一种整体组合式弹簧垫生产机,包括机床(1),机床(1)上设有超声波焊接装置(2)、输送装置(3)、上层布料架(4)、下层布料架(5)、横向弹簧推进机构(6)及工作台(7);所述超声波焊接装置(2)设置在工作台(7)的上方,所述输送装置(3)设置在工作台(7)的后方,上层布料架(4)和下层布料架(5)设置在机床(1)的一侧,横向弹簧推进机构(6)设置在工作台(7)的前方。其结构简单,操作方便,通过传动机构带动超声波焊接装置或热力焊接装置来回横向移动焊接,并通过输送装置纵向进给进行加工生产,实现了自动化生产,产品尺寸控制准确,提高了生产效率,还避免出现了现有整体组合式弹簧垫因各列结合不牢而断裂的情况。

一种整体组合式弹簧垫生产机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹簧垫加工装置,具体涉及一种整体组合式弹簧垫生产机。
背景技术
现有弹簧垫可分连结式、袋装独立筒等。其中袋装独立筒弹簧软垫由每一个独立体弹簧施压之后装填入袋,再加以连结排列而成。每个弹簧体皆个别运动,独立支撑,能单独伸缩。各个弹簧以纤维袋或棉袋装起来,而不同列间的弹簧袋再互相连合,各个弹簧独立运动。如公告号为CN201123589Y整体组合式袋装弹簧软垫,该整体组合式袋装弹簧软垫没有专门的加工装置,先加工成单列弹簧条后采用人工将若干列弹簧条再结合成垫,该加工方法不能保证各列弹簧条之间的结合是否牢固,而且费时费力,生产效率低,从而增加了企业的生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术生产效率低的不足,提供一种整体组合式弹簧垫生产机,该整体组合式弹簧垫生产机的结构简单、操作方便,能够保证产品质量且生产效率高。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种整体组合式弹簧垫生产机,包括机床,其特征在于:机床上设有超声波焊接装置、输送装置、上层布料架、下层布料架、横向弹簧推进机构及工作台;所述超声波焊接装置设置在工作台的上方,所述输送装置设置在工作台的后方,上层布料架和下层布料架设置在机床的一侧,横向弹簧推进机构设置在工作台的前方。
本发明的进一步方案:所述超声波焊接装置上设有一个焊头,所述焊头上设有若干焊点。
本发明的进一步方案:所述焊头呈环套形,焊头上设有环形焊点。
本发明的进一步方案:所述超声波焊接装置上设有移动机构,通过移动机构带动超声波焊接装置横向来回移动。
本发明的进一步方案:所述输送装置包括施压装置、施压气缸、进给主轴和主轴电机,所述施压装置与施压气缸相连,所述进给主轴与主轴电机相连,通过进给主轴和施压装置带动整体组合式弹簧垫进给及移出工作台,所述施压装置采用柔性材料或皮带构成。
本发明的进一步方案:所述机床上设有导布料架组,所述上层布料架和下层布料架上的布料通过导布料架组到达工作台;所述机床的上方设有导轨板,所述超声波焊接装置安装在导轨板上。
本发明的进一步方案:所述超声波焊接装置上设有两个或多个焊头。
本发明的进一步方案:所述超声波焊接装置可换为热力焊接装置。
本发明的进一步方案:所述工作台作为焊接底座,超声波焊接装置在工作台上进行焊接。
本发明的进一步方案:所述输送装置的进给主轴作为焊接底座,超声波焊接装置在进给主轴上进行焊接。
本发明的有益效果:
1)本发明的结构简单,操作方便,通过传动机构带动超声波焊接装置或热力焊接装置来回横向移动焊接,并通过输送装置纵向进给进行加工生产,实现了自动化生产,提高了生产效率,产品尺寸控制准确,还避免出现了现有整体组合式弹簧垫因各列结合不牢而断裂的情况。
2)施压装置采用柔性材料或皮带避免压坏弹簧。焊头采用环套形,可以一次焊接完成一个布袋弹簧,从而进一步缩短了加工时间,且焊点整齐均匀,保证了产品的质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
具体实施例1:
如图1至图25所示的一种整体组合式弹簧垫生产机,包括机床1,机床1上设有导轨板1-1,超声波焊接装置2、输送装置3、上层布料架4、下层布料架5、横向弹簧推进机构6及工作台7;所述机床1的上方设有导轨板1-1,所述超声波焊接装置2设置在工作台7的上方,超声波焊接装置2上安装有移动机构2-3,移动机构2-3安装在导轨板1-1上,所述超声波焊接装置2上设有一个焊头2-1,所述焊头2-1上设有若干焊点2-2,所述焊头2-1呈环套形,焊头2-1上设有均匀分布的环形焊点2-2;所述工作台7作为焊接底座,超声波焊接装置2在工作台7上进行焊接,通过该焊头2-1可以一次焊接完成一个布袋弹簧10,通过移动机构2-3带动超声波焊接装置2横向来回移动实现弹簧8的逐个焊接。
所述输送装置3安装在工作台7的后方,输送装置3包括施压装置3-1、施压气缸3-4、进给主轴3-2和主轴电机3-3;进给主轴3-2通过传动带与主轴电机3-3的输出轴相连,主轴电机3-3带动进给主轴3-2转动;所述施压装置3-1采用柔性材料或皮带构成,施压装置3-1与施压气缸3-4相连,施压气缸3-4带动施压装置3-1前后移动,进给主轴3-2与施压装置3-1相配合,通过进给主轴3-2和施压装置3-1带动整体组合式弹簧垫进给及移出工作台7。
上层布料架4和下层布料架5通过螺钉安装在机床1的一侧,所述机床1上设有导布料架组9,所述导布料架组9由四根导布料架构成,在工作台7的上、下各两根导布料架,所述上层布料架4和下层布料架5上的布料分别通过两根导布料架到达工作台7,通过导布料架组9可以绷紧上层布料架4和下层布料架5上的布料,避免在工作台7上出现折叠或倾斜。
横向弹簧推进机构6设置在工作台7的前方,所述横向弹簧推进机构6采用两个汽缸,通过横向弹簧推进机构6将工作台7上的弹簧8推到超声波焊接装置2的正下方。箭头表示运动的方向。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种整体组合式弹簧垫生产机,其特征在于:所述超声波焊接装置(2)上设有一个焊头(2-1),所述焊头(2-1)上设有若干焊点(2-2)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种整体组合式弹簧垫生产机,其特征在于:所述焊头(2-1)呈环套形,焊头(2-1)上设有环形焊点(2-2)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种整体组合式弹簧垫生产机,其特征在于:所述超声波焊接装置(2)上设有移动机构(2-3),通过移动机构(2-3)带动超声波焊接装置(2)横向来回移动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种整体组合式弹簧垫生产机,其特征在于:所述输送装置(3)包括施压装置(3-1)、施压气缸(3-4)、进给主轴(3-2)和主轴电机(3-3),所述施压装置(3-1)与施压气缸(3-4)相连,所述进给主轴(3-2)与主轴电机(3-3)相连,通过进给主轴(3-2)和施压装置(3-1)带动整体组合式弹簧垫进给及移出工作台(7),所述施压装置(3-1)采用柔性材料或皮带构成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种整体组合式弹簧垫生产机,其特征在于:所述机床(1)上设有导布料架组(9),所述上层布料架(4)和下层布料架(5)上的布料通过导布料架组(9)到达工作台(7);所述机床(1)的上方设有导轨板(1-1),所述超声波焊接装置(2)安装在导轨板(1-1)上。
