[0002] 当前市面上的便携式电动洗车器,多是采用硬质敞口水箱,具备可绕车喷水一周的数米长水管,使用时,从汽车点烟器接电,水箱放置不动,水枪随人绕车喷水。例如申请号:201120254219.6的'圆桶形手提式电动洗车器'。
[0003] 这种洗车器有以下缺点:
1.体积大便携性差。2.取水靠手提,费力,尤其对女人而言。3.容积小,容积做大则便携性更差,难以放入某些小车的后备箱。4.必须将水桶放置在水龙头下面接水,取水麻烦,对水源挑剔,例如无法从加油站公厕的洗手台直接取水,需要用瓢舀水。5.由于水管冗长且使用时又在地面拖动磨损,沾上水和污渍,使用后收纳比较费事。6.带有灵活脚轮的洗车器放置在车辆后备箱中时,容易晃动造成异响给行车带来干扰。本发明旨在解决这些难题,同时还要解决下述问题。
[0004] 一、基于节能环保的诉求,政府号召大家不要用自来水洗车,倡导用雨后积水,池塘河流水等非饮用水洗车。然而这种号召却得不到响应,其主要原因是:上述非饮用水洁净度不高,水中的细小杂质容易堵塞洗车器的滤网产生故障,而经常清洁和替换滤网又增加了时间和经济成本。二、由于取水累人又不方便,人们往往偷懒在水源处就地洗车,使得洗车后的污水污染了水源。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明基于使洗车器随人绕车移动这个出发点展开设计,在洗车器外箱安装有脚轮助其移动,使用长度最短能绕车半周的电线,这样便于配合短的水管以利收纳。本发明的新颖之处在于:在水路上加入了一个手动换向水阀,换向水阀使洗车器使用软体水囊成为可能。它可以改变水流的方向,让水泵既能给水囊充水,也能从水囊里抽水以喷洒洗车。
[0006] 传统的水囊无法做到如此全封闭工作,它们都具有一个可开闭的口盖用以方便注水,为便于在注水时拎起水囊,通常还设计有利于手触的提手类装置。
[0007] 如附图1所示,本电动洗车器,主要由软体水囊(1)、换向阀(2)、箱体(3)和盖板(4)、电动水泵、水枪、出水管(5)组成;软体水囊(1)、出水管(5)、水泵的进出水口均连接到换向阀(2),换向阀(2)的切换,可以令水经过出水管(5)充入水囊或由水囊中喷出;软体水囊(1)可折叠,工作时全密封,水空后可收纳入箱体(3);盖板(4)可盖在箱体(3)上,盖板(4)下面安装有脚轮,并且盖板(4)可以取下垫于箱体(3)的底部固定以移动承载箱体(3),洗车喷洒时洗车器随人移动。为了更加简洁便利设计为:出水管(5)的长度不足以绕车半周,出水管(5)承受人的拉力牵引洗车器随人移动。

[0011] 措施:给洗车器配备2个或者2个以上的水泵(数量最好是偶数个);把其进出水口都连接到另一个换向阀,换向阀的切换使水泵并联或者串联。让这个换向阀的开关与附图1里的换向阀联动,使注水时水泵并联,而洗车喷洒时水泵串联。
[0012] 如附图4所示,在基础方案基础上再增多一个电动水泵,并且再增多一个换向阀(203),两个水泵的进出水口都连接到换向阀(203),换向阀(203)的切换使洗车器注水时双泵并联喷洒时双泵串联,此双泵与换向阀(203)构成的整体视为一个增强电动水泵,其进出水口与另一个换向阀连接,增强型的总体水路如附图5。
[0013] 效果:水泵并联可以增大流量满足注水需求,而水泵串联可以增大水压满足冲刷需求。
[0014] 二、对开门扶持水囊,
原因:为了让洗车器体积小巧便携,比如为了便于塞进车内座椅下不占用空间,希望把外箱的高度设计的越低矮越好。为了盛装更多水,希望水囊容积越大越好。但是这两种需求就矛盾了,因为水囊是软的,水囊越大就越需要更高的外箱侧壁来扶持撑住它,否则水囊会塌下来甚至掉到地上。
[0015] 措施:给外箱的敞口一面内安装两个对开门一样(俯视时)的门板,该板的一侧通过合页固定在外箱内侧壁上,此合页的转轴低于外箱外沿,这样当水囊被注水膨胀时,顶开门板使其向外开启靠在侧壁上可对水囊起扶持作用。进一步的,还要把门板内面与水囊外表面进行粘合,这样当水囊水空缩瘪时,可以拉动门板关闭。

原因:往水囊里抽水时由于出水管内充满空气,容易导致抽水困难或者一开始抽水慢,众所周知,水泵进水管通常都要注入引水才能优化抽水。基础方案中的产品,每次抽水之前若切换换向阀先喷水给出水管里充满水,再切换到抽水档位,则抽水会很高效便利。但是前提条件是水囊内必须有上次余下的水。
[0018] 措施:在水囊内放置一个海绵,为了避免海绵晃动堵塞进出水口,此海绵应该固定于水囊内壁上,例如固定在水囊内壁顶部;
效果:每次洗车完毕,海绵里都吸有水留给下次当引水,下次用时只要用手挤压即可。
[0019] 四、水囊上下双管,
原因:如附图1所示的基础方案中,水囊只接了一根水管既用来入水又用来出水。这有一个缺点,当该水管接在水囊底部时,随着水囊内水的增多导致水压的增大,注水速度会越来越慢。
[0020] 措施:如附图7所示,软体水囊具有一个位于上端的注水口(501)和一个位于下端的出水口(502),此两水口连通到二位五通换向阀。
[0021] 五、洗车照明,
原因:用户白天忙于工作无暇洗车;白天可能较炎热洗车累人;烈日下洗车时,水滴有凸透镜效果,容易聚焦日光灼伤车漆。因此要采取方便用户夜间洗车的措施。
[0022] 措施:洗车器可以搭载充电电池(蓄电池)作为电源。在水枪上安装电灯,该灯的灯光覆盖水枪喷出水花,该电灯通过电线连接洗车器的电源,该路电线绕在出水管外壁上,电线通过插头连接洗车器外箱和水枪上的电灯,该电路上设置一个开关控制电灯。

[0024] 六、列车串接技术,
原因:便携式洗车器其大小有限,尤其水囊大小有限,应付某些大车如大巴车力不从心。若是把洗车器做大,由于非便携产品销量有限,产量少会增加生产成本,要是把这些小的洗车器都串联起来做个大的用,那会很好。
[0025] 措施:洗车器尾部和头部设置挂钩,可以首尾相连,串联起来像列车一样。水路的连接:用另外一根更粗的水管将列车中各车厢的出水口都汇总起来。将两个挂钩设置到上盖的前后两端更好,这样上盖收纳时盖在外箱上,挂钩垂下可以当挂扣,扣住箱体。
[0026] 效果:即使一个大巴车司机也无需买专用洗车器了,他只要多买几个便携型洗车器,再多买一个汇总水管,把这些串成列车集中出水喷洒即可,水压更大,水量更多。
[0027] 七、出水管当拉绳:
同类产品中带脚轮可移动的洗车器通常具备一个拉手,供人牵引移动。本洗车器可不必设置此拉手,人们手握水枪绕车喷洒时,如附图1所示,出水管(5)的长度不足以绕车半周,出水管(5)承受人的拉力牵引洗车器随人移动。出水管的长度应当尽可能的短,通常2~3米左右很合适,不建议出水管的长度超过水泵的吸程;出水管上可设置利于手握的护套以增强用户体验。该方案可使洗车器更小巧便捷,利于收纳。
[0028] 洗车器的其他特征:
1.具有四个脚轮,其中两个前轮是能水平面上转动的转向轮,两个后轮是定轮;
2.水泵带压力开关,此开关可以根据水压控制水泵电路的开闭,此开关压力设置为小于撑破水囊的水压;
3.洗车时出水管承受拉力随人移动绕车喷洒;
4.水囊上不设置可开闭的注水口盖,也不设置提手;外箱上不设置任何拉手或者推手;
5.出水管和水枪等物件可以被收纳进外箱。
[0029] 产品优点:1.体积小便携。2.取水省力。3.水源兼容性好,无论是公厕洗手台,还是溪流池塘,均可取水。4.得益于电线自动收线盘和较短的水管,收纳方便。5.得益于进出水管的合二为一,双向水流起到滤网防堵塞功效,对水源洁净度要求低。6.抽水时不用人工灌入引水。7.还可以在车辆落水时,让空气充满水囊,起到救生气球的作用帮助不会游泳的驾驶员逃生,或者气囊浮出水面帮助指示车辆落水位置。

基于本发明的洗车器产品设计示例:如附图1所示,产品主要由:软体水囊(1)、手动换向水阀(2)、盖板带轮外箱、电线自动收线盘(6)、电动水泵、水管(5)、水枪组成。软体水囊由软性材料制成,可折叠,工作时水囊全密封,水空后可收纳入外箱。
[0032] 其中盖板带轮外箱的外形和手提箱无异,特点在于其盖板(4)下安装有四个脚轮,并且盖板(4)可以完全取下,取下后,垫于箱体(3)的底部并通过挂扣固定,这样,在使用时,成为一辆小车,在收纳时,变成一个手提箱,大大提高便携性。
[0033] 其中电线自动收线盘(6)中电线的长度必须至少能满足绕车半周。使用前可以很轻松的将电线全部扯出,然后插头插入汽车点烟器。使用后只需按钮,即可由此盘中的弹性机构自动回缩收线。
[0034] 换向阀的水路连接如附图2或附图3所示,图中的二位五通手拉阀具有'R、A、P、B、S'5个水嘴,R与S接水囊,P接水枪,A与B分别接水泵的进水与出水。
附图4所示的水路工作,图中的203是二位五通手拉阀,其R口被堵住;并联时水从入口(201)分两路流动:
第一路:水经过一号泵(204)泵送到换向阀(203),阀的B口连通S口流到出口(202);
第二路:水流到换向阀(203),阀的A口连通P口,经二号泵(205)泵送到出口(202)。
[0035] 串联时的水流:此时换向阀(203)的B口连通P口,阀的A口和R口连通,S口连通出口(202),很明显连通A口和S口的水管都不是通路;
水从入口(201)经一号泵泵送到换向阀(203),通过B口和P口后再经二号泵(205)泵送到出口(202)。
附图4结合附图1就得出附图5,图中301是水囊的上入水口,302是下出水口,两者都接到二位五通换向阀303上,该换向阀的切换使连接水枪300的出水管在加强水泵的泵送下向上入水口301注水,或者自下出水口302抽水。
[0036] 附图6中400是软体水囊,401是对开门板,其转轴402位于箱体侧壁404的外沿以下,向上翻开倚靠在侧壁上起到扶持水囊的作用。403是水囊外表面与对开门板粘合处,水囊水空收缩时,粘合处403拉动对开门板401关闭。箱体的纵剖面成倒梯形,这样便于箱体在生产时的仓储和运输。
[0037] 图下方的405是外箱上盖,通过剖面图可以看出其外形像托盘一样内凹,其凹面正好贴合箱体底面,托起箱体,其与箱体之间没有使用挂扣固定,而是使用磁铁吸合。上盖和箱体底部应开设排水孔为佳。安装在上盖下的406是脚轮,该脚轮通常为4个,其中前面的两个应该是可以在水平面上转向的转向轮,后面两个是非转向轮,这样使用灵活便捷。
[0038] 附图7所示的水囊,其中501是上入水口,502是下出水口。水囊内表面位于下出水口的位置,围绕出水口应该设置一圈浮点、疙瘩、齿状物之类的凸起,此举可以防止水囊快瘪时,两表皮吸合挡住出水口。503是固定在水囊内部上方的海绵,用来吸收余水供下次抽水时用作引水。504是可开闭的口盖,主要是方便清洗养护水囊,非必要。
[0039] 附图8展示了增强版洗车器的外观,图中:对开门板401的转轴402位于箱体侧壁404的外沿以下,倚靠箱体侧壁404扶持着充满水的软体水囊400。前控制面板上的6014是换向阀总拉手,其联动了两个手拉换向阀的同时工作,使抽水时双泵并联增加水量,而喷洒时双泵串联增加水压。
[0040] 洗车器内部安装有蓄电池,6012是电源开关;6013是洗车器出水口,使用快速接头连接出水管603。出水管上还带有接电插头6010用来插入接电插座孔6011,给水枪300上的电灯3001供电,出水管另一端的601是电插头,用来接电灯3001;602是水管快速接头用来对接水枪300。405是外箱上盖,垫在箱体下面通过磁铁407彼此吸合。406是带转向功能的脚轮。
[0041] 附图8中的洗车器还具有以下尺寸比例等特征:
1.上盖405的前后轮轴距大于或等于上盖的宽度,这样便于仓储运输时上盖的交叉堆叠;
2.上盖405盖在外箱上时,脚轮可收入箱体内,上盖是外箱六个面中的最大面,这样能营造长轴距和宽轮距以稳定承载水囊;若设计为上盖盖在箱体上时,4个脚轮位于箱体之外,形如抱住箱体,此种设计视为'脚轮可收入箱体内';
3.出水管603的长度小于或等于水泵的额定吸程,且出水管的长度大于车辆高度,且出水管的长度不足以绕车半周,这样洗车器洗车时就不得不随人移动才能完整的绕车喷洒;
4.出水管和水枪等物件都可以被收纳进箱体内。
Technical Field
本发明涉及汽车清洗设备技术领域,特别涉及一种便携式电动洗车器。
Background Art
当前市面上的便携式电动洗车器,多是采用硬质敞口水箱,具备可绕车喷水一周的数米长水管,使用时,从汽车点烟器接电,水箱放置不动,水枪随人绕车喷水。例如申请号:201120254219.6的“圆桶形手提式电动洗车器”。
这种洗车器有以下缺点:
1.体积大便携性差。2.取水靠手提,费力,尤其对女人而言。3.容积小,容积做大则便携性更差,难以放入某些小车的后备箱。4.必须将水桶放置在水龙头下面接水,取水麻烦,对水源挑剔,例如无法从加油站公厕的洗手台直接取水,需要用瓢舀水。5.由于水管冗长且使用时又在地面拖动磨损,沾上水和污渍,使用后收纳比较费事。6.带有灵活脚轮的洗车器放置在车辆后备箱中时,容易晃动造成异响给行车带来干扰。本发明旨在解决这些难题,同时还要解决下述问题。
一、基于节能环保的诉求,政府号召大家不要用自来水洗车,倡导用雨后积水,池塘河流水等非饮用水洗车。然而这种号召却得不到响应,其主要原因是:上述非饮用水洁净度不高,水中的细小杂质容易堵塞洗车器的滤网产生故障,而经常清洁和替换滤网又增加了时间和经济成本。二、由于取水累人又不方便,人们往往偷懒在水源处就地洗车,使得洗车后的污水污染了水源。

Claims (10)

1. 一种电动洗车器,主要由软体水囊(1)、换向阀(2)、箱体(3)和盖板(4)、电动水泵、水枪、出水管(5)组成;软体水囊(1)、出水管(5)、水泵的进出水口均连接到换向阀(2),换向阀(2)的切换,可以令水经过出水管(5)充入水囊或由水囊中喷出;软体水囊(1)可折叠,工作时全密封,水空后可收纳入箱体(3);盖板(4)可盖在箱体(3)上,盖板(4)下面安装有脚轮,并且盖板(4)可以取下垫于箱体(3)的底部固定以移动承载箱体(3),洗车喷洒时洗车器随人移动。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动洗车器,其特征在于出水管(5)的长度不足以绕车半周,出水管(5)承受人的拉力牵引洗车器随人移动。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动洗车器,其特征在于所述水泵带压力开关,此开关可以根据水压控制水泵电路的开闭,此开关压力设置为小于水囊被满水撑破时的水压。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的电动洗车器其特征在于,箱体内有两扇可以向上对开的门板(401),门板的转轴(402)固定于箱体的开口外沿以下,门板向上对开时倚靠箱体侧壁(404)以扶持软体水囊(400),门板内面粘合软体水囊(400)的外表面,软体水囊(400)水空变瘪时通过粘合处(403)拉动门板(401)关闭。
5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的电动洗车器其特征在于,再增多一个电动水泵,并且再增多一个换向阀(203),两个水泵的进出水口都连接到换向阀(203),换向阀(203)的切换使洗车器注水时双泵并联喷洒时双泵串联,此双泵与换向阀(203)构成的整体视为一个增强电动水泵,其进出水口与另一个换向阀连接。
6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的电动洗车器,其特征在于所述换向阀(2)是一种手动二位五通换向阀。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的电动洗车器其特征在于,软体水囊具有一个位于上端的注水口(501)和一个位于下端的出水口(502),此两水口连通到二位五通换向阀,水囊内表面环绕出水口(502)设置浮点凸起结构防止水囊壁贴合堵塞出水口。
8. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的电动洗车器其特征在于,盖板(405)下面安装有4个脚轮(406),盖板(405)通过磁铁(407)吸合于箱体的底部。
9. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的电动洗车器其特征在于,水枪(300)上安装有电灯(3001),该灯的灯光覆盖水枪喷出的水花,该电灯通过洗车器的电源供电。
10. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的电动洗车器其特征在于,洗车器通过安装在箱体内的蓄电池供电,或/和通过电线连接汽车点烟器插座供电,该电线的长度比出水管长,长度足以绕车半周,通过绕线盘(6)自动收卷电线。
