- the reservation operation becomes difficult.
- the EPG acquired by the receiving device 10 is provided to the information processing device 30 via the server 20. Therefore, the information processing apparatus 30 can perform a reservation operation based on the EPG of the broadcasting station that can be received by the receiving apparatus 10. Thereby, it is possible to prevent an erroneous operation such that a reservation operation is erroneously performed based on an EPG that cannot be received by the receiving device 10.
- the information processing apparatus can acquire an EPG in which those changes are reflected relatively quickly, so that an erroneous reservation operation from the information processing apparatus to the receiving apparatus can be performed. The possibility of being made can be reduced.

- the information and event IDs to be represented will be duplicated. In that case, it is difficult for the server 20 to distinguish and manage them.
- the server 20 can distinguish and manage them.
- the configuration of information representing the broadcasting station, event ID, etc. differs from country to country and it is difficult to manage EPGs for terminals transmitted from multiple countries in one table, a table is provided for each country.
- the terminal EPG may be managed.

- step S405 the operation of step S405 is performed next, and when narrowing down cannot be performed, the operation of step S407 is performed next.
- step S404 when narrowing down based on the program name in step S404, for example, a free word search by the program name may be performed, or a program with a similar program name may be extracted as the corresponding program.
- the event information association unit 113 determines whether or not an event ID is included in one extracted program (step S405). If the event ID is included, the operation of step S406 is executed next. If the event ID is not included, the operation of step S407 is executed next.
- the event information association unit 113 adds the reservation information based on the event ID included in the extracted one program to the list of reservations to be executed stored in the reservation information storage unit 109 (step S406).

Abstract
