Abstract

一种涡旋水流清洗式护理装置的座体及护理装置 技术领域
本发明涉及护理器械技术领域, 尤其涉及一种涡旋水流清洗式护理 装置的座体及护理装置。 背景技术
护理装置, 例如智能护理机是一种利用尖端系统及各种感应装置感 知患者的大小便, 集吸入、 温水清洗、 烘干、 灭菌、 除味等多功能于一 体的护理装置。 它成功解决了行动不便或长期卧床者的大小便护理难 题。 智能护理机的座体是特殊设计的, 方便使用者佩戴, 而且可以身体 翻转、 运动, 是护理机的关键部分之一, 尤其涉及到对人体排泄部位的 清洗。 护理机都采用喷水的方式清洗人体的排泄部位。 座体还具有热风 风干功能。 在座体内部设计有专门的^ 热和输送装置, 可以加速干 燥清^的人体排^位, 4吏其保持干爽等。
目前的护理装置, 例如: 申请号为 CN200820227429. 4 《智能护理机 的 ^1吸座》 , 申请号为 CN200720025869. 7 《护理机的污物收集座》等 等, 都是采用直喷式清洗方式, 其出水口必然要对着人体排泄部位。 一 旦密封不严密, 出水即会喷射到外部。 喷出的水流直 用到人体的排 泄部位, 人体感受不舒服。 水流垂直方向作用于残留在使用者皮狭表面 的排泄物, 缺乏剪切方向的作用力, 清洗效果不理想。 只有消耗较多的 水, 才能使冲洗范围覆盖排泄物可能残留的人体皮肤范围。
现有的护理装置也没有明确指出大便和小便的感应方式, 如何区分 排泄物类型, 如何保证其灵敏检测? 并且, 现有的护理装置喷嘴的清洗 能力有限, 通常使用的喷嘴只能形成一股水流, 所能形成的冲洗面受限 制, 因此清洗效率较低等等。 由于现有的护理装置存在种种的不足之 处, 因此, 需要一种新型的护理装置。 发明内容 有鉴于此, 本发明要解决的一个技术问题是提供一种涡旋水流清洗 式护理装置的座体, 采用涡旋水流清洗排泄部位。
一种涡旋水流清洗式护理装置的座体, 包括: 吸座主体; 粪便收集 池设置在所述吸座主体 1的底部; 在所述吸座主体 1内部的前壁上设 置对应于使用者小便排泄处的尿液收集口, 并在所述吸座主体前壁的 底部设置真空吸入口; 在所述吸座主体内部的侧壁上设置清洁水出 口; 清洗水出口设置在所述吸座主体内壁上、 并位于所述粪便收集池 的底部; 其中, 通过所述真空 口引入负压, 将使用者的排泄物通过 所述真空吸入口导出所述吸座主体; 所述清洗水出口喷出清洗水清洗所 述吸座主体; 清洁水由所述清洁水出口喷出形成水流, 从所述多个进 风口吹出的气体与所述水流接触, 使所述水流形成涡旋水流, 清洗^ 者的排泄部位。
根据本发明的座体的一个实施例, 进一步的, 所述座体包括暖风加 热装置; 其中, 在所述吸座主体 1的内壁上设置 出口; 所述^ L 加热装置产生的¾>^过所述暖风出口进入所述吸座主体 1内。

粪便收集池 1-4设置在吸座主体 1的底部。 在吸座主体 1 内部的 前壁上设置对应于使用者小便排泄处的尿液收集口 1-5, 并在吸座主体 1前壁的底部设置真空^口 1 - 3。
在吸座主体 1内部的侧壁上设置清洁水出口 1-1。 清洗水出口设置 在吸座主体 1内壁上、 并位于粪便收集池 1-4的底部。
通过真空¾1^口 1-3将使用者的排泄物导出吸座主体 1。 清洗水出 口喷出清洗水清洗吸座主体 1。 清洁水由清洁水出口 1-1喷出, 形成涡 旋水流。
清洁水由所述清洁水出口 1-1 喷出形成水流, 从多个 i«口 1 - 2 吹出的气体与水流接触, 使水流形成涡旋水流, 清洁水相对于吸座主体 1的中心呈顺时针或逆时针方向, 清洗使用者的排泄部位。

座体最主要的功能处理使用者的排泄物和清洗人体排泄部位。 一旦 使用者产生排泄物(粪便或尿液)就会被大便或小便传感器检测到。 排 泄物汇集到粪便收集池内。
使用者产生的尿液通过尿液收集口 1-5落入到粪便收集池 1-4, 粪 便直接落入到粪便收集池 1-4。 小便或大便传感器检测到信号, 利用真 空作用将排泄物由真空吸入口 1-3 经收集管, 最终进入到污物收集桶 内。 同时清洗水由直喷水件 9喷出, 用于冲洗吸座内的排泄物, 清洁水 由清洗水出口 1-1喷出, 形成涡旋状水流, 用来清 体的排泄部位。 热风由热风喷头 23输出, 用来烘干人体的排泄部位。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 多个进风口 1 - 2 包括: 3 - 5个第一孔 1 - 2a和 10 - 15个第二孔 l-2b。

清水从出水口 1-1喷出时, 由于自身动量, 会有沿出水口方向继续 运动的趋势, 同时由于重力作用, 也有向下运动的趋势。 从气孔 l-2a 出来的气体, 与水流接触并作用改变其在垂直面 (X 轴和 z 轴所在平 面)的运动趋势。 同时由于负压通过沿着轴向方向, 对水流产生向真空 口 1-3的作用力, 改变其运动趋势。 当水流运动到其他气孔的作用 范围内, 同样会改变运动趋势。 于是, 在水流的动量、 气体作用和负压 作用三个主要因素共同作用下, 水流会形成一种涡旋运动的过程, 最终 经过真空¾1 ^口 1- 3 ¾A^i机。
才艮据本发明的一个实施例, 以此结构为^ ¾, 在连接负压装置和供 水装置后, 当真空 ¾1 ^口 1-3引入的负压为 -6 KPa至- 12 KPa, 水流量 为 400 mL至 1300 mL之间时, 人体佩戴吸座后, 可以在其内表面形成 满旋水流。
涡流清洗的形成的重要因素之一就是出水口的方向。 作为替代方 案, 可以按照相同的角度在另外一侧增加出水口。 根据本发明的一个实施例, 座体包括暖风加热装置。 在吸座主体 1 的内壁上设置暖风出口 1 - 6。 ^ 热装置产生的 ^R t过暖风出口 1 - 6进入吸座主体 1内。
加热装置包括: 电热丝 17、 电热丝固定件 19和电热丝密封垫 18。 电热丝 17安装在电热丝固定件 19上, 并且电热丝 17通过电热丝 密封垫 18密封。 在暖风出口 1 - 6的出口端设有温度保护开关 20和温 度保险丝 21。
电热丝固定件 19上设有热风出口, 在出口端设有温度保护开关 20 和温度保险丝 21, 用来放置温度过热。 热风组件上盖 16和热风组件下 盖 22将所诉组件安 一起。 热风从电热丝固定件 19上的出口端, 经 过热风喷头 23, 均匀 的 吸座主体内部。
在座体内部设计有专门的^ ^加热和输送装置。 可以加速干燥清洗 后的人体排泄部位, 使其保持干爽。 不需要管组来输送气体, 以此极大 的减少了热量损失, 因此, 加热设备产生的初始热风温度即可达到人体 所适应温度, 不需要艮高温度, 在保证温度精确可控的同时保证安全 性。

电容式传感器也常常被人们称为电容式物位计, 电容式物位计的电 测元件是根据圆筒形电容器原理进行工作的, 可以测液位的高低。 根据本发明的一个实施例, 用于检测大便的光电传感器主要有发射 管、 接收管和传输电路组成。 发射管和接受管相对放置, 两种处于常开 状态, 形成发射-接受的光路。
当人体产生排泄时, 会遮挡或中断光路, 则传感器形成信号, 并经 过电路放大和传输给主机。 用于检测小便的电容传感器, 可以位于收集 槽底部与座体底部之间。
一 ^尿液 ¾>V其检测区域内, 则产生电信号并传输给主机。 通过 这种方式可以区分排泄物类型, 并且保证检测信号的灵敏和快速。 还可 以选择热敏传感器、 电极传感器、 气味传感器等。 传感电路还可以采用 无线传输的方式。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 使用者通过专用垫和固定板来正确固 定并佩戴好智能护理机的座体后, 进入待机状态。
一旦人体产生排泄物, 传感器立即检测和区分出排泄物的类型 (大便或小便), 并传出信号给主机。 座体内部的喷嘴组件喷出的水流 将排泄物集中到吸污口区域, 同时主机内部产生的负压可以将排泄物吸 座管路, 最后进入污物收集桶。
进过数十秒的等待阶段, 座体内部形成的涡旋水流对使用者排泄 部分进行清洗。 产生的污物和污水同样被负压可以将排泄物吸座管路, 污物收集桶。
最后, 气泵输送的气体通过座体内的加热组件升温到设定温度范 围, 通过出风口对排泄部位进行烘干。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 座体包括喷水组件。 喷水组件包括: 直 喷挡板 7、 直喷水件密封橡胶 8和直喷水件 9。 直喷水件密封橡胶 8设 置在直喷挡板 7和直喷水件 9之间。 直喷挡板 7固定连接在吸座主体 1 上。 在直喷水件 9上设有均匀分布的清洗水出口。
清洗水出口可以采用特殊的可产生锥形或者其他立体结构的喷嘴, 也可 i^J ^t^。

主机产生的负压通过真空 口 1-3将排泄物导出吸座主体 1, 进 入污物收集桶。 经过设定的等待时间后, 控制装置控制清洁水由清洁水 出口 1-1喷出, 形成涡旋水流, 清洗使用者的排泄部位, 并控制^ 热装置将空气加热到设定的温 , 通过暖风出口 1 - 6进入吸座主体 1内。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 座体包括吸座弹力橡胶 4。 其中, 吸座 主体 1具有与使用者的下体相对应的弧形开口。 吸座弹力橡胶 4安装 在吸座主体 1的开口上。 座体包括吸座軍 5。 吸座軍 5为楔形, 通过橡 胶预埋件 13与吸座主体 1的上端转动连接。

座体的软硅胶部分设计成可拆卸部分, 即避免了软硅胶部分的老化 或损坏, 又满足使用者对卫生的特殊要求。

本发明的涡旋水流清洗式护理装置的座体及护理装置, 具有下述的 优点:
1、 针对直喷式可能会漏水这一情况, 改变水流出口方向。 水流采 用切向方向 , 在重力和负压的作用下, 会偏向座体内部方向, 不会泄漏到座体外部。 所形成的涡旋水流紧贴在人体接触部位, 不会对 皮狭产生直接的冲击力。 因此对人体皮肤的刺激感觉大大下降。 涡旋水 流从切向作用于残留排泄物, 涡旋水流的离心惯性提高流动性、 碰撞机 率和传质速率, 因此清洗效率更高, 可覆盖区域更多, 更加节约用水。
2、 专门针对排泄物类型的传感器, 不仅可以区分排泄物类型, 而 且保证感应方式灵敏和准确 3、 改进后的喷嘴组件, 由多个小出水口按照一个顺序排列组成, 可以形成立体的冲洗面, 提高清洗座体内壁的效率。
4、 热风风干装置的设计, 可以确保温度可控, 安全性提高, 同时 不需要管组来输送气体因此经济性^ 合理。
5、 座体的软硅胶部分设计成可拆卸部分, 即避免了软硅胶部分的 老化或损坏, 又满足使用者对卫生的特殊要求。
6、 通过更换上部软 件, 可以使座 ^用与不同体形的人员。 支撑部软硅胶件的延伸部分, 保证了使用者与座体的贴合度。
7、 与座体相配合的专用垫采用软泡沫材质, 目的是为了提高使用 度和座体贴合度。
8、 为了防止座体的随意移动, 座体被固定在一个底座上。

1、 一种涡旋水流清洗式护理装置的座体, 其特征在于, 包括: 吸座主体( 1 ) ; 粪便收集池( 1-4 )设置在所述吸座主体( 1 ) 的底部; 在所述吸座主体(1) 内部的前壁上设置对应于使用者小便 排泄处的尿液收集口 (1-5), 并在所述吸座主体(1)前壁的底部设置 真空吸入口 (1-3); 在所述吸座主体(1) 内部的侧壁上设置清洁水 出口 (1-1)和多个¾^口 (1-2); 清洗水出口设置在所述吸座主体 (1) 内壁上、 并位于所述粪便收集池(1-4)的底部;
其中, 通过所述真空吸入口 (1-3)引入负压, 将使用者的排泄物 通过所述真空吸入口 (1-3)导出所述吸座主体(1) ; 所述清洗水出 口喷出清洗水清洗所述吸座主体(1); 清洁水由所述清洁水出口 (1- 1)喷出形成水流, 从所述多个进风口 (1-2)吹出的气体与所述水流 接触, 使所述水流形成涡旋水流, 清洗使用者的排泄部位。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的座体, 其特征在于:
所述座体包括 ^ 热装置;
其中, 在所述吸座主体(1)的内壁上设置暖风出口 (1- 6); 所述 加热装置产生的 R t过所述暖风出口 ( 1 - 6 )进入所述吸 座主体( 1 ) 内。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的座体, 其特征在于:
所述多个 口 (1-2)包括: 3-5个第一孔(l-2a)和 10-15 个第二孔( 1- 2b );
其中, 所述 3-5个第一孔(1- 2a)设置在所述吸座主体(1) 内 部的侧壁上, 并且, 所述 3- 5个第一孔(1- 2a)的中心轴与水平面 形成 30- 35度的锐角, 与垂直面形成 25 - 35度的锐角;
所述 10 - 15个第二孔 ( l-2b )设置在所述吸座主体( 1 ) 内部的侧 壁上, 所述 10-15个第二孔(1- 2b)的中心轴都在垂直面内, 并且所 述 10 - I5个第二孔( l-2b )的中心轴都指向所述 出口 ( 1-6 )的中 心位置;
通过所述真空 ¾1 ^口 (1-3 ) 引入的负压压力为- 6 KPa至- 12 KPa, 所述清洁水的流量为 400 mL至 1300 mL。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的座体, 其特征在于:
所述 加热装置包括: 电热丝(17 )、 电热丝固定件(19 )和电 热丝密封垫( 18 );
所述电热丝(17 )安装在所述电热丝固定件(19 )上, 并且所述电 热丝( 17 )通过所述电热丝密封垫(18 )密封;
在所述暖风出口 ( 1 - 6 ) 的出口端设有温度保护开关( 20 )和温 度保险丝 ( 21 )。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的座体, 其特征在于:
所述座体包括喷水组件; 所述喷水组件包括: 直喷挡板 ( 7 )、 直喷 水件密封橡胶 ( 8 )和直喷水件 ( 9 );
所述直喷水件密封橡胶 ( 8 )设置在所述直喷挡板( 7 )和直喷水件 ( 9 )之间; 所述直喷挡板 ( 7 ) 固定连接在所述吸座主体( 1 )上; 在 所述直喷水件 9上 i殳有均匀分布的所述清洗水出口。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的座体, 其特征在于:
在所述吸座主体(1 ) 内部的底壁上设置电容式传感器。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的座体, 其特征在于:
在所述粪便收集池(1-4 )相对的两个侧壁上分别设置光电对射管 发射极 ( 10 ) 和光电对射管接收极 ( 11 ); 所述光电对射管发射极 ( 10 )和光电对射管接收极 ( 11 )形成对射光路。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的座体, 其特征在于: 所述座体包括控制装置和主机;
当使用者产生排泄物时, 所述电容式传感器、 所述光电对射管发 射极(10 )和光电对射管接收极( 11 ) 区分出排泄物的类型, 并传出信 号给所述控制装置;
所述控制装置控制所述喷嘴组件喷出所述清洗水; 所 ^机产生的 负压通过所述真空 ¾UV口 (1-3 )将排泄物导出所述吸座主体(1 ) , 进入污物收集桶;
经过设定的等待时间后, 所述控制装置控制清洁水由所述清洁水出 口 (1-1 )喷出, 形成涡旋水流, 清洗使用者的排泄部位, 并控制所述 暖风加热装置将空气加热到设定的温度后, 通过所述暖风出口 ( 1 - 6 )进入所述吸座主体( 1 ) 内。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的座体, 其特征在于:
所述座体包括吸座弹力橡胶 ( 4 );
其中, 所述吸座主体(1 )具有与使用者的下体相对应的弧形开 口; 所述吸座弹力橡胶 ( 4 )安装在所述吸座主体( 1 ) 的开口上。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的座体, 其特征在于:
所述座体包括吸座軍 ( 5 );
所述吸座軍(5 )为楔形, 通过橡胶预埋件 ( 13 )与所述吸座主体 ( 1 )的上端转动连接。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的座体, 其特征在于:
所述吸座弹力橡胶 ( 4 )和吸座軍 ( 5 )的材质都为 。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的座体, 其特征在于:
在所述吸座弹力橡胶(4 )上设置垫圏、 辅助绑带或床垫。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的座体, 其特征在于: 所述座体包括底座 ( 6 );
所述吸座主体 ( 1 )通过卡扣方式与所述底座 ( 6 ) 固定连接
14、 一种涡旋水流清洗式护理装置, 其特征在于:
包括如权利要求 1至 13任意一项所述的涡旋水流清洗式护理装置 的座体。
