第二歩, 调整刀头伸出刀头架的长度
根据绝缘导线绝缘层的厚度, 通过刀头调节机构调整刀头伸出刀头架的 第三歩, 通过调整紧固链条, 将刀头插入绝缘层内
第一小歩, 首先将卡环座移至刀头架一侧, 然后将撬杆的后方抬起, 使 挂钩尽量位于低端, 将挂钩挂在紧固链条上, 下压撬杆后端;
第二小歩, 将卡环座向后移动, 同时将撬杆的后方抬起, 当卡环座移至 紧固架前方后, 将卡环座固定, 然后下压撬杆后端; 直至导线绝缘层外皮与 刀头架贴紧; 如果导线绝缘层外皮未与刀头架贴紧, 则重复第一小歩及第二 小歩, 直至导线绝缘层外皮与刀头架贴紧为止;
第四歩, 环切绝缘层
将撬杆固定, 然后将杆体绕绝缘导线转动一周, 将绝缘层环切; 第五歩, 卸下环切器
将紧固链条从挂钩上摘下, 并从卡环和紧固链条穿孔抽出, 绕开绝缘导 线, 取下环切器;
第六歩, 纵向切开绝缘层
用带有弯钩刀刃和把手的刀具沿绝缘层的径向割开绝缘层;
第七歩, 取下绝缘层
将剥开的绝缘层从线芯上取下。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的切割绝缘层的方法, 其特征在于: 在所述第三 歩通过调整紧固链条将刀头插入绝缘层内之前, 先将探测针插入导线内, 然 后进行所述第三歩, 直至报警器亮起, 说明刀头已经与线芯接触, 然后继续 第四歩及以后歩骤。
