Le capuchon supérieur (130) comprend : un élément externe (133) comportant un filetage formé sur une de surfaces périphériques internes afin d'être couplé par vissage à un filetage sur une surface périphérique externe de l'élément inférieur externe (128) du corps inférieur (120) ; un élément cylindrique (131), agencé de manière concentrique avec l'élément externe (133) et inséré dans l'élément inférieur interne (121) du corps inférieur (120) ; et un élément cylindrique (130), agencé au niveau du centre, et en forme de pilier cylindrique. L'extrémité inférieure de l'élément cylindrique (132) du capuchon supérieur (130) est étroitement couplée au trou traversant (124) du corps inférieur (120), et l'extrémité inférieure (131a) de l'élément cylindrique (131) du capuchon supérieur (130) ferme étroitement la pluralité d'encoches de pénétration (125) du corps inférieur (120).
