本发明提供的一种液晶面板包装装置,用于包装液晶面板,所述液晶面板包含液晶盒、邻近该液晶盒一侧边缘设置的电路板以及连接在所述液晶盒与所述电路板之间的多个膜集成芯片,所述包装装置包括箱体,所述箱体内部的空间形成包括用于容纳所述液晶盒的第一空腔和用于容纳所述电路板以及所述多个膜集成芯片的第二空腔, 其特征在于,所述包装装置还包括设置在所述箱体内壁两侧的限位件,所述限位件包括固定部以及限位部,所述限位部连接在所述固定部一侧并朝远离所述固定部的方向延伸,所述固定部于垂直于所述限位部的竖直平面上的投影长度大于所述限位部的厚度;所述固定部固定地卡合在所述箱体中,所述限位部由所述第一空腔与所述第二空腔的交界处伸出,并伸入所述液晶盒与所述电路板之间卡持所述液晶盒。
上述的液晶面板包装装置中,所述箱体内壁上设置有容纳槽,用于部分地容纳所述限位件,且所述容纳槽的开口位于所述第一空腔与所述第二空腔的交界处,并使所述限位部从所述容纳槽中伸出,并伸入所述液晶盒与所述电路板之间且与所述液晶盒朝向所述电路板一侧的边缘相抵持。
上述的液晶面板包装装置中,所述限位件的限位部为平板状,所述限位件的固定部包括两个平板状的第一固定板,两个所述第一固定板分别连接在所述限位部同一端的两侧,且所述两个第一固定板与所述限位部构成相同的不小于90度的夹角。
上述的液晶面板包装装置中,所述容纳槽包括两个第一槽孔以及第二槽孔,所述第二槽孔用于部分的容纳所述限位部,每个所述第一槽孔用于容纳所述第一固定板,两个所述第一槽孔分别连接在所述第二槽孔的同一端的两侧,且所述两个第一槽孔与所述第二槽孔构成相同的不小于90度的夹角。
上述的液晶面板包装装置中,所述限位部为平板状,所述固定部包括依次连接的第二固定板、第三固定板和第四固定板,所述第二固定板、第三固定板为平板状,所述第二固定板一端与所述限位部一端垂直连接,所述第三固定板一端与所述第二固定板另一端垂直连接,且所述第三固定板延伸的方向与所述限位部延伸的方向平行,所述第三固定板的另一端垂直连接到所述第四固定板 。
上述的液晶面板包装装置中,所述容纳槽包括依次连接的第三槽孔、第四槽孔以及第五槽孔,所述第三槽孔用于容纳第四固定板,第四槽孔用于容纳第三固定板,第五槽孔为朝所述液晶盒一侧具有开口的L型扁平状,用于容纳部分所述限位部以及与所述限位部一端垂直连接的所述第二固定板,所述第四槽孔的一端垂直连通所述第三槽孔,所述第四槽孔的另一端与所述第五槽孔的一端垂直连通,且所述第四槽孔的延伸方向与所述限位部的延伸方向平行。
上述的液晶面板包装装置中,所述第三槽孔为方形孔、V形孔或T形孔。
上述的液晶面板包装装置中,所述第四固定板为平板状、V形状或T形状。
上述的液晶面板包装装置中,所述限位件还包括接触面,所述限位部通过所述接触面与所述液晶盒接触,且所述接触面与所述液晶盒之间设有缓冲垫。
一种包装装置, 包括用于容纳被包装产品的箱体,所述包装装置还包括设置在所述箱体内壁两侧的限位件,所述限位件包括固定部以及限位部,所述限位部连接在所述固定部一侧并朝远离所述固定部的方向延伸,所述固定部于垂直于所述限位部的竖直平面上的投影长度大于所述限位部的厚度;所述固定部固定地卡合在所述箱体中,所述限位部伸入所述箱体内部,用于卡持被包装产品。
上述的包装装置中,所述箱体内壁上设置有容纳槽,用于部分地容纳所述限位件。
上述的包装装置中,所述限位件的限位部为平板状,所述限位件的固定部包括两个平板状的第一固定板,两个所述第一固定板分别连接在所述限位部同一端的两侧,且所述两个第一固定板与所述限位部构成相同的不小于90度的夹角。
上述的包装装置中,所述容纳槽包括两个第一槽孔以及第二槽孔,所述第二槽孔用于部分的容纳所述限位部,每个所述第一槽孔用于容纳所述第一固定板,两个所述第一槽孔分别连接在所述第二槽孔的同一端的两侧,且所述两个第一槽孔与所述第二槽孔构成相同的不小于90度的夹角。
上述的包装装置中,所述限位部为平板状,所述固定部包括依次连接的第二固定板、第三固定板和第四固定板,所述第二固定板、第三固定板为平板状,所述第二固定板一端与所述限位部一端垂直连接,所述第三固定板一端与所述第二固定板另一端垂直连接,且所述第三固定板延伸的方向与所述限位部延伸的方向平行,所述第三固定板的另一端垂直连接到所述第四固定板。
上述的包装装置中,所述容纳槽包括依次连接的第三槽孔、第四槽孔以及第五槽孔,所述第三槽孔用于容纳第四固定板,第四槽孔用于容纳第三固定板,第五槽孔为朝所述液晶盒一侧具有开口的L型扁平状,用于容纳部分所述限位部以及与所述限位部一端垂直连接的所述第二固定板,所述第四槽孔的一端垂直连通所述第三槽孔,所述第四槽孔的另一端与所述第五槽孔的一端垂直连通,且所述第四槽孔的延伸方向与所述限位部的延伸方向平行。
上述的包装装置中,所述第三槽孔为方形孔、V形孔或T形孔。
上述的包装装置中,所述第四固定板为平板状、V形状或T形状。
实施本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过改变限位件的结构使其卡合在箱体中,从而防止其从箱体中滑出;通过对限位件结构的改变以及箱体的适应性改变,从而为限位件提供了多方向的力减小了箱体变形的几率进而防止其从箱体中滑出。

具体实施方式
本发明提供的液晶面板包装装置主要应用于较大尺寸的液晶面板的包装,该液晶面板包含液晶盒3、邻近该液晶盒3一侧边缘设置的电路板7以及连接在所述液晶盒3与所述电路板7的多个膜集成芯片8。其中,多个膜集成芯片8可以间隔的排列。
参考图2示出的液晶面板包装装置的优选实施例示意图,液晶面板包装装置包括箱体4,箱体4内部的空间形成包括用于容纳所述液晶盒的第一空腔41和用于容纳所述电路板7以及所述多个膜集成芯片8的第二空腔42。该液晶面板包装装置还包括设置在所述箱体4内壁两侧的限位件5。限位件5包括固定部51以及限位部52。限位部52连接在固定部51一侧并朝远离固定部51的方向延伸。固定部51于垂直于限位部52的竖直平面上的投影长度大于限位部52的厚度。固定部51固定地卡合在箱体4中,限位部52由第一空腔41与第二空腔42的交界处伸出,并伸入液晶盒3与电路板7之间卡持液晶盒3。
箱体4内壁上设置有容纳槽43,用于部分地容纳所述限位件5,且所述容纳槽42的开口位于所述第一空腔与所述第二空腔的交界处,并使限位部52从所述容纳槽42中伸出,并伸入液晶盒3与电路板7之间且与液晶盒3朝向电路板7一侧的边缘相抵持。这样还可以当限位件5受压时,箱体4对限位件5施加更多的反作用力,以防止限位件5滑脱和箱体4的局部变形。
限位件5采用硬质材料制成,例如硬质合金、硬质棉、热固性材料等,但不限于此,可依据实际需求选择。采用硬质材料可减少限位件5受力的变形量。
参考图3示出的限位件的第一优选实施例图。该限位件5包括限位部52a以及固定部51a。在本实施例中该限位部52a为平板状。当然在其他的实施例中限位部52a也可以为弯曲板或折形板等。固定部51a包括两个第一固定板511a,两个第一固定板511a分别连接在所述限位部52a同一端的两侧(即限位部52a会向远离固定部51a的一侧延伸),且两个第一固定板511a与限位部52a构成相同的不小于90度的夹角,较佳为大于90度的夹角。这样可以使限位部52a与两个第一固定板511a构成Y型结构。限位部52a的厚度小于两个第一固定板511a端部之间的距离(固定部51a于垂直于限位部52a的竖直平面上的投影长度大于限位部52a的厚度)。这样可以更稳固地卡持限位件5,防止其脱出。当然,该第一固定板511a的形状并不局限于平板状,也可以是带弧度或弯曲形的板。
如图4所示的第一优选实施例限位件5对应的容纳槽43结构示意图。容纳槽43a包括两个第一槽孔431a以及第二槽孔432a。第二槽孔432a为缝隙状,用于部分的容纳限位部52a。每个第一槽孔431a为缝隙状,用于容纳第一固定板511a。两个第一槽孔431a分别连接在所述第二槽孔432a的同一端的两侧,且两个第一槽孔431a与第二槽孔432a构成相同的不小于90度的夹角,较佳为大于90度的夹角。这样使第二槽孔432a与两个第一槽孔431a构成Y型结构。所有槽孔内壁的表面可以为平坦的表面,也可以为凹凸不平的表面,槽孔可以为长条形结构,也可以为锯齿形或波浪形等结构,只要能与上述第一固定板511a卡合即可。
如图5所示的限位件5受力分解示意图可知,在液晶面板装入箱体4后,该容纳槽43的壁与限位件5的相贴合,液晶盒 3向限位件施加压力G时,该限位件5的两个第一固定板511a分别受反作用力f2和f3,限位部52a上受支撑力f1和液晶盒 3的压力G,根据物理学力学原理进行受力分析后可知,限位件5上受到的压力G由于其他的反作用力的抵消使其所受的压力降低,较少了其发生变形或脱落的几率,从而减少了由其固定的液晶盒 3产生位移的几率,减少了膜集成芯片8折损的可能性。
图6所示为限位件5第二优选实施例的结构示意图。如图6所示,限位件5包括固定部51b和限位部52b。在本实施例中,限位部52b为平板,当然在其他的实施例中限位部52b也可以为弯曲板或折形板等。固定部51b包括依次连接的第二固定板511b、第三固定板512b和第四固定板513b。该第二固定板511b、第三固定板512b和第四固定板513b均为平板状,当然在其他的实施例中它们也可以为弯曲板或折形板等。第二固定板511b一端与所述限位部52b一端垂直连接,所述第三固定板512b一端与所述第二固定板511b另一端垂直连接,且所述第三固定板512b延伸的方向与所述限位部52b延伸的方向平行,所述第三固定板512b的另一端垂直连接到所述第四固定板513b的中部,且所述第四固定板513b与所述第二固定板511b平行。第四固定板513b的宽度以及其在限位部52b厚度方向上的长度均大于限位部52b的厚度(固定部51b于垂直于限位部52b的竖直平面上的投影长度大于限位部52b的厚度),这样可以更稳固地卡持限位件5,防止其脱出。
如图7所示为第二优选实施例限位件5对应的容纳槽43的结构示意图。容纳槽43b包括依次连接的第三槽孔431b、第四槽孔432b以及第五槽孔432b。第三槽孔431b为方形孔状,用于容纳第四固定板513b。第四槽孔432b为缝隙状,用于容纳第三固定板512b。第五槽孔433b为朝液晶盒3一侧具有开口的L型扁平状,用于容纳部分限位部52b以及与限位部52b一端垂直连接的第二固定板511b。第四槽孔432b的一端垂直连通第三槽孔431b的中部。第四槽孔432b的另一端与第五槽孔433b的一端垂直连通,且第四槽孔432b的延伸方向与限位部52b的延伸方向平行。
如图8所示的限位件5的受力示意图,在液晶面板装入箱体4后,容纳槽43b的壁与限位件5相贴合,液晶盒 3向限位件5施加压力G时,限位件5的固定部51b受到反作用力f3,限位部52c受到作用力 G以及反作用力f1、f2,根据物理学力学原理分析可知,限位件5上受到的压力G由于其他的反作用力的抵消使其所受的压力降低,较少了其发生变形或脱落的几率,从而减少了由其固定的液晶盒 3产生位移的几率,减少了膜集成芯片8折损的可能性。
当然,在另外的一些实施例中,还可以将第四固定板513b的形状设计成平板状、V形状或T形状,以形成新的限位件5的结构;相应的将第三槽孔的形状设计成方孔、V形状或T形状,以更好的容纳第四固定板513b。与上面的其他实施例进行类似的力学分析后可知,在液晶盒3施加压力时,限位件5可以施加更多的反作用力以提高其支撑强度,防止其滑脱。
参照图2到图8可知,限位件5还包括接触面(图中未标号),限位件5通过该接触面与液晶盒 3接触,在图3所示的限位件5结构中,接触面位于限位部52a朝向液晶盒 3的一侧的平面上;在图6所示的限位件5结构中,接触面位于限位部52b和第二固定板511b朝向液晶盒 3一侧的平面上。该接触面较佳为平坦的表面,以增加两者之间的贴合度,增大接触面积,当然也可以为凹凸的表面以达到防滑效果。包装装置还可以包括缓冲垫6,该缓冲垫6设于接触面与液晶盒 3之间。该缓冲垫6较佳为粘贴在接触面上,也可以为直接放置在该接触面上。缓冲垫6的形状较佳与接触面的形状相适应,以更好的实现缓冲作用,当然,在其他的实施例中,缓冲垫6也可以设计成其他的形状。缓冲垫6较佳采用软质材料,例如,海绵、橡胶等。
如图9 所示,本发明还提供一种包装装置包括用于容纳被包装产品的箱体10,以及设置在箱体内壁两侧的限位件40。限位件40包括固定部20以及限位部30,限位部30连接在固定部20一侧并朝远离固定部20的方向延伸。固定部20于垂直于限位部30的竖直平面上的投影长度大于限位部30的厚度。固定部20固定地卡合在箱体10中,限位部30伸入箱体10内部,用于卡持被包装产品。该箱体10及限位件40的结构与液晶面板包装装置中的结构相同,但本包装装置并不局限用于包装液晶面板,还可用于包装其他产品。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种液晶面板包装装置,用于包装液晶面板,所述液晶面板包含液晶盒、邻近该液晶盒一侧边缘设置的电路板以及连接在所述液晶盒与所述电路板之间的多个膜集成芯片,所述包装装置包括箱体,所述箱体内部的空间形成包括用于容纳所述液晶盒的第一空腔和用于容纳所述电路板以及所述多个膜集成芯片的第二空腔,其中,所述包装装置还包括设置在所述箱体内壁两侧的限位件,所述限位件包括固定部以及限位部,所述限位部连接在所述固定部一侧并朝远离所述固定部的方向延伸,所述固定部于垂直于所述限位部的竖直平面上的投影长度大于所述限位部的厚度;所述固定部固定地卡合在所述箱体中,所述限位部由所述第一空腔与所述第二空腔的交界处伸出,并伸入所述液晶盒与所述电路板之间卡持所述液晶盒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶面板包装装置,其中,所述箱体内壁上设置有容纳槽,用于部分地容纳所述限位件,且所述容纳槽的开口位于所述第一空腔与所述第二空腔的交界处,并使所述限位部从所述容纳槽中伸出,并伸入所述液晶盒与所述电路板之间且与所述液晶盒朝向所述电路板一侧的边缘相抵持。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶面板包装装置,其中,所述限位件的限位部为平板状,所述限位件的固定部包括两个平板状的第一固定板,两个所述第一固定板分别连接在所述限位部同一端的两侧,且所述两个第一固定板与所述限位部构成相同的不小于90度的夹角。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的液晶面板包装装置,其中,所述容纳槽包括两个第一槽孔以及第二槽孔,所述第二槽孔用于部分的容纳所述限位部,每个所述第一槽孔用于容纳所述第一固定板,两个所述第一槽孔分别连接在所述第二槽孔的同一端的两侧,且所述两个第一槽孔与所述第二槽孔构成相同的不小于90度的夹角。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶面板包装装置,其中,所述限位部为平板状,所述固定部包括依次连接的第二固定板、第三固定板和第四固定板,所述第二固定板、第三固定板为平板状,所述第二固定板一端与所述限位部一端垂直连接,所述第三固定板一端与所述第二固定板另一端垂直连接,且所述第三固定板延伸的方向与所述限位部延伸的方向平行,所述第三固定板的另一端垂直连接到所述第四固定板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的液晶面板包装装置,其中,所述容纳槽包括依次连接的第三槽孔、第四槽孔以及第五槽孔,所述第三槽孔用于容纳第四固定板,第四槽孔用于容纳第三固定板,第五槽孔为朝所述液晶盒一侧具有开口的L型扁平状,用于容纳部分所述限位部以及与所述限位部一端垂直连接的所述第二固定板,所述第四槽孔的一端垂直连通所述第三槽孔,所述第四槽孔的另一端与所述第五槽孔的一端垂直连通,且所述第四槽孔的延伸方向与所述限位部的延伸方向平行。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的液晶面板包装装置,其中,所述第三槽孔为方形孔、V形孔或T形孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的液晶面板包装装置,其中,所述第四固定板为平板状、V形状或T形状。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶面板包装装置,其中,所述限位件还包括接触面,所述限位部通过所述接触面与所述液晶盒接触,且所述接触面与所述液晶盒之间设有缓冲垫。
  10. 一种包装装置,包括用于容纳被包装产品的箱体,其中,所述包装装置还包括设置在所述箱体内壁两侧的限位件,所述限位件包括固定部以及限位部,所述限位部连接在所述固定部一侧并朝远离所述固定部的方向延伸,所述固定部于垂直于所述限位部的竖直平面上的投影长度大于所述限位部的厚度;所述固定部固定地卡合在所述箱体中,所述限位部伸入所述箱体内部,用于卡持被包装产品。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的包装装置,其中,所述箱体内壁上设置有容纳槽,用于部分地容纳所述限位件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的包装装置,其中,所述限位件的限位部为平板状,所述限位件的固定部包括两个平板状的第一固定板,两个所述第一固定板分别连接在所述限位部同一端的两侧,且所述两个第一固定板与所述限位部构成相同的不小于90度的夹角。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的包装装置,其中,所述容纳槽包括两个第一槽孔以及第二槽孔,所述第二槽孔用于部分的容纳所述限位部,每个所述第一槽孔用于容纳所述第一固定板,两个所述第一槽孔分别连接在所述第二槽孔的同一端的两侧,且所述两个第一槽孔与所述第二槽孔构成相同的不小于90度的夹角。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的包装装置,其中,所述限位部为平板状,所述固定部包括依次连接的第二固定板、第三固定板和第四固定板,所述第二固定板、第三固定板为平板状,所述第二固定板一端与所述限位部一端垂直连接,所述第三固定板一端与所述第二固定板另一端垂直连接,且所述第三固定板延伸的方向与所述限位部延伸的方向平行,所述第三固定板的另一端垂直连接到所述第四固定板。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的包装装置,其中,所述容纳槽包括依次连接的第三槽孔、第四槽孔以及第五槽孔,所述第三槽孔用于容纳第四固定板,第四槽孔用于容纳第三固定板,第五槽孔为朝所述液晶盒一侧具有开口的L型扁平状,用于容纳部分所述限位部以及与所述限位部一端垂直连接的所述第二固定板,所述第四槽孔的一端垂直连通所述第三槽孔,所述第四槽孔的另一端与所述第五槽孔的一端垂直连通,且所述第四槽孔的延伸方向与所述限位部的延伸方向平行。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的包装装置,其中,所述第三槽孔为方形孔、V形孔或T形孔。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的包装装置,其中,所述第四固定板为平板状、V形状或T形状。
