操作处理方法及装置 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及操作处理方法及装置。 背景技术 目前,通信操作是手机出现以来就存在的常用功能, 也是手机最基本的作用之一。 随着手机各种应用的不断发展, 手机中基本的通信操作从拨打电话逐步扩展到短信、 彩信、 邮件、 可视电话等多种联系方式。 相关技术中, 无论是发起电话、 信息或邮件, 常见的操作一般都是先输入或选择 目的号码或地址, 才能进一步进行对应的动作。 例如, 拨打电话时, 需要首先从拨号 盘输入通话记录或从名片夹中选择号码。 当用户需要回复短信时, 也需要首先找到需 要回复的号码或短息条目, 之后才能够进行短信回复操作。 虽然语音通话, 信息等功能已经出现了很多年, 但人们习以为常的操作方式一直 没有发生较大变革, 绝大多数操作都需要首先选定操作对象, 之后才能根据被选择的 对象中提供的接口进行对应的操作。 随着用户通信功能的逐渐复杂化, 在相互之间联系中, 用户之间涉及到的操作也 越来越多, 例如在名片夹中, 最初用户只能够进行电话操作, 后来逐渐增加了短信, 彩信, 邮件, 甚至能够针对用户的生日进行日程提醒等, 每一个元素对应的操作越来 越复杂。 使得这种目前常见操作的方式显得越来越繁琐。 针对相关技术中, 设备操作趋于复杂化的问题, 目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供了一种操作处理方法及装置, 以至少解决设备操作趋于复杂化 的问题。 根据本发明实施例的一个方面, 提供了一种操作处理方法, 包括: 检测当前界面 中的元素; 根据所述元素生成相应的操作控件; 确认所述操作控件移动到所述元素上 后, 对所述元素执行所述操作控件对应的操作。 优选地, 在所述元素包括多个子元素的情况下, 确认所述操作控件移动到所述元 素上后对所述元素执行所述操作控件对应的操作包括: 确认所述操作控件移动到匹配 的所述元素上后, 显示所述多个子元素; 确认将所述操作控件移动到所述多个子元素 中的其中之一上后, 对所述子元素执行所述操作控件对应的操作。 优选地, 还包括: 将界面上所述元素分成可操作元素和不可操作元素, 其中, 所 述可操作元素的状态为能够被所述操作控件操作, 所述不可操作元素的状态为不能被 所述操作控件操作。 优选地, 在对所述元素执行所述操作控件对应的操作之后, 所述方法还包括: 将 所述不可操作元素恢复为可操作状态。 优选地, 所述元素包括以下至少之一: 号码、 联系人、 纯文本、 多媒体, 和 /或, 所述元素生成相应的所述操作控件包括以下至少之一: 呼叫、 发短信、 发彩信、 复制 文本。 优选地, 还包括: 将所述操作控件移动到另一个界面中, 其中, 检测所述另一个 界面上有与所述操作控件相关联的所述元素为一个情况下, 在移动到所述另一个界面 的任意处则直接执行所述元素对应的所述操作控件的业务; 检测所述另一个界面上有 与所述操作控件相关联的所述元素为多个情况下, 所述另一个界面显示所述操作元素 执行对应所述操作控件业务的技术特征。 优选地, 还包括: 检测所述界面上有与所述操作控件相关联的所述元素为多个情 况下, 显示所述元素执行对应所述操作控件业务的技术特征。 优选地, 所述技术特征包括: 移动的距离, 目标位置, 路径。 根据本发明实施例的另一个方面, 还提供了一种操作处理装置, 包括: 检测模块, 设置为检测当前界面中的元素; 生成模块,设置为根据所述元素生成相应的操作控件; 执行模块, 设置为确认所述操作控件移动到所述元素上后, 对所述元素执行所述操作 控件对应的操作。 优选地, 在所述元素包括多个子元素的情况下, 所述执行模块设置为确认所述操 作控件移动到匹配的所述操作元素上后, 显示所述多个子元素; 并确认将所述操作控 件移动到所述多个子元素中的其中之一上后, 对所述子元素执行所述操作控件对应的 操作。 优选地, 还包括: 分类模块, 设置为将界面上所述元素分成可操作元素和不可操 作元素, 其中, 所述可操作元素的状态为能够被所述操作控件操作, 所述不可操作元 素的状态为不能被所述操作控件操作。 优选地,所述分类模块还设置为在对所述元素执行所述操作控件对应的操作之后, 将所述不可操作元素恢复为可操作状态。 优选地, 所述元素包括以下至少之一: 号码、 联系人、 纯文本、 多媒体, 和 /或, 所述元素生成相应的所述操作控件包括以下至少之一: 呼叫、 发短信、 发彩信、 复制 文本。 优选地, 所述执行模块还设置为将所述操作控件移动到另一个界面中, 其中, 检 测所述另一个界面上有与所述操作控件相关联的所述元素为一个情况下, 在移动到所 述另一个界面的任意处则直接执行所述元素对应的所述操作控件的业务; 图 3是根据本发明实施例的操作处理装置的结构框图二; 图 4是根据本发明优选实施例的移动终端操作处理装置的结构框图; 图 5是根据本发明优选实施例的移动终端操作处理的流程图; 图 6是根据本发明优选实施例的通话记录中发起呼叫的示意图; 图 7是根据本发明优选实施例的短信模块的应用的示意图; 图 8是根据本发明优选实施例的紧急呼叫功能的示意图; 图 9是根据本发明优选实施例的翻页操作的示意图。 具体实施方式 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相 互组合。 下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 在以下实施例中, 终端可以是移动终端(例如, 手机、 平板电脑等), 也可以是其 他类型的终端。 终端上运行的操作系统也可以是各种类型的系统, 例如, 目前被广泛 使用的安卓系统, 或者是 Windows操作系统、 iOS系统等, 但是并不限于此。 本实施例提供了一种操作处理方法, 图 1是根据本发明实施例的操作处理方法的 流程图, 如图 1所示, 包括如下的步骤: 步骤 S102, 检测当前界面中的元素; 步骤 S104, 根据元素生成相应的操作控件; 步骤 S106,确认操作控件移动到元素上后,对该元素执行该操作控件对应的操作。 通过上述实施例中的步骤, 对界面中的元素, 不是通过先选择元素, 再对该元素 进行相关选择后执行对应的操作, 而是通过对界面中的元素生成相应的操作控件, 把 操作控件直接移动该元素上后, 执行操作控件对应的操作, 解决了设备操作趋于复杂 化的问题, 提高了用户的操作体验。 在本实施例中, 在元素可能包括多个子元素的情况下, 确认操作控件移动到该元 素上后对该元素执行该操作控件对应的操作可以包括: 确认该操作控件移动到匹配的 该元素上后, 显示该多个子元素; 确认将该操作控件移动到该多个子元素中的其中之 一上后, 对该子元素执行该操作控件对应的操作, 通过这种对元素对应子元素再选择 的方式, 增加了用户的可选项, 提高了操作的准确度。 例如, 终端写邮件的过程中, 邮件元素有发件箱, 收件箱, 草稿箱等子元素, 根 据界面上邮件元素生成了打开控件, 将该打开控件移动到邮件元素上后, 邮件元素会 再显示发件箱, 收件箱, 草稿箱等子元素, 再把打开控件移动到发件箱后, 终端打开 发件箱。 在本实施例中, 对应的不同操作控件, 在选择相应的操作控件后, 可以对界面的 元素进行分类, 优选的, 将界面上元素分成可操作元素和不可操作元素, 其中, 可操 作元素的状态为能够被该操作控件操作, 不可操作元素的状态为不能被该操作控件操 作, 在对该元素执行该操作控件对应的操作之后, 该不可操作元素可以恢复为可操作 状态, 通过在选择相应操作控件后, 对元素进行分类, 防止了用户在操作过程中的误 操作。 在本实施例中, 在当前的界面, 检测该界面上有与该操作控件相关联的该元素为 多个情况下, 显示该元素执行对应该操作控件业务的技术特征,该技术特征可以包括: 移动的距离, 目标位置, 路径, 元素的技术特征的多样化, 也给用户带来了不同的用 户体验, 用户可以将操作控件进行不同的选择, 从而执行业务的操作。 例如, 根据当前的音乐界面, 生成相应的播放控件, 当前界面有多首可以播放的 歌曲的情况下, 根据用户收听次数的多少对歌曲进行排列, 方便用户用该播放控件去 选择播放歌曲。 在本实施例中, 元素可以包括以下至少之一: 号码、 联系人、 纯文本、 多媒体, 该元素可以生成相应的该操作控件包括以下至少之一: 呼叫、 发短信、 发彩信、 复制 文本, 本发明实施例并不仅限于上述元素和操作控件, 可以根据界面不同的功能元素 生成不同的对应的操作控件。 在本实施例中, 操作控件不仅能在当前的界面进行操作, 还可以移动到另外的多 个界面上进行相关的操作, 优选的, 将操作控件移动到另一个界面中, 其中, 检测该 另一个界面上有与该操作控件相关联的该元素为一个情况下, 在移动到该另一个界面 的任意处则直接执行该元素对应的该操作控件的业务; 检测该另一个界面上有与该操 作控件相关联的该元素为多个情况下, 该另一个界面显示该操作元素执行对应该操作 控件业务的技术特征, 该技术特征可以包括: 移动的距离, 目标位置, 路径, 操作控 件在不同界面的移动, 增加了用户自主操作的选择余地, 提高了用户体验。 在本实施例中, 还提供了一种操作处理装置, 该操作处理装置用于实现上述的方 法, 在上述实施例及优选实施方式中已经进行过说明的, 在此不再赘述。 需要说明的是, 下述装置中的模块的名称并不构成对该模块的实际限定, 例如, 检测模块可以表述为 "设置为检测当前界面中的元素模块", 以下的模块均可以在处理 器中实现, 例如, 检测模块可以表述为 "一种处理器, 用于检测当前界面中的元素", 或者, "一种处理器, 包括检测模块"等。 图 2是根据本发明实施例的操作处理装置的结构框图一, 如图 2所示, 该装置包 括: 检测模块 22、 生成模块 24和执行模块 26, 下面对该结构进行说明。 检测模块 22, 设置为检测当前界面中的元素; 生成模块 24, 设置为根据该元素生成相应的操作控件; 执行模块 26, 设置为确认该操作控件移动到该元素上后, 对该元素执行该操作控 件对应的操作。 通过上述装置, 对界面中的元素, 不是通过先选择元素, 再对该元素进行相关选 择后执行对应的操作, 而是通过对界面中的元素生成相应的操作控件, 把操作控件直 接移动该元素上后, 就执行操作控件对应的操作,解决了设备操作趋于复杂化的问题, 提高了用户的操作体验。 本实施例中, 在元素包括多个子元素的情况下, 该执行模块设置为确认该操作控 件移动到匹配的该操作元素上后, 显示该多个子元素; 并确认将该操作控件移动到该 多个子元素中的其中之一上后, 对该子元素执行该操作控件对应的操作。 图 3是根据本发明实施例的操作处理装置的结构框图二, 如图 3所示, 该装置包 括: 检测模块 22、 生成模块 24、 执行模块 26、 分类模块 32和显示模块 34, 检测模块 22、 生成模块 24和执行模块 26实现的功能与上述描述相同, 在此不再赘述, 下面对 该装置进行说明。 分类模块 32, 设置为将界面上该元素分成可操作元素和不可操作元素, 其中, 该 可操作元素的状态为能够被该操作控件操作, 该不可操作元素的状态为不能被该操作 控件操作, 并且分类模块还设置为在对该元素执行该操作控件对应的操作之后, 将该 不可操作元素恢复为可操作状态。 显示模块 34, 设置为检测界面上有与操作控件相关联的操作元素为多个情况下, 显示该元素执行对应该操作控件业务的技术特征, 其中, 该技术特征包括: 移动的距 离, 目标位置, 路径。 在本实施例中, 执行模块 26还设置为将操作控件移动到另一个界面中, 其中, 检 测该另一个界面上有与该操作控件相关联的该元素为一个情况下, 在移动到该另一个 界面的任意处则直接执行该元素对应的该操作控件的业务; 和 /或, 检测该另一个界面 上有与该操作控件相关联的该元素为多个情况下, 该另一个界面显示该操作元素执行 对应该操作控件业务的技术特征。 下面将结合优选的实施例和实施方式对该发明进行说明。 优选实施例一 本优选实施例提供了一种能够快速进行操作发起的方法, 将操作的发起入口与对 应的元素完全分离。 在手机的各种可以进行操作的界面设置对应的操作控件, 该操作 控件可以通过触控屏进行拖动。 当操作控件被用户拖动到某个具体的界面元素时, 则 直接对该的界面元素发起对应的操作。 该操作控件的操作类型和数量根据界面上的元素而自动生成。 例如, 在短信列表 界面, 由于界面上有号码, 联系人, 纯文本, 则界面上出现的操作控件对应为呼叫, 发短信, 发彩信, 复制文本; 在浏览器界面, 当前页面有能够进行呼叫的号码时, 则 自动生成拨号控件显示在界面上供用户操作。 随着用户的操作, 当前页面没有能够进 行呼叫的号码时, 拨号控件自动消失。 在本优选实施例中, 当用户选择了某个对应的操作控件后, 则界面上与该操作控 件无关的元素都处于不可操作状态。 例如当用户拖动了呼叫操作控件, 则界面上处于 可操作状态的元素仅为可执行呼叫操作的元素, 当用户取消了对该操作控件的操作, 界面恢复到原状态。 在本优选实施例中, 当该界面元素包括多个子元素时, 可以通过再次拖动操作控 件的操作特征来选择其中的子元素发起操作。 例如在名片夹中保存了多个号码, 当拖 动拨号控件到该名片的关联头像上时, 可以显示该名片夹内的多个号码, 通过二次拖 动拨号控件选择所需的号码进行拨号, 其中, 该操作特征可以是特定的拖动距离, 特 定的目标位置, 路径等。 在上述的优选实施例中, 在该可以进行操作的界面中, 用户可以将不同的元素自 由的放置在一个页面下。 图 4是根据本发明优选实施例的移动终端操作处理装置的结构框图,如图 4所示, 移动终端 40包括: 检测模块 42、 控件生成模块 44、 分类模块 46和操作执行模块 48, 移动终端中, 上述检测模块 42、 控件生成模块 44、 分类模块 46和操作执行模块 48 与检测模块 22、 生成模块 24、分类模块 32和执行模块 26实现的功能相同, 下面对该 装置进行说明。 检测模块 42, 设置为检测到当前的界面元素中所支持的所有操作; 控件生成模块 44, 设置为根据操作检测模块所检测到的可执行的操作, 在手机的 界面上生成对应的操作控件。 分类模块 46, 设置为根据用户所操作到的操作控件类型, 将界面上的所有元素区 分为当前操作控件可操作的元素和当前操作控件不可操作的元素, 移动终端将可操作 的元素设置为可操作状态, 将不可操作的元素设置为不可操作状态。 操作执行模块 48, 设置为根据用户将操作控件拖动到对应可操作元素的界面操 作, 执行对应的终端动作。 针对用户在屏幕上更加习惯于划动和点击两种操作, 本优选实施例提出的方式能 够使用户在进行手机功能使用时更加有操作感, 用户体验更佳。 本优选实施例将操作与被操作元素分离, 能够使用户将不同的元素自由的放置在 同一个页面下, 例如将音乐与短信放置在一起, 当用户操作与音乐有关的控件时, 短 信处于不可用状态, 反之则音乐处于不可操作状态。 这大大丰富了用户在使用时的操 作自由性, 并且不会引起操作混乱, 能够给用户带来突出的操作愉悦感。 优选实施例二 图 5是根据本发明优选实施例的移动终端操作处理的流程图, 如图 5所示, 由于 本优选实施例该的方式适用于所有模块, 图 5以手机中的典型业务: 发起语音呼叫为 例, 来说明优选实施例操作处理过程, 该流程图包括如下步骤。 步骤 S502: 在存在能够发起呼叫的元素的界面上, 例如名片夹, 拨号盘, 短信列 表等, 生成一个可拖动的呼叫拨号控件; 步骤 S504: 当手机进入包含该呼叫拨号控件的界面后, 检测对该拨号控件的划动 操作; 步骤 S506: 当发现拖动拨号控件的操作后, 判断该拖动的最终位置是否停在了与 号码有关的界面元素上; 步骤 S508: 如果拨号控件没有被拖动到与号码有关的界面元素上, 则拨号控件自 动返回到原位置, 等待下一次操作; 步骤 S510: 如果拨号控件最终被拖动到了一个与号码有关的界面元素上, 则判断 该元素是否仅对应一个唯一的号码; 步骤 S512: 如果该界面元素只对应一个唯一的号码, 例如是一条通话记录, 只包 含一个号码的名片, 或正文中不包含任何号码的短信息(只包含一个发件人号码)等, 则直接对该号码发起呼叫; 步骤 S514: 如果该界面元素对应多个号码, 则显示每个号码(或该号码的其它对 应辨认信息, 如姓名, 描述说明), 并在界面上提示出对每个号码发起呼叫所需要将拨 号控件划动的对应距离; 步骤 S516: 检测对拨号控件的划动操作; 步骤 S518:如果在规定的时间内用户没有操作,则拨号控件自动返回其初始位置, 结束此次处理过程, 等待用户的下一次操作; 步骤 S520: 如果用户及时操作了拨号控件, 则判断用户对拨号控件的拖动距离是 否满足某一个号码对应的距离要求; 步骤 S522: 如果用户的操作不满足任何一个号码的对应要求, 则拨号控件回到该 用户操作前的位置, 继续等待用户通过划动操作选择其中一个号码进行呼叫; 步骤 S524: 反之, 如果用户的操作满足了某一个号码的对应距离要求, 则直接对 该号码发起呼叫; 经过上述步骤, 当每个存在可以拨号的元素的界面上存在一个呼叫拨号控件时, 用户可以通过拖动呼叫控件到任意一个包含号码的元素上来发起呼叫, 当包含号码的 元素中包含不止一个号码时, 则界面上会显示出其中每个号码的拖动操作特征, 在上 述优选实施例中, 该特征是对应的拖动距离。 当用户操作拨号控件达成某个号码对应 的特征时, 则发起向该号码的呼叫。 该移动操作处理装置包括: 检测模块, 控件生成模块, 分类模块和启动操作执行 模块, 上述模块与实施例中的检测模块 42、 控件生成模块 44、 分类模块 46和操作执 行模块 48的功能相同, 下面对该装置进行详细说明。 检测模块负责检测当前页面的所有元素能够支持的操作, 检测完成后, 将所有当 前页面可以执行的操作传递给控件生成模块, 控件生成模块在界面上生成对应的操作 控件。 当用户操作了某个控件之后, 分类模块开始生效, 它根据用户当前操作的控件将 界面上的所有元素分类为可被操作与不可被操作的元素, 并将可被操作的元素置为可 操作状态, 将不可被操作的元素置为不可操作状态。 当用户操作当前的操作控件, 对 某个可操作元素发起操作时, 例如, 在将该操作控件拖动到该可操作元素上, 则启动 操作执行模块, 对该的元素执行用户操作的该操作。 最后, 手机界面, 应用程序以及射频等对该操作进行响应, 完成 整个操作过程。 下面结合具体应用场景对本发明优选实施例和实施方式进行说明。 图 6是根据本发明优选实施例的通话记录中发起呼叫的示意图, 如图 6所示: 该的操作控件在屏幕的下方。 如图 6所示, 在该页面中, 针对联系人姓名, 可以 进行信息, 电话操作, 针对电话号码, 则除了这两个操作外, 还可以进行保存为名片 的操作, 因此在屏幕下方, 页面上自动的生成了: 信息, 电话, 保存三个操作控件。 当用户使用手指将电话拨号控件拖动到姓名 1上时, 手机响应该操作, 向姓名 1 进行拨号呼叫。 图 7是根据本发明优选实施例的短信模块的应用的示意图, 如图 7所示: 在短信列表中有多条短信,其中发件人为姓名 1的最新短信正文中没有任何号码, 发件人为姓名 2的最新一条短信正文中有一个被识别为电话号码的号码, 发件人为姓 名 1的最新一条短信正文中有两个被识别为电话号码的号码。 在本优选实施例中, 当前界面能够被操作的元素只有短信, 而短信中能够被操作 的元素包括短信的发件人, 短信正文中的号码。 短信对应的操作有: 打开, 删除, 回 复信息, 而短信的发件人, 短信正文中的号码对应的操作则为回复信息, 呼叫, 因此 当前界面上显示打开, 删除, 回复, 呼叫四个操作控件。 当用户操作呼叫控件, 并将该控件拖动到姓名 2所在的短信上, 由于该短信中能 够被呼叫的元素有两个, 分别是姓名 2, 和短信中的电话号码号码 2, 在本优选实施例 中, 需要用户再次操作控件选择其中的一个进行呼叫。 在本优选实施例中采取了利用不同的目标位置来区分操作元素的方式, 当用户把 呼叫控件拖动到了姓名 2所在的位置后, 界面其它元素都处于不可操作状态, 在不同 的位置出现了两个可以被发起呼叫的对象: 姓名 2和号码 2, 此时用户再次拖动呼叫 控件到姓名 2上, 则直接发起对姓名 2的呼叫操作。 图 8是根据本发明优选实施例的紧急呼叫功能的示意图, 如图 8所示: 目前在国内很多用户并不知道能够拨打的紧急呼叫号码以及这些号码对应的功 用。 造成了不少紧急情况下用户并不知道应该呼叫什么号码。 在本优选实施例中, 可 以彻底的改变紧急呼叫界面必须有拨号盘的现状。 如图 8所示, 在紧急呼叫界面中, 能够被呼叫的元素即火警, 盗警, 急救电话等固定号码, 可以将这些号码自动生成放 置在界面上, 避免用户可能出现的自己输入时, 无法记忆清楚号码和功能的对应关系 的情况。 这些紧急呼叫号码的唯一可进行的操作就是发起紧急呼叫, 因此设置一个紧急呼 叫控件, 在显示效果上, 当用户手动把呼叫拨号控件拖动到紧急呼叫控件上时, 手机 自动显示出能够呼叫的紧急呼叫号码或对应功能(例如将 120直接显示为"急救电话", 114 直接显示为 "交通故障"), 并提示给用户如何进一步拖动呼叫拨号控件才能发起 该紧急呼叫, 在图 9的实施例中, 很明显用户能够通过拖动的距离来选择对哪个号码 进行呼叫, 这是一种十分自由, 用户体验较好的操作方式, 用户无论向哪个方向拖动 控件, 只要最终的拖动距离达到某个元素的判断标准, 则直接发起对该元素的紧急呼 叫^ 在本优选实施例中, 用户即可在无需记忆紧急呼叫号码的情况下方便的随时发起 需要的紧急呼叫。 在手机终端的应用中, 有时随着用户的操作, 当前界面上的一些元素会隐藏或消 失, 本优选实施例可以自动更新能够操作的操作控件。 图 9是根据本发明优选实施例的翻页操作的示意图, 如图 9所示: 例如, 在浏览 器中, 有时浏览器页面中会存在能够发起呼叫的号码, 但随着用户的翻页等操作, 这 些号码又可能会消失。 此时可以根据本页面中是否存在能够呼叫的号码控件来自动的 判断是否需要在本页面显示呼叫拨号控件。 如图 9所示, 当浏览器浏览页面中存在能呼叫的号码时, 浏览器显示出呼叫拨号 控件, 用户拖动该控件到号码上即可直接发起呼叫。 当用户通过更换也页面显示内容 使号码消失, 则拨号控件也随之消失。 相比传统方式, 这种方法不但操作方便, 更能够通过呼叫拨号控件的显示与消失 向用户起到一定的提示作用。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明实施例的各模块或各步骤可以 用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算 装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电 路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本 发明实施例不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上该仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技术 人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任 何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性 本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以应用于通信领域, 解决了设备操作趋于复杂化 的问题, 提高了用户的操作体验。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种操作处理方法, 包括:
检测当前界面中的元素;
根据所述元素生成相应的操作控件;
确认所述操作控件移动到所述元素上后, 对所述元素执行所述操作控件对 应的操作。
2. 根据权利要求 1中所述的方法, 其中, 在所述元素包括多个子元素的情况下, 确认所述操作控件移动到所述元素上后对所述元素执行所述操作控件对应的操 作包括:
确认所述操作控件移动到匹配的所述元素上后, 显示所述多个子元素; 确认将所述操作控件移动到所述多个子元素中的其中之一上后, 对所述子 元素执行所述操作控件对应的操作。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 还包括:
将界面上所述元素分成可操作元素和不可操作元素, 其中, 所述可操作元 素的状态为能够被所述操作控件操作, 所述不可操作元素的状态为不能被所述 操作控件操作。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在对所述元素执行所述操作控件对应的操 作之后, 所述方法还包括:
将所述不可操作元素恢复为可操作状态。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述元素包括以下至少之一: 号码、 联系人、 纯文本、 多媒体, 和 /或, 所述元素生成相应的所述操作控件包 括以下至少之一: 呼叫、 发短信、 发彩信、 复制文本。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 还包括: 将所述操作控件移动到另一个界面中, 其中, 检测所述另一个界面上有与 所述操作控件相关联的所述元素为一个情况下, 在移动到所述另一个界面的任 意处则直接执行所述元素对应的所述操作控件的业务; 检测所述另一个界面上有与所述操作控件相关联的所述元素为多个情况 下,所述另一个界面显示所述操作元素执行对应所述操作控件业务的技术特征。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 还包括: 检测所述界面上有与所述操作控件相关联的所述元素为多个情况下, 显示 所述元素执行对应所述操作控件业务的技术特征。
8. 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的方法, 其中, 所述技术特征包括以下至少之一: 移 动的距离, 目标位置, 移动路径。
9. 一种操作处理装置, 包括:
检测模块, 设置为检测当前界面中的元素;
生成模块, 设置为根据所述元素生成相应的操作控件;
执行模块, 设置为确认所述操作控件移动到所述元素上后, 对所述元素执 行所述操作控件对应的操作。
10. 根据权利要求 9中所述的装置, 其中, 在所述元素包括多个子元素的情况下, 所 述执行模块设置为确认所述操作控件移动到匹配的所述操作元素上后, 显示所 述多个子元素; 并确认将所述操作控件移动到所述多个子元素中的其中之一上 后, 对所述子元素执行所述操作控件对应的操作。
11 . 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中, 还包括:
分类模块, 设置为将界面上所述元素分成可操作元素和不可操作元素, 其 中, 所述可操作元素的状态为能够被所述操作控件操作, 所述不可操作元素的 状态为不能被所述操作控件操作。
12. 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其中, 所述分类模块还设置为在对所述元素执行所 述操作控件对应的操作之后, 将所述不可操作元素恢复为可操作状态。
13. 根据权利要求 9至 12中任一项所述的装置, 其中, 所述元素包括以下至少之一: 号码、 联系人、 纯文本、 多媒体, 和 /或, 所述元素生成相应的所述操作控件包 括以下至少之一: 呼叫、 发短信、 发彩信、 复制文本、 播放。
14. 根据权利要求 9至 12中任一项所述的装置, 其中, 所述执行模块还设置为将所述 操作控件移动到另一个界面中, 其中, 检测所述另一个界面上有与所述操作控 件相关联的所述元素为一个情况下, 在移动到所述另一个界面的任意处则直接 执行所述元素对应的所述操作控件的业务; 和 /或, 检测所述另一个界面上有与 所述操作控件相关联的所述元素为多个情况下, 所述另一个界面显示所述操作 元素执行对应所述操作控件业务的技术特征。
15. 根据权利要求 9至 12中任一项所述的装置, 其中, 还包括: 显示模块, 设置为 检测所述界面上有与所述操作控件相关联的操作元素为多个情况下, 显示所述 元素执行对应所述操作控件业务的技术特征。
16. 根据权利要求 14或 15所述的装置, 其中, 所述技术特征包括以下至少之一: 移 动的距离, 目标位置, 移动路径。
