Abstract

防潮纸箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种防潮纸箱, 尤其涉及一种用于太阳能电池的防潮纸箱。 背景技术
对于高精密度且相当脆弱的电子元件而言, 由于其极易在运送过程中受到外界环境, 例如水、 灰尘、 撞击力等的影响而损坏, 因此对包装结构的要求更是严苛。 为了降低商品 在运送过程的损坏率, 防潮、 防尘、 及抗震已是保护性包装结构所需具备的基本功能。
以纸箱为例, 由于纸箱在经过一段使用时间后, 便会吸收空气中的水气, 进而影响纸 箱内储存的物品。 因此, 需要对纸箱进行防潮处理, 以避免纸箱受潮的情形产生。
现有的纸箱防潮技术包含在纸箱上涂布防水层, 或是在瓦楞纸材中加装一层塑胶膜。 但是前者的防水层容易在搬运时刮损, 后者则容易在加工时破坏瓦楞纸材的结构, 且两者 均会增加额外的制造成本。
另外有一种技术是将包装结构进行真空封装, 同样地, 此种作法会增加额外的成本以 及包装工序, 且若是包装结构中已经存在有水气, 则水气会一并被封在抽真空的包装结构 中。 发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的一种方案提供了一种防潮纸箱,包含纸箱本体、 设置于纸箱本体中的多个缓冲材,并且至少部分缓冲材围绕该纸箱本体的内壁以形成一容 置空间, 以及至少一防潮间隔件, 其中防潮间隔件包含纸材外壳以及设置于纸材外壳中的 至少一防潮包。
于一或多个实施例中, 纸材外壳包含两盖板以及连接盖板的连接部, 防潮包设置于盖 板之间。
于一或多个实施例中, 纸材外壳还包含连接盖板与连接部的支撑部。

参照图 1, 其绘示本发明的防潮间隔件一实施例的示意图。 防潮间隔件 100为应用于 纸箱的包装结构中,其可以提供防潮以及缓冲的效果。防潮间隔件 100包含有纸材外壳 110 以及防潮包 120。 纸材外壳 110包含有两盖板 112以及连接两盖板 112的连接部 114。 防 潮包 120则是设置于两盖板 112之间。 换言之, 纸材外壳 110为近似于书皮的结构, 防潮 包 120则是装设在纸材外壳 110之中。 纸材外壳 110的材质例如为瓦楞纸。
防潮包 120包含有可透气的包材以及装在包材内的干燥剂颗粒。干燥剂颗粒的成分可 以如氯化钙、 氧化钙、 磷酸酐、 硅胶、 高分子聚合体、 甘蔗纤维等。
防潮间隔件 100为可插拔、 可替换、 可组合式地应用于防潮纸箱中, 并可借由其中的 干燥剂颗粒提供缓冲的功效。
防潮间隔件 100中还选择性地包含有一缓冲结构 130, 缓冲结构 130的材料可以为, 例如但不限于, 发泡聚乙烯 (EPE)、 发泡聚苯乙烯 (EPS)、 乙烯乙酸乙烯酯 (EVA)和发泡泡 棉, 缓冲结构 130可以借由粘着剂固定于纸材外壳 110内。 缓冲结构 130的形状可以为 E 字形或是 U字形。 缓冲结构 130包含有开口 132, 防潮包 120可置放于开口 132中。 换言 之, 缓冲结构 130可用以进一步地固定防潮包 120的位置, 并提供缓冲的功效。
纸材外壳 110上可以还选择性地设置有多个透气部 116,透气部 116为设置于盖板 112 上, 并对应于防潮包 120的位置设置。 借由盖板 112上的透气部 116可以增加防潮包 120 与外界空气之间的接触面积, 进而提升防潮间隔件 100的防潮效果。
参照图 2, 其绘示本发明的防潮间隔件另一实施例的示意图。 防潮间隔件 100'包含有 纸材外壳 110'以及位于纸材外壳 110'中的防潮包 120。本实施例中的纸材外壳 110'除了盖 板 112以及连接部 114以外, 还包含有支撑部 118, 支撑部 118用以连接盖板 112以及连 接部 114。 如此一来, 防潮包 120便可以固定于纸材外壳 110'中, 而不用担心在组装过程 中因重力而使得防潮包 120掉出纸材外壳 110'。
纸材外壳 110'可以为一体成形地结构, 透过将纸材裁切为合适的形状以及折叠之后, 便可以得到具有盖板 112、 连接部 114以及支撑部 118的纸材外壳 110'。 同样地, 纸材外 壳 110'也可以在盖板 112上设置多个透气部 116, 用以增加防潮包 120与外界空气的接触 面积。

请同时参照图 3与图 4, 其分别绘示本发明的防潮纸箱一实施例的分解图以及组装完 成的立体视图。 防潮纸箱 200包含有纸箱本体 210、 多个缓冲材 220以及至少一防潮间隔 件 230。 防潮纸箱 200用以容置如太阳能电池包装盒 250等呈现长方形块状的产品, 其中 太阳能电池包装盒 250包含有包装盒以及设置于包装盒中的多个薄片状的太阳能电池。太 阳能电池包装盒 250设置于纸箱本体 210中,且缓冲材 220位于太阳能电池包装盒 250与 纸箱本体 210之间, 例如设置于纸箱本体 210内壁的底部、 四个侧边以及顶部等, 以保护 位于纸箱本体 210中的太阳能电池包装盒 250。 纸箱本体 210的材质例如为瓦楞纸或具有 防潮功能的瓦楞纸。
防潮间隔件 230也设置于纸箱本体 210中,其中防潮间隔件 230可用以提供缓冲以及 防潮的作用。 本实施例中, 部分的缓冲材 220围绕于纸箱本体 210的内壁, 另一部分的缓 冲材 220则是与防潮间隔件 230共同设置于纸箱本体 210的中部, 以借由防潮间隔件 230 与部分的缓冲材 220将纸箱本体 210分隔为两容置空间 240。 太阳能电池包装盒 250则是 设置于两容置空间 240之中。
缓冲材 220的材料可以为发泡泡棉。缓冲材 220可以为片状或是块状物。 防潮间隔件
230的具体结构说明可以参见图 1或是图 2。
防潮间隔件 230的设置位置也可以依照不同的设计需求进行变化。图 5至图 7分别绘 示本发明的防潮纸箱不同实施例的组装完成的立体视图, 图 5至图 7与图 4中的实施例的 差异主要在于防潮间隔件 230的设置位置。
如图 5所示, 防潮间隔件 230可以取代部分缓冲材 220位置, 使得缓冲材 220与防潮 间隔件 230共同围绕于纸箱本体 210的内壁, 此时防潮间隔件 230会设置于纸箱本体 210 的内壁并接触纸箱本体 210的内壁。此时,纸箱本体 210的中部可以仅设置有缓冲材 220, 或是如图 4中的缓冲材 220与防潮间隔件 230的组合。
如图 6所示, 缓冲材 220可以仅围绕于纸箱本体 210的内壁, 而纸箱本体 210的中部 仅利用一或多个防潮间隔件 230将纸箱本体 210分隔为两个容置空间 240。
又或者, 如图 7所示, 防潮间隔件 230可以设置于纸箱本体 210的顶部或是底部。 缓 冲材 220和 /或防潮间隔件 230则可以设置于纸箱本体 210的内壁以及中部 (图中未绘示), 用以提供良好的缓冲以及防潮的功效。
从以上实施例可以得知, 防潮间隔件为组合式的结构, 除可避免防潮包位移之外, 还 可以轻易地更换防潮包, 达到可以重复使用的功效。 除此之外, 防潮包中的干燥剂颗粒也 可顺着外界的挤压而变形, 除了防潮的效果外, 还进一步提供缓冲的功效。 相较于传统的 纸箱防潮加工方式, 透过放置防潮间隔件于防潮纸箱中, 可以灵活且快速地进行组装, 并 可以提供良好的防潮功效, 以延长其中如太阳能电池等产品的保存寿命。
虽然本发明已以实施例公开如上, 然其并非用以限定本发明, 任何熟悉本领域知识的 普通技术人员, 在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内, 当可作各种更动与润饰, 因此本发明的 保护范围当视后附的权利要求所界定的范围为准。

Claims

权利要求
1.一种防潮纸箱, 包含:
一纸箱本体;
多个缓冲材,设置于该纸箱本体中,并且至少部分所述缓冲材围绕该纸箱本体的内壁 以形成一容置空间; 以及
至少一防潮间隔件,设置于该纸箱本体中,其中该防潮间隔件包含一纸材外壳以及设 置于该纸材外壳中的至少一防潮包。
2.如权利要求 1所述的防潮纸箱,其中该纸材外壳包含两盖板以及连接所述盖板的一 连接部, 该防潮包设置于所述盖板之间。
3.如权利要求 2所述的防潮纸箱, 其中该纸材外壳还包含一支撑部, 连接所述盖板与 该连接部。
4.如权利要求 2所述的防潮纸箱, 其中该纸材外壳还包含多个透气部, 设置于所述盖 板。
5.如权利要求 2所述的防潮纸箱, 其中该防潮间隔件还包含一缓冲结构, 设置于所述 盖板之间, 该缓冲结构包含至少一开口, 该防潮包设置于该开口中。
6.如权利要求 1所述的防潮纸箱,其中该防潮间隔件设置于所述缓冲材之间并接触该 纸箱本体的内壁。
7.如权利要求 1所述的防潮纸箱, 其中该防潮间隔件设置于该纸箱本体的中部, 借由 该防潮间隔件将该容置空间分隔为至少两个容置空间。
8.如权利要求 1所述的防潮纸箱,其中该防潮间隔件与另一部分所述缓冲材设置于该 纸箱本体的中部, 借由该防潮间隔件与该部分缓冲材将该容置空间分隔为两个容置空间。
9.如权利要求 1所述的防潮纸箱,其中该防潮间隔件设置于该纸箱本体的顶部或是底 部。
10.—种防潮间隔件, 包含:
一纸材外壳, 包含两盖板以及连接所述盖板的一连接部; 以及
至少一防潮包, 设置于所述盖板之间。
11.如权利要求 10所述的防潮间隔件, 其中该纸材外壳还包含一支撑部, 连接所述盖 板与该连接部。
12.如权利要求 10所述的防潮间隔件, 其中该纸材外壳还包含多个透气部, 设置于所 述盖板。
13.如权利要求 10所述的防潮间隔件, 还包含一缓冲结构, 设置于所述盖板之间, 该 缓冲结构包含至少一开口, 该防潮包设置于该开口中。
