 되며, 발명자는 그 자신의 발명을 가장 최선의 방법으로 설명하기 위해 용어의 개념을 적절하게 정의할 수 있다는 원칙에 입각하여, 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다.

도 1 내지 도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 관상기관의 문합 장치(10)는, 이격된 관상기관의 양단부의 문합을 신속하게 하도록 하는 것으로, 제1링부재(100)와, 제2링부재(200)와, 제1체결부재(300)와, 제2체결부재(400)를 포함한다.
상기 제1링부재(100)는 혈관을 포함하는 관상기관과 동일한 형상인 도넛 형상을 가지는 것이 바람직하며, 제1몸체(110)와 제1안착부(112)를 포함한다.
상기 제1몸체(110)의 중앙부에는 하나의 관상기관(1)이 관통하는 제1관통홀(110a)이 형성되고, 상기 제1몸체(110)의 일면에는 상기 제1관통홀(110a)을 관통한 상기 관상기관(1)이 안착되는 제1안착부(112)가 구비된다. 상기 제1몸체(110)는 생체적합성과 사출성형 가공성이 우순한 High Density Polyethylene(HDPE)의 재질을 가지는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 제2링부재(200) 역시 상기 제1링부재(100)와 동일하게 혈관을 포함하는 관상기관과 동일한 도넛 형상을 가지는 것이 바람직하며, 제2몸체(210)와 제2안착부(212)를 포함한다.
상기 제2몸체(110) 역시 그 중앙부에는 다른 하나의 관상기관(2)이 관통하는 제2관통홀(210a)이 형성되고, 상기 제2몸체(210)의 일면에는 상기 제2관통홀(210a)을 관통한 상기 다른 하나의 관상기관(2)이 안착되는 제2안착부(212)가 구비된다. 상기 제2몸체(210) 역시 생체적합성과 사출성형 가공성이 우순한 High Density Polyethylene(HDPE)의 재질을 가지는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 제1링부재(100)와 상기 제2링부재(200)은 도넛 형상만 가지는 것이 아니라 타원 형상을 가질 수 있다. 상기 제1링부재(100)와 상기 제2링부재(200)가 도넛 형상을 가질 경우에는 단부 대 단부 방식으로 문합할 경우에 널리 사용되며, 타원 형상을 가질 경우에는 단부 대 측부 방식으로 문합할 경우에 널리 사용되게 된다.
상기 제1몸체(110)의 제1안착부(112)와 상기 제2몸체(210)의 제2안착부(212)에는 각각 복수개의 제1체결부재(300)와 제2체결부재(400)가 구비된다. 상기 제1안착부(112)에는 상기 제1체결부재(300)가 장착될 수 있도록 상기 제1관통홀(110a)을 중심으로 복수개의 장착홈(112a)이 등 간격으로 형성되고, 상기 제2안착부(212)에는 상기 제2체결부재(400)가 장착될 수 있도록 상기 제2관통홀(210a)을 중심으로 복수개의 장착홈(212a)이 등 간격으로 형성된다.
상기 제1안착부(112)와 상기 제2안착부(212)에는 각각 복수개의 연결홈(112b,212b)이 형성되며, 상기 복수개의 연결홈(112b,212b)은 이격된 상기 복수개의 장착홈(112a,212a)을 연결하도록 상기 제1안착부(112)와 제2안착부(212)의 내측에 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 제1안착부(112)의 장착홈(112a)과 상기 제2안착부(212)의 장착홈(212a)에 각각 장착되는 상기 제1체결부재(300) 및 제2체결부재(400)는 삽입부(310,410)와 절곡부(320,420) 및 연결고리(330,430)를 포함한다.
상기 제1체결부재(300)는 상기 제1관통홀(110a)을 관통한 하나의 관상기관(1)의 일단과 상기 제2관통홀(210a)을 관통한 다른 하나의 관상기관(2)의 일단을 연결하도록 체결하는 역할을 하고, 상기 제2체결부재(400) 역시 상기 제1체결부재(300)와 동일한 역할을 수행한다.
각각의 상기 삽입부(310,410)는 각각의 상기 장착홈(112a,212a)에 삽입되고, 각각의 상기 연결고리(330,430)는 각각의 상기 연결홈(112b,212b)에 삽입되며, 상기 삽입부(310,410)의 상부에는 상기 제1관통홀(110a) 및 제2관통홀(210a)을 관통한 각각의 관상기관(1,2)의 일단이 안착된다.
상기 연결고리(330,430)는 상기 삽입부(310,410)와 와이어(W)에 의해 연결되는 것이 바람직하며, 상기 와이어(W)는 잘 끊어지지 않는 재질을 가지는 것이 바람직하다. 그러나, 상기 연결고리(330,430)가 상기 삽입부(310,410)와 와이어(W)로 연결되는 것을 한정하는 것은 아니며, 상기 와이어(W)가 아닌 띠모양을 가지는 티타늄재질을 이용하여 연결될 수 있다.
상기 삽입부(310, 410)와 상기 와이어(W) 또는 띠모양을 가지는 티타늄재질에 의해 연결된 상기 연결고리(330,430)는 각각의 상기 연결고리(330,430)가 연결된 부분은 어느 정도의 유격을 가지는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 연결고리(330,430)가 연결된 부분은 어느 정도의 유격을 가짐으로 인하여 관상기관이 연결되었을 때 관상기관을 압박하지 않고 여유를 주어 관상기관의 형태에 따라 변할 수 있게 된다.
상기 복수개의 장착홈(112a,212a)에 삽입되는 상기 복수개의 제1체결부재(300)와 제2체결부재(400)는 상기 연결고리(330,430)에 의해 서로 연결됨으로 인하여 낱개의 상기 제1체결부재(300) 및 상기 제2체결부재(400)가 상기 복수개의 장착홈(112a,212a)에서 이탈되는 것이 방지된다.
각각의 상기 절곡부(320,420)는 각각의 상기 삽입부(310,410)와 일체로 형성되며, 각각의 상기 삽입부(310,410)의 일단에서 상부로 경사지게 절곡된다. 상기 삽입부(310,410)의 일단에서 절곡되는 상기 절곡부(320,420)는 90°이내의 각도로 절곡되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 제1체결부재(300)의 삽입부(310)와 상기 제2체결부재(400)의 삽입부(410)에는 각각 고정핀(312,412)이 상부로 돌출되게 형성되며, 각각의 상기 고정핀(312,412)은 상기 제1관통홀(110a) 및 제2관통홀(210a)을 관통하여 제1안착부(112)와 제2안착부(212)에 안착되는 각각의 상기 관상기관(1,2)을 고정하는 역할을 한다.
각각의 상기 고정핀(312,412)은 상기 제1링부재(100) 및 제2링부재(200)의 내측에서 외측으로 경사지게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 각각의 상기 고정핀(312,412)이 경사지게 형성됨으로 인하여 상기 제1링부재(100) 및 제2링부재(200)에 안착되어 고정되는 각각의 상기 관상기관(1,2)이 상기 제1링부재(100) 및 제2링부재(200)에서 이탈되는 것이 방지되게 된다.
상기 제1체결부재(300) 삽입부(310)의 길이는 절곡부(320)의 길이보다 긴 것이 바람직하고, 상기 제2체결부재(400)의 삽입부(410) 길이 역시 절곡부(420)의 길이보다 긴 것이 바람직하다.
상기 각 삽입부(310,410)의 길이가 상기 각 절곡부(320,420)의 길이보다 길지 않게 되면, 상기 절곡부(320,420)가 이격된 각각의 관상기관(1,2)의 돌출된 일단을 양측에서 찝어서 연결할 때, 상기 삽입부(310,410)가 상기 장착홈(112a,212a)에서 이탈되는 문제점이 발생하여 이격된 각각의 관상기관(1,2)을 정확하게 연결하지 못하게 되는 문제점이 발생한다.
상기 제1체결부재(300)와 상기 제2체결부재(400)는 티타늄(Titanium) 재질을 가지는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 제1체결부재(300) 및 제2체결부재(400)이 티타늄(Titanium) 재질을 가짐으로 인하여 잘 부러지지 않으면서 부식되지 않고, 무게를 절감시킬 수 있는 장점을 갖게 된다.
이격된 관상기관(1,2)의 단부를 본 발명에 따른 관상기관의 문합 장치(10)를 이용하여 문합함으로 인하여 이격된 관상기관(1,2)을 용이하고 신속하게 문합할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다.
도 1 내지 도 6을 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 관상기관의 문합 방법은, 제1링부재(100)에 복수개의 제1체결부재(300)를 삽입하고 이격된 복수개의 제1체결부재(300)를 연결고리를 이용하여 연결하는 단계(S10)와, 제2링부재(200)에 복수개의 제2체결부재(400)를 삽입하고 이격된 복수개의 제2연결부재(400)를 연결고리를 이용하여 연결하는 단계(S20)와, 제1링부재(100)를 관통한 하나의 관상기관(1)의 일단을 복수개의 제1체결부재(300)에 고정하는 단계(S30)와, 제2링부재(200)를 관통한 다른 하나의 관상기관(2)의 일단을 복수개의 제2체결부재(400)에 고정하는 단계(S40)와, 제1링부재(100)와 제2링부재(200)를 인접하게 위치시킨 후 제1체결부재(300)의 절곡부(320)와 제2체결부재(400)의 절곡부(420)를 제1링부재(100)와 하나의 관상기관(1)의 일단 사이 및 제2링부재(200)와 다른 하나의 관상기관(2)의 일단 사이로 삽입시키는 단계(S50)와, 제1링부재(100)와 제2링부재(200)를 밀착시켜 이격된 관상기관(1,2)의 양단이 연결되도록 체결시키는 단계(S60)를 포함한다.
먼저, 상기 제1링부재(100)에 복수개의 제1체결부재(300)를 삽입하고, 제1링부재(100)에 삽입된 복수개의 제1체결부재(300)를 연결고리(330)를 이용하여 연결하는 단계(S10)를 수행하게 된다. 상기 제1링부재(100)는 제1몸체(110)와 제1안착부(112)를 포함하며, 상기 제1안착부(112)에는 상기 제1체결부재(300)를 장착하기 위한 복수개의 장착홈(112a)이 등 간격으로 형성되고, 이격된 복수개의 장착홈(112a)은 연결홈(112b)에 의해 연결된다. 상기 제1몸체(110)는 도넛 형상을 가지며, 중앙부에는 제1관통홀(110a)이 형성된다.
상기 제1링부재(100)에 형성된 복수개의 장착홈(112a)에 상기 제1체결부재(300)가 끼워지고, 제1체결부재(300)에 형성된 복수개의 연결홈(112b)에서 상기 복수개의 장착홈(112a)에 장착됨으로써 서로 이격되게 배치되는 복수개의 제1체결부재(300)의 연결고리(330)를 연결시킴으로 인하여 제1링부재(100)에 복수개의 제1체결부재(300)를 삽입하고 연결하는 단계(S10)가 완료되게 된다.
상기 제1링부재(100)에 복수개의 제1체결부재(300)를 삽입하고 복수개의 제1체결부재(300)를 연결하는 단계(S10)가 완료되면, 제2링부재(200)에 복수개의 제2체결부재(400)를 삽입하고 삽입된 제2체결부재(400)를 연결하는 단계(S20)를 수행하게 된다. 상기 제2링부재(200) 역시 상기 제1링부재(100)와 동일하게 제2몸체(210)와 제2안착부(212)를 포함하며, 상기 제2안착부(212)에는 상기 제2체결부재(400)를 장착하기 위한 복수개의 장착홈(212a)이 등 간격으로 형성되고, 이격된 복수개의 장착홈(212a)은 연결홈(212b)에 의해 연결되며, 상기 제2몸체(110)는 도넛 형상을 가지고, 중앙부에는 제1관통홀(210a)이 형성된다.
상기 제2링부재(200)에 형성된 복수개의 장착홈(212a)에 복수개의 상기 제2체결부재(400)가 끼워지고, 제2체결부재(400)에 구비되는 연결고리(330)가 상기 연결홈(212b)에서 연결됨으로 인하여 제2링부재(200)에 복수개의 제2체결부재(400)를 삽입하고 이격된 제2체결부재(400)를 연결하는 단계(S20)가 완료되게 된다.
상기 제2링부재(200)에 제2체결부재(400)를 삽입하고 이를 연결하는 단계(S20)가 완료되면, 제1링부재(100)를 관통한 하나의 관상기관(1)의 일단을 제1체결부재(300)에 고정하는 단계(S30)를 수행하게 된다.
상기 제1링부재(100)의 제1몸체(110) 중앙부에는 제1관통홀(110a)이 형성되고, 일면에는 복수개의 장착홈(112a)이 등 간격으로 형성된 제1안착부(112)가 형성된다. 상기 하나의 관상기관(1)의 일단은 상기 제1관통홀(110a)을 관통한 후 상기 장착홈(112a)에 장착된 제1체결부재(300)의 삽입부(310)에 형성된 고정핀(312)에 고정된다.
상기 제1링부재(100)를 관통한 상기 하나의 관상기관(1)의 일단이 상기 제1체결수단(300)의 고정핀(312)에 고정됨으로 인하여 상기 하나의 관상기관(1)의 일단이 상기 제1링부재(100)의 내측에서 외측으로 돌출되면서 상기 제1링부재(100)의 일면에 고정되게 된다.
상기 제1링부재(100)를 관통한 하나의 관상기관(1)의 일단을 제1체결부재(300)에 고정하는 단계(S30)가 완료되면, 제2링부재(200)를 관통한 다른 하나의 관상기관(2)의 일단을 제2체결부재(400)에 고정하는 단계(S400)를 수행하게 된다.
상기 제2링부재(200)의 제2몸체(210) 중앙부에는 제2관통홀(210a)이 형성되고, 일면에는 복수개의 장착홈(212a)이 등 간격으로 형성된 제2안착부(112)가 형성된다. 상기 다른 하나의 관상기관(2)의 일단은 상기 제2관통홀(210a)을 관통한 후 상기 장착홈(212a)에 장착된 제2체결부재(400)의 삽입부(410)에 형성된 고정핀(412)에 고정된다.
상기 제2링부재(200)를 관통한 상기 다른 하나의 관상기관(2)의 일단이 상기 제2체결수단(400)의 고정핀(412)에 고정됨으로 인하여 상기 다른 하나의 관상기관(2)의 일단이 상기 제2링부재(200)의 내측에서 외측으로 돌출되면서 상기 제2링부재(200)의 일면에 고정되게 된다.
상기 제2링부재(200)를 관통한 다른 하나의 관상기관(2)의 일단을 제2체결부재(400)에 고정하는 단계(S400)가 완료되면, 제1링부재(100)와 제2링부재(200)를 인접하게 위치시킨 후 제1체결부재(300)의 절곡부(320)와 제2체결부재(400)의 절곡부(420)를 제1링부재(100)와 하나의 관상기관(1)의 일단 사이 및 제2링부재(200)와 다른 하나의 관상기관(2)의 일단 사이로 삽입시키는 단계(S50)를 수행하게 된다.
상기 제1링부재(100) 및 제2링부재(200)의 각각의 안착부(112,212)에는 상기 제1링부재(100)의 제1관통홀(110a) 및 제2링부재(200)의 제2관통홀(210a)을 관통한 후 제1링부재(100) 및 제2링부재(200)에 장착된 제1체결부재(300) 및 제2체결부재(400)의 고정핀(312,412)에 고정된 이격된 혈관 및 관상기관(1,2)의 일단이 돌출된다.
상기 제1링부재(100) 및 제2링부재(200)을 인접하게 위치시키면 서로 교차되게 제1링부재(100)의 제1안착부(112)와 제2링부재(200)의 제2안착부(212)에 장착된 제1체결부재(300)의 절곡부(320)와 제2체결부재(400)의 절곡부(420)는 상기 제1링부재(100)의 제1안착부(112)와 제1링부재(100)의 외측으로 돌출된 하나의 관상기관(1)의 일단 사이 및 상기 제2링부재(200)의 제2안착부(212)와 제2링부재(200)의 외측으로 돌출된 다른 하나의 관상기관(20)의 일단 사이로 삽입되게 된다.
상기 단계(S50)를 완료하게 되면, 제1링부재(100)와 제2링부재(200)를 밀착시켜 이격된 관상기관(1,2)의 양단이 연결되도록 체결시키는 단계(S60)를 수행하게 된다.
상기 제1체결부재(300)의 절곡부(320)와 제2체결부재(400)의 절곡부(420)는 상기 제1링부재(100)의 제1안착부(112)와 제1링부재(100)의 외측으로 돌출된 하나의 관상기관(1)의 일단 사이 및 상기 제2링부재(200)의 제2안착부(212)와 제2링부재(200)의 외측으로 돌출된 다른 하나의 관상기관(20)의 일단 사이로 삽입된다. 상기 제1링부재(100)와 상기 제2링부재(200)을 밀착시키게 되면, 각각의 절곡부(320,420)이 절곡되면서 상기 제1링부재(100) 및 상기 제2링부재(200)의 외측으로 돌출된 관상기관(1,2)의 돌출된 부위를 제1링부재(100) 및 제2링부재(200)쪽으로 눌러주게 된다. 그로 인하여 이격된 관상기관(1,2)이 제1링부재(100)와 제2링부재(200)의 중앙에서 연결되면서 봉합되게 된다.
따라서, 서로 이격된 관상기관(1,2)를 단부 대 단부 방식으로 신속하게 문합할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다.
본 발명은 도면에 도시된 실시 예를 참고로 설명되었으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 다른 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의하여 정해져야 할 것이다.
본 발명은 관상기관의 문합장치에 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 두개의 관상기관을 단부 대 단부 방식으로 문합하는 장치로서,
    하나의 관상기관이 관통하는 제1관통홀이 중앙부에 형성된 제1몸체와, 상기 제1관통홀을 관통한 상기 관상기관이 안착되도록 상기 제1몸체의 일면에 구비되는 제1안착부를 포함하는 제1링부재;
    상기 제1안착부에 안착된 관상기관과 문합되는 다른 하나의 관상기관이 관통하는 제2관통홀이 중앙부에 형성된 제2몸체와, 상기 제2관통홀을 관통한 상기 관상기관이 안착되도록 상기 제2몸체의 일면에 구비되는 제2안착부를 포함하는 제2링부재;
    상기 제1관통홀을 중심으로 상기 제1안착부에 등 간격으로 복수개가 구비되며, 상기 제1관통홀을 관통한 관상기관과 상기 제2관통홀을 관통한 관상기관을 연결하도록 체결하는 제1체결부재; 및
    상기 제2관통홀을 중심으로 상기 제2안착부에 등 간격으로 복수개가 구비되며, 상기 제2관통홀을 관통한 관상기관과 상기 제1관통홀을 관통한 관상기관을 연결하도록 체결하는 제2체결부재를 포함하는 관상기관의 문합 장치.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 제1안착부과 상기 제2안착부에는,
    상기 제1체결부재 및 제2체결부재가 각각 장착될 수 있도록 상기 제1관통홀 및 제2관통홀을 중심으로 하여 등 간격으로 복수개의 장착홈과, 상기 복수개의 장착홈을 연결하는 연결홈이 각각 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 관상기관의 문합 장치.
  3. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 제1체결부재와 상기 제2체결부재는,
    상기 장착홈에 삽입되며 상기 제1관통홀과 상기 제2관통홀을 관통한 관상기관의 일단이 안착되는 삽입부와,
    상기 삽입부와 일체로 연결되며 상기 삽입부의 일단에서 상부로 절곡되는 절곡부와,
    상기 삽입부의 일단 양측에 구비되며 상기 연결홈에 삽입되는 연결고리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관상기관의 문합 장치.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 삽입부에는 상기 삽입부에 안착되는 상기 관상기관을 고정하는 고정핀이 상부로 돌출되게 형성되며,
    상기 돌출핀은 상기 제1링부재 또는 상기 제2링부재의 내측에서 외측으로 경사지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관상기관의 문합 장치.
  5. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 삽입부의 길이는 상기 절곡부의 길이보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 관상기관의 문합 장치.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 제1링부재 및 제2링부재는 도넛 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 관상기관의 문합 장치.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 제1체결부재 및 제2체결부재는 티타늄(Titanium) 재질을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 관상기관의 문합 장치.
  8. 이격된 관상기관을 문합하는 방법에 있어서,
    제1관통홀이 구비되는 제1링부재의 일면에 형성된 복수개의 장착홈에 복수개의 제1체결부재를 삽입하고, 복수개의 제1체결부재에 구비되는 복수개의 연결고리를 연결홈에서 연결하여 이격된 복수개의 제1체결부재를 연결하는 단계;
    제2관통홀이 구비되는 제2링부재의 일면에 형성된 복수개의 장착홈에 복수개의 제2체결부재를 삽입하고, 복수개의 제2체결부재에 구비되는 복수개의 연결고리를 연결홈에서 연결하여 이격된 복수개의 제2체결부재를 연결하는 단계;
    상기 제1링부재의 제1관통홀로 이격된 하나의 관상기관을 관통시킨 후 상기 제1링부재의 일면에 장착된 복수개의 제1체결부재에 구비되는 고정핀에 상기 관상기관의 일단을 고정하는 단계;
    상기 제2링부재의 제2관통홀로 이격된 다른 하나의 관상기관을 관통시킨 후 상기 제2링부재의 일면에 장착된 복수개의 제2체결부재에 구비되는 고정핀에 상기 다른 하나의 관상기관의 일단을 고정하는 단계;
    상기 제1링부재의 일면에 구비되는 제1체결부재와 상기 제2링부재의 일면에 구비되는 제2체결부재가 교차되게 상기 제1링부재와 상기 제2링부재를 인접하게 위치시킨 후, 상기 제1체결부재에 구비되는 절곡부를 제2링부재의 일면에 고정된 관상기관과 제2링부재의 일면 사이로 삽입하고, 상기 제2체결부재에 구비되는 절곡부를 제1링부재의 일면에 고정된 관상기관과 제1링부재의 일면 사이로 삽입시키는 단계; 및
    상기 제1링부재와 상기 제2링부재를 밀착시켜 이격된 하나의 관상기관과 다른 하나의 관상기관을 제1체결부재와 제2체결부재의 절곡부를 이용하여 연결되도록 체결시키는 단계를 포함하는 관상기관의 문합 방법.
  9. 청구항 8에 있어서,
    상기 제1체결부재와 상기 제2체결부재는,
    상기 장착홈에 삽입되며 상기 제1관통홀과 상기 제2관통홀을 관통한 관상기관의 일단이 안착되는 삽입부와,
    상기 삽입부와 일체로 연결되며 상기 삽입부의 일단에서 상부로 절곡되는 절곡부와,
    상기 삽입부의 일단 양측에 구비되며 상기 연결홈에 삽입되는 연결고리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관상기관의 문합 방법.
  10. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 삽입부의 길이는 상기 절곡부의 길이보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 관상기관의 문합 방법.
  11. 청구항 8에 있어서,
    상기 제1링부재 및 제2링부재는 도넛 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 관상기관의 문합 방법.
  12. 청구항 8에 있어서,
    상기 제1체결부재 및 제2체결부재는 티타늄(Titanium) 재질을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 관상기관의 문합 방법.
