Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种发起紧急呼叫的方法及终端,该方法包括:接收到用户发出的进入紧急呼叫界面的指令后,形成紧急呼叫列表;将所述紧急呼叫列表中的紧急号码和预存的常见紧急号码对应的文字说明进行匹配;至少将匹配上的文字说明分别显示在相应的操作区域中;以及如接收到用户选中一操作区域的指令,则发起该操作区域对应的紧急呼叫。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及手机应用领域, 尤其涉及一种发起紧急呼叫的方法及终 端。
背景技术
紧急呼叫是目前各个国家和运营商的手机中都必须预置的功能, 在大多 数手机中和紧急呼叫有关的应用场景主要有如下一些:
在手机锁屏界面, 能够在不解锁的状态下启动紧急呼叫拨号盘, 发起紧 急呼叫。 在无卡或欠费时, 无法发起普通呼叫, 但是可以自由发起紧急呼叫。 手机正常插卡使用中, 可以通过拨号盘发起紧急呼叫和普通呼叫。
GSM ( Global System for Mobile Communications, 全球移动通信系统 )协 议中规定的紧急呼叫号码有 112和 911 , 而 3GPP ( 3rd Generation Partnership Project, 第三代合作伙伴计划) 中规定的紧急呼叫号码除了包括这两个, 还 有 000、 08、 110、 118、 119、 999, 以上号码中, 911是美国的紧急呼叫号码, 112是欧盟的紧急呼叫号码。在我国,常用的紧急呼叫有这样一些: 匪警 110、 火警 119、 急救中心 120、 交通故障 122。
相关技术中, 紧急呼叫在呼叫流程上也与普通呼叫有所不同。根据 3GPP 协议的规定: 在手机无卡的状态下, 112、 911、 000、 08、 110、 999、 118、 119这 8个号码被视为紧急呼叫号码;如果手机中有 SIM卡,且卡上包含 ECC ( Emergency Calls Code, 紧急呼叫号码) , 则 112、 911及卡上的 ECC均被 视为紧急呼叫号码; 手机中有 SIM ( Subscriber Identity Module, 客户识别模 块)卡但卡上不包含 ECC号码, 则仅 112和 911被视为紧急呼叫号码。
因此根据协议要求, 移动终端在发起呼叫时, 一般会首先判断 SIM卡是 否正常,然后再根据 SIM卡是否可用判断当前哪些号码被视为紧急呼叫号码, 最后判断用户呼叫的号码是否是列表中的紧急呼叫号码, 如果是紧急号码则 实行紧急呼叫流程, 否则实行普通呼叫流程。
在我国由于 120和 122是国内比较通用的紧急呼叫号码, 虽然没有被世 界通用的 3GPP协议所包含, 但很多手机在紧急呼叫界面同样允许拨打这两 个号码。
从以上现有的紧急呼叫的背景分析可以看出, 紧急呼叫的号码情况相对 比较复杂, 在我国, 且不说 112和 911等号码的作用, 即使是匪警 110、 火 警 119、 急救中心 120和交通故障 122这四个国内通用的紧急号码以及对应 的应用场景很多人也不是全部都清楚。 如果将手机带出国外换上其他运营商 的 SIM卡用, 则大多数人会完全不了解哪些号码是紧急呼叫号码, 并对应什 么使用场景, 这种情况下, 在用户遇到一些紧急状况需要求助时是比较危险 的。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种发起紧急呼叫的方法及终端, 以使用户无需记 忆紧急呼叫的具体号码以及对应的场景, 就能够直接正确的发起紧急呼叫。
本发明实施例提供了一种发起紧急呼叫的方法, 包括:
接收到用户发出的进入紧急呼叫界面的指令后, 形成紧急呼叫列表; 将所述紧急呼叫列表中的紧急号码和预存的常见紧急号码对应的文字说 明进行匹配;
至少将匹配上的文字说明分别显示在相应的操作区域中;
如接收到用户选中一操作区域的指令, 则发起所述操作区域对应的紧急 呼叫。

需记忆紧急呼叫的具体号码以及对应的场景, 就能够直接正确的发起紧急呼 叫。 同时对紧急呼叫的发起方式进行改进, 使之更适合老人和小孩等使用群 体。 当手机由于换卡, 拔卡等操作导致可用的紧急呼叫号码变更时, 也能够 自动的在用户做紧急呼叫时给出对应变化, 使用户不至于无法知道目前可用 的紧急呼叫号码。 附图概述

下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
图 1为本发明实施例的一种发起紧急呼叫的方法的流程图,如图 1所示, 本实施例的方法包括:
S 11、接收到用户发出的进入紧急呼叫界面的指令后,形成紧急呼叫列表。 例如, 在手机存储空间中建立说明文字与常见紧急呼叫号码之间的—— 映射关系, 如 110对应 "匪警" , 119对应 "火警" , 120对应 "急救中心" , 122对应 "交通故障" , 112, 911对应 "紧急呼叫声讯说明" 等。
读取手机中的现有紧急呼叫列表(根据背景技术中所述, 以符合 3GPP 规定的手机为例, 如果是插卡开机状态, 该列表包括 112、 911以及卡中 ECC 单元的列表, 如果是未插卡状态, 则该列表包括手机在出厂时就会预存的 3GPP规定的 8个紧急呼叫号码), 将协议规定的紧急呼叫列表与本地通用的 紧急呼叫号码(在我国一般有 110、 119、 120、 122 )结合, 形成新的可供用 户在现网下使用的紧急呼叫列表。
S12、将所述紧急呼叫列表中的紧急号码和预存的常见紧急号码对应的文 字说明进行匹配。
当用户进入紧急呼叫界面后, 将步骤 S11中形成的新的紧急呼叫列表与 建立并存储的映射关系进行匹配。
S13、 至少将匹配上的文字说明分别显示在相应的操作区域中。
将匹配后得到的说明文字显示在界面上, 如果匹配不上, 也可以直接显 示该紧急呼叫号码。
步骤 S13中所述的显示方式为: 不同的紧急呼叫说明文字或号码, 显示 在不同的操作区域内, 所述操作区域可以为环形或矩形等, 每个操作区域对 应一个紧急呼叫说明文字所提示的紧急呼叫。
S14、如接收到用户选中一操作区域的指令, 则发起该操作区域对应的紧 急呼叫。
在紧急呼叫拨号界面取消数字键拨号盘, 建立一个紧急呼叫拨号控件。 该控件为发起紧急呼叫的初始操作点, 用户使用 "点击该控件后进行划动操 作" 的方式发起紧急呼叫。 根据用户划动操作最终结束时所在的操作区域来 发起对应的紧急呼叫。
本实施例的发起紧急呼叫的方法, 使用户无需记忆紧急呼叫号码对应的 功能, 并且能够使用更为简单的操作方式发起自己所需要的紧急呼叫。 本发 明实施例所述方法在老人, 孩子等群里中具有较大的实用价值。
另外, 本发明实施例提出的方法由于需要读取紧急呼叫列表并与预存的 说明文字进行匹配, 因此在手机由于换卡, 拔卡等操作使得可用紧急呼叫号 码发生变更时, 该方法也能够在匹配的过程中予以识别, 并显示给用户, 使 用户不会由于紧急呼叫号码的改变而拨打错误的紧急呼叫号码。
如图 2所示, 是本发明实施例所述的常见的紧急呼叫号码与文字说明的 对应实例。 在我国, 火警为 119、 匪警为 110、 急救电话为 120、 交通故障为 122、 而拨打 112和 911则都会被转接到紧急呼叫说明声讯台上, 其它号码如 000、 118、 999则在我国没有紧急呼叫意义, 一般会提示为空号。
在一些运营商的 SIM卡上, 也并没有在 ECC写入内容, 因此插卡状态
下一般国内可用的紧急呼叫为 119、 110、 120、 122四个号码。
如图 3所示, 是本发明一具体实施例的处理流程图, 该图表示的是从用 户进入紧急呼叫界面到最终呼出某个紧急呼叫的处理过程。 如图所示包括以 下步骤:
2002: 用户发出进入紧急呼叫界面的指令后, 终端读取紧急呼叫列表, 并结合本地常用紧急呼叫形成可用的紧急呼叫列表。
2004: 将可用的紧急呼叫列表和手机中预存的常见紧急号码与文字说明 进行匹配。
如果能够匹配上, 则将匹配上的文字说明对应到紧急呼叫界面中的某一 个操作区域, 如果无法匹配上, 则将紧急呼叫号码本身对应到紧急呼叫界面 中的某一个操作区域。 具体步骤如下:
2006: 判断当前一个紧急号码是否能匹配上, 如是, 则转步骤 2008; 否 则转步骤 2010;
2008: 将匹配上的文字说明对应到一个操作区域, 然后转步骤 2012; 2010 : 将未匹配上的紧急呼叫号码对应到一个操作区域, 然后转步骤

2012: 判断紧急号码是否已经匹配完, 如是, 则转步骤 2016; 否则转步 骤 2014;
2014: 匹配下一个紧急号码, 然后转向步骤 2006;
2016: 完成匹配和显示后, 匹配好的文字说明或紧急呼叫号码本身显示 在界面的不同区域, 起到操作提示作用。
2018:检测用户是否在紧急呼叫控件上的划动操作,如是,则转步骤 2020。
2020: 根据划动操作停止时所在的区域自动发起对应的紧急呼叫。

当用户从紧急呼叫控件 3011开始进行划动操作后,紧急呼叫界面 301检 测到用户的操作, 并对应显示出不同划动区域所对应的紧急呼叫类型, 如图
3所示, 分别为火警区域提示环 3012, 急救区域提示环 3013 , 盗警区域提示 换 3014, 其它紧急呼叫提示环 3015。
需要说明的是: 由于每个国家对于紧急呼叫的号码以及对应的功用定义 并不相同, 因此该实施例中所述的距离和对应紧急呼叫类型仅作为便于理解 的说明实例, 并无实际限定之用。
当用户的划动操作在火警区域提示环 3012之前就结束,并未到达该区域 内, 则此时不发起任何呼叫。 如用户的划动操作区域在划动结束时已经超过 火警区域提示环 3012 , 但并未达到急救区域提示环 3013 , 则紧急呼叫界面 301 判断用户的划动操作对应发起了火警紧急呼叫, 进而自动进行火警紧急 呼叫。
该实施例中的不同紧急呼叫对应的操作区域形成环状分布, 使用户仅仅 通过对划动距离的控制就可以发起不同的紧急呼叫, 具有一定的易操作性与 较佳的用户体验。
需要说明的是, 由于手机在有卡、 无卡、 或使用不同的 SIM卡时, 其紧 急呼叫列表是有不同的, 因此在用户进行换卡或拔卡操作后, 使用本发明实 施例所述的方法, 其紧急呼叫界面可能会发生变化, 这是正常情况, 也是本 发明实施例的一个优势。
图 5为本发明实施例的终端 500的示意图, 如图 5所示, 本实施例的终 端 500包括:
形成模块 501 , 其设置成接收到用户发出的进入紧急呼叫界面的指令后, 形成紧急呼叫列表;
匹配模块 502 , 其设置成将所述紧急呼叫列表中的紧急号码和预存的常 见紧急号码对应的文字说明进行匹配;
显示模块 503 , 其设置成至少将匹配上的文字说明分别显示在相应的操 作区域中;
呼叫模块 504 , 其设置成如接收到用户选中一操作区域的指令, 则发起 该操作区域对应的紧急呼叫。
其中, 所述形成模块 501通过如下方式形成紧急呼叫列表: 读取现有紧
急呼叫列表与本地通用的紧急呼叫号码形成新的紧急呼叫列表。
在一优选实施例中, 所述显示模块 503是设置成可以将匹配上的文字说 明和未匹配上的紧急呼叫号码分别显示在相应的操作区域中。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例, 当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下, 熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本 发明作出各种相应的改变和变形, 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明 所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供一种发起紧急呼叫的方法及终端, 使用户无需记忆紧 急呼叫的具体号码以及对应的场景, 就能够直接正确的发起紧急呼叫。 同时 对紧急呼叫的发起方式进行改进, 使之更适合老人和小孩等使用群体。 当手 机由于换卡, 拔卡等操作导致可用的紧急呼叫号码变更时, 也能够自动的在 用户做紧急呼叫时给出对应变化, 使用户不至于无法知道目前可用的紧急呼 叫号码。
Claims
1、 一种发起紧急呼叫的方法, 包括:
接收到用户发出的进入紧急呼叫界面的指令后, 形成紧急呼叫列表; 将所述紧急呼叫列表中的紧急号码和预存的常见紧急号码对应的文字说 明进行匹配;
至少将匹配上的文字说明分别显示在相应的操作区域中; 以及
如接收到用户选中一操作区域的指令, 则发起所述操作区域对应的紧急 呼叫。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中: 所述形成紧急呼叫列表包括: 读取现有紧急呼叫列表与本地通用的紧急呼叫号码形成新的紧急呼叫列 表。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中: 所述至少将匹配上的文字说明分别 显示在相应的操作区域中, 包括:
将匹配上的文字说明和未匹配上的紧急呼叫号码分别显示在相应的操作 区域中。

6、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
形成模块, 其设置成接收到用户发出的进入紧急呼叫界面的指令后, 形 成紧急呼叫列表;
匹配模块, 其设置成将所述紧急呼叫列表中的紧急号码和预存的常见紧 急号码对应的文字说明进行匹配;
显示模块, 其设置成至少将匹配上的文字说明分别显示在相应的操作区 域中; 以及
呼叫模块, 其设置成如接收到用户选中一操作区域的指令, 则发起所述 操作区域对应的紧急呼叫。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的终端, 其中:
