　携帯端末を携帯することは消費者に利便性をもたらし、現在では子供から大人にいたるまで携帯し、携帯端末は個人基本所持品の一つとなった。携帯端末使用者層が増えるにつれて、携帯端末本体の功能を日々強化するのはもちろん、ケース設計領域にも多く参入し、オリジナルで美観性と価値観を備えたカバーを作り、大衆購買を引きつけている。
　現在市場で販売されている携帯端末の大半は使用者にカバーを変更できる機能を提供し使用者は気分やファッションに合わせて異なるカバーに付けかえることができ、使用者の楽しみを高めている。

そこで本発明は、携帯端末のサイズの異なる機種専用のカバーを用意する難点を解決するためになされたものであり、より合理的な構造により、大きさや形態が区々の各メーカーの携帯端末に対する収容性を高め、且つ携帯端末を安定的に支持しつつ、且つ円滑にボタン操作することができ、且つ使用者に多くの選択幅を増やすことが可能な携帯端末用装具を提供する。

　携帯端末用装具は、図１及び図２に示したように、折り曲げ部２の中央部の縫い付け部１３に可撓性の第一仮止用固着体１の一部が縫合されており、図３及び図４に示したように、第一蓋体内面６と第二蓋体内面７を左右自在に折り畳みが可能に形成がなされるように構成している。尚、折り曲げ部２は蓋体の折り曲げ時に折り曲げられる部分であり、例えば、幅０．５ｍｍから１ｃｍ程度の湾曲状部分に相当する。
或いは、携帯端末用カバーに直接的に可撓性の第一仮止用固着体１を縫合せず、着脱可能な中敷きを使用することも可能であり、図１５に示したように、中敷き１４ａは端部中央部の縫い付け部１３に可撓性の第一仮止用固着１の一部を縫合し、図１６に示したように、携帯端末用カバー内面の内ポケット１６ｂに、中敷き１４ａを据え込むように押止することが可能である。
また、図１７に示したように、両面式の着脱可能な中敷き１４ｂを使用することも可能であり、図１７に示したように、中敷き１４ｂは中敷き折り曲げ部１５の中央部の縫い付け部１３に可撓性の第一仮止用固着体１の一部を縫合し、図１８に示したように、携帯端末用カバー内ポケット１６ａ及び１６ｂに中敷き１４ｂの両端部を据え込むように押止する。又、中敷き１４ｂは中敷き折り曲げ部１５に曲げ加工が施されているものを使用する。
また、内ポケット１６ａ及び１６ｂは、中敷き１４ａ及び１４ｂが不測に落ちないように、通常よりも幅広の寸法に形成がなされている。そして、中敷き１４ａ及び１４ｂを使用する場合でも、図３及び図４に示したように、第一蓋体内面６と第二蓋体内面７を左右自在に折り畳み可能に形成がなされるように構成している。又、中敷き１４ａ及び１４ｂに縫合する可撓性の第一仮止用固着体１は、ほぼ折り曲げ部２付近に位置するところに縫合されている（幅０．５ｍｍから１ｃｍを有する範囲部分全体）そして、着脱可能な中敷き１４ａ又は１４ｂは例えば０．８ｍｍから１ｍｍ厚の硬質の合成樹脂あるいは発砲樹脂などからなるシート材を用いる。これはミシンで縫うことが可能である。
　また、使用する中敷き１４ａ及び１４ｂは、蓋体に採用する材質特徴に対応するものであり、主に織物やシリコン素材などの軟質タイプに使用される。中敷き１４ａ及び１４ｂの使い分けとするところは、携帯端末用カバーの蓋体に使用される材質特徴に応じて適宜に使い分けていく。
次に、実施例の携帯端末本体部に仮止用接着体を取りつける要領について説明する。図５に示したように、携帯端末本体部の背面２１の右側又は左側（図では右側）の中央部に第二仮止用接着体２０を装着する。例えば、第二仮止用接着体２０の貼りつけサイズ幅を増やし装着することが、強度的に相応しいと考えられるが、しかしながら、携帯端末は多種多様であり、機能装置が多く、特に携帯端末本体部の背面２１に至ってはカメラ撮影機能レンズ２３が上部を中心に備わる携帯端末が多く、機種により機能部材の位置が異なるため、携帯端末本体部の背面２１への幅広い範囲の第二仮止用接着体２０の装着は適していない。従って、携帯端末本体部の背面２１の右側又は左側の中央部に関しては、比較的に端末機能装置がほぼ無い状態であり、最も邪魔にならない装着箇所として適している。また、携帯端末用カバーと携帯端末の第一仮止用固着体１と第二仮止用接着体２０を互いの中央部に位置させることで、携帯端末用カバーに装着する際はバランス良く収容できる目印となり美観性を保つことができる。
次に、実施例の携帯端末本体部を携帯端末用カバーに装着する要領を説明する。図５に示した携帯端末本体部を、図６に示すように携帯端末本体部の背面２１の右側又は左側（図５では右側）の中央部に第二仮止用接着体２０を装着し、携帯端末本体部の背面２１を携帯端末用カバーの第一仮止用固着体１に対向させ、図７に示したように互いに係合し、携帯端末用カバーの右側又は左側の蓋体（図では右側）へ携帯端末本体部の収容ができ、携帯端末を円滑に操作して通話或いは電子携帯端末用メール作成、送信を正確に行うことができる。
なお、実施例に使用する第一仮止用固着体１、第二仮止用接着体２０の素材はマジックテープ（商標登録）を採用する。硬い素材のフック部と軟らかい素材のループ部が互いの対向面に押し当てることでカギ状に引っかかるように構成され脱着可能に固着することが可能である。また、携帯端末用カバー内の折り曲げ部２の中央部に縫合する第一仮止用固着体１は両面が硬いタイプのフック部よりなるマジックテープ（商標登録）であり、携帯端末本体部の背面２１に取り付ける第二仮止用接着体２０はマジックテープ（商標登録）の裏面に両面テープ加工がなされた軟らかいタイプのループ部を使用し、携帯端末本体部の背面２１に親指３０や人差し指３１を使い第二仮止用接着体２０を押しつけて圧着することにより圧力をかけることで接着力が発現する。（接着後は１～２日で最大の接着力となる。）
　次に、本発明の携帯端末用カバー寸法について説明する。多種多様の携帯端末は縦横のサイズが異なり、本発明の携帯端末用カバーは、携帯端末の平均値を熟知し、考慮しながら対応している。また、今後販売される、異なる携帯端末のサイズ等に関しては、判断しながら応じて決定すればよい。
次に、実施例の携帯端末のカメラ撮影機能を使用する要領を説明する。携帯端末用カバー第二蓋体内面７はこれに対向する第一蓋体背面２４へ折り畳んだ状態で、携帯端末本体部の前面２２と背面２１を露出し、図８乃至図１０に示すように、カメラ撮影機能を円滑に使用することができると共に、携帯端末本体部の前面２２と背面２１が露出された状態であっても、第一仮止用固着体１と第二仮止用接着体２０が密着係止されていることにより、不測に携帯端末用カバーから携帯端末本体部を落下させることなくボタンを円滑に且つ確実に押し、軽快に操作することができる。
なお、図８乃至図１０はその一例を示すもので、携帯端末用カバーと携帯端末本体部を密着に固定され、且つ折り曲げ部２を軸に折り畳み可能に形成してなる第一蓋体内面６と第二蓋体内面７は使用目的により、携帯端末本体部の前面２２と背面２１を露出させ、携帯端末用カバーを親指以外の四本の指で包持し、親指３０は携帯端末本体部の前面２２を押さえた状態にし、露出した携帯端末本体を不測に落下させることなく安定的に支持することができ、一方の手（図８、図９、図１０では右手）の人差し指３１でカメラ撮影ボタン３２を円滑に操作ができる。また、図９に示したように、折り畳んだ状態の第一蓋体背面２４と第二蓋体背２５の間に一方の手（図９では左手）の人差し指を挟持し、親指で折り曲げ部２を押さえることで、より安定的に保持し、安定的にカメラ撮影が実現できる。従来の携帯端末用カバーのように、携帯端末本体部を脱着することなく円滑に且つ正確にボタン操作することができる。
　次に、実施例の通話及び電子メールの作成送信を行う使用要領について説明する。図１１に示したように、第一蓋体内面６が第二蓋体背面２５へ折り畳まれた状態で、親指３０を蓋８に沿わせながら、親指３０以外の四本の手で蓋体全体を包持することにより、携帯端末本体部の前面２２を耳介３３に安定的に添えあて使用することができる。なお、図１１で示すのは右手であるが、左手を使用の場合は人差し指３１を（図示せず）第三蓋体内面８に係り沿わせ、耳介３３に添えあて通話を行う。あるいは、図１２に示したように第一蓋体内面６と第二蓋体内面７を開放した状態にし、携帯端末のスピーカー機能を使用し通話ができる。及び、電子メールの作成、送信も行うことも可能である。
次に、携帯端末を使用し終えたときは、第一蓋体内面６と第二蓋体背面２４に磁石を用いた吸着体４が内部に埋入されており、図１３、図１４に示したように、携帯端末本体部の前２２と背面２１に第一蓋体内面６と第二蓋体内面７が覆い被せた状態で吸着体４に第三蓋体内８の一端にある接着体５に閉止することで止められ、携帯端末本体部の前面２２と背面２１を傷や衝撃から守り、不測に落下させることなく、安定的に携行することができる。
　以下、本発明を実施するための動作について説明する。上記、携帯端末用カバーに携帯端末を収容する際は、図５に示したように、携帯端末本体部の前面２２を手のひら上に載置し、親指３０を除いた四本の指で包持し、親指３０を携帯端末本体部の背面２１下部を押さえながら支え、一方の手（図５では右手）の親指３０と人差し指３１で第二仮止用接着体２０の粘着面のはく離紙をはがし、携帯端末本体部の背面２１の右側又は左側の中央部（図では右側）に第二仮止用接着体２０を装着する。なお、動作について、右手又は左手のうちの何れか一方の手を使用する。（図では表からみて右）
次に図６及び図７に示したように、携帯端末本体部の背面２１を手のひら上に載置し、親指３０を除いた四本の指で包持し、親指３０を携帯端末本体部の前面２２の下部を押さえ支持する。ここで、もう一方の手（図６では右手）の親指３０を除いた四本の指で携帯端末本体部の背面２１を包持し、親指３０で携帯本体部の前面２２の中央部を押さえ支持する。これを両手で、携帯端末本体部の背面２１の右側又は左側の中央部に装着した、第二仮止用接着体２０と携帯端末用カバーに設けられた第一仮止用固着体１のどちらかの一方の面のフック部に密着係合させ止着し、図７に示したように、携帯端末本体を携帯端末用カバーに固着（図では右側）することにより収容させることができる。
次に、使用目的によって携帯端末用カバーの第一蓋体内面６と第二蓋体内面７は左右自在に折り曲げ部２を中心に可撓可能に構成されており、図７及び図８に示すように、第二蓋体内面７を対向する第一蓋体背面２４へ折り曲げ部２を軸に折り畳んだ状態で、親指３０以外四本の指で蓋体全てを包持し、親指３０は携帯端末本体部の前面２２の下部を押さながら、携帯端末本体部の前面２２と背面２１を露出させ、一方の手（図８，図９では右手）の人差し指３で図８及び図９に示したようにカメラ撮影ボタン３２を円滑に押すことができる。さらに図のように、第一蓋体６が第二蓋体背面２５へ折り畳んだ状態で、対向する第一蓋体背面２４と第二蓋体背面２５の間に一方の手（図９では左手）の人差し指３１を挟み込み支持固定することで、より自由な状態で保持し、且つ安定的に携帯端末用カバーを支持し動かしながら、カメラ撮影ボタン３２を円滑に且つ正確に押すことが可能である。
　図１１に示したように、通話を行う場合は携帯端末用カバーを親指以外の四本の指で蓋体全体を包持し、親指３０は第三蓋体内面８に係り沿わし、携帯端末用カバーと携帯端末本体部の前面２２と背面２１を安定的に保持し、且つ携帯端末本体部の前面２２を耳介３３に添えて確実に支持しながら通話を行うことができる。なお、図１１で示すのは右手であるが左手を使用の場合、人差し指３１以外の四本の指で蓋体全体を包持し、人差し指３１は（図示せず）第三蓋体内面８に係り沿わせ耳介３３に添えあて確実に支持しながら通話を行う。あるいは、図１２のように第一蓋体内面６と第二蓋体内面７を開放した状態で、両手の親指３０を除四本の指で携帯端末カバーの背面を包持し、親指は携帯端末カバー内面の下部と携帯端末本体部の前面２２の下部を押さえ支持しながら、携帯端末のスピーカー機能を使用し通話ができる。及び、電子メールの作成、送信も行うことも可能である。また、携帯端末用カバーは、片手で本を読む動作と同じ要領で、親指３０以外の四本の指で包持し、親指３０を携帯端末本体部の前面２２の下部を押さえ支持することにより片手（図１２では両手）での通話も可能である。
本発明の使用要領を説明する。本発明の携帯端末用装具は、携帯端末用カバーの内面の折り曲げ部中央部にマジックテープ（登録商標）の一部を縫合し、携帯末本体部の背面の右側又は左側の中央部にマジックテープ（登録商標）を装着した接着体と前記携帯端末用カバーのマジックテープ（登録商標）とが互いに密着係止し、携帯端末用カバーに携帯端末本体部を右側又は左側に収容する。また、携帯端末用カバーの蓋体を外側に折り曲げ携帯端末本体部の前面及び背面が露出可能であり、カメラ撮影機能の使用が実現でき、且つ通話或いはメール作成、送信ができる。
　携帯端末本体の持ち運びに用いられる携帯端末用カバーに採用することができる。

Claims (2)

  1. 携帯端末本体部の表面及び背面を覆う第一蓋体と第二蓋体間に折り曲げ部を有し、前記折り曲げ部の中央部に可撓性仮止具の一部を縫合し、前記携帯端末本体部のカメラ撮影機能レンズを除く背面中央部の右側又は左側に接着体を貼り付け、前記仮止具の他部と前記接着体が脱着可能に固着されてなることを特徴とする携帯端末用装具。　
  2. 　第一蓋体又は第二蓋体が脱着可能な中敷きを有し、折り曲げ部に位置する前記中敷きの一部に可撓性仮止具を縫合したことを特徴とする請求項１の携帯端末用装具。
