Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种背光模组及液晶显示装置。
【背景技术】
现有技术中,背光模组包括背板、胶框及光学膜片。背板设置有一收容空间和卡勾。光学膜片设置于背板的收容空间内。胶框设置卡孔,卡孔与卡勾卡合,把胶框固定于背板之上,并且胶框压住光学膜片,使得光学膜片固定于背板的收容空间内。
而随着液晶面板的尺寸的增大,背板、胶框及光学膜片也随之增大。相对于胶框而言,长度越来越长,卡孔也需要越来越多。在背光模组的组装、运输、使用的过程,胶框的各部份受力不相同,容易出现部份胶框的卡孔与背板的卡勾之间的卡合脱离的情况。而胶框的卡孔与背板的卡勾之间的卡合脱离,则起不到压光学膜片的效果,使得背光模组出现一定程度的漏光现象。
【发明内容】
本发明实施方式主要解决的技术问题是提供一种背光模组及液晶显示装置,能够使得胶框与背板卡合得更牢固。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种背光模组,包括:背板,背板包括第一侧壁,第一侧壁设置有第一卡勾和第三卡勾;胶框,胶框包括第二侧壁、第三侧壁、凹槽和弹性件;第二侧壁和第三侧壁同属一侧边,第三侧壁与第二侧壁并排间隔设置,凹槽设置于第二侧壁和第三侧壁之间,第二侧壁设置有第二卡孔和第四卡孔;凹槽的位于第二卡孔和第四卡孔之间的凹槽底部朝向背板凸起,进而形成弹性件;第一卡勾与第一卡孔卡合,第三卡勾与第四卡孔卡合,背板的第一侧壁插设于第三侧壁和第二侧壁之间的凹槽内,并且,弹性件与背板的第一侧壁相互抵顶,弹性件产生弹性形变。
其中,弹性件的形状为弧形。

其中,胶框还包括与第二侧壁同属一侧边的第三侧壁,第三侧壁与第二侧壁并排间隔设置,第三侧壁与第二侧壁之间设有凹槽;凹槽的位于第二卡合结构和第四卡合结构之间的凹槽底部朝向背板凸起,进而形成弹性件;背板的第一侧壁插设于第三侧壁和第二侧壁之间的凹槽内,并且,凸起的凹槽底部与背板的第一侧壁相互抵顶。
其中,弹性件的形状为弧形。
其中,第一卡合结构为卡勾,第二卡合结构为卡孔;或者,第一合结构为卡孔,第二卡合结构为卡勾。

液晶面板设置于胶框之上。
其中,第一侧壁还设置有第三卡合结构;第二侧壁还设置有第四卡合结构,并且第四卡合结构用于与第三卡合结构卡合固定;弹性件对应设置于第四卡合结构与第二卡合结构之间。
其中,胶框还包括与第二侧壁同属一侧边的第三侧壁,第三侧壁与第二侧壁并排间隔设置,第三侧壁与第二侧壁之间设有凹槽;凹槽的位于第二卡合结构和第四卡合结构之间的凹槽底部朝向背板凸起,进而形成弹性件;背板的第一侧壁插设于第三侧壁和第二侧壁之间的凹槽内,并且,凸起的凹槽底部与背板的第一侧壁相互抵顶。
其中,弹性件的形状为弧形。

本发明实施方式的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,在背光模组的胶框与背板之间设置弹性件,胶框与背板卡合固定时,胶框与背板压缩弹性件,使弹性件产生弹性形变。弹性件弹性形变,会产生弹力,弹力作用于胶框和背板,使胶框受到背离背板方向的力,背板受到背离胶框方向的力。而第二卡合结构设置于胶框上,第一卡合结构设置于背板上,相当于,第一卡合结构受到背离第二卡合结构方向的力,第二卡合结构受到背离第一卡合结构方向的力,从而使得第一卡合结构与第二卡合结构卡合得更牢固,进而使得胶框与背板卡合得更牢固。

请参阅图1、图2和图3。图1是本发明背光模组中的胶框与背板卡合的部份立体示意图,图2是本发明背光模组中的胶框与背板卡合的部份平面示意图,图3是本发明背光模组中的胶框立体截面示意图。如图所示,背光模组10包括背板11、胶框12以及弹性件13。
背板11包括第一侧壁111。第一侧壁111上设置有第一卡合结构1111。胶框12包括第二侧壁121。第二侧壁121上设置有第二卡合结构1211。第一卡合结构1111与第二卡合结构1211卡合,使胶框12与背板11相互固定。
本发明实施方式中,弹性件13设置于第一侧壁111与第二侧壁121之间,弹性件13与胶框12一体成型,为胶框12的第二侧壁121朝向背板11的凸起部份。其中,弹性件13的材料可选为与第二侧壁121一样的材料。在胶框12固定于背板11之上时,弹性件13受到背板11的第一侧壁111的挤压而形变,因弹性件13与胶框12一体成型,因此这里描述的弹性件13的形变实际是包括弹性件13在内的第二侧壁121的形变。当然,在本发明其他实施方式中,弹性件13的材料也可以与胶框12的材料不同,例如:胶框12除形成弹性件13的凸起部份的本体部份(未标视)的材料为具有弹性形变的材料,弹性件13与背板11的材料均为较硬的材料,在胶框12固定于背板11时,弹性件13与背板11相互抵顶,胶框12拱起,产生弹性形变;或者,胶框12(包括弹性件13)的材料为较硬的材料,背板11的材料为具有弹性形变的材料,胶框12固定于背板11时,背板11与弹性件13相互抵顶,背板11拱起,产生弹性形变。
弹性件13受到挤压而形变时,相应的,弹性件13就会产生弹力,弹力作用于背板11和胶框12,使背板11受到背离胶框12方向的力,胶框12的本体部份受到背离背板11方向的力。第一卡合结构1111与背板11一体成型,第二卡合结构1211与胶框12的本体部份一体成型,也就是说,第一卡合结构1111受到背离第二卡合结构1211的力,第二卡合结构1211受到背离第一卡合结构1111的力,从而使得第二卡合结构1211与第一卡合结构1111卡合得更牢固,进而使得背板11与胶框12卡合得更牢固。
需要说明的是:在本发明其他实施方式中,并不限定弹性件13与胶框12一体成型的,弹性件13也可以与背板11一体成型,或者,弹性件13为单独元件,例如弹簧等,弹性件13的一端固定于背板11或者胶框12,在胶框12固定于背板11时,弹性件13受到背板11与胶框12压缩而产生弹性形变。
进一步的,背板11还包括第三卡合结构1112。其中,第三卡合结构1112和第一卡合结构1111均位于背板11的第一侧壁111的外侧。胶框12还包括第三侧壁122和凹槽123。第三侧壁122与第二侧壁121同属一侧边,并且第三侧壁122与第二侧壁121并排间隔设置。凹槽123设置于第三侧壁122与第二侧壁121之间。第二侧壁121还设置有第四卡合结构1212。弹性件13具体为由凹槽123的位于第二卡合结构1211和第四卡合结构1212之间的凹槽123底部朝向背板11的凸起部份。第一卡合结构1111和第三卡合结构1112分别与第二卡合结构1211和第四卡合结构1212卡合固定时,背板11的第一侧壁111插入胶框12的凹槽123内,并且与胶框12的形成弹性件13的凸起部份相互抵顶。弹性件13因受到压力而产生弹性形变。
在本发明实施方式中,胶框12的形成弹性件13的凸起部份的形状可选为弧形,当然,也可以为其他形状,例如:柱形、倒梯形等。第一卡合结构1111可选为卡勾,第二卡合结构1211可选为卡孔,或者,第一卡合结构1111可选为卡孔,第二卡合结构1211可选为卡勾。第三卡合结构1112可选为卡勾,第四卡合结构1212可选为卡孔,或者,第三卡合结构1112可选为卡孔,第四卡合结构1212可选为卡勾。
请参阅图4,本发明另一实施方中与上述实施方式不同之处在于:背板21板还包括底板212。底板212固定于背板21的第一侧壁211的底部。第一卡合结构2111和第三卡合结构(图未视)设置于第一侧壁211的内侧。弹性件23为胶框22的第二侧壁221位于第二卡合结构2211与第四卡合结构(图未视)之间的朝背板21延伸的延伸部份。第一卡合结构2111和第三卡合结构分别与第二卡合结构2211和第四卡合结构卡合,固定胶框22于背板21内时,弹性件23与背板21的底板212相互抵顶,并且,弹性件23产生弹性形变。
在本发明实施方式中,在背光模组10的胶框12与背板11之间设置弹性件13,胶框12与背板11卡合固定时,胶框12与背板11压缩弹性件13,使弹性件13产生弹性形变。弹性件13弹性形变,会产生弹力,弹力作用于胶框12和背板11,使胶框12受到背离背板11方向的力和背板11受到背离离胶框12方向的力。而第二卡合结构1211与胶框12一体成型,第一卡合结构1111与背板11一体成型,相当于,第一卡合结构1111受到背离第二卡合结构1211方向的力,第二卡合结构1211受到背离第一卡合结构1111方向的力,从而使得第一卡合结构1111与第二卡合结构1211卡合得更牢固,降低第一卡合结构1111与第二卡合结构1211的卡合脱离的风险,进而使得背板11与胶框12卡合得更牢固。
本发明还提供液晶显示装置实施方式。请参阅图5,图5是本发明液晶显示装置实施方式的部份平面示意图。液晶显示装置30包括背光模组31和液晶面板32。背光模组31可以是上述的背光模组。液晶面板32设置于背光模组31的胶框311之上。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施方式,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
Claims (14)
- 一种背光模组,其中,所述背光模组包括:背板,所述背板包括第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁设置有第一卡勾和第三卡勾;胶框,所述胶框包括第二侧壁、第三侧壁、凹槽和弹性件;所述第二侧壁和第三侧壁同属一侧边,所述第三侧壁与第二侧壁并排间隔设置,所述凹槽设置于所述第二侧壁和第三侧壁之间,所述第二侧壁设置有第二卡孔和第四卡孔;所述凹槽的位于所述第二卡孔和第四卡孔之间的凹槽底部朝向背板凸起,进而形成所述弹性件;所述第一卡勾与第二卡孔卡合,所述第三卡勾与第四卡孔卡合,所述背板的第一侧壁插设于所述第三侧壁和第二侧壁之间的凹槽内,并且,所述弹性件与背板的第一侧壁相互抵顶,所述弹性件产生弹性形变。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述弹性件的形状为弧形。
- 一种背光模组,其中,所述背光模组包括:背板,所述背板包括第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁设置有第一卡合结构;胶框,所述胶框包括第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁设置有第二卡合结构;弹性件,设置于所述第一侧壁和第二侧壁之间;其中,所述第一卡合结构用于第二卡合结构卡合,所述弹性件在所述第一卡合结构和第二卡合结构卡合时产生弹性形变。
- 根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一侧壁还设置有第三卡合结构;所述第二侧壁还设置有第四卡合结构,并且所述第四卡合结构用于与第三卡合结构卡合固定;所述弹性件对应设置于第四卡合结构与第二卡合结构之间。
- 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述胶框还包括与第二侧壁同属一侧边的第三侧壁,所述第三侧壁与第二侧壁并排间隔设置,所述第三侧壁与第二侧壁之间设有凹槽;所述凹槽的位于所述第二卡合结构和第四卡合结构之间的凹槽底部朝向背板凸起,进而形成所述弹性件;所述背板的第一侧壁插设于所述第三侧壁和第二侧壁之间的凹槽内,并且,所述凸起的凹槽底部与背板的第一侧壁相互抵顶。
- 根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其中,所述弹性件的形状为弧形。
- 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一卡合结构为卡勾,所述第二卡合结构为卡孔;或者,所述第一合结构为卡孔,所述第二卡合结构为卡勾。
- 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述第三卡合结构为卡勾,所述第四卡合结构为卡孔;或者,所述第三合结构为卡孔,所述第四卡合结构为卡勾。
- 一种液晶显示装置,其中,所述液晶显示装置包括背光模组和液晶面板;所述背光模组包括:背板,所述背板包括第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁设置有第一卡合结构;胶框,所述胶框包括第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁设置有第二卡合结构;弹性件,设置于所述第一侧壁和第二侧壁之间;其中,所述第一卡合结构用于第二卡合结构卡合,所述弹性件在所述第一卡合结构和第二卡合结构卡合时产生弹性形变;所述液晶面板设置于所述胶框之上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述第一侧壁还设置有第三卡合结构;所述第二侧壁还设置有第四卡合结构,并且所述第四卡合结构用于与第三卡合结构卡合固定;所述弹性件对应设置于第四卡合结构与第二卡合结构之间。
- 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述胶框还包括与第二侧壁同属一侧边的第三侧壁,所述第三侧壁与第二侧壁并排间隔设置,所述第三侧壁与第二侧壁之间设有凹槽;所述凹槽的位于所述第二卡合结构和第四卡合结构之间的凹槽底部朝向背板凸起,进而形成所述弹性件;所述背板的第一侧壁插设于所述第三侧壁和第二侧壁之间的凹槽内,并且,所述凸起的凹槽底部与背板的第一侧壁相互抵顶。
- 根据权利要求11所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述弹性件的形状为弧形。
- 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述第一卡合结构为卡勾,所述第二卡合结构为卡孔;或者,所述第一合结构为卡孔,所述第二卡合结构为卡勾。
- 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述第三卡合结构为卡勾,所述第四卡合结构为卡孔;或者,所述第三合结构为卡孔,所述第四卡合结构为卡勾。
