本发明涉及密封连接结构技术领域,具体地,涉及一种控制面板结构以及包括该控制面板结构的家电设备。
背景技术
灌胶盒通过灌入密封胶来密封盒内的部件(例如电脑板),以达到密封和防水等效果,由于灌胶盒出色的密封性能,被广泛地应用到家电设备中,以洗衣机为例,现有技术中的洗衣机的控制面板与灌胶盒密封连接,从而密封灌胶盒内部,然而,这种密封连接是需要借助灌胶来实现的,灌胶导致了成本的增加。
鉴于此,有必要提供一种新型的控制面板结构,以克服或缓解上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够省去灌胶成本的控制面板结构。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种家电设备,该家电设备使用本发明提供的控制面板结构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种控制面板结构,其中,所述控制面板结构包括电脑板、彼此连接的控制面板和灌胶盒,所述灌胶盒的周壁端面设置有灌胶盒环槽,所述灌胶盒环槽中设置有密封圈,所述密封圈与所述控制面板密封接触以使所述电脑板完全密封在所述灌胶盒中,所述灌胶盒中未灌胶。
优选地,所述控制面板结构包括线固定件,所述线固定件上形成有凹槽,所述灌胶盒的周壁上形成有缺口,所述线固定件可插拔地安装在 所述缺口中,所述凹槽与所述灌胶盒环槽配合形成整体环槽。
优选地,所述线固定件包括通线柱以及设置在所述通线柱中段的插拔体,所述插拔体插设在所述缺口中。
优选地,所述插拔体上形成有卡槽和所述凹槽,所述卡槽卡接于所述灌胶盒。
优选地,所述插拔体为四边形插拔体,所述四边形插拔体的三个边上形成有所述卡槽,一个边上形成有所述凹槽,所述灌胶盒的周壁和底面形成有与所述卡槽对应的凸起。

本发明相对于现有技术,具有如下优点之处:
由于在本发明提供的控制面板结构中,所述灌胶盒环槽中设置有密封圈,所述密封圈与所述控制面板密封接触以使所述电脑板完全密封在所述灌胶盒中,所述灌胶盒中未灌胶,所以该控制面板结构中的电脑板的完全密封是通过密封圈来实现的,无需使用灌胶来密封灌胶盒,省去了灌胶成本。需要补充说明的是,现有技术中的灌胶盒通常只是将电脑板的显示部分密封,电脑板的PCB连接导线插接部分是不在灌胶盒密封区域内的,所以需要灌胶防水,而本发明采用将电脑板完全密封在所述灌胶盒中的方案,能够将PCB连接导线插接处都包含在灌胶盒的密封区域中,所以才具备不灌胶的条件。

根据本发明的优选实施方式,控制面板结构可以包括线固定件3,线固定件3上可以形成有凹槽31,灌胶盒2的周壁21可以上形成有缺口23,线固定件3可插拔地安装在缺口23中,凹槽31与灌胶盒环槽22配合形成整体环槽,线固定件3可以以各种适当的方式安装至灌胶盒2的周壁21,根据本发明的优选实施方式,灌胶盒2的周壁21上可以形成有缺口23,线固定件3可插拔地安装在缺口23中。这里的线固定件3形成有线孔和线通道,用以保证灌胶盒2内部的电脑板等电子元件与外界电连接。由于线固定件3设置在周壁21处,线固定件3的凹槽31与灌胶盒环槽22配合形成整体环槽,这样充分地利用了灌胶盒2的空间结构,使得整个控制面板结构的空间布置非常合理,各部件之间的配合程度高。
具体地,线固定件3可以包括通线柱以及设置在通线柱中段的插拔体32,插拔体32插设在缺口23中。其中,通线柱为中空体,以便导线穿过。更具体地,插拔体32上可以形成有卡槽33和凹槽31,卡槽33卡接于灌胶盒2,可以理解的是,应保证卡槽33与灌胶盒2的卡接处的密封性。
参见图3,优选地,插拔体32可以为四边形插拔体,四边形插拔体的三个边上可以形成有卡槽33,一个边上形成有凹槽31,灌胶盒2的周壁21和底面形成有与卡槽33对应的凸起,凸起卡在凹槽31中,且凸起与凹槽31密封接触。当然,插拔体并不一定为四边形插拔体,例如还可以是半圆形等等,只要插拔体32形成有符合要求的凹槽31和卡槽33即可,这里,“符合要求”的含义是保证凹槽31能够与灌胶盒环槽22 配合形成环槽,保证卡槽33能够卡接于灌胶盒2。
以上提到的密封圈4可以为泡棉或橡胶圈,但本发明不限于此。
优选地,控制面板1上可以形成有凸出环部11,凸出环部11与密封圈4过盈配合,如此一来,密封圈4可以发生一定程度的形变,以对凸出环部11产生挤压力,这样使得控制面板1与密封圈4之间的接触非常紧密,从而提高控制面板1与密封圈4之间的密封性。其中,凸出环部11的前端部可以位于灌胶盒环槽中。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供一种家电设备,其中,该家电设备包括上述控制面板结构,控制面板1可以为该家电设备的前控板或后控板。基于上述控制面板结构的诸多优点,包括了该控制面板结构的家电设备的整体性能也随之提升。
以上提到的家电设备的类型并不受特别的限制,例如可以是洗衣机或冰箱或空调等等。

  1. 一种控制面板结构,其特征在于:所述控制面板结构包括电脑板(5)、彼此连接的控制面板(1)和灌胶盒(2),所述灌胶盒(2)的周壁(21)端面设置有灌胶盒环槽(22),所述灌胶盒环槽(22)中设置有密封圈(4),所述密封圈(4)与所述控制面板(1)密封接触以使所述电脑板(5)完全密封在所述灌胶盒(2)中,所述灌胶盒(2)中未灌胶。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制面板结构,其特征在于:所述控制面板结构包括线固定件(3),所述线固定件(3)上形成有凹槽(31),所述灌胶盒(2)的周壁(21)上形成有缺口(23),所述线固定件(3)可插拔地安装在所述缺口(23)中,所述凹槽(31)与所述灌胶盒环槽(22)配合形成整体环槽。
