上述的收折袋 3 , 其于封口 31预先设有一可重复撕粘的粘胶层 311 , 以使收折袋的封口 31可重复撕粘， 便于开启与封闭。
依图 1至图 6的较佳实施例所示， 其中， 所述外盒体 1的外翻片 12, 其可于该外翻片 12的上方再切割增设一上翻片 13 , 使外翻片 12与上翻片 13可呈对开状态 (如图 3、 图 4), 所述外翻片 12与上翻片 13 , 亦可在中央 相互对应的位置分别形成一形状匹配的小凹口 121及小凸片 131 ,利用小凸 片 131可辅助翻开上翻片 13 , 而于封闭时， 则使小凸片 131可平整贴靠于 小凹口 121(如图 5); 另所述的收折袋 3 , 其亦可于封口 31设有一相对的延 伸片 33 , 且在延伸片 33的外侧面亦设有可重复撕粘的粘胶层， 故于收折袋 3收折时， 可使上翻片 11与延伸片 33形成封合， 利用上翻片 11压置粘合 于收折袋 3的封口 31 , 以避免封口 31发生爆开 (如图 6)。
上述外盒体 1的外翻片 12, 其可选定设于外盒体 1的背面或一侧 (如图 7所示)或两侧的位置，而利用切割方式以形成所述的外翻片 12及上翻片 13 , 并将适配对应的收折袋 3隐藏夹置于外翻片 12与铝箔包装体 2之间； 因此 可知， 本实用新型的外翻片 12成型位置， 其并不拘限于外盒体 1的背面或 上述切割形成的外翻片 12及上翻片 13 , 其可通过适当裁切技术， 使外 翻片 12与外盒体 1在分离前可预先呈现断续结合的状态 (如图 8所示意的 H 型断折线)， 故使用前仍能维持外盒体 1侧面的完整性， 避免影响或破坏盒 体侧面的印刷图案或文字， 而于使用时， 再由消费者自行简易分离外翻片 12及上翻片 13 , 以便翻开拉出收折袋 3。
如上述实施例， 仅在于揭示本实用新型的主要技术特征， 并非用以限 定本实用新型的技术范围， 如图 9所示的外盒体 la, 亦可省略外翻片 12a 上方的上翻片， 仅实施单一外翻片 12a 即可， 其仍可将一收折袋隐藏结合 于外翻片 12a与铝箔包装体之间， 而可在收折袋的封口设置可重复撕粘的 粘胶层， 如此亦可达到相同的效果； 同理， 所述的外翻片 12a与外盒体 la, 当然可在相互对应的位置分别形成一形状匹配的小凸片 121a及小凹口 101a,使小凸片 121a及小凹口 101a可呈对应凹凸的形状匹配， 因此可方便 外翻片 12a的开启与封闭； 或是， 关于收折袋 3封口 31的封闭设计， 其亦 不以涂设粘胶层为限制， 或有关粘胶层涂设的位置， 其亦可相对改变而达 到相同的封合目的， 故凡是涉及等效应用或简易变更的设计， 均仍属于本 实用新型的专利保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种具有收纳烟蒂功能的香烟盒， 包括： 一外盒体、 一铝箔包装体 及一收折袋， 该外盒体具有一盒盖， 该铝箔包装体则为一用以包装香烟的 铝箔包装纸， 并置入该外盒体内， 其特征在于， 该外盒体在其选定侧面预 先切割形成一外翻片， 该收折袋为一能收折的袋体， 且隐藏结合于该外翻 片的内面与该铝箔包装体的局部面之间， 并于打开该外翻片时开启该收折 袋的封口， 而形成一烟蒂收纳空间。
2、 如权利要求 1所述具有收纳烟蒂功能的香烟盒， 其特征在于， 该收 折袋以袋体两侧面分别粘合于该外翻片的内面与该铝箔包装体的相对局部 面， 且该收折袋平整夹置于该外翻片与该铝箔包装体之间。
3、 如权利要求 1所述具有收纳烟蒂功能的香烟盒， 其特征在于， 该收 折袋的两侧分别为一皱折片。
4、 如权利要求 1所述具有收纳烟蒂功能的香烟盒， 其特征在于， 该收 折袋于其封口设有一能重复撕粘的粘胶层。
5、 如权利要求 1所述具有收纳烟蒂功能的香烟盒， 其特征在于， 该外 翻片与该外盒体在相互对应的位置分别形成一形状匹配的小凸片及小凹 口。
6、 如权利要求 1所述具有收纳烟蒂功能的香烟盒， 其特征在于， 该外 翻片设于该外盒体的背面或一侧。
7、 如权利要求 1所述具有收纳烟蒂功能的香烟盒， 其特征在于， 该外 翻片与该外盒体在分离前呈现断续结合。
8、 如权利要求 1所述具有收纳烟蒂功能的香烟盒， 其特征在于， 该外 盒体于该外翻片的上方再切割增设一上翻片， 且该外翻片与该上翻片呈对 开状态。
9、 如权利要求 1所述具有收纳烟蒂功能的香烟盒， 其特征在于， 该外 盒体于该外翻片的上方再切割增设一上翻片， 且该外翻片与该上翻片呈对 开状态， 而该收折袋的封口并设有一相对的延伸片， 且该延伸片粘合于该 上翻片。
10、 如权利要求 8所述具有收纳烟蒂功能的香烟盒， 其特征在于， 该 外翻片与该上翻片在相互对应的位置分别形成一形状匹配的小凹口及小凸 片。
