在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题: 现有技术中对紧急呼叫号码的初始化是基于卡的 MCC、 MNC进行的, 当 用户由发卡国家漫游到他国时, 无论用户是否办理国际漫游业务, 对紧急呼叫 号码进行初始化所得到的均是发卡国家的紧急呼叫号码, 这样用户无法拨打漫 游国的紧急呼叫号码,导致紧急呼叫失败。如, 当终端从国家 A漫游到国家 B, 但是没有办理漫游业务, 这样终端只能驻留在国家 B的网络。 这时终端初始化 的紧急呼叫号码依然是国家 A的, 因此, 用户无法拨打国家 B的紧急呼叫号 码, 紧急呼叫失败。 又如, 以终端从国家 A漫游到国家 B为例, 如果终端办 理了漫游业务并注册到 B国家的网络,此时终端初始化的紧急呼叫号码也依然 是国家 A的, 用户也无法拨打国家 B的紧急呼叫号码, 而对于国家 B来说, 并不会响应对该号码的紧急呼叫, 紧急呼叫失败。 发明内容
为了解决现有技术的问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种紧急呼叫号码获取方 法、 装置和设备。 可以解决部分场景下用户无法进行紧急呼叫的问题。 该技术 方案如下:

图 2是本发明实施例提供的一种紧急呼叫号码获取方法的流程图。该过程 可以由位于终端内部的功能模块执行, 该功能模块可以为终端的调制解调器 ( Modem ), 为了便于描述, 在本实施例中, 仅用 Card指代终端的 SIM卡, Modem指代该功能模块, Network指代网络侧, AP侧指代终端的应用层。 参 见图 2, 该实施例包括:
201、 当 Card插入终端卡槽时, Card向 Modem发送卡插入事件上报信息。 当 Card插入终端卡槽时, Card上电, 并通过向 Modem发送卡插入事件上 报信息, 使得 Modem获知该卡槽中已经插入 Card。
202、 当 Modem接收到卡插入事件上报信息时, 初始化协议规定的有卡紧 急呼叫号码, 并将初始化的有卡紧急呼叫号码緩存在 CACHE。
步骤 202初始化的紧急呼叫号码是协议所规定的必须初始化的号码。相对 无卡协议号码来说, 这两个号码为协议所规定的有卡号码。 实际应用中, 运营 商大部分都没有使用这些号码, 该号码基本上仅具象征意义。
其中, CACHE用于指代高速緩冲存储器, 它是一种特殊的存储子系统, 它复制了频繁使用的数据, 以利于处理器快速访问, 在本发明实施例中用于存 储初始化定制的紧急呼叫号码。 根据卡槽中是否插入 Card,可以相应的初始化不同的紧急呼叫号码,因此, 需要在获取紧急呼叫号码之前, 根据卡槽插入卡的情况, 确定初始化哪种紧急 呼叫号码。
203、 Card向 Modem发送卡账户激活事件上报信息。
当卡账户激活事件上 Modem后, Modem获知 Card侧卡文件系统初始 化工作已经完成, 此时 Modem可以读取卡中所保存的数据。
204、 当 Modem接收到卡账户激活事件上报信息时, 初始化 Card中所保 存的紧急呼叫号码, 并将初始化得到的紧急呼叫号码緩存在 CACHE。
其中, Card中所保存的紧急呼叫号码是生产 Card的厂家预置在 SIM卡中 的紧急呼叫号码, 也即是, 通过该步骤 204的初始化, 所得到的有卡紧急呼叫 号码为发卡国家的紧急呼叫号码。 如, 对于中国移动的 SIM卡来说, 此时初始 化得到的紧急呼叫号码为中国的紧急呼叫号码。
需要说明的是, 在实际场景中, 也可以不进行该步骤 204的初始化过程。 而是在接收到卡插入事件信息和卡账户激活事件信息后,仅执行后续注册网络 的过程。
205、 当确定终端进入当前 Network覆盖范围时, 获取当前 Network的 MCC和 MNC。
终端可以接收到当前区域内覆盖网络的信号, 根据该信号, 能够获取到当 前 Network的 MCC和 MNC。
206、 Card向当前 Network发起网络注册过程,当网络鉴权通过时,该 Card 注册到 Network。
当 Card开通了在当前网络的漫游业务时, 在发起网络注册过程后, 网络 侧对 Card进行的鉴权可以成功, 以使得 Card注册到 Network, 而如果 Card未 开通在当前网络的漫游业务时, 在发起网络注册过程后, 网络侧对 Card进行 的鉴权失败, 以使得 Card驻留在 Network, 可以根据 Network的设置获取到有 限的权限, 如拨打紧急呼叫号码等业务。 207、 Network向该 Modem发送搜网事件上报信息, 搜网事件上报信息用 于通知 Modem网络状态是否发生变化。
该搜网事件中会携带网络的一些参数信息, 包括注册网络类型、 网络注册 状态、 网络 MNC和 MCC、信号强度和所属小区信息等。 通过步骤 206得知设 备已注册到当前网络, 可以利用当前网络的 MCC和 MNC进行紧急呼叫号码 初始化。
208、 当 Modem接收到搜网事件上报信息时, 确定发生了网络状态变更事 件时, 才艮据当前注册网络的 MCC和 MNC初始化有卡紧急呼叫号码, 并将初 始化得到的有卡紧急呼叫号码緩存在 CACHE。
由于在步骤 208中, 是根据当前注册网络的 MCC和 MNC初始化运营商 提供的定制的有卡紧急呼叫号码, 因此, 初始化所得到的有卡紧急呼叫号码为 当前国家或地区的紧急呼叫号码。
需要说明的是, 当注册至网络之后, 会做紧急呼叫号码的初始化。 如果 MCC MNC以及网络注册状态未发生变更,那么就不再触发紧急呼叫号码的初 始化。如果 MCC MNC以及网络注册状态发生变更, 则会触发紧急呼叫号码的 初始化。
209、 Modem将初始化得到的有卡紧急呼叫号码同步至 AP侧。
其中, AP侧用于为终端加载应用, 该 AP侧同步了紧急呼叫号码以后, 可 以根据用户的拨打操作, 进行相应的紧急呼叫。
对于本发明实施例来说, 可以将步骤 204所获得的有卡紧急呼叫号码同步 至 AP侧, 而如果对于未执行初始化步骤的场景下, 可以不执行该同步, 或是, 在同步过程中, AP侧未接收到紧急呼叫号码。
210、 Network向 Modem下发 OTA ( Over-the-Air Technology, 空中下载技 术) 紧急呼叫号码。
其中, OTA是通过移动通信的空中接口对 SIM卡数据及应用进行远程管 理的技术。 对于运营商来说, 可以通过 OTA下发紧急呼叫号码, 使得终端获 知当前网络的紧急呼叫号码。
211、 当 Modem接收到 Network下发的 OTA紧急呼叫号码时, 将 OTA紧 急呼叫号码緩存在 CACHE。
需要说明的是, 该步骤 210-211是可选步骤, 在实际场景中, 也可以不执 行步骤 210-211, 而仅通过初始化获取到紧急呼叫号码。
212、 Network向 Modem发送搜网事件上报信息。
搜网事件是周期性触发的, 因此, 在上一次搜网事件发生后, 间隔预设时 间段, 可以再次进行搜网。
213、 当 Modem接收到搜网事件上报信息时, Modem将初始化得到的有 卡紧急呼叫号码同步至 AP侧。
在该步骤 213中, 所同步的有卡紧急呼叫号码为在步骤 209和 211所得到 的紧急呼叫号码, 这时的同步, 是增量同步, 即是在 AP侧已有紧急呼叫号码 的基础上, 增加了步骤 209和 211得到的紧急呼叫号码。
214、 当终端拨打任意一个紧急呼叫号码时,根据 AP侧所同步到的紧急呼 叫号码, 由 AP判断当前呼叫号码是否为当前网络的紧急呼叫号码, 如果是, 发起紧急呼叫, 如果否, 会以普通呼叫流程呼出该号码。
在 AP侧存储紧急呼叫号码时, AP会根据该紧急呼叫号码对应的网络进行 存储, 根据所拨打的紧急呼叫号码, 处理用户的拨号请求, 该处理过程可以包 括: 查询 AP侧存储的紧急呼叫号码, 当确定当前拨打的紧急呼叫号码与当前 网络的紧急呼叫号码不同时, 如果当前网络状态是注册网络状态, 会把该紧急 呼叫号码当作普通呼叫处理; 如果当前网络状态是驻留网络状态, 会提示当前 紧急呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急呼叫号码, 且拒绝此次呼叫请求。 具体地, 该提示方式可以为在拨打屏幕上显示"当前呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急呼叫 号码"等字样, 或是, 在显示 "当前呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急呼叫号码"之 后, 为用户提供当前网络的紧急呼叫号码。 如, 在拨号界面提供紧急呼叫拨号 的链接, 用户点击此链接后, 跳转到紧急呼叫号码显示界面, 展示当前网络支 持的紧急呼叫号码; 如果当前拨打的紧急呼叫号码与当前网络的紧急呼叫号码 相同, 则直接进入紧急呼叫流程。
本发明实施例提供的方法, 通过当前网络的 MCC和 MNC来初始化定制 的紧急呼叫号码, 以使用户获取其终端所在当前网络的紧急呼叫号码, 解决了 部分场景下用户无法进行紧急呼叫的问题。 进一步地, 通过在卡注册到当前网 络的场景下,初始化有卡紧急呼叫号码,避免了由于漫游用户开启国际漫游后, 呼叫紧急号码会以普通呼叫流程呼出的问题。 上述实施例是针对有卡注册到网络的场景下进行描述的, 而对于卡未开通 漫游业务, 在网络中鉴权失败的场景, 即有卡驻留在网络的场景, 本发明实施 例还提供了一种紧急呼叫号码获取方法。 图 3是本发明实施例提供的一种紧急 呼叫号码获取方法的流程图。 参见图 3, 该实施例包括:
301、 当 Card插入终端卡槽时, Card向 Modem发送卡插入事件上报信息。
302、 当 Modem接收到卡插入事件上报信息时, 初始化协议规定的有卡紧 急呼叫号码, 并将初始化的紧急呼叫号码緩存在 CACHE。

当 Card未开通在当前网络的漫游业务时, 在发起网络注册过程后, 网络 侧对 Card进行的鉴权失败, 以使得 Card驻留到 Network, 可以根据 Network 的设置获取到有限的权限, 如拨打该 Network的部分紧急呼叫号码等业务。 而 如果 Card开通在当前网络的漫游业务时, 在发起网络注册过程后, 网络侧对 Card进行的鉴权成功, 以使得 Card 注册在 Network, 此时, Card可以根据 Network的设置获取到比驻留网络情况下更多的权限, 如拨打普通呼叫号码等 业务。
307、 Network向该 Modem发送搜网事件上报信息, 搜网事件上报信息用 于通知 Modem网络状态是否发生变化。
308、 当 Modem接收到搜网事件上报信息, 确定发生了网络状态变更事件 时, 才艮据当前驻留网络的 MCC和 MNC初始化定制的无卡紧急呼叫号码, 并 将初始化得到的无卡紧急呼叫号码緩存在 CACHE。
由于在步骤 209中, Card注册到当前网络, 对于当前网络来说, 相当于有 卡插入情况, 因此, 初始化的紧急呼叫号码类型为有卡紧急呼叫号码, 初始化 所得到的是运营商提供的定制的有卡紧急呼叫号码。 而在本步骤 309中, Card 驻留到当前网络, 终端处于受限制服务状态, 获取不到当前网络的正常服务, 此时, 对于当前网络来说, 终端相当于无卡插入情况一样, 因此, 初始化的紧 急呼叫号码类型为无卡紧急呼叫号码,初始化所得到的是运营商提供的定制的 无卡紧急呼叫号码。
309、 Modem将初始化得到的有卡紧急呼叫号码同步至 AP侧。

314、 当终端拨打任一个紧急呼叫号码时,根据 AP侧所同步到的紧急呼叫 号码, 由 AP判断当前呼叫号码是否为当前网络的紧急呼叫号码, 如果是, 发 起紧急呼叫, 如果否, 提示当前呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急呼叫号码, 且拒 绝本次呼叫请求。
在 AP侧存储紧急呼叫号码时, AP会根据该紧急呼叫号码对应的网络进行 存储, 根据所拨打的紧急呼叫号码, 查询 AP侧存储的紧急呼叫号码, 当确定 当前拨打的紧急呼叫号码与当前网络的紧急呼叫号码不同时, 确定用户拨打错 误, 则需要提示用户当前呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急呼叫号码。 具体地, 该 提示方式可以为在拨打屏幕上显示"当前呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急呼叫号 码"等字样, 或是, 在显示 "当前呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急呼叫号码"之后, 为用户提供当前网络的紧急呼叫号码。如果当前拨打的紧急呼叫号码与当前网 络的紧急呼叫号码相同, 则直接进入紧急呼叫流程。
步骤 310-314与步骤 210-214同理, 在此不做赞述。
本发明实施例提供的方法, 通过当前网络的 MCC和 MNC来初始化定制 的紧急呼叫号码, 以使用户获取其终端所在当前网络的紧急呼叫号码, 解决了 部分场景下用户无法进行紧急呼叫的问题。 进一步地, 通过在卡驻留到当前网 络的场景下, 初始化无卡紧急呼叫号码, 避免了像漫游用户未开启国家漫游导 致漫游时无法呼叫当地紧急呼叫号码,或者某些网络下本地用户 SIM卡被网络 注销后, 用户插入卡紧急呼叫号码失败的问题。 参见图 4,本发明实施例提供了一种紧急呼叫号码获取装置,该装置包括: 网络参数获取模块 401、 紧急呼叫号码类型确定模块 402、 紧急呼叫号码初始 化模块 403和紧急呼叫号码緩存模块 404。

可选地, 紧急呼叫号码初始化模块 403用于当确定初始化的紧急呼叫号码 类型为有卡紧急呼叫号码时, 根据当前网络的 MCC和 MNC初始化有卡紧急 呼叫号码; 用于当确定初始化的紧急呼叫号码类型为无卡紧急呼叫号码时, 根 据当前网络的 MCC和 MNC初始化无卡紧急呼叫号码。
可选地,紧急呼叫号码緩存模块 404还用于当接收到当前网络下发的 OTA 紧急呼叫号码时, 緩存 OTA紧急呼叫号码。
可选地, 该装置还包括:
紧急呼叫号码判断模块, 用于当检测到对任意一个紧急呼叫号码的呼叫请 求, 判断该呼叫请求对应的紧急呼叫号码是否为当前网络的紧急呼叫号码; 紧急呼叫发起模块, 用于当该呼叫请求对应的紧急呼叫号码为当前网络的 紧急呼叫号码时, 发起紧急呼叫流程;
提示模块, 用于当该呼叫请求对应的紧急呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急呼 叫号码时, 提示当前紧急呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急呼叫号码, 且拒绝本次 呼叫请求。
需要说明的是: 上述实施例提供的紧急呼叫号码获取装置在获取紧急呼叫 号码时, 仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明, 实际应用中, 可以根据需 要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成, 即将设备的内部结构划分成不同 的功能模块, 以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。 另外, 上述实施例提供的 获取紧急呼叫方法和装置实施例属于同一构思, 其具体实现过程详见方法实施 例, 这里不再赘述。
本发明实施例还提供了一种获取紧急呼叫号码设备。 该获取紧急呼叫号码 设备包括处理器和存储器, 其中, 存储器中存储一组程序代码, 且处理器用于 调用存储器中存储的程序代码, 用于执行以下操作:
获取当前网络的 MCC和 MNC;
当确定发生了网络状态变更事件时, 根据当前用户的网络注册状态, 确定 初始化的紧急呼叫号码类型;
才艮据确定的紧急呼叫号码类型、 当前网络的 MCC和 MNC初始化紧急呼 叫号码;
緩存初始化获取到的紧急呼叫号码。
该程序代码还用于执行以下操作:
当该用户的网络注册状态为有卡注册到网络时, 确定初始化的紧急呼叫号 码类型为有卡紧急呼叫号码;
当该用户的网络注册状态为有卡驻留到网络时,确定初始化的紧急呼叫号 码类型为无卡紧急呼叫号码。
该程序代码还用于执行以下操作:
当确定初始化的紧急呼叫号码类型为有卡紧急呼叫号码时,根据当前网络 的 MCC和 MNC初始化有卡紧急呼叫号码;
当确定初始化的紧急呼叫号码类型为无卡紧急呼叫号码时,根据当前网络 的 MCC和 MNC初始化无卡紧急呼叫号码。
该程序代码还用于执行以下操作:
当接收到当前网络下发的 OTA紧急呼叫号码时,緩存 OTA紧急呼叫号码。 该程序代码还用于执行以下操作:
当检测到对任意一个紧急呼叫号码的呼叫请求, 判断该呼叫请求对应的紧 急呼叫号码是否为当前网络的紧急呼叫号码; 当该呼叫请求对应的紧急呼叫号码为当前网络的紧急呼叫号码时,发起紧 急呼叫流程;
当该呼叫请求对应的紧急呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急呼叫号码时,提示 当前紧急呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急呼叫号码, 且拒绝本次呼叫请求。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通 过硬件来完成, 也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 所述的程序可以存储 于一种计算机可读存储介质中, 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘 或光盘等。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的 精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的 保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种紧急呼叫号码获取方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
获取当前网络的 MCC和 MNC;
当确定发生了网络状态变更事件时, 根据当前用户的网络注册状态, 确定 初始化的紧急呼叫号码类型;
根据确定的紧急呼叫号码类型、 当前网络的 MCC和 MNC初始化紧急呼叫 号码;
緩存初始化获取到的紧急呼叫号码。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当确定发生了网络状态变更 事件时, 根据当前用户的网络注册状态, 确定初始化的紧急呼叫号码类型包括: 当所述用户的网络注册状态为有卡注册到网络时, 确定初始化的紧急呼叫 号码类型为有卡紧急呼叫号码;
当所述用户的网络注册状态为有卡驻留到网络时, 确定初始化的紧急呼叫 号码类型为无卡紧急呼叫号码。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据确定的紧急呼叫号码类 型、 当前网络的 MCC和 MNC初始化紧急呼叫号码包括:
当确定初始化的紧急呼叫号码类型为有卡紧急呼叫号码时, 根据当前网络 的 MCC和 MNC初始化有卡紧急呼叫号码;
当确定初始化的紧急呼叫号码类型为无卡紧急呼叫号码时, 根据当前网络 的 MCC和 MNC初始化无卡紧急呼叫号码。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
当接收到当前网络下发的 OTA紧急呼叫号码时, 緩存 OTA紧急呼叫号码。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 緩存初始化获取到的紧急呼 叫号码之后, 所述方法还包括:
当检测到对任意一个紧急呼叫号码的呼叫请求, 判断所述呼叫请求对应的 紧急呼叫号码是否为当前网络的紧急呼叫号码;
当所述呼叫请求对应的紧急呼叫号码为当前网络的紧急呼叫号码时, 发起 紧急呼叫流程;
当所述呼叫请求对应的紧急呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急呼叫号码时, 提 示当前紧急呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急呼叫号码, 且拒绝本次呼叫请求。
6、 一种紧急呼叫号码获取装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
网络参数获取模块, 用于获取当前网络的 MCC和 MNC;
紧急呼叫号码类型确定模块, 用于当确定发生了网络状态变更事件时, 根 据当前用户的网络注册状态, 确定初始化的紧急呼叫号码类型;
紧急呼叫号码初始化模块, 用于根据确定的紧急呼叫号码类型、 当前网络 的 MCC和 MNC初始化紧急呼叫号码;
紧急呼叫号码緩存模块, 用于緩存初始化获取到的紧急呼叫号码。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述紧急呼叫号码类型确定 模块用于当所述用户的网络注册状态为有卡注册到网络时, 确定初始化的紧急 呼叫号码类型为有卡紧急呼叫号码; 当所述用户的网络注册状态为有卡驻留到 网络时, 确定初始化的紧急呼叫号码类型为无卡紧急呼叫号码。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述紧急呼叫号码初始化模 块用于当确定初始化的紧急呼叫号码类型为有卡紧急呼叫号码时, 根据当前网 络的 MCC和 MNC初始化有卡紧急呼叫号码; 当确定初始化的紧急呼叫号码类 型为无卡紧急呼叫号码时, 根据当前网络的 MCC和 MNC初始化无卡紧急呼叫 号码。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述紧急呼叫号码緩存模块 还用于当接收到当前网络下发的 OTA紧急呼叫号码时, 緩存 OTA紧急呼叫号 码。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 紧急呼叫号码判断模块, 用于当检测到对任意一个紧急呼叫号码的呼叫请 求时, 判断所述呼叫请求对应的紧急呼叫号码是否为当前网络的紧急呼叫号码; 紧急呼叫发起模块, 用于当所述呼叫请求对应的紧急呼叫号码为当前网络 的紧急呼叫号码时, 发起紧急呼叫流程;
提示模块, 用于当所述呼叫请求对应的紧急呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急 呼叫号码时, 提示当前紧急呼叫号码不是当前网络的紧急呼叫号码, 且拒绝本 次呼叫清求。
11、 一种紧急呼叫号码获取设备, 其特征在于, 所述设备包括收发器、 存 储器以及分别与收发器、 存储器连接的处理器, 其中, 存储器中存储一组程序 代码, 且所述处理器用于调用存储器中存储的程序代码, 用于执行以下操作: 获取当前网络的 MCC和 MNC;
当确定发生了网络状态变更事件时, 根据当前用户的网络注册状态, 确定 初始化的紧急呼叫号码类型;
根据确定的紧急呼叫号码类型、 当前网络的 MCC和 MNC初始化紧急呼叫 号码;
緩存初始化获取到的紧急呼叫号码。
