输入模块 24 还可以设置为将该触摸信号划动经过的该预定区域中的一个或多个 区域对应的联系人的信息作为输入; 输入模块 24 还可以设置为将该触摸信号划动经过的该预定区域中的一个或多个 区域对应的文件标识所对应的文件作为输入; 输入模块 24 还可以设置为将该触摸信号划动经过的该预定区域中的一个或多个 区域对应的应用标识所对应的应用作为输入,其中,将该应用作为输入为打开该应用。 输入模块 24 还可以设置为将触摸信号划动经过的预定区域中的一个或多个区域 对应的功能描述的相关内容作为输入, 其中, 该功能描述的相关内容可以包括: 一个 或多个呼叫号码。 输入模块 24 还可以设置为在该触摸信号划动到终止点之后停止超过预定时长的 情况下, 则根据该联系人的信息与该联系人建立通信, 其中, 与该联系人建立通信可 以包括: 与该联系人建立通话、 向该联系人发送信息、 与该联系人建立即时通信。 输入模块 24还可以设置为在触摸信号划动到终止点之后停止超过预定时长,且该 触摸信号划动经过的一个或多个区域对应单个字符的情况下,输入模块 24可以将该触 摸信号划动经过的一个或多个区域对应的预设的多个字符作为输入, 或者还可以在该 触摸信号划动经过的一个或多个区域对应多个字符的情况下,输入模块 24可以将该多 个字符作为输入。 图 3是根据本发明实施例的输入装置的结构框图二, 如图 3所示, 该装置包括: 接收模块 22、 输入模块 24和设置模块 32, 下面对该装置进行说明。 设置模块 32, 设置为将预定时段内使用频率超过阈值的多个联系人的信息、 多个 文件对应的文件标识、 和 /或多个应用对应的应用标识显示在该预定区域的不同区域 中。 下面结合优选实施例和实施方式对本发明进行说明。 本优选实施例提出了一种新的拨号操作方法, 在显示屏幕上预置一个点作为参考 点, 检测用户的划动输入的操作起始点与终止点。 根据该操作起始点与该参考点的连 线和该操作终止点与该参考点的连线之间的夹角角度的范围不同而生成不同的号码输 入。 为了使号码输入的操作更加规范易用, 终端在屏幕上生成一个操作起始点的提示 位置, 并只针对用户在该位置作为起始点发起的划动操作进行该终止点的检测。 该操作起始点的位置可以固定不变, 也可以随着某种策略而自动移动, 例如, 与 时钟转动的角度一致, 使本发明方法同时具有时间提醒的功能。 本优选实施例的号码输入不仅包含单个数字的输入, 也可以包括数字串的输入, 即该号码输入对应一个或多个相同特征的号码, 甚至该的号码输入还可以是应用、 音 视频等的相关编号或文件名, 使用户可以通过这种输入方法直接调用应用或多媒体文 件。 当该号码输入对应多个相同特征的号码时, 用户操作满足该号码输入的条件时, 进入该多个相同特征的号码选择界面, 由用户进一步选择号码进行操作。 该号码输入 对应数字串输入时, 如果该数字串为名片夹中的号码, 可以在对应的输入角度提示出 对应的名片夹联系人信息, 该联系人信息包括但不限于姓名, 图片等。 该号码输入对 应多媒体文件编号时,可以在对应的输入角度提示多媒体文件的文件名或者文件截图。 该号码输入对应应用编号时, 可以在对应的输入角度提示该应用的应用名称或应用图 标。 总之, 本优选实施例可以根据不同的数字、 数字串、 多媒体文件和应用的使用频 率对其输入顺序进行排序, 使常用的输入只需要很短的操作距离即可实现操作。 本优选实施例还可以根据使用时间段的分布对不同的数字、数字串和多媒体文件, 特别是应用进行排序, 把某一时间段使用频率最高的应用和多媒体文件等自动置于对 应时间的位置。 使用户能够在操作的同时直观的看到自己使用各种应用的时间分布情 况。 本优选实施例可以应用于紧急呼叫领域, 联系人信息可以更换为紧急呼叫对应的 呼叫类型。 当检测到用户的划动操作执行到终止点以后不离开屏幕, 形成划动后长按 操作时, 执行针对该号码输入而预先设置的快速拨号操作。 图 4是根据本发明优选实施例的拨号操作装置的结构框图, 如图 4所示, 该装置 包括: 触控屏模块 402, 屏幕检测模块 404, 号码输入模块 406, 呼叫发起模块 408, 显示模块 410, 其中, 屏幕检测模块 404和图 2中的接收模块 22的功能作用相同, 号 码输入模块 406和图 2中的输入模块 24功能作用相同, 下面对该装置进行说明。 屏幕检测模块 404, 设置为检测用户在触控屏上的划动操作, 并将操作信息传递 给号码输入模块; 号码输入模块 406, 设置为根据预定规则将其转换为数字或数字串, 或数字串组; 呼叫发起模块 408, 设置为针对号码输入模块输入的数字, 数字串或数字串组发 起呼叫; 显示模块 410, 设置为显示对应的操作提示信息, 输入的数字信息, 以及显示呼 叫界面等。 上述优选实施例中, 详细说明了通过划动操作输入数字, 联系人, 打开多媒体文 件或应用的方法。该方法中输入方式与老式电话圆盘拨号的方式具有相似的操作体验, 在一些老人专用终端,或怀旧主题的定制 UI中具有良好的使用价值,能够提高用户的 使用愉悦度, 提升拨号的操作体验, 改变目前触控屏移动终端拨号操作方式单一的现 状, 满足部分用户的使用需要。 同时, 基于该方法的基础思想延伸出的快速输入常用用户电话, 紧急呼叫, 快速 拨号, 调用多媒体文件, 打开应用等方法稍微经过视觉处理即可表现出良好的操作效 果和操作体验, 与相关技术输入方式具有明显的不同与改进, 也可以作为与传统操作 方式共存的辅助功能而实施。 图 5是根据本发明优选实施例的圆盘拨号方法的流程图, 如图 5所示, 该流程图 包括如下步骤。 步骤 S502, 在进入拨号输入状态下以后, 移动终端首先检查用户在手机界面上划 动操作; 步骤 S504, 检查到用户的划动操作以后, 判断用户的划动操作是否是从指定的位 置发起的, 如果是则对该划动操作进行后续响应。 否则回到步骤 S502; 步骤 S506, 移动终端获取整个划动操作后, 提取该划动操作的初始点与结束点, 并结合事先预置的参考点, 计算参考点与初始点形成的连线与参考点与结束点形成的 连线之间的夹角; 步骤 S508, 获得操作相对于参考点形成的夹角之后, 将该夹角与预置的夹角与数 字的对应关系进行比对, 查询该夹角对应的数字; 步骤 S510, 输入对应的数字; 步骤 S512, 判断用户是否已经输入完毕; 步骤 S514, 输入完毕则执行呼叫, 关闭拨号输入状态, 进入呼叫界面。 否则继续 等待用户输入其它数字。 在以上步骤说明中, 提出了 "指定的位置", "参考点" 以及 "预置的夹角与数字 的对应关系"这些概念, 下面进一步结合图二对其进行说明。 图 6是根据本发明优选实施例的圆盘拨号界面的示意图, 如图 6所示, 在该拨号 界面 600上, 有已输入数字显示区域 602, 拨号圆盘区域 604和呼叫操作菜单 606, 在 拨号圆盘区域 604中, 有参考点 6040, 初始操作位置 6042。该初始操作位置是指用户 的划动拨号操作开始的位置,参考点 6040是指用以判断用户划动的了多少角度的顶点 位置。 当用户从初始操作位置 6042开始划动时, 用户划动操作相对于参考点 6040所覆 盖的角度 6044就会显示出一定的视效,表示用户划动到当前角度结束操作所对应输入 的数字。 如图 6所示, 如果用户在该角度结束划动, 则会输入数字 1。 用户需要围绕参考点进行环形划动操作才能够输入任意需要的数字, 而输入哪个 数字由用户划动操作相对于圆心所覆盖的角度确定, 这很好的模拟了固定电话的拨号 盘功能, 在一些怀旧 UI以及老人机上具有一定的实用价值和操作体验。 表 1

表 1是本优选实施的划动操作角度与输入数字的对应表, 需要进一步说明的是, 在普通拨号盘中具有快速拨号功能, 当用户长按某个数字键, 移动终端就会自动呼叫 该数字键预设的手机号码。 在本优选实施例中也可以实现该功能, 具体方法可以为: 在对应数字已经保存了快速拨号号码的状态下,当移动终端检测到图一该拨号界面上, 用户通过划动操作停留在了某个数字的对应区域后, 手指不离开屏幕形成了划动后长 按操作, 即执行针对该数字对应的快速拨号号码的呼叫。 本优选实施例的方法除了可以模拟拨号盘输入单个数字, 稍作扩展也可以用于输 入整个号码 (即数字串) 或多个号码形成的一组号码 (即数字串组)。 下面优选实施例结合应用场景对本发明进行说明。 在本优选实施例中, 提供了一种快捷的选择联系人的方法, 一个联系人有可能会 只有一个号码, 也有可能会对应多个号码。 本优选实施例可以通过判断夹角角度的方 式快速选择常用联系人进行呼叫。 图 7是根据本发明优选实施例的圆盘快速拨号方法的流程图, 如图 7所示, 该流 程图包括如下步骤。步骤 S702,步骤 S704和步骤 S706与图 5中步骤 S502,步骤 S504 和步骤 S506是相同的, 在此不再说明。 步骤 S708, 获得操作相对于参考点形成的夹角之后, 将该夹角与预置的夹角与数 字的对应关系进行比对, 查询该夹角对应的联系人; 步骤 S710, 判断是否存在对应的联系人; 步骤 S712, 存在对应的联系人, 进入该联系人的界面。 图 8是根据本发明优选实施例的圆盘拨号和名片夹关联操作的示意图, 如图 8所 示, 该终端的待机界面联系人快捷操作画面 800上包括预置环形的联系人选择盘 802, 参考点 8020, 操作初始位置 8022和操作结束位置 8024, 在联系人选择盘 802中, 根 据角度不同预置了不同的联系人。 关于联系人选择盘 802, 需要说明的是, 联系人选择盘 802中可以显示联系人的 图片, 也可以显示联系人姓名, 或两者都显示。 选择盘中的预置联系人有多种生成方 式, 可以是用户手动预置, 也可以根据用户对联系人呼叫操作的频率自动排序生成。 当用户从操作初始位置 8022开始划动屏幕, 随着用户的划动,会有对应的视效提 示用户目前划动所覆盖的角度, 以及对应到的联系人。 当用户停止划动, 移动终端获 取用户划动操作的结束位置 8024, 计算划动操作所覆盖的角度, 得到对应的联系人, 并自动进入该联系人所在的界面, 供用户进行后续操作, 如图 8所示, 得到相应的联 系人 2, 转到联系人 2名片界面 804。 本优选实施例结合特定的联系人自动排序方法 (如根据联系频率排序, 并根据排 序结果将最常联系的联系人自动的添加到联系人选择盘 802中) 可以自动的在用户待 机界面上显示出用户最常操作的一定数量的联系人, 使用户能够在第一时间通过一个 划动操作找到该联系人, 能够最大程度的方便用户之间的联系,具有良好的实用价值。 图 9是根据本发明优选实施例的圆盘拨号和紧急呼叫结合操作的示意图, 如图 9 所示, 在我国常用的紧急呼叫号码有火警, 盗警, 急救电话, 交通故障, 号码查询等。 但是并不是所有人都知道这些紧急呼叫功能对应的号码, 在一些紧急情况下这种现状 常导致出现问题后部分用户, 特别是需要监护的老人孩子等用户群体无法及时对自己 需要的紧急呼叫号码发起呼叫。 如图 9所示, 在紧急呼叫界面 900上不再设置号码输入按键, 替代的, 设置紧急 呼叫拨号盘 902, 并在拨号盘的对应角度上预置所有常用的紧急呼叫号码所对应的功 能描述。 当用户在该圆盘上进行划动操作覆盖的角度刚好与某个紧急呼叫描述相对应 时, 手机自动的发出该描述所对应的紧急呼叫号码。 图 10是根据本发明优选实施例的移动终端圆盘拨号装置的结构框图, 如图 10所 示, 该装置包括触控屏模块 1002, 触控屏检测模块 1004, 号码输入模块 1006, 呼叫 发起模块 1008, 显示控制模块 1010, 下面对该装置进行说明。 触控屏模块 1002接收界面上来自用户的各种触控操作; 触控屏检测模块 1004获取到触控屏上的操作,并根据本优选实施例检测用户的操 作是否是从指定的位置发起的划动类型的操作; 如果是该的划动类型的操作, 则触控 屏检测模块 1004获取该划动操作的起始和终止点,并结合参考点来计算用户的划动操 作所覆盖的角度; 号码输入模块 1006从触控屏检测模块 1004中获取该角度的角度值, 并通过查询 角度范围与输入的数字或名片的对应关系, 输入对应的数字号码或者联系人; 呼叫发起模块 1008针对本次输入的号码进行呼叫操作,完成一次从号码输入到呼 叫的过程; 显示控制模块 1010控制在该过程中每一步操作伴随的视觉效果,并在触控屏模块 1004上显示出各种操作视效, 起到提示用户和增强操作体验的效果。 本优选实施例除了用于拨号呼叫以及联系人等领域以外, 还可以在手机中有多种 其它应用方式例如, 音乐播放管理功能。 图 11是根据本发明优选实施例的音乐快速选择界面的示意图, 如图 11所示, 在 音乐快捷播放界面 1100中, 有音乐选择盘 1102和参考点 11020, 在音乐选择盘 1102 中可以在不同的角度显示不同的音乐, 当用户从初始位置进行划动操作, 划动的角度 刚好与某一个音乐的对应角度相同时, 手机检测到该角度, 并播放出与该角度对应的 音乐。 本优选实施方式操作简单, 画面体验好, 并且能够做到与多种自动统计和排序音 乐的方式相结合, 可以实现根据用户对于不同音乐的喜好 (听不同音乐的次数差别)、 音乐的新旧程度和音乐的音频特点 (例如, 频率特征, 男女声特征, 节奏特征等) 使 音乐选择盘中的音乐可以根据用户的操作特征, 或音频本身的特征而自动生成 (也可 以由用户手动添加生成)。 该的音乐选择盘 1102中的音乐不限定于某一个音乐本身,也可以为某一种类型的 音乐或用户手动区分而生成的音乐集。 当用户通过本优选实施例的方法选择该音乐集 时, 则手机会以某种预定的播放方式对该音乐集中的音乐进行播放。 另外, 该界面的下方还可以设置 "添加音乐" "设置音效" "播放模式"等操作菜 单。 图 12是根据本发明优选实施例的应用程序选择界面的示意图, 如图 12所示, 本 优选实施例可以用在应用选择。 当应用的编号 (或应用名称) 与参考点的划动操作的 角度对应起来以后, 即可通过划动操作来进行应用的选择。 如图 12所示, 在应用入口界面 1200上, 有应用选择盘 1202, 1202中有参考点 12020, 时间提示 /操作初始位置 12022, 以及操作结束位置 12024。 这里与上述实施例 最大不同的地方为时间提示 /操作初始位置 12022。 时间提示 /操作初始位置 12022 会随着时间的改变而自动像时钟一样循环移动位 置, 随着 12022的移动, 操作初始位置也会随之变化。 在应用选择盘 1202上所列举的应用则是对应时间段内用户使用频率最高的应用, 如果某段时间内用户还没有使用过任何应用,则该时间段对应的位置可以显示为空白。 当用户需要开启应用选择盘 1202 上的某个应用时, 可以从当前的操作初始位置 12022 开始划动, 到该应用对应的角度区域停止。 如果用户需要开启的应用刚好是当 前时间的历史使用频率最高的应用时, 则点击该应用即可打开。 本优选实施例把本发明中该的号码输入方法与应用入口相结合, 使用户可以方便 的通过划动操作开启常用应用。 另一方面为了突出本发明中的操作初始位置 12022可 以改变的特征, 在本优选实施例中, 该的操作初始位置 12022会随着时间而移动, 起 到了时钟提示的作用。同时在应用选择盘 1202中也对应显示对应时间段用户最常用的 应用, 使得该界面兼具提示与操作的功能。 本优选实施例也可以扩展出操作初始位置固定不变, 通过使用频率来排列应用选 择盘 1202中的应用, 或用户手动设置每个位置应用。 工业实用性 通过本发明实施例, 在触摸屏幕上的预定区域接收划动的触摸信号, 其中, 该预 定区域分为多个区域, 该多个区域中的单个区域或者至少两个单个区域的组合分别对 应不同的待输入的内容, 根据该触摸信号划动经过的该预定区域中的一个或多个区域 确定待输入的内容, 并将该待输入的内容作为输入, 解决了触摸屏幕输入的方式过于 单一, 无法满足用户个性需要的问题, 实现了准确的划动输入, 提高了用户体验。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模 块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明 不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上该仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技术 人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任 何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种输入方法, 包括:
在触摸屏幕上的预定区域接收划动的触摸信号, 其中, 所述预定区域分为 多个区域, 所述多个区域中的单个区域或者至少两个单个区域的组合分别对应 不同的待输入的内容;
根据所述触摸信号划动经过的所述预定区域中的一个或多个区域确定待输 入的内容, 并将所述待输入的内容作为输入。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述预定区域为环形的区域, 所述环形分 为多个扇形区域, 每个或多个所述扇形区域分别对应不同的待输入的内容。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 根据所述触摸信号划动经过的所述预定区 域中的一个或多个区域确定待输入的内容包括:
检测所述划动的终止点所在的区域;
根据第一连线和第二连线的夹角的角度确定所述触摸信号在所述预定区域 内的划动经过的区域, 其中, 所述第一连线是所述环形的圆心和预设的固定起 始点的连线, 所述第二连线是所述圆心和所述终止点的连线。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 根据所述触摸信号划动经过的所述预定区 域中的一个或多个区域确定待输入的内容包括:
检测所述划动的起始点和终止点;
根据第一连线和第二连线的夹角的角度以及所述起始点确定所述触摸信号 在所述预定区域内的划动经过的区域, 其中, 所述第一连线是所述环形的圆心 和所述起始点的连线, 所述第二连线是所述圆心和所述终止点的连线。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 根据所述触摸信号划动经过 的所述预定区域中的一个或多个区域确定待输入的内容包括以下至少之一: 将所述触摸信号划动经过的所述预定区域中的一个或多个区域对应的单个 或多个字符作为输入;
将所述触摸信号划动经过的所述预定区域中的一个或多个区域对应的联系 人的信息作为输入; 将所述触摸信号划动经过的所述预定区域中的一个或多个区域对应的文件 标识所对应的文件作为输入;
将所述触摸信号划动经过的所述预定区域中的一个或多个区域对应的应用 标识所对应的应用作为输入, 其中, 将所述应用作为输入为打开所述应用; 将所述触摸信号划动经过的所述预定区域中的一个或多个区域对应的功能 描述的相关内容作为输入, 其中, 所述功能描述的相关内容包括: 一个或多个 呼叫号码。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 将预定时段内使用频率超过阈值的多个联系人的信息、 多个文件对应的文 件标识、 和 /或多个应用对应的应用标识显示在所述预定区域的不同区域中。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 将所述触摸信号划动经过的所述预定区域 中的一个或多个区域对应的联系人的信息作为输入的情况下,所述方法还包括: 在所述触摸信号划动到终止点之后停止超过预定时长的情况下, 则根据所 述联系人的信息与所述联系人建立通信, 其中, 与所述联系人建立通信包括以 下至少之一: 与所述联系人建立通话、 向所述联系人发送信息、 与所述联系人 建立即时通信。
8. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 将所述触摸信号划动经过的所述预定区域 中的一个或多个区域对应的单个或多个字符作为输入包括:
在所述触摸信号划动到终止点之后停止超过预定时长, 且所述触摸信号划 动经过的一个或多个区域对应单个字符的情况下, 将所述触摸信号划动经过的 一个或多个区域对应的预设的多个字符作为输入; 和 /或,
在所述触摸信号划动经过的一个或多个区域对应多个字符的情况下, 将所 述多个字符作为输入。
9. 一种输入装置, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为在触摸屏幕上的预定区域接收划动的触摸信号, 其中, 所述预定区域分为多个区域, 所述多个区域中的单个区域或者至少两个单个区 域的组合分别对应不同的待输入的内容;
输入模块, 设置为根据所述触摸信号划动经过的所述预定区域中的一个或 多个区域确定待输入的内容, 并将所述待输入的内容作为输入。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述预定区域为环形的区域, 所述环形分 为多个扇形区域, 每个或多个所述扇形区域分别对应不同的待输入的内容。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的装置,其中,所述接收模块设置为检测所述划动的终止 点所在的区域, 根据第一连线和第二连线的夹角的角度确定所述触摸信号在所 述预定区域内的划动经过的区域, 其中, 所述第一连线是所述环形的圆心和预 设的固定起始点的连线, 所述第二连线是所述圆心和所述终止点的连线。
12. 根据权利要求 10所述的装置,其中,所述输入模块设置为检测所述划动的起始 点和终止点, 根据第一连线和第二连线的夹角的角度以及所述起始点确定所述 触摸信号在所述预定区域内的划动经过的区域, 其中, 所述第一连线是所述环 形的圆心和所述起始点的连线,所述第二连线是所述圆心和所述终止点的连线。
13. 根据权利要求 9至 12中任一项所述的装置, 其中, 包括: 所述输入模块设置为将所述触摸信号划动经过的所述预定区域中的一个或 多个区域对应的单个或多个字符作为输入;
所述输入模块设置为将所述触摸信号划动经过的所述预定区域中的一个或 多个区域对应的联系人的信息作为输入; 所述输入模块设置为将所述触摸信号划动经过的所述预定区域中的一个或 多个区域对应的文件标识所对应的文件作为输入;
