现有技术中轻小型工业车辆, 如申请公布号为 CN1 03038121A 的发明专利 申请所公开的一种手动起重搬运车, 又如授权公告号为 CN2161 599Y 的实用新 型专利所公开的一种手动液压搬运车, 又如授权公告号为 CN202499688U 的实 用新型专利所公开的一种手动液压搬运车, 上述搬运车只能靠操作者拖动搬运 车, 因此, 在载物较重的时候或是过障碍和上坡时, 拖动起来较为吃力。

作为本发明的优选, 该种轻小型工业车辆还包括底座, 底座上设有油缸及 油泵; 所述手柄与所述油缸相对转动设置且所述手柄作用于所述油泵以控制所 述油缸油塞运动; 所述油缸的活塞杆上端设有顶板, 顶板固定连接有与所述底 座活动连接的车架; 车架下部设有支承轮; 所述底座下方设有相对固定于所述 油缸的轮轴, 所述驱动轮位于所述轮轴的两侧, 所述驱动轮与所述轮轴之间设 有滚珠轴承; 两个所述驱动轮相对的一侧都固设有两片轴向并排分布且齿朝向 相背的所述棘轮; 该两片棘轮分别是棘轮一与棘轮二; 所述轮轴上还套设有两 个所述拉板; 两个所述拉板之间转动连接有转轴, 所述转轴上固设有具有三个 卡口的定位盘; 两个所述拉板之间还设有能够卡于相应所述卡口的定位杆; 所 述拉板上开有用于安设所述定位杆的槽口; 所述定位杆与所述转轴之间设有用 于实现所述定位杆能够因受所述定位盘抵触力而在往返于不同卡口时能够沿垂 直于所述转轴轴向方向产生位移从而使所述定位杆卡于相应所述卡口的弹性 件; 每个所述拉板上都同轴转动连接有分别对应于所述棘轮一与所述棘轮二的 上棘爪与下棘爪; 上下棘爪都具有与所述拉板转动连接的转动连接部及用于与 相应所述棘轮啮合的啮合部; 所述转轴的两端都固设有分别与所述上棘爪或下 棘爪对应的上压块与下压块; 每个压块都具有作用于相应棘爪的触发部; 相应 触发部与相应啮合部之间设有连接件; 所述定位盘上还固设有便于操作者转动 定位盘的脚踏板; 所述压杆的两端分别转动连接于所述手柄与所述拉板。
综上所述, 本发明具有以下有益效果: 本发明结构简单, 釆用棘轮与棘爪 啮合的方式以实现将手柄的转动动作转换为驱动轮的转动动作, 有利于减少动 作转换过程中的功率损耗; 且本发明通过对定位盘的一次定位, 即可通过连续 的手柄往复转动以实现驱动轮沿前进方向上的不断转动, 从而降低了操作难 度, 更由于定位盘的定位可以通过脚部实现, 进一步提高了操作的便利性, 同 时也可以使操作者不必再拖动搬运车, 搬运更为省力; 且本实用新新型在过障 碍物, 特别是在上坡时, 不会打滑, 提高了搬运过程的安全性。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本具体实施例仅仅是对本发明的解释, 其并不是对本发明的限制, 本领域 技术人员在阅读完本说明书后可以根据需要对本实施例做出没有创造性贡献的 修改, 但只要在本发明的权利要求范围内都受到专利法的保护。
实施例 1 : 如图 1-5所示, 一种轻小型工业车辆, 包括底座 4 , 底座 4上 设有油缸 41及油泵 42 ; 手柄 2—端铰接于油缸 41 , 手柄 2作用于油泵 42 , 从 而通过手柄 2的往复转动能够使油缸 41作活塞运动; 在油泵 42上还具有一拨 叉, 当拨叉在相应位置时, 手柄 2的转动能够启动油泵 42 , 当拨叉在另一位置 时, 手柄 2 的转动不会启动油泵 42 , 拨叉在图中未示出; 油缸 41 的活塞杆 411上端设有顶板 81 , 顶板 81 固定连接有与底座 4活动连接的车架 8 ; 车架 8 下部设有支承轮 82。
底座 4下方设有相对固定于油缸 41的轮轴 11 , 轮轴 11的两侧分别设有驱 动轮 1 , 驱动轮 1与轮轴 1 1之间设有滚珠轴承 12 ; 两个驱动轮 1相对的一侧 都固设有两片轴向并排分布且齿 3111 朝向相背的棘轮; 该两片棘轮分别是棘 轮一 311与棘轮二 312 ; 轮轴 11上位于最内侧的两个棘轮之间套设有两个拉板 33 , 两个拉板 33分别靠近相应所述的最内侧棘轮; 两个拉板 33之间转动连接 有转轴 3511 , 转轴 3511上固设有具有三个卡口 3512的定位盘 351 ; 两个拉板 33上都开有槽口 331 ; 两个槽口 331之间插设有能够卡于相应卡口 3512 的定 位杆 352 ; 定位杆 352与转轴 3511之间设有用于实现定位杆 352能够因受定位 盘 351抵触力而在往返于不同卡口 3512时能够沿垂直于转轴 3511轴向方向产 生位移从而使定位杆 352卡于相应卡口 3512的弹性件 3521 , 此弹性件 3521可 以为弹簧; 每个拉板 33 上都同轴转动连接有分别对应于棘轮一 311 与棘轮二 312 的上棘爪 321 与下棘爪 322 ; 上下棘爪都具有与拉板转动连接的转动端及 用于与相应棘轮啮合的啮合部 3212 ; 每个转动端都可视为转动连接部 3211 , 但由于同侧的上下棘爪的转动端同轴, 因此也可以视转动连接部 3211 包括同 侧的两个转动端; 转轴 3511 的两端都固设有分别与上棘爪 321 或下棘爪 322 对应的上压块 3531与下压块 3532 ; 每个压块都具有由于转轴 3511转动而产生 垂直于转轴 3511轴向方向位移从而作用于相应棘爪的触发部 35311 ; 相应触发 部 35311与相应啮合部 3212之间设有连接件 355 , 连接件 355优选为弹簧; 定 位盘 351上还固设有便于操作者转动定位盘 351的脚踏板 354 ; 压杆 34的两端 分别转动连接于手柄 2 与拉板 33 ; 定位盘 351 , 定位杆 352、 压块、 脚踏板 354 构成触发机构; 触发机构、 棘轮、 棘爪、 拉板 33、 压杆 34 构成将手柄 1 转动动作转换为所述驱动轮 1转动动作的驱动机构。
实施例 2 : 与实施例 1 的不同之处在于, 两个驱动轮 1相对的一侧都只固 设有一片棘轮, 棘轮上齿的朝向重合或平行于该齿的顶点与棘轮圓心的连线; 每个拉板 33上的上棘爪 321与下棘爪 322都能够啮合于该棘轮。
实施例 3: 与实施例 1 的不同之处在于, 两个驱动轮 1相对的一侧都只固 设有一片棘轮; 每个拉板 33上只具有一个能够啮合于该棘轮的棘爪。
同时, 通过适应性改变本实施例棘爪的结构或形状, 也可以使手柄 2 的上 下转动分别能够实现驱动轮 1 顺逆两个方向的转动; 而在本实施例中定位盘
351上用于定位定位杆 352的卡口 3512只需两个, 一个用于使棘爪脱开棘轮, 一个用于使棘爪啮合于棘轮。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种轻小型工业车辆, 包括驱动轮(1 )、 手柄 (2 )及能够将所述手柄(2 ) 转动动作转换为所述驱动轮(1 )转动动作的驱动机构, 其特征在于, 所述驱动 机构 ( 3 ) 包括具有齿( 3111 )且能够带动所述驱动轮 ( 1 )转动的棘轮、 能够 啮合于所述齿 (3111 ) 的棘爪、 用于安装所述棘爪且能够在所述棘爪与所述齿 ( 31 11 )啮合时成为所述棘轮的随动对象的拉板( 33 )、 用于将所述手柄 ( 2 ) 的转动动作转换为所述拉板(33 ) 的转动动作的压杆(34 )及用于控制所述棘 爪与所述棘轮脱开或啮合的触发机构。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种轻小型工业车辆, 其特征在于, 所述触发机构包 括通过转轴 ( 3511 )转动连接于所述拉板( 33 ) 的定位盘 ( 351 ), 能够将所述 挡位块( 351 ) 固定于当前转动位置的定位杆( 352 )、 能够将所述转轴( 3511 ) 的转动动作转换为所述棘爪与棘轮之间的脱开或啮合动作的压块、 与所述定位 盘( 351 )相对固定的脚踏板 ( 354 )。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种轻小型工业车辆, 其特征在于, 所述棘爪具有转 动连接于所述拉板( 33 ) 的转动连接部 ( 3211 ) 及作用于所述棘轮的啮合部
( 3212 ); 所述压块具有作用于所述啮合部( 3212 ) 的触发部( 3531 1 ); 所述触 发部 ( 35311 )与所述啮合部( 3212 )之间连接有连接件 ( 355 )0
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种轻小型工业车辆, 其特征在于, 所述棘爪具有转 动连接于所述拉板( 33 )的转动连接部( 3211 )及分别位于所述转动连接部( 3211 ) 两侧用于啮合所述棘轮的啮合部( 3212 )。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种轻小型工业车辆, 其特征在于, 所述触发机构包 括通过转轴 ( 3511 )转动连接于所述拉板( 33 )且具有三个卡口 ( 3512 ) 的定 位盘(351 )、 设于所述拉板(33 )且能够卡于相应卡口 (3512 ) 而固定所述定 位盘( 351 ) 当前转动位置的定位杆( 352 )、 相对固定于所述转轴( 3511 )且具 有分别能够作用于同一所述棘爪相应啮合部 (3212 ) 以使相应啮合部 (3212 ) 啮合于所述棘轮的触发部 ( 35311 ) 的压块、 与所述定位盘 (351 )相对固定的 脚踏板 ( 354 )。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的一种轻小型工业车辆, 其特征在于, 所述相应触发部 ( 35311 )与与该触发部( 35311 )对应的啮合部( 3212 )之间连接有连接件( 355 )0
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种轻小型工业车辆, 其特征在于, 同一所述棘爪的 啮合部 ( 3212 ) 沿轴向错开; 与同一所述棘爪对应的棘轮具有两个, 且该两个 棘轮轴向并排分布, 且该两棘轮, 其中一个棘轮的齿 (3111 ) 的朝向与另一个 棘轮的齿 (3111 ) 的朝向相背。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种轻小型工业车辆, 其特征在于, 针对每个所述啮 合部 ( 3212 )都设有一个使该啮合部 ( 3212 )转动连接于所述拉板( 33 ) 的转 动端部; 所述转动连接部 (321 1 ) 由同一所述棘爪的两个所述转动端部构成。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种轻小型工业车辆, 其特征在于, 所述压杆(34 ) 的两端分别转动连接于所述手柄(2 ) 与所述拉板(33 )。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种轻小型工业车辆, 其特征在于, 该种轻小型工 业车辆还包括底座( 4 ), 底座( 4 )上设有油缸( 41 )及油泵( 42 ); 所述手柄
( 2 ) 与所述油缸( 41 )相对转动设置且所述手柄 ( 2 )作用于所述油泵( 42 ) 以控制所述油缸( 41 )油塞运动; 所述油缸( 41 ) 的活塞杆( 411 )上端设有顶 板( 81 ), 顶板( 81 ) 固定连接有与所述底座( 4 ) 活动连接的车架 ( 8 ); 车架
( 8 )下部设有支承轮 ( 82 ); 所述底座( 4 )下方设有相对固定于所述油缸( 41 ) 的轮轴( 1 1 ), 所述驱动轮 ( 1 )位于所述轮轴( 1 1 ) 的两侧, 所述驱动轮 ( 1 ) 与所述轮轴 ( 11 )之间设有滚珠轴承 ( 12 ); 两个所述驱动轮 ( 1 )相对的一侧 都固设有两片轴向并排分布且齿 (3111 )朝向相背的所述棘轮; 该两片棘轮分 别是棘轮一 ( 311 )与棘轮二( 312 ); 所述轮轴( 11 )上还套设有两个所述拉板 ( 33 ); 两个所述拉板 ( 33 )之间转动连接有转轴 ( 3511 ), 所述转轴 ( 3511 ) 上固设有具有三个卡口 ( 3512 ) 的定位盘 ( l ); 两个所述拉板( 33 )之间还 设有能够卡于相应所述卡口 (3512 ) 的定位杆( 352 ); 所述拉板(33)上开有 用于安设所述定位杆( 352 )的槽口( 331 );所述定位杆( 352 )与所述转轴( 3511 ) 之间设有用于实现所述定位杆( 352 ) 能够因受所述定位盘( 351 )抵触力而在 往返于不同卡口 (3512) 时能够沿垂直于所述转轴(3511 )轴向方向产生位移 从而使所述定位杆 ( 352 )卡于相应所述卡口 (3512) 的弹性件 ( 3521 ); 每个 所述拉板 ( 33)上都同轴转动连接有分别对应于所迷棘轮一( 311 )与所述棘轮 二( 312 ) 的上棘爪 ( 321 ) 与下棘爪 ( 322 ); 上下棘爪都具有与所述拉板转动 连接的转动连接部(3211 )及用于与相应所述棘轮啮合的啮合部 (3212 ); 所述 转轴( 3511 ) 的两端都固设有分别与所述上棘爪( 321 )或下棘爪( 322 )对应 的上压块( 3531 )与下压块 ( 3532 ); 每个压块都具有作用于相应棘爪的触发部 ( 35311 ); 相应触发部( 35311 )与相应啮合部( 3212 )之间设有连接件( 355 ); 所述定位盘( 351 )上还固设有便于操作者转动定位盘( 351 )的脚踏板 ( 354 ); 所述压杆(34) 的两端分别转动连接于所述手柄 (2)与所述拉板(33)。
