Claims (14)

1. An electric kettle, comprising an inner container (1) for containing liquid, a shell (2) arranged around the outer side of the inner container (1), and a handle (4) positioned on one side of the shell (2), wherein the side wall of the shell (2) is broken to form a fracture (20), the handle (4) covers the fracture (20), and further comprising a fixing member (3) for tightly hooping the two sides of the fracture (20) together, characterized in that the fixing member (3) is connected to the inner wall of the shell (2), the fixing member (3) is matched with the shape of the inner wall of the shell (2), and a gap is formed between the fixing member (3) and the outer wall of the inner container (1).
2. An electric kettle according to claim 1, characterized in that the clearance between the fixing element (3) and the outer wall of the inner container (1) ranges from 1mm to 3mm.
3. An electric kettle as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said fixing element (3) is located in the middle of the cross-section of the outer shell (2).

An electric kettle according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing member (3) comprises a first fixing plate (31) and a second fixing plate (32) which are respectively arranged at two sides of the fracture (20), the first fixing plate (31) is provided with a first connecting portion (311), and the second fixing plate (32) is provided with a second connecting portion (321) which can be matched and connected with the first connecting portion (311).
5. An electric kettle according to claim 4, characterized in that the first fixing plate (31) and the second fixing plate (32) match the shape of the housing (2).
6. An electric kettle according to claim 4, characterized in that the first connection portion (311) is a snap hole opening towards the second fixing plate (32), and the second connection portion (321) is a snap extending towards the first fixing plate (31) and being snappable into the snap hole.

The electric kettle according to claim 4, wherein the first connection portion (311) is a connection post extending towards the second fixing plate (32), the second connection portion (321) is a through hole opening towards the first fixing plate (31) and allowing the connection post to be inserted, and the connection post and the through hole are connected by a fastener.
8. An electric kettle as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that said first fixing plate (31) and said second fixing plate (32) are both detachably connected to the inner wall of said housing (2).

An electric kettle according to claim 4, characterized in that the first connection portions (311) and the second connection portions (321) are each in plurality, the plurality of first connection portions (311) being arranged at intervals in a vertical direction of the first fixing plate (31), and the plurality of second connection portions (321) being arranged at intervals in a vertical direction of the second fixing plate (32).
10. An electric kettle as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a positioning collar (5) for bracing said outer shell (2), said positioning collar (5) fitting outside the top opening of said inner container (1).
11. An electric kettle as claimed in claim 10, wherein the inner container (1) has a spout (11) on the side wall, an avoiding hole for the spout (11) to pass through is provided on one side of the positioning collar (5) and the outer shell (2), and the side of the positioning collar (5) opposite to the avoiding hole is disconnected to form an opening (52).
12. An electric kettle as claimed in claim 11, characterized in that the break of the positioning collar (5) is further provided with a locking member (521) for clamping the two sides of the opening (52) of the positioning collar (5) together.
13. An electric kettle as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a bottom cover (7), wherein the top edge of the bottom cover (7) is provided with a clamping groove (71) which is opened upwards, and the bottom end of the outer shell (2) is clamped in the clamping groove (71).
14. An electric kettle according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the inner container (1) is a metal inner container and the outer shell (2) is a metal outer shell.
