Abstract

A multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth includes a cup body having a cup mouth. The cup mouth is provided with a sealing cover device. The sealing cover device includes a cup cover, an engaging hoop, an engaging ring, and a buckle. The engaging hoop is attached to an inner wall of the engaging ring. The engaging ring has a notch. The buckle is connected with the engaging ring. Two sides of the buckle are connected with the engaging ring at two sides of the notch. The cup mouth is provided with a flange extending upward. The cup cover is mated with the flange. The buckle is buckled with the engaging ring to reduce the engaging ring for the engaging hoop to fasten the flange of the cup mouth. Because the cup is made of silicone, it is easy and convenient to place articles into the multi-function cup.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a container, and more particularly to a multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth.
2. Description of the Prior Art
These days, the containers on the market, such as water cups or bottles for storing articles, are generally made of hard materials, so it is not easy to distort their mouths. When the user wants to place a large article into the container, it is difficult to do so. As a result, the function of the container is limited and it is not convenient for use. If the container is made of a soft material, the mouth of the container can be distorted easily, such as a silicone container. The silicone is soft and provides the functions of heat insulation and radiation protection and won't be broken. Silicone cups can be made in different colors, such as transparent like a glass cup, colored or fluorescent. How to provide a sealing cover device at the mouth of the soft container and how to detach the sealing cover device from the container are the technical problems to be solved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is to provide a multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art. It is not easy to distort the mouth of the existing container, resulting in that it is difficult to place articles into the container. Besides, it is not easy to detach the cover from the container, which is inconvenient for use.
In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth of the present invention comprises a cup body. The cup body has a cup mouth. The cup body is made of a soft material. The cup mouth is provided with a sealing cover device. The sealing cover device comprises a cup cover, an engaging hoop, an engaging ring, and a buckle. The engaging hoop is attached to an inner wall of the engaging ring. The engaging ring has a notch. The buckle is connected with the engaging ring. One end of the buckle is jointed with the engaging ring at one side of the notch. Another end of the buckle is buckled to the engaging ring at another side of the notch. The cup mouth is provided with a flange extending upward. The flange is attached to an inner wall of the engaging hoop. The cup cover is mated with an inner wall of the flange. The buckle is buckled with the engaging ring to reduce the engaging ring along the notch for the engaging hoop at the inner wall of the engaging ring to fasten the flange of the cup mouth.
Preferably, the buckle comprises an engaging plate and a connector. The engaging plate is hingedly connected to the engaging ring at one side of the notch. One end of the connector is hingedly connected to the engaging plate. Another end of the connector is connected to the engaging ring at the other side of the notch.
Preferably, an outer side of the engaging ring is provided with a protective covering which is attached to the engaging ring. The outer side of the engaging ring has a protruding block. The protruding block has a limit groove therein. One side of the protruding block has an opening in communication with the limit groove. The opening and the limit groove form a T-shaped configuration. An inner side of the protective covering has a limit block to mate with the limit groove.
Preferably, an upper portion of the inner wall of the engaging ring has a limit rib protruding outward, and a lower portion of the inner wall of the engaging ring has a support rib protruding outward. An upper end of the engaging hoop is engaged with the limit rib, and a lower end of the engaging hoop is in contact with the support rib.
Preferably, the cup cover comprises a cover body and a base. The base has an accommodation trough thereon. The cover body is engaged in the accommodation trough. The accommodation trough is provided with a battery case and a luminous member which is electrically connected with the battery case. A lower end of the base has a through hole. The luminous member corresponds to the through hole.
Preferably, a side wall of the cover body has a recess. One side of the recess is an engaging entrance in communication with a lower end of the recess. Another side of the recess is provided with a protruding guide rail. The guide rail is inclined toward the engaging entrance. An engaging groove is provided at the guide rail. An inner wall of the accommodation trough is provided with a protrusion. The protrusion is inserted through the engaging entrance and slid into the engaging groove along the guide rail.
Preferably, the cup cover is engaged with threads of the flange of the cup mouth.
Preferably, the cup body is provided with a first retaining end and a second retaining end. The first retaining end is connected with a binding mechanism. The binding mechanism comprises a hook, a first hanging ring, and a connecting strap. The second retaining end is provided with a second hanging ring. The first hanging ring is connected with the first retaining end. One end of the connecting strap is connected with the first hanging ring. Another end of the connecting strap is connected with the hook. When the cup body is compressed, the hook bypasses the compressed cup body to buckle the second hanging ring.
Preferably, the first retaining end and the second retaining end are symmetrically disposed at two sides of an upper end of the cup body. The binding mechanism bypasses a bottom of the cup body to connect with the second retaining end.
Preferably, the soft material is silicone.
The beneficial effect of the present invention is that the multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth is made of silicone. When the user wants to place articles into the container, the sealing cover device can be detached from the cup body, enabling the cup mouth to be distorted easily so that he articles can be placed into the cup. By the detachable structure, the present invention can be assembled and disassembled conveniently, and can be stored conveniently.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in the drawings, the present invention discloses a multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth. The multi-function cup comprises a cup body 1. The cup body 1 has a cup mouth 2. The cup body 1 is made of a soft material. The soft material is silicone. The cup mouth 2 is provided with a sealing cover device. The sealing cover device comprises a cup cover 3, an engaging hoop 4, an engaging ring 5, and a buckle 6. The engaging hoop 4 is attached to an inner wall of the engaging ring 5. The engaging ring 5 has a notch 7. The buckle 6 is connected with the engaging ring 5. One end of the buckle 6 is jointed with the engaging ring at one side of the notch 7, and another end of the buckle 6 is buckled to the engaging ring at another side of the notch 7. The cup mouth 2 is provided with a flange 8 extending upward. The flange 8 is attached to an inner wall of the engaging hoop 4. The cup cover 3 is mated with an inner wall of the flange 8. The cup cover 3 is engaged with threads of the flange 8 of the cup mouth 2. The buckle 6 is buckled with the engaging ring 5 to reduce the engaging ring 5 along the notch 7, such that the engaging hoop 4 at the inner wall of the engaging ring 5 is to fasten the flange 8 of the cup mouth 2. When the user wants to put an article into the cup, the sealing cover device can be detached from the cup body to take out the cup cover, and then the buckle is unbuckled. The engaging ring is loosened along the notch, enabling the engaging hoop at the inner side of the engaging ring to unfasten the flange of the cup mouth and then to compress the cup mouth, such that the sealing cover device is detached from the cup body. Because the cup mouth can be distorted with ease, the article can be placed into the cup more easily. After placement, the corresponding steps are taken to complete the installation. Through the aforesaid detachable configuration, the present invention can be assembled and disassembled conveniently and has a simple structure and can be stored conveniently. The multi-function cup can be used as a water cup or a container to store some articles, such as a cell phone, a watch, and the like. The present invention provides multiple functions and can be used widely.
As shown in the drawings, the buckle 6 comprises an engaging plate 61 and a connector 62. The engaging plate 61 is hingedly connected to the engaging ring 5 at one side of the notch 7. One end of the connector 62 is hingedly connected to the engaging plate 61. Another end of the connector 62 is connected to the engaging ring 5 at the other side of the notch 7. Through the connection of the engaging plate and the connecter, the present invention can be operated conveniently, quickly and simply when in use.
As shown in the drawings, an outer side of the engaging ring 5 is provided with a protective covering 9 which is attached to the engaging ring 5. The outer side of the engaging ring 5 has a protruding block 10. The protruding block 10 has a limit groove 11 therein. One side of the protruding block 10 has an opening 12 in communication with the limit groove 12. The opening 12 and the limit groove 11 form a T-shaped configuration. An inner side of the protective covering 9 has a limit block 13 to mate with the limit groove 11. Because the outer side of the engaging ring is provided with the protective covering, the engaging ring provides limit, guide and stable functions by means of the cooperation of the limit block, the limit groove and the protective covering.
As shown in the drawings, an upper portion of the inner wall of the engaging ring 5 has a limit rib 14 protruding outward, and a lower portion of the inner wall of the engaging ring 5 has a support rib 15 protruding outward. An upper end of the engaging hoop 4 is engaged with the limit rib 14, and a lower end of the engaging hoop 4 is in contact with the support rib 15. Through the limit rib 14 and the support rib 15, the engaging hoop 4 is positioned to prevent it from disengagement. The positioning of the engaging hoop is more stable, which is beneficial for retaining the cup mouth.
As shown in the drawings, the cup cover 3 comprises a cover body 31 and a base 32. The base 32 has an accommodation trough 33 thereon. The cover body 31 is engaged in the accommodation trough 33. The accommodation trough 33 is provided with a battery case 16 and a luminous member 17 which is electrically connected with the battery case 16. A lower end of the base 32 has a through hole 18. The luminous member 17 corresponds to the through hole 18. The cup cover is provided with an illumination structure, such that the light from the luminous member can penetrate the cup body to provide an illumination function because the cup body is made of silicone. The present invention provides multiple functions and is convenient for use.
As shown in the drawings, a side wall of the cover body 31 has a recess 19. One side of the recess 19 is an engaging entrance 20 in communication with a lower end of the recess 19. Another side of the recess 19 is provided with a protruding guide rail 21. The guide rail 21 is inclined toward the engaging entrance 20. An engaging groove 22 is provided at the guide rail 21. An inner wall of the accommodation trough 33 is provided with a protrusion 23. The protrusion 23 is inserted through the engaging entrance 20 and slid in the engaging groove 22 along the guide rail 21. When installed, the protrusion 23 is aligned with the engaging entrance. After the protrusion 23 is slid into the engaging entrance, the cup cover 3 is turned for the protrusion is moved along the guide rail to be engaged in the engaging groove. It is convenient to assemble and disassemble the cup cover.
As shown in the drawings, the cup body 1 is provided with a first retaining end 24 and a second retaining end 25. The first retaining end 24 is connected with a binding mechanism. The binding mechanism comprises a hook 26, a first hanging ring 27, and a connecting strap 28. The second retaining end 25 is provided with a second hanging ring 29. The first hanging ring 27 is connected with the first retaining end 24. One end of the connecting strap 28 is connected with the first hanging ring 27, and another end of the connecting strap 28 is connected with the hook 26. When the cup body 1 is compressed, the hook 26 bypasses the compressed cup body 1 to buckle the second hanging ring 29. Through the binding mechanism, the size of the cup can be reduced because the soft cup is compressed to reduce the space occupied. This is convenient for carrying and use.
As shown in the drawings, the first retaining end 24 and the second retaining end 25 are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the upper end of the cup body 1. The binding mechanism bypasses the bottom of the cup body 1 to connect with the second retaining end 25. Through the first retaining end and the second retaining end disposed on the cup body, not only the strength of the upper end of the cup body can be enhanced, but also the cup body can be compressed greatly to reduce its size. For the cup, the space to be occupied is less. Furthermore, the first retaining end and the second retaining end are integrally formed with the cup body 1.
Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth, comprising a cup body, the cup body having a cup mouth, characterized by: the cup body being made of a soft material, the cup mouth being provided with a sealing cover device, the sealing cover device comprising a cup cover, an engaging hoop, an engaging ring, and a buckle, the engaging hoop being attached to an inner wall of the engaging ring, the engaging ring having a notch, the buckle being connected with the engaging ring, one end of the buckle being jointed with the engaging ring at one side of the notch, another end of the buckle being buckled to the engaging ring at another side of the notch, the cup mouth being provided with a flange extending upward, the flange being attached to an inner wall of the engaging hoop, the cup cover being mated with an inner wall of the flange, the buckle being buckled with the engaging ring to reduce the engaging ring along the notch for the engaging hoop at the inner wall of the engaging ring to fasten the flange of the cup mouth.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 1, wherein the buckle comprises an engaging plate and a connector, the engaging plate is hingedly connected to the engaging ring at one side of the notch, one end of the connector is hingedly connected to the engaging plate, and another end of the connector is connected to the engaging ring at the other side of the notch.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 1, wherein an outer side of the engaging ring is provided with a protective covering which is attached to the engaging ring, the outer side of the engaging ring has a protruding block, the protruding block has a limit groove therein, one side of the protruding block has an opening in communication with the limit groove, the opening and the limit groove form a T-shaped configuration, and an inner side of the protective covering has a limit block to mate with the limit groove.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 1, wherein an upper portion of the inner wall of the engaging ring has a limit rib protruding outward, a lower portion of the inner wall of the engaging ring has a support rib protruding outward, an upper end of the engaging hoop is engaged with the limit rib, and a lower end of the engaging hoop is in contact with the support rib.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cup cover comprises a cover body and a base, the base has an accommodation trough thereon, the cover body is engaged in the accommodation trough, the accommodation trough is provided with a battery case and a luminous member which is electrically connected with the battery case, a lower end of the base has a through hole, and the luminous member corresponds to the through hole.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cup cover comprises a cover body and a base, the base has an accommodation trough thereon, the cover body is engaged in the accommodation trough, the accommodation trough is provided with a battery case and a luminous member which is electrically connected with the battery case, a lower end of the base has a through hole, and the luminous member corresponds to the through hole.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cup cover comprises a cover body and a base, the base has an accommodation trough thereon, the cover body is engaged in the accommodation trough, the accommodation trough is provided with a battery case and a luminous member which is electrically connected with the battery case, a lower end of the base has a through hole, and the luminous member corresponds to the through hole.

8. The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cup cover comprises a cover body and a base, the base has an accommodation trough thereon, the cover body is engaged in the accommodation trough, the accommodation trough is provided with a battery case and a luminous member which is electrically connected with the battery case, a lower end of the base has a through hole, and the luminous member corresponds to the through hole.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 5, wherein a side wall of the cover body has a recess, one side of the recess is an engaging entrance in communication with a lower end of the recess, another side of the recess is provided with a protruding guide rail, the guide rail is inclined toward the engaging entrance, an engaging groove is provided at the guide rail, an inner wall of the accommodation trough is provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion is inserted through the engaging entrance and slid into the engaging groove along the guide rail.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 6, wherein a side wall of the cover body has a recess, one side of the recess is an engaging entrance in communication with a lower end of the recess, another side of the recess is provided with a protruding guide rail, the guide rail is inclined toward the engaging entrance, an engaging groove is provided at the guide rail, an inner wall of the accommodation trough is provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion is inserted through the engaging entrance and slid into the engaging groove along the guide rail.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 7, wherein a side wall of the cover body has a recess, one side of the recess is an engaging entrance in communication with a lower end of the recess, another side of the recess is provided with a protruding guide rail, the guide rail is inclined toward the engaging entrance, an engaging groove is provided at the guide rail, an inner wall of the accommodation trough is provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion is inserted through the engaging entrance and slid into the engaging groove along the guide rail.

12. The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 8, wherein a side wall of the cover body has a recess, one side of the recess is an engaging entrance in communication with a lower end of the recess, another side of the recess is provided with a protruding guide rail, the guide rail is inclined toward the engaging entrance, an engaging groove is provided at the guide rail, an inner wall of the accommodation trough is provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion is inserted through the engaging entrance and slid into the engaging groove along the guide rail.

13. The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cup cover is engaged with threads of the flange of the cup mouth.

14. The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cup cover is engaged with threads of the flange of the cup mouth.

15. The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cup cover is engaged with threads of the flange of the cup mouth.

16. The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cup cover is engaged with threads of the flange of the cup mouth.

17. The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cup body is provided with a first retaining end and a second retaining end, the first retaining end is connected with a binding mechanism, the binding mechanism comprises a hook, a first hanging ring, and a connecting strap, the second retaining end is provided with a second hanging ring, the first hanging ring is connected with the first retaining end, one end of the connecting strap is connected with the first hanging ring, another end of the connecting strap is connected with the hook, when the cup body is compressed, the hook bypasses the compressed cup body to buckle the second hanging ring.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cup body is provided with a first retaining end and a second retaining end, the first retaining end is connected with a binding mechanism, the binding mechanism comprises a hook, a first hanging ring, and a connecting strap, the second retaining end is provided with a second hanging ring, the first hanging ring is connected with the first retaining end, one end of the connecting strap is connected with the first hanging ring, another end of the connecting strap is connected with the hook, when the cup body is compressed, the hook bypasses the compressed cup body to buckle the second hanging ring.

19. The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cup body is provided with a first retaining end and a second retaining end, the first retaining end is connected with a binding mechanism, the binding mechanism comprises a hook, a first hanging ring, and a connecting strap, the second retaining end is provided with a second hanging ring, the first hanging ring is connected with the first retaining end, one end of the connecting strap is connected with the first hanging ring, another end of the connecting strap is connected with the hook, when the cup body is compressed, the hook bypasses the compressed cup body to buckle the second hanging ring.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cup body is provided with a first retaining end and a second retaining end, the first retaining end is connected with a binding mechanism, the binding mechanism comprises a hook, a first hanging ring, and a connecting strap, the second retaining end is provided with a second hanging ring, the first hanging ring is connected with the first retaining end, one end of the connecting strap is connected with the first hanging ring, another end of the connecting strap is connected with the hook, when the cup body is compressed, the hook bypasses the compressed cup body to buckle the second hanging ring.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first retaining end and the second retaining end are symmetrically disposed at two sides of an upper end of the cup body, the binding mechanism bypasses a bottom of the cup body to connect with the second retaining end.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first retaining end and the second retaining end are symmetrically disposed at two sides of an upper end of the cup body, the binding mechanism bypasses a bottom of the cup body to connect with the second retaining end.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first retaining end and the second retaining end are symmetrically disposed at two sides of an upper end of the cup body, the binding mechanism bypasses a bottom of the cup body to connect with the second retaining end.

The multi-function cup having a detachable cup mouth as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first retaining end and the second retaining end are symmetrically disposed at two sides of an upper end of the cup body, the binding mechanism bypasses a bottom of the cup body to connect with the second retaining end.
