뜨거운 음료를 담는 재활용 가능한 일회용 컵에는 그 입구에 통상적으로 담긴 내용물이 휴대, 운반 도중에 넘치지 않도록 하는 뚜껑이 씌워지는 것으로. 컵의 입구 주연에 밀착되는 상태로 씌워진 뚜껑에 의하여 담겨진 내용물을 다 마실 때까지 내용물이 새어 나오지 않아서 휴대하기에 매우 용이하다. 또한 재활용 가능한 재질로 생산되므로 내용물을 다 마신 뒤에는 쓰레기통에 버리므로 사용하기에도 매우 간편한 특징이 있다.

본 고안은 일회용 컵의 입구에 씌워졌던 뚜껑을 이용하여 개인휴대통신기기의 시청시 뚜껑에서 사용자에게 시청에 알맞는 각도를 제공하도록 하므로서 일회용 뚜껑의 활용도를 높혀 버리지 않고 재사용함에 따라서 쓰레기의 배출량이 감소되게 함에 있다.
본 고안의 다른 목적은 개인용 휴대통신기기를 책상 및 탁자,등과 같은 평면에 두지 않고 뚜껑에 경사지게 거치시킴으로 바닥에 닿지 않고 뚜껑의 높이 만큼 들려진 상태로 있어 예기치 못하게 바닥으로 쏟아지는 물 또는 음료로부터 보호되는 것을 목적으로 한다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 안출된 본 고안은 물 또는 음료를 담을 수 있는 컵의 입구에 밀착상태로 씌워 컵의 외부로 물 또는 음료가 넘치지 않도록 하는 뚜껑에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑의 상면에 소정의 높이로 수용공간을 갖도록 돌출시킨 헤드부, 상기 헤드부에는 개인용 휴대통신기기의 측변을 끼워 거치할 수 있도록 헤드부를 가로질러 오목하게 형성한 거치홈으로 이루어진 구성을 제공함에 의하여 달성된다.
본 고안의 다른 목적은 상기 개인용 휴대통신기기가 뚜껑의 상면에서 시청하기에 적당한 각으로 기울어지도록 거치홈을 경사지게 형성하고, 상기 거치홈의 입구에 개인용 휴대 통신기기의 테두리변이 걸리는 제어턱을 형성하는 구성을 제공함에 의하여 충분히 달성된다.

본 고안에 대한 구성을 구체적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 본 고안을 적용한 뚜껑의 사시도로서, 일회용 컵에 결합되는 뚜껑(200)은 컵의 입구에 밀착되게 결합되는 결합부(210)와, 음료를 안전하게 마실 수 있는 헤드부(220)로 이루어진다.
상기 결합부(210)는 컵의 입구 테두리에 밀착되며 컵의 내용물이 넘치지 않도록 하기 위해 입구의 주연과 테두리를 감싸면서 밀착을 이루는 구조로 형성되고, 헤드부(220)는 사용자가 내용물을 마실 때 내용물이 적당한 량으로 나오도록 하는 수용공간을 돌출 형성하고 수용공간의 일측에 토출구(223)를 형성한다.
상기 뚜껑(200)의 헤드부(220)에는 토출구(223)의 대향한 위치에 거치홈 (300)을 형성한다.
상기 거치홈(300)은 헤드부(220)를 가로질러 오목하게 형성하고, 도 2의 측면도에서와 같이 거치홈(300)의 내면을 사용자가 개인용 휴대통신기기를 시청하기에 적당한 소정의 각으로 경사지게 형성한다.
특히, 상기 거치홈(300)의 입구에는 거치되는 개인용 휴대통신기기의 이탈을 제어하기 위한 제어턱(320)을 도 3의 단면구성과 같이 형성한다.
상기의 구성으로 이루어진 본 고안은 일회용 컵(100)의 입구(110)에 결합된 상태로 씌워져 물, 커피, 아이스티 등과 같은 내용물이 넘쳐 흐르는 현상을 방지하는 목적과, 담겨진 내용물을 마실 때에 적당한 량이 헤드부(220)의 토출구(223)를 통해 나가도록 하는 목적을 수행한다.
내용물이 모두 비워진 상태에서 사용자는 뚜겅(200)을 일회용 컵(100)의 입구(110)에서 분리시키고 뚜껑(200)만을 책상 또는 탁자 위에 올려놓은 다음 휴대용 개인통신기기의 측변을 뚜껑(200)의 헤드부(220)에 형성한 거치홈(300)으로 삽입한다.
상기 거치홈(300)으로 삽입되는 휴대용 개인통신기기는 거치홈(300)의 경사진 내면을 따라 삽입되어서 도 4의 거치상태도와 같이 뚜껑(200)에서 경사진 상태로 세워지게 된다.
이때, 거치홈(300)의 입구에 형성된 제어턱(320)은 휴대용 개인통신기기의 화면 테두리의 프레임 부분에 걸어지는 상태로 되어 경사진 기기가 이탈되는 현상을 예방한다.
이러한 거치홈(300)이 형성되는 뚜껑(200)은 종류가 다양하지만 대체적으로 도 5는 내지 도 7에 표현된 것과 같은 형상으로 이루어져 있으며, 본 고안에서의 거치홈(300)은 일회용 컵외에도 일반적인 컵의 뚜껑에도 헤드부(220)를 돌출시키고 헤드부(220)의 상면에 적용함에 있어서 어더한 제약도 받지 않는다.

Claims (3)

  1. 물 또는 음료를 담을 수 있는 컵의 입구에 밀착상태로 씌워 컵의 외부로 물또는 음료가 넘치지 않도록 하는 뚜껑에 있어서,
    상기 뚜껑의 상면에 소정의 높이로 수용공간을 갖도록 돌출시킨 헤드부와, 상기 헤드부에는 개인용 휴대통신기기의 측변을 끼워 거치할 수 있도록 헤드부를 가로질러 오목하게 형성한 거치홈으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 핸드폰 거치대 겸용 일회용 컵 뚜껑.
  2. 상기 1항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑의 거치홈은 개인용 휴대 통신기기를 시청하기에 적당한 각으로 세우는 경사각으로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 핸드폰 거치대 겸용 일회용 컵 뚜껑.
  3. 상기 1항과 2항에 있어서, 상기 거치홈은 그 입구에 경사지게 설치되는 개인용 휴대통신기기의 테두리 변을 지지하는 제어턱을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 핸드폰 거치대 겸용 일회용 컵 뚜껑.
