本发明适当加长机芯外大门及机芯小门下凹槽深度, 同时适当加长机 芯外大门及机芯小门。 以下同样以外大门控制装置为例, 包括外大门 2、 设置在机壳 1的上凹槽 11和下凹槽 12、 传动机构 3、 马达 4等, 从图 3、 图 4中可见, 本发明中机壳 1的下凹槽 12设计比现有技术加深了 l-3cm, 使得外大门 2关闭动作在下凹槽 12内的行程也相应加长了 l-3cm,外大门 12在整个测试过程中, 运动的最大行程也没有出现开口, 从而有了安全保 障。 本发明采用加深槽位深度, 加长门长度的技术手段, 在检测机芯外大 门及机芯小门是否正常时, 机芯外大门及机芯小门可以移动一小段距离, 从用户角度看在检测机芯是否正常过程中, 外大门及机芯小门移动而不至 于出现开口, 实现了机芯外大门和机芯小门的闭口测试, 防止了在测试过 程中由于出现开口导致用户身体一部分或其他物品卡在开口的可能, 确保 不会对用户造成伤害。
更进一步的, 本发明实现对机芯外大门及机芯小门的控制马达 4的两 种调速, 一种是现有技术的快速开关外大门及机芯小门的调速, 另一种就 是緩慢开关外大门及机芯小门的调速。
在测试工作模式即当机芯外大门及机芯小门在测试是否正常时, 外大 门及机芯小门移动的速度和力度, 相比机芯进行业务处理时候的速度和力 度小, 测试机芯外大门及机芯小门时采取微量緩慢位移的方式, 而不是直 接采取机芯在处理业务过程的外大门及机芯小门的打开和关闭模式。 在该 测试模式下, 机芯外大门及机芯小门移动行程小, 速度慢, 在测试过程中 门始终在槽内, 最大移动距离不会导致门离开槽位而出现开口。 实施例 1
如图 5所示, 将检测机芯外大门和机芯小门的流程, 放置于用户选择 取款按钮之后。 用户按下取款按钮, 中控系统立即进行机芯外大门和机芯 小门的检测, 检测成功后继续按照现有技术进行取款业务的处理
1 )改变机芯外大门及机芯小门移动速度,确保测试过程中门不会离开 槽位, 从用户角度看不会出现开口, 从取款业务的执行流程将对门的测试 作为取款流程串行进行的步骤。
用户一旦选择取款业务, 中控系统立即检测机芯外大门及机芯小门是 否正常, 只有正常才会继续进行取款业务, 否则中止本次业务。
11 )适当加长机芯外大门及机芯小门闭合时的下凹槽位深度, 机芯外 大门槽位深度由目前的不足 1cm更改为 2-4cm, 机芯小门槽位深度由目前 的不足 0.5cm更改为 1.5-3cm为宜。
12 )适当加长机芯外大门及机芯小门的长度, 使之当门闭合时候可接 触到槽位的底部。
13 )在保留目前开关门的快速运行模式上, 实现对机芯外大门及机芯 小门的运动进行控制的马达的微动调速模式, 微动调速可以使得门的运动 速度在 l-2cm/s。
14 ) 实现对机芯外大门及机芯小门的运动行程的控制, 当机芯外大门 及机芯小门进行微动调速时,门的最大运行行程不会导致门离开槽位上端, 使得门与槽位之间出现开口。
15 )在用户进行取款业务过程中, 自助终端对取款业务的处理流程进 行到准备对机芯下发出钞命令前, 先对机芯外大门及机芯小门进行测试, 中控系统对机芯外大门及机芯小门下发测试命令, 只有当机芯外大门及机 芯小门微动成功通过测试才会对机芯下发出钞命令, 否则中止当前取款业 务, 暂时停止自助终端的取款业务并报告出钞门故障错误。
更进一步, 步骤 15 )在用户取款业务过程中进行机芯外大门及机芯小 门测试的具体流程为:
151 )用户进行取款业务, 按下取款按钮;
152 )对机芯外大门及其小门进行微动开关操作一次, 而不是使用正常 开关的操作, 使用测试模式的慢速移动方式, 微动开关成功说明门正常, 否则异常;
153 )如果机芯外大门或机芯小门只要其中任何一个门不正常, 则本次 取款业务中止, 同时报告出钞门故障, 暂停现金业务; 否则, 按照现有技 术进行进行取款业务, 流程结束。 实施例 2 如图 6所示, 将检测机芯外大门和机芯小门的流程, 放置于业务系统 命令出钞之前, 中控系统检测成功后继续按照现有技术命令机芯出钞进行 取款业务的处理, 检测失败后发起取款沖正流程, 然后中止取款业务, 报 告出钞门故障。
2 )改变机芯外大门及机芯小门移动速度,确保测试过程中门不会离开 槽位, 从用户角度看不会出现开口, 从取款业务的执行流程将对门的测试 作为取款流程串行进行的步骤。
用户进行取款业务, 自助业务系统执行到已经准备命令机芯出钞前, 检测机芯外大门及机芯小门是否正常, 只有正常才会继续进行取款业务, 否则中止本次业务。
21 )适当加长机芯外大门及机芯小门闭合时的下凹槽位深度, 机芯外 大门槽位深度由目前的不足 1cm更改为 2-4cm, 机芯小门槽位深度由目前 的不足 0.5cm更改为 1.5-3cm为宜。
22 )适当加长机芯外大门及机芯小门的长度, 使之当门闭合时候可接 触到槽位的底部。

更进一步, 步骤 25 )在用户取款业务过程中进行机芯外大门及机芯小 门测试的具体流程为:
251 )用户进行取款业务, 按下取款按钮; 252 )用户继续进行输入金额等操作, 自助终端按照现有技术继续进行 余下取款流程, 一直进行自助设备准备执行出钞动作;
253 )中控系统在向机芯发送出钞命令之前,先测试机芯外大门及其小 门是否可以正常开关;
254 )对机芯外大门及其小门进行微动开关操作一次, 而不是使用正常 开关的操作, 使用测试模式的慢速移动方式, 微动开关成功说明门正常, 否则异常;
255 )如果机芯外大门或机芯小门只要其中任何一个门不正常, 则发起 取款沖正流程, 本次取款业务中止, 同时报告出钞门故障, 暂停现金业务; 否则, 按照现有技术进行进行取款业务, 流程结束。 实施例 3
如图 7所示, 将检测机芯外大门和机芯小门的流程, 与现有技术的取 款业务流程并行进行, 当用户选择取款业务时, 中控系统开启一个线程用 于检测机芯外大门和机芯校门是否正常, 当中控系统进行到命令机芯出钞 前, 获取检测机芯外大门和机芯校门的检测结果, 只有当机芯外大门和机 芯校门正常时才继续进行取款业务的处理, 否则发起取款沖正流程, 中止 本次取款业务。
3 )改变机芯外大门及机芯小门移动速度,确保测试过程中门不会离开 槽位, 从用户角度看不会出现开口。 用户一旦选择取款业务, 即一边测试 外大门及机芯小门是否正常, 一边对取款业务出钞前的准备工作, 包括提 交所需信息发送至银行主机受理, 等待银行主机受理成功等。
31 )适当加长机芯外大门及机芯小门闭合时的下凹槽位深度, 机芯外 大门槽位深度由目前的不足 1cm更改为 2-4cm, 机芯小门槽位深度由目前 的不足 0.5cm更改为 1.5-3cm为宜。
32 )适当加长机芯外大门及机芯小门的长度, 使之当门闭合时候可接 触到槽位的底部。
33 )在保留目前开关门的快速运行模式上, 实现对机芯外大门及机芯 小门的运动进行控制的马达的微动调速模式, 微动调速可以使得门的运动 速度在 l-2cm/s。 34 ) 实现对机芯外大门及机芯小门的运动行程的控制, 当机芯外大门 及机芯小门进行微动调速时,门的最大运行行程不会导致门离开槽位上端, 使得门与槽位之间出现开口。
35 )在用户进行取款业务过程中, 用户选择选款业务, 中控系统立即 开启一线程用于检测机芯外大门和机芯小门, 同时中控系统继续进行现有 技术的取款流程, 一直进行到准备对机芯下发出钞命令前, 然后获取检测 机芯外大门和机芯小门的检测结果, 只有当机芯外大门及机芯小门微动成 功通过测试才会对机芯下发出钞命令, 否则中止当前取款业务, 发起取款 沖正流程, 暂时停止自助终端的取款业务并报告出钞门故障错误。
更进一步, 步骤 35 )在用户取款业务过程中进行机芯外大门及机芯小 门测试的具体流程为:
351 )用户进行取款业务, 按下取款按钮;
352 )中控系统开启一线程对机芯外大门和机芯校门进行检测,对机芯 外大门及其小门进行微动开关操作一次, 而不是使用正常开关的操作, 使 用测试模式的慢速移动方式, 微动开关成功说明门正常, 否则异常;
353 )与此同时, 中控系统主线程继续受理用户的其他操作, 按照现有 技术继续进行余下取款流程, 一直进行自助设备准备执行出钞动作;
354 )中控系统根据对机芯外大门及其小门的检测结果,如果机芯外大 门或机芯小门只要其中任何一个门不正常, 则本次取款业务中止, 发起取 款沖正流程, 同时报告出钞门故障, 暂停现金业务; 否则, 按照现有技术 进行进行取款业务, 流程结束。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种自助设备机芯外大门及机芯小门控制方法, 其特征在于: 所述 机芯外大门及机芯小门具有正常工作模式和测试工作模式, 其中正常工作 模式为外大门及机芯小门全部打开或者全部关闭的快速运动的工作模式; 测试工作模式为: 采取微量緩慢位移的方式测试机芯外大门及机芯小门是 否正常, 机芯外大门及机芯小门移动的最大位移量小于机芯外大门及机芯 小门插入下凹槽的最大深度, 在测试过程中机芯外大门及机芯小门的边缘 始终在下凹槽内, 机芯外大门及机芯小门移动的速度小于正常工作模式下 的机芯外大门及机芯小门的移动速度。
2、根据权利要求所述的测试工作模式时, 自助设备机芯外大门及机芯 小门控制方法, 其特征在于: 所述的马达控制机芯外大门及机芯小门移动 速度为 l-2cm/s„
3、 一种自助设备机芯外大门及机芯小门控制装置, 其特征在于包括: 可打开或关闭的机芯外大门及机芯小门; 下凹槽, 分别对应机芯外大门及 机芯小门的位置, 机芯外大门及机芯小门移动的最大位移量小于机芯外大 门及机芯小门插入下凹槽的最大深度; 马达, 通过传动系统控制机芯外大 门及机芯小门移动的速度和距离; 中控系统, 控制马达在不同工作模式下 以不同的转速和转动时间进行动作。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的自助设备机芯外大门及机芯小门控制装置, 其特征在于: 所述的机芯外大门对应的下凹槽的深度 2-4cm, 机芯小门对 应的下凹槽的深度为 1.5-3cm。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的自助设备机芯外大门及机芯小门控制装置, 其特征在于: 所述的控制系统控制马达在测试工作模式时的转速小于在正 常工作模式是的转速。
