技术领域
   本发明涉及电控盒,具体涉及一种用于使用可燃制冷剂的空调器的电控盒。 
背景技术
   目前空调器使用的冷煤主要有R22、R410、R410A等,这些冷媒对臭氧层有破坏作用、并且存在温室效应。随着国际社会对日益严峻的臭氧层破坏和温室效应的关注,迫切需要使用环保、节能且低成本的新型制冷剂。因此需要寻找ODP(臭氧层破坏潜值)为零,GWP(温室效应潜值)较小的冷煤。
   目前能满足此要求的冷煤有R32、R290、R161等,然而这些环保型冷煤存在“易燃易爆”的缺点,当使用可燃性制冷剂的空调器发生制冷剂泄露时,可燃制冷剂会渗入电控盒里面,在电控盒里面的制冷剂达到可燃浓度,此时若电控盒里面的电控板产生电火花,就有可能引起燃烧甚至爆炸。   
发明内容
   本发明的目的在于提供一种能有效阻挡可燃制冷剂渗入的电控盒。
   为了实现发明目的,本发明提供一种电控盒,包括电控盒体以及盖设于电控盒体上的电控盒盖,该电控盒体具有基板,该基板的边沿垂直延伸有多个盒体侧壁,该电控盒盖具有盒盖,该盒盖的边沿垂直延伸有多个盒盖侧壁。一盒体侧壁向外凸伸有盒体凸台,该盒体侧壁和盒体凸台上开设有盒体出线槽,该盒体出线槽的槽壁上凸设有至少两盒体凸肋;另外的盒体侧壁具有位于不同平面的盒体接合面。一盒盖侧壁向外凸伸有盒盖凸台,该盒盖侧壁和盒盖凸台上开设有与盒体出线槽接合的盒盖出线槽,该盒盖出线槽的槽壁上凸设与盒体凸肋配合的至少两盒盖凸肋,另外的盒盖侧壁具有位于不同平面的盒盖接合面。所述盒体凸台在相应盒体出线槽的两侧凸伸出连接相应盒体侧壁的嵌合台,所述盒盖凸台在相应盒盖出线槽的两侧开设有嵌合槽,所述盒盖凸台与所述盒体凸台接合,且所述嵌合台伸入嵌合槽内,所述盒体侧壁与盒盖侧壁卡设在一起并使相应的盒体接合面与相应的盒盖接合面接合。

   由于本发明电控盒之电控盒体10的盒体侧壁120具有高度不同的第一盒体凸臂121和第二盒体凸臂122,电控盒之电控盒盖20的盒盖侧壁220具有高度不同的第一盒盖凸臂221和第二盒盖凸臂222,从而使第三盒盖接合面211与第一盒体接合面124的结合处、第一盒盖接合面223与第三盒体接合面126的结合处以及第二盒盖接合面224与第二盒体接合面125的结合处分别位于不同的平面上,因此可燃冷媒泄露时需要经过多次拐弯后才能进入电控盒内,这增大了冷媒从电控盒的相应三个侧面方向进入电控盒内的路径;而且,由于本发明电控盒通过嵌合台143与嵌合槽233的卡合、通过盒体凸台140与盒盖凸台230配合、通过电控盒体10之设有盒体凸台140的盒体侧壁120与电控盒盖20的连通槽234的卡合、以及通过盒盖凸肋232和盒体凸肋142的挤压密封橡胶套340,这可以增加冷媒从凸设有盒体凸台140和盒盖凸台230的一侧面方向进入电控盒内的路径;因此本发明电控盒有效的控制可燃冷媒渗入的速度和渗入量,进而使电控盒内可燃冷媒始终保持在安全的浓度以下,故而有效避免电控板30产生电火花而引起的可燃冷媒燃烧甚至爆炸。
   此外,通过电控盒体10之设有盒体凸台140的盒体侧壁120同时伸入电控盒盖20的连通槽234和嵌合槽233内的设计,这可以进一步增加冷媒从凸设有盒体凸台140和盒盖凸台230的一侧面方向进入电控盒内的路径,而且通过将嵌合台143的长度设计为不小于两相邻的盒体凸肋142之间的距离,这可以增加冷媒从盒体出线槽141和盒盖出线槽231两侧进入盒体出线槽141和盒盖出线槽231内的路径,因此可进一步控制可燃冷媒渗入的速度和渗入量,因此可进一步控制可燃冷媒渗入的速度和渗入量。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电控盒,包括电控盒体以及盖设于电控盒体上的电控盒盖,该电控盒体具有基板,该基板的边沿垂直延伸有多个盒体侧壁,该电控盒盖具有盒盖,该盒盖的边沿垂直延伸有多个盒盖侧壁;
       其特征在于,一盒体侧壁向外凸伸有盒体凸台,该盒体侧壁和盒体凸台上开设有盒体出线槽,该盒体出线槽的槽壁上凸设有至少两盒体凸肋;另外的盒体侧壁具有位于不同平面的盒体接合面;
       一盒盖侧壁向外凸伸有盒盖凸台,该盒盖侧壁和盒盖凸台上开设有与盒体出线槽接合的盒盖出线槽,该盒盖出线槽的槽壁上凸设与盒体凸肋配合的至少两盒盖凸肋,另外的盒盖侧壁具有位于不同平面的盒盖接合面;
       所述盒体凸台在盒体出线槽的两侧凸伸出连接相应盒体侧壁的嵌合台,所述盒盖凸台在盒盖出线槽的两侧开设有嵌合槽,所述盒盖凸台与所述盒体凸台接合,且所述嵌合台伸入嵌合槽内,所述盒体侧壁与盒盖侧壁卡设在一起并使相应的盒体接合面与相应的盒盖接合面接合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电控盒,其特征在于,所述盒体出线槽为至少两个,相应的所述盒盖出线槽也为至少两个。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电控盒,其特征在于,所述嵌合台的长度不小于两相邻的盒体凸肋之间的距离。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电控盒,其特征在于,所述凸设有盒盖凸台的盒盖侧壁和所述嵌合槽的一槽壁之间形成有连通相应的盒盖出线槽和相应的嵌合槽的连通槽,所述凸设有盒体凸台的盒体侧壁同时伸入相应的连通槽和相应的嵌合槽内。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的电控盒,其特征在于,所述相应的盒体接合面与相应的盒盖接合面之间设置有密封垫或涂设有密封胶层。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电控盒,其特征在于,所述盒体侧壁形成有至少两个相互平行且高度不同的盒体凸臂,盒体凸臂之间形成盒体凹槽,盒体凸臂的顶壁以及盒体凹槽的底壁形成所述盒体接合面;所述盒盖侧壁具有至少两高度不同的盒盖凸臂,盒盖凸臂的顶壁形成所述盒盖接合面,且相应的盒盖凸臂伸入盒体凹槽内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电控盒,其特征在于,所述盒盖在临近盒盖侧壁处亦形成一盒盖接合面,该盒盖的盒盖接合面与相应的盒体凸臂的顶壁形成的盒体接合面接合。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的电控盒,其特征在于,所述盒盖的一部分凹陷形成凸出腔,该凸出腔的腔壁上凸设有上下延伸的用于导引电控盒盖扣设在电控盒体上的肋条。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的电控盒,其特征在于,还包括设置在电控盒体和电控盒盖之间的电控板,所述电控板具有电路板、设置于电路板上的电子组件以及与电路板或电子组件连接的连接线,连接线上套设有密封橡胶套,该密封橡胶套置于盒体出线槽和盒盖出线槽内,且盒体出线槽的盒体凸肋和盒盖出线槽的盒盖凸肋皆挤压相应的密封橡胶套。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的电控盒,其特征在于,所述嵌合台的高度低于所述与嵌合台连接的盒体侧壁的高度。
