技术领域
本发明属于安全领域范畴,涉及一种当高层或超高层建筑发生火 灾时, 被困楼内的人群可以分批安全地逃离火海的装置。
背景技术
高楼发生火灾时, 除从尚未被火焰封堵的楼梯逃生外, 还有以下 几种逃生方式:
1、 云梯车。 现代大型云梯车救援高度只能达到 6楼, 一次只能 救 2— 3人, 且救援速度慢。
2、 缓降绳。 楼层不高时可以使用, 但可能遭到次生伤害, 如下 降时被塌落物砸伤。
3、 柔性救生滑梯。 因为滑梯的角度不能太大, 故只适合于较低 楼层使用。
4、 中国专利 ZL02114086. 3公开了一种 "气袋式高楼火灾自我救 生器, "但该救生器安装困难, 使用歩骤繁多, 发生火灾时, 对于惊 慌失措的被困人员来说, 很难正确完成相关歩骤, 即使完成了, 也耽 误了宝贵的逃生时间。 另外, 当人员登上该救生器的救生平台时, 救 生平台会晃动;该救生器的气袋底板的结构使救生平台不能保持垂直 姿态下降; 且该救生平台下降初速度近似自由落体, 这些可能造成人 员坠亡事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是, 提供一种气袋式高楼火灾逃生器, 它无安装难 题, 使用歩骤简单, 逃生过程安全, 不论楼层多高, 均可使被困人群 分批迅速逃离火海。 本发明的技术方案是,气袋式高楼火灾逃生器由预先安装于窗台 上的折迭式支架 1, 与折迭式支架 1牢固连接的气袋 2和放置于气袋 2内的救生平台 3组成, 其特征是, 折迭式支架 1上固定有横截面为 矩形的、 中空的承重梁 4, 外表面粗糙的钢套管 5从承重梁 4中心等 径的小圆孔穿过后, 用螺帽 6锁紧, 钢套管 5内压接有滑绳 7, 折迭 式支架 1的上方支护有挡板 8, 折迭式支架 1的前、 后臂之间连接有 储能弹簧 9, 气袋 2由单面有硅胶涂层的防火布缝制而成, 其顶端为 喇叭形, 其余部分为圆柱形, 圆柱形部分外表面每隔一定距离水平固 定有钢丝环 10, 气袋 2的下端有用尼龙搭扣密封的内开门 11, 气袋 2的底部密封连接有底板 12, 底板 12与滑绳 7牢固连接, 救生平台 3由直径与气袋 2直径相等的台板 13和固定于其中心的稳定杆 14组 成, 台板 13的中心至边沿有一扇形开口 16, 上面有格栅 17, 可封闭 扇形开口 16的扇形板 18可在格栅 17下面转动,稳定杆 14为有一纵 向开口 19的管状结构物, 其上端固定有刹车器 20和抱持器 21, 刹 车器 20由一边开口的盒体 22, 摩擦块 23, 压簧 24, 钢丝绳 25和把 手 26组成, 抱持器 21 由圆柱形的, 有喇叭形开口的器身 27, 可在 滑槽 28内转动以部分封闭喇叭形开口的半月形滑块 29和在器身 27 一侧的手轮 30组成, 用螺栓将器身 27与稳定杆 14牢固连接。
下面对本发明的工作原理和使用方法作详细的说明。
作为一种消防设备, 折迭式支架 1和整理、包装好的气袋 2预先 安装在高楼某一指定楼层房间的窗台上,窗台已经加固,外包装隔 绝 了紫外线和雨水的侵袭。 气袋 2内已放置了一组救生平台 3, 其抱持 器 21已固紧在钢套管 5上, 刹车器 20已带刹, 扇形板 18和半月形 滑块 29已将开口封闭。 发生火灾时, 该楼层的被困人员进入该房间 后, 首先将气袋 2的外包装打开, 然后在储能弹簧 9的助力下, 将折 迭式支架 1翻转, 翻转后气袋 2垂下, 距地约 20cm, 储能弹簧 9减 小了气袋 2垂落时的冲击力, 而钢丝环 10使垂落的气袋充分张开。 气袋垂下后, 被困人员就可依次从窗台进入救生平台 3上, 因为钢套 管 5已被锁紧,故救生平台 3不会晃动。当救生平台 3达额定荷载后, 由平台上的人松开抱持器 21, 在重力作用下, 救生平台 3沿滑绳 7 下落, 平台下方的空气受压, 刚开始下落时受压空气产生的反作用力 很小, 但刹车器 20使平台低速下落; 因气袋 2单面涂有硅胶, 故受 压空气不会从气袋壁泄漏; 底板 12也同时受到相同的压力, 将滑绳 7垂直地绷紧, 借助稳定杆 14和绷紧的滑绳 7, 救生平台 3始终保持 垂直姿态下降; 同时气袋 2也绷紧了,大风也吹不动,便于人员撤离。 随着受压空气不断地从平台与气袋间的缝隙泄漏, 海棉垫 15可减缓 空气泄漏, 平台不断下降, 平台下方空气的密度增加了, 反作用力也 增大了, 此时可松开刹车, 仅依靠被压缩空气的反作用力阻滞平台下 降, 如调节扇形板 18可加快平台下降速度直至到达底板 12, 海棉垫 15可减轻接触底板 12时的冲击, 此时平台距地面仅 20cm, 撤离人员 从内开门 11出来, 并转动扇形板 18和半月形滑块 29, 将救生平台 3 带离, 重新关好内开门 11, 以便第二批人员撤离。 第二批人员首先 使滑绳 7从另一组平台的扇形开口 16和纵向开口 19套入,然后转动 扇形板 18和半月形滑块 29封闭开口, 并转动手轮 30固紧抱持器和 转动把手 26使刹车器带刹, 第二批人员就可同样撤离了。
折迭式支架 1的两边可以设置织物屏障,使撤离人员看不到外面 景象, 避免恐高感。
在救生平台 3的 4个节点, 即扇形开口 16, 刹车器 20, 抱持器 21和半月形滑块 29等处, 可安装传感器, 在操作不到位时发出语音 信号。
由上述可知, 本发明的主要优点是:
1、 撤离过程安全。 发生火灾时, 逃生通道就在窗外, 撤离人员 无需经过充满毒烟的楼梯通道到达防火避难层或地面; 撤离时挡板 8 挡住了上方的坠落物, 防火布缝制的气袋阻挡了下层窗口喷出的烈 焰; 救生平台在人员登上时和降落时始终保持平稳, 故非常安全。
2、 撤离过程简单而且快捷。 首批撤离人员只需轻轻翻转折迭式 支架, 就可开始成批撤离; 后续撤离人员也只需在放入救生平台和完 成几个简单的操作后, 即可成批撤离。
本发明适合在高层和超高层写字楼、宾馆、娱乐场所和卖场使用。 附图说明
