Abstract

본 발명은 여행일정을 제작 서비스 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 사용자가 자신의 여행일정을 제작 및 제작된 여행일정을 공개, 공유할 수 있도록 한 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템에 관한 것이다. 여행 정보를 수집 하더라도 여행정보들을 이용하여 자신의 여행 목적, 여행일정, 비용에 맞추어 자신의 여행 일정을 계획하기에는 많은 어려움이 뒤따른다. 본 발명에서는 등록된 여행정보를 이용하여 사용자가 여행 일정표(schedule) 손쉬우면서도 각 일정을 일목요연하게 확인 가능 하도록 작성할 수 있도록 하며, 작성된 여행 일정표를 공개하여 다른 사용자가 공개된 여행 일정표를 사용하여 영행일정표를 제작할 수 있도록 하거나, 허가된 공유자들에 대하여 제작된 여행일정표를 공유하도록 하여 공유자 간에 공유된 여행 일정표를 상호 편집할 수 있도록 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템을 제공하고자 한다.

Description

여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템과 서비스 제어방법 및 여행일정표 제작방법
본 발명은 여행일정을 제작 서비스 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 사용자가 자신의 여행일정을 제작 및 제작된 여행일정을 공개, 공유할 수 있도록 한 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템에 관한 것이다.
소득이 증가하고 생활에 여유가 생기면서 많은 사람들이 자신의 생활환경을 벗어나 여행을 하고 싶어 한다. 근래에는 소득이 더욱 증가하면서 국내는 물론 해외 여행까지 더욱 증가하는 추세이다.
대다수의 사람들이 여행을 위해서 지인, 인터넷, 여행사 등 다양한 경로를 통하여 여행정보를 얻게 된다. 그러나 여행정보를 얻는데도 어려움이 있지만, 이와 같은 여행정보들을 이용하여 자신의 목적에 따라서 여행일정을 계획하는 데에는 또 다른 어려움에 직면하게 된다.
이와 같이 여행 정보를 수집 하더라도 여행정보들을 이용하여 자신의 여행 목적, 여행일정, 비용에 맞추어 자신의 여행 일정을 계획하기에는 많은 어려움이 뒤따른다.
본 발명에서는 24시간의 시간 축에 기반한 표에 여행지여 정보를 7개의 카테고리로 분류, 등록된 정보 또는 여행자가 등록한 여행정보를 이용하여 사용자가 여행 일정표(schedule) 손쉬우면서도 각 일정을 일목요연하게 확인 가능 하도록 작성할 수 있도록 하며, 작성된 여행 일정표를 공개하여 다른 사용자가 공개된 여행 일정표를 사용하여 영행일정표를 제작할 수 있도록 하거나, 허가된 공유자들에 대하여 제작된 여행일정표를 공유하도록 하여 공유자 간에 공유된 여행 일정표를 상호 편집할 수 있도록 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
그리고 지정된 영역에 등록된 사진이나 동영상에 등록된 시간정보에 따라서 여행 일정표에 동기화시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 여행 후 사용자가 촬영한 사진이나 동영상을 자동으로 상기 여행 일정표의 시간 축 상에 저장시키는 앨범기능을 제공할 수 있도록 한 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
본 발명 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템은, 여행 일정 제작 및 공유 서비스를 온라인상에서 제공하기 위한 사용자의 회원가입 및 사용자단말수단의 접속제어를 수행하는 네트워크서버와, 여행정보 등록 및 여행일정표 제작 및 공유서비스를 네트워크서버를 통해 접속된 사용자에게 제공하는 여행일정제작서버와, 회원으로 등록된 사용자의 회원정보, 여행정보, 제작된 여행일정표 정보가 저장 관리되는 데이터베이스를 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 여행일정표제작서버는 사용자가 여행정보를 등록하고 등록된 여행정보에 따라서 여행일정표를 제작할 수 있도록 템플릿(template)을 제공하는 여행일정표제작수단과, 상기 여행일정표제작수단을 통해 제작 등록된 여행일정표를 공개 및 공유 관리하는 여행일정표관리수단과, 등록된 여행일정표로 부터 광고주에게 제공할 광고정보를 추출하는 광고정보추출수단과, 광고제작 템플릿을 광고주에게 제공하고 광고주가 등록한 광고정보를 해당 여행일정표에 등록하는 광고관리수단과, 상기 각 수단을 제어하여 여행 일정표 제작 및 관리 제어하며, 여행일정표에 대한 광고정보의 추출 및 제공, 광고주의 광고제작 서비스를 제어 관리하는 여행일정표서비스제어수단을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같은 여행일정표제작서버에서 이루어지는 본 발명 여행 일정 제작 서비스 제어방법은,
사용자의 여행정보 등록 요청이 있는 경우 여행정보 등록 템플릿을 제공하여 여행일정표에 등록되는 단위(스팟)로 여행정보를 등록하도록 하는 여행정보등록과정과,
일정표제작 서비스 요청이 있는 경우 여행일정표 제작 템플릿을 제공하여 사용자가 스팟 단위의 여행정보를 이용하여 여행일정표를 제작하도록 하는 여행일정표제작과정과,
사용자에 의해 여행일정표제작이 완료되면, 여행일정표를 등록 속성정보를 확인하여 공개등록인 경우에는 타인이 이용할 수 있도록 여행일정표의 속성정보를 공개정보로 등록하고, 비공개등록인 경우에는 여행일정표의 속성정보를 비공개정보로 등록하여 검색정보로 제공되지 않도록 하고 공유등록인 경우에는 공유자를 선택하도록 한 후 공유 등록하는 여행일정표 등록과정과,

여기서, 본 발명 여행 일정표 제작방법은,
사용자가 선택한 날짜에 대한 하루(24시간)을 단위로 하는 여행일정표등록부를 구성하고, 사용자가 선택한 스팟 단위의 여행정보를 여행일정표등록부로 해당 시간 위치에 등록시키되, 스팟 내의 여행일정시간에 따라서 표시크기 및 인접된 스팟의 위치정보를 대비하여 스팟 간 간격을 자동 조절하여 표시하도록 하여 여행일정표를 제작 등록 시키도록 하고, 상기 여행일정표등록부에 스팟 등록이 완료되면 각 스팟에 등록된 대표이미지로 표시정보를 변경하여 표시하는 과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기서, 본 발명 여행 일정표 제작방법은,
사용자는 24시간을 단위로 하는 여행일정표 템플릿을 열어서, 사용자가 선택한 스팟 단위의 여행정보를 템플릿에 옮겨야 하는데 있어서, 해당일정표의 시간대에 수기입력을 하는 방식이 아니라 끌어오기(drag and drop) 기술을 이용하여 일정표의 시간대에 끌어다 등록시키는 방식으로, 스팟 내의 평균 이용시간이 계산되어있어서 표안에 끌어다 놓은 스팟 단위의 여행정보는 스팟 내의 여행일정 시간에 따라서 자동으로 시간일정표 내에서 표시되는 크기가 결정되고, 인접된 스팟의 위치정보를 대비하여 스팟 간 간격을 지도에 표시하고 거리를 수치로 표시하도록 하고, 일정표의 정보보기 버튼을 누르면 등록된 모든 스팟의 상세정보가 옆에서 보여지고, 상기 여행일정표 등록부에 스팟 등록이 완료되면 각 스팟에 등록된 대표이미지로 표시정보를 변경하여 이미지로 표시하는 과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 자신이 수집하거나 또는 회원들이 등록한 여행정보를 이용하여 사용자가 여행 전에 계획했던 여행 일정 또는 여행을 다녀온 후 자신의 여행일정을 여행일정표로 여행 일정 분류에 따라서 손쉽게 작성할 수 있다.
또한 제작한 여행일정표를 공개하여 다른 사용자가 사용하도록 하거나, 공유하여 상호 편집할 수 있도록 함으로써, 소셜 네트워크(SNS)를 통한 다양한 여행일정정보를 손쉽게 접할 수 있게 된다.

여행 일정 제작 및 공유 서비스를 온라인상에서 제공하기 위한 사용자의 회원가입 및 사용자단말수단의 접속제어를 수행하는 네트워크서버(100)와, 여행정보 등록 및 여행일정표 제작 및 공유서비스를 네트워크서버(100)를 통해 접속된 사용자에게 제공하는 여행일정제작서버(200)와, 회원으로 등록된 사용자의 회원정보, 여행정보, 제작된 여행일정표 정보가 저장 관리되는 데이터베이스(300)를 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 여행일정표제작서버(200)는 사용자가 여행정보를 등록하고 등록된 여행정보에 따라서 여행일정표를 제작할 수 있도록 템플릿(template)을 제공하는 여행일정표제작수단(210)과, 상기 여행일정표제작수단(210)을 통해 제작 등록된 여행일정표를 공개 및 공유 관리하는 여행일정표관리수단(220)과, 등록된 여행일정표로 부터 광고주에게 제공할 광고정보를 추출하는 광고정보추출수단(230)과, 광고제작 템플릿을 광고주에게 제공하고 광고주가 등록한 광고정보를 해당 여행일정표에 등록하는 광고관리수단(240)과, 상기 각 수단을 제어하여 여행 일정표 제작 및 관리 제어하며, 여행일정표에 대한 광고정보의 추출 및 제공, 광고주의 광고제작 서비스를 제어 관리하는 여행일정표서비스제어수단(250)을 포함하여 구성된다.
이와 같은 본 발명은 여행정보의 등록 및 등록된 여행정보에 따라서 여행일정표를 제작하고, 이를 공개하여 공유할 수 있도록 하는 것으로,

상기 네트워크서버(100)는 여행일정표 제작서비스를 이용하기 위한 사용자 또는 광고주의 회원가입, 사용자단말수단(300)의 접속제어 및 여행일정표제작서버(200)의 여행제작 서비스 제공을 위한 웹페이지 제어관리를 수행하는 수단으로, 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 경우 웹서버로 구성된다.
상기 여행일정표제작서버(200)는 여행정보 등록 및 여행일정표 제작서비스, 제작되는 여행일정표에 광고주의 광고를 등록 관리 하는 광고서비스 정보를 제공하기 위한 여행일정표제작수단(210), 여행일정표관리수단(220), 광고정보추출수단(230), 광고관리수단(240), 여행일정표 서비스제어수단(250)을 포함한다.
상기 여행일정표제작수단(210)은 여행자가 여행정보를 등록하기 위한 여행정보등록 템플릿(template)을 제공하는 여행정보등록수단(211)과, 등록된 여행정보에 따라서 여행일정표를 제작하여 등록할 수 있도록 하는 여행일정표 제작 템플릿을 제공하는 여행일정표등록수단(212)을 포함한다.
상기 여행정보등록수단(211)에서 제공하는 여행정보등록 템플릿은 스팟을 구성하기 위한 정보로, 여행정보 및 카테고리정보, 여행일정시간정보, 위치정보, 비용정보, 해당 스팟의 대표이미지정보를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에서 여행일정표에 등록되는 단위를 스팟으로 정의한다.
상기 여행정보 및 카테고리정보는 명소, 교통, 숙박, 레스토랑, 쇼핑, 즐길거리(N라이프), 레저의 7개 분류로 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 여행정보는 해당 스팟의 상세 여행정보이며, 텍스트, 이미지, 동영상정보를 포함할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 여행정보에 등록된 숙박정보(호텔,모텔), 교통정보(항공기,기차)는 숙박, 교통 티켓을 구입, 결제할 수 있도록 하는 링크정보를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 여행일정표등록수단(212)에서 제공하는 여행일정표 제작 템플릿은 날짜확인 및 여행일자 지정수단과, 여행정보검색 및 확인수단, 여행일정 등록수단을 포함한다.

상기 여행일정표등록수단(212)에서 제공하는 여행일정표 제작 템플릿은 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 좌측상단으로 날짜확인 및 여행일자를 지정하기 위한 날짜지정수단(D)을 구성하며, 그 하단으로 여행정보검색(S)이 구성되는 바, 여행정보검색수단(S)은 여행정보를 입력하여 검색하기 위한 입력검색수단(S1)과, 여행정보를 카테고리별로 제공하기 위하여 여행정보의 카테고리를 제공하는 분류검색수단(S2)으로 구성되고, 그 일측으로 여행일정을 등록하기 위한 여행일정표등록부(P)가 구성된다.
상기 날짜지정부(D)는 달력형태로 제공되어 사용자가 각 월별로 날짜를 확인하고 지정할 수 있도록 한다.
상기 여행정보검색수단(S)에 의해 검색되는 여행정보는 여행일정표등록부(P)에 등록되는 단위인 스팟으로 제공된다.
상기 입력검색부(S1)는 키워드를 직접 입력하여 여행정보를 검색하는 수단이고, 상기 분류검색수단(S2)은 여행정보를 명소, 교통, 숙박, 레스토랑, 쇼핑, 즐길거리(N라이프), 레저의 7개의 각 카테고리별로 제공하며 상위분류로 부터 그 하부 분류로 선택하여 여행정보를 확인할 수 있도록 한다.
그리고 상기 분류검색수단(S2)은 회원 자신이 등록한 스팟을 검색할 수 있도록 하는 수단을 제공한다.
상기 여행일정표등록부(P)는 시간단위로 스팟이 등록되는 공간으로 구성된다.
상기 여행일정표등록수단(212)은 여행일정표 제작 템플릿에서 사용자가 날짜지정부(D)로 부터 지정된 날짜에 따라서 여행일정표등록부(P)를 구성하고, 사용자가 검색된 여행정보(스팟)를 여행일정표등록부(P)의 위치에 등록하면 해당 스팟의 시간정보를 확인하여 여행일정표등록부(P)에 표시될 영역(크기)정보를 생성하여 스팟을 표시하는 여행일정등록프로세스 수단을 포함한다.
그리고 상기 여행일정표등록수단(212)은 상기 여행일정표등록부(P)에 스팟이 등록될 때마다 시간대 영역과 인접하여 등록된 스팟의 위치정보와 현재 등록되는 스팟의 위치정보를 확인하여 스팟 간의 위치를 자동 조정하는 여행일정등록프로세스 수단을 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 여행일정표등록수단(212)은 상기 여행일정표등록부(P)에 스팟이 등록될 때마다 스팟의 위치정보를 지도상에 표시하고 시간대 영역과 인접하여 등록된 스팟의 위치정보와 현재 등록되는 스팟의 위치정보를 확인하여 스팟 간의 거리를 지도상에 수치로 표시하는 여행일정등록프로세스 수단을 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 스팟의 위치정보가 표시되는 지도정보는 여행일정표에 표시되도록 하거나, 사용자가 별도로 요청(미리보기)하는 메뉴를 통해 제공하도록 할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 여행일정표등록수단(212)은 스팟이 등록될 때마다 또는 해당 날짜의 여행일정(스팟)이 등록이 완료되면 각 스팟에 대하여 등록된 이미지로 변환하여 표시하는 여행일정등록프로세스수단을 더 포함할 수 있다.

상기 여행일정표공유수단(222)은 여행일정표를 공유하여 편집할 수 있도록 공유사용자를 지정하기 위한 공유자지정수단과, 공유자에 대하여 여행일정표편집 제작을 허가하여 공유자에 대한 여행일정표의 편집 등록을 관리하는 여행일정표공유편집수단과, 여행일정표에 변경이 발생되면 각 공유자에 변경사실을 알려주는 여행일정표변경알림수단을 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 여행일정표관리수단(220)은 상기 데이터베이스(300)에 등록된 정보로 부터 제작 등록된 여행일정표를 검색하는 여행일정표검색수단(223)을 포함한다.
상기 광고정보추출수단(230)은 광고주에게 제공될 등록된 여행일정표에 대한 광고정보를 추출하기 위한 수단이다.
상기 추출된 광고정보는 상기 여행일정표제작수단(210)에 의해 제작된 여행일정표 정보 즉, 여행일정표 제작 템플릿에 따라서 추출되는 정보로써, 여행자정보, 여행지정보, 여행일시정보를 포함한다.
상기 여행자정보는 여행자성별, 연령 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 광고관리수단(240)은 광고주에게 광고제작 템플릿을 제공하여 광고를 제작할 수 있도록 하고, 등록된 광고를 관리하는 수단으로, 광고주에게 광고제작 템플릿을 제공하고 템플릿을 통해 제작된 광고정보를 해당 여행일정표에 등록하기 위한 프로세스를 제공한다.
상기 여행일정표 서비스제어수단(250)은 여행일정표 제작, 여행일정표 공개, 공유관리, 광고정보 추출 및 추출된 광고정보제공, 광고제작 및 공개 등록된 여행일정표에 광고등록 관리 제어 프로세스를 제공한다.
그리고 여행일정표 서비스 제어수단(250)은 여행일정표의 신규 등록, 여행일정표의 조회, 이용정보에 따라, 여행지역통계정보, 여행일정표의 인기통계정보의 등록 및 통계정보의 생성, 제공 프로세스를 제공하는 통계정보제공수단을 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 데이터베이스(300)는 여행일정표 제작 서비스에 필요한 정보 및 발생된 정보가 저장 관리되는 수단으로, 회원정보, 제작된 여행일정표, 여행일정표광고정보가 저장 관리된다.
상기 회원정보는 사용자, 광고주의 회원정보이며, 상기 회원정보는 사용자, 광고주 공히 이름, 주소를 포함하는 인적정보와 아이디(ID), 비밀번호를 포함하는 시스템 접속정보와, 회원의 여행일정표 등록 내역, 그 등록된 여행일정표에 대한 사용내역정보, 광고등록정보 및 광고주의 광고서비스 내역정보를 포함한다.
상기 여행일정표에 대한 사용내역정보는 회원이 등록한 여행일정표를 다른 사용자가 사용한 내역정보이며, 광고등록정보는 회원이 등록한 여행일정표에 광고를 등록한 경우에 대한 내역정보이다.
상기 회원정보에는 여행일정표에 대한 사용내역정보 및 광고등록정보에 따른 보상정보를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 여행정보는 여행일정표 제작을 위하여 사용자가 등록한 여행정보이다.
상기 여행일정표광고정보는 광고주가 제작 등록한 광고정보이다.
상기 데이터베이스(300)는 상기 여행일정표서비스제어수단(250)의 통계정보제공수단에 의해 생성 제공되는 여행일정 통계정보를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 통계정보는 여행지역통계정보, 여행일정표의 인기통계정보를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
그리고 상기 네트워크서버(100)와 여행일정표제작서버(200)는 별도의 서버수단이 아닌 하나의 서버수단으로 구성될 수 있으며, 여행일정표 광고의 판매 결제 및 정산을 위한 결제정산수단을 더 포함할 수 있으며, 사용된 여행일정표에 대한 사용에 대하여 해당 회원에게 보상을 제공하는 보상수단을 더 포함할 수 있고, 네트워크서버(100), 여행일정표제작서버(200)가 별도의 서버로 구성되는 경우 네트워크서버(100) 또는 여행일정표제작서버(200) 중 어느 하나에 구성될 수 있다.
이와 같은 구성으로 이루어진 본 발명 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템의 그 동작 과정 및 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
사용자가 네트워크서버(100)에 접속하여 여행일정표를 제작 및 등록된 여행일정표를 사용(편집)하게 된다. 여기서 회원가입 및 회원접속과정은 일반적인 과정으로 이에 대한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
사용자가 여행일정표 제작서비스를 요청하면 여행일정제작서버(200)에서는 여행일정표 제작을 위한 프로세스를 수행 제어한다.
여행일정표 서비스제어수단(250)에서는 사용자의 요청에 따라서 여행일정표 제작수단(220)을 제어하여 도 2에서와 같은 여행일정제작 템플릿을 제공한다.
이때 사용자는 자신이 수집한 여행정보를 먼저 등록할 수 있다.
사용자가 여행정보를 등록하는 경우 여행일정표 제작수단(210)의 여행정보등록수단(211)에서는 여행정보 등록 템플릿을 제공한다. 사용자는 여행정보 등록 템플릿에서 제공하는 스팟 단위의 여행정보를 등록한다.
여행정보 등록 템플릿에서는 여행일정표에 등록될 스팟 단위로 등록항목을 제공하며, 사용자는 이에 따라서 등록할 여행정보의 카테고리, 여행일정시간, 위치정보, 비용정보, 그리고 해당 스팟의 대표이미지를 등록하고, 이에 대한 상세한 여행정보를 등록한다.
사용자는 상기 여행일정표등록수단(212)에서 제공하는 도 2에서와 같은 여행일정표 제작 템플릿을 이용하여 여행일정표를 제작할 수 있다. 사용자가 여행일정표 제작 템플릿을 통해 입력되는 정보에 따라서 여행일정표등록수단(212)에서는 여행일정표를 제작하게 된다.
먼저 사용자는 날짜지정수단(D)에서 여행일정을 제작할 날짜를 지정한다. 상기에서와 같이 날짜를 지정하면 여행일정표등록부(P)에는 하루 24시간을 기본으로 하는 지정된 날짜에 대한 타임 테이블(Time table)로 표시되는 여행일정표를 표시한다.
도 2는 3일을 기준으로 하는 여행일정표를 나타낸 것이다.
이후 사용자는 여행정보검색수단(S)에서 입력검색수단(S1)에서 검색어를 입력하여 타 회원이 등록한 스팟을 검색하거나 분류검색수단(S2)을 통하여 카테고리별로 스팟을 검색할 수 있으며, 분류검색수단(S2)에서 제공하는 항목에 따라서 자신이 등록한 여행정보(스팟)를 검색할 수 있다.
원하는 스팟이 검색되면 해당 스팟을 선택하여 여행일정표등록부(P)로 이동시키면 여행일정표등록수단(212)에서는 해당 스팟에 등록된 여행일정표시간을 확인하고 그 크기를 결정하여 여행일정표등록부(P)에 표시한다.
이때 이전에 등록된 스팟이 있다면 이전에 등록된 스팟의 위치정보와 현재 등록된 스팟의 위치정보를 비교하여 스팟 간 간격을 설정하여 스팟의 위치를 조절한다.
사용자가 스팟을 선택하는 방법은 다양한 컴퓨터 인터페이스를 이용할 수 있으나, 기본적으로 마우스로 여행일정표등록부(P)에 기재된 시간테이블의 위치를 고려하여 스팟을 드래그하여 이동시키도록 구성할 수 있다. (Drag and Drop)
이와 같은 과정을 통해 사용자가 여행일정표의 제작을 완료하면 여행일정표등록수단(212)에서는 여행일정표등록부(P)에 등록된 각 스팟에 대해 등록된 대표이미지로 표시정보를 변경하여 도 3에서와 같이 표시한다.
사용자는 여행일정표등록부(P)에 등록된 각 스팟을 선택하여 여행일정에 대한 상세정보를 도 4에서와 같이 등록할 수 있다.
도 4에서와 같이, 메모, 비용, 시간, 주소, 지도 정보와 같은 상세한 정보를 더 기록하거나 등록된 정보를 수정할 수 있다.
이때 사용자는 하루일정 또는 여행일정 전체에 대한 비용정보를 확인할 수 있는 바, 사용자가 비용정보를 요청하면, 여행일정표등록수단(210)에서는 하루 일정 또는 전체 일정에 대한 스팟에 등록된 비용정보를 가산하여 비용정보를 생성하고, 그 결과를 사용자에게 제공한다.
또한, 상기 여행일정표등록수단(212)은 상기 여행일정표등록부(P)에 스팟이 등록될 때마다 스팟의 위치정보를 지도상에 표시하고 시간대 영역과 인접하여 등록된 스팟의 위치정보와 현재 등록되는 스팟의 위치정보를 확인하여 스팟 간의 거리를 지도상에 수치로 표시하는 지도정보를 여행일정표의 일부에 표시할 수 있으며, 사용자가 별도로 요청(미리보기)하는 경우에만 제공하도록 할 수있다.
상기와 같이 여행일정표의 제작이 완료되면 여행일정표 서비스제어수단(250)에서는 등록여부를 확인하여 여행일정표등록수단(212)에 제작 완료를 알려 제작된 여행일정표의 등록 프로세스를 수행한다.
여행일정표가 등록되면, 여행일정표 서비스제어수단(250)에서는 여행일정표관리수단(220)을 통해 등록된 여행일정표를 공개 또는 공유 관리할 것인 지를 확인하게 되며, 사용자의 선택에 따라서 여행일정표의 속성(상태)정보를 등록한다.
이때 사용자가 공유를 선택하면 공유범위 즉, 공유자를 선택하기 위한 수단을 제공하여 사용자가 회원 중 공유할 회원을 선택하여 등록할 수 있도록 한다.
여행일정표 서비스 제어수단(250)에서는 공개된 여행일정표는 여행일정표관리수단(220)의 여행일정표검색수단(223)에서 제공하는 프로세스에 따라서 다른 회원들이 검색하여 이용할 수 있도록 하며, 또한 공유된 여행일정표의 경우 해당하는 회원들에 한하여 제공하고, 공유자들만이 해당 여행일정표에 접근하여 제작 편집할 수 있도록 한다.
상기 여행일정표 서비스 제어수단(250)에서는 사용자의 요청에 따라서 여행일정표에 등록된 여행지역에 대한 통계정보, 최다 조회된 또는 많이 이용된 광고정보에 대한 통계정보를 제공하여 사용자들이 여행일정표를 검색하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 물론 광고주 또한 상기의 통계정보를 이용하여 광고를 등록할 여행일정표를 선택하는데 참고자료로 이용할 수 있다.
도 5 및 도 6은 본 발명에 있어서, 사용자에게 제공되는 서비스 페이지의 일 예를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5에서와 같이, 사용자가 직접 여행일정표(플랜)을 검색하거나, 각 여행지역별로 카테고리를 제공하여 검색, 통계정보(인기도시), 등을 표시할 수 있다.
또한 도 6에서와 같이 자신의 계정에 로그인 한 경우 자신이 제작한 여행일정표 또는 해당 사용자의 사진정보를 제공하도록 할 수 있다.
사용자의 사진정보는 회원인 사용자가 자신의 계정에 사진을 등록하면 재방문시 로그인을 할 경우 사용자의 계정에 있는 사용자 앨범페이지의 사진을 메인페이지 상단의 이미지(key image 라고 함) 화면에서 연속적으로 공개하도록 할 수 있다.
한편, 광고주는 광고를 등록하기 위하여 등록된 여행일정표에 대한 광고정보를 요청할 수 있는 바, 광고정보를 요청하면, 여행일정표 서비스 제어수단(250)에서는 요청된 광고정보에 대하여 광고정보추출수단(230)을 통해 등록된 여행일정표의 광고정보를 추출하고 요청된 광고정보에 대한 여행일정표와 그 추출된 광고정보를 제공한다.
즉, 광고주가 남성여행자이며, 지역정보를 광고정보로 요청하는 경우, 등록된 여행일정표에 대하여 광고정보를 추출하고 요청된 광고정보에 해당하는 여행일정표를 광고주에게 제공하는 것이다.
광고주는 해당하는 여행일정표에 대한 광고등록을 요청할 수 있으며, 이와 같이 요청된 경우 여행일정표 서비스 제어수단(250)에서는 광고관리수단(240)을 통해 광고제작 템플릿을 제공하여 광고주가 광고를 제작 등록할 수 있도록 한다.
이후 여행일정표 서비스 제어수단(250)에서는 광고가 등록된 여행일정표에 대한 광고등록정보를 갱신하고, 등록된 정책정보에 따라서 보상정보를 기록할 수 있다.
이와 같이 제작된 여행일정표에는 숙박, 교통에 대한 구입, 결제링크정보를 포함하고 있어서, 사용자는 전체 여행일정을 확인하면서 필요에 따라서는 해당 링크정보를 선택하여 숙박, 교통 등의 구입, 결제할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명 실시 예에서는 사용자의 여행 중 또는 여행 후에 여행 당시에 촬영한 사진을 여행 일정표의 시간 축 상에서 제공하는 여행앨범 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명에 있어서, 앨범서비스 제공과정의 일 예를 나타낸다.
지정된 위치 공간의 사진, 동영상 정보를 여행 일정표의 시간정보를 동기화하여 여행일정표에 해당 사진 또는 동영상을 표시 제공한다.
상기와 같은 본 발명 서비스는 태블릿 PC 또는 이에 준하여 운영체제에서 프로그램이 구동되는 모바일폰(스마트폰)의 사용자단말수단으로 제공될 수 있으며, 사용자 개인용 컴퓨터(PC)를 통하여 상기 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
도 7의 실시 예는 스마트폰의 사진앨범을 동기화 위치로 지정한 것으로, 이에 따르면,
여행일정표 작업이 완료되면 상기에서 설명한 바와 같이 대표이미지가 표시되고, 여행일정표 등록수단(212)에서는 여행일정 중 사진을 촬영한 경우 사용자 단말수단의 사진앨범에 사진이 저장되면 해당 사진의 시간정보를 확인하여 여행일정표의 해당하는 시간에 사진을 표시하게 된다.
본 실시 예에서는 동기화위치가 스마트폰이었지만, 사용자 컴퓨터의 일정한 영역(폴더)인 경우에는 사용자가 해당 폴더에 사진을 저장할 때 해당 폴더의 사진의 시간정보를 확인하여 여행일정표에 표시 등록한다.
따라서 사용자가 여행일정 중에 자신의 여행일정표를 확인하거나 여행 후 자신의 여행 일정표에서 자신의 여행에 대한 사진을 확인할 수 있게 된다.
도 8은 상기와 같은 여행일정표 제작 서비스 과정을 나타낸 플로우챠트이다.
한편, 이와 같은 본 발명 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템의 여행일정 제작 서비스 제어방법은, 다음과 같은 제어과정으로 나타낼 수 있다.
사용자의 여행정보 등록 요청이 있는 경우 여행정보 등록 템플릿을 제공하여 여행일정표에 등록되는 단위(스팟)로 여행정보를 등록하도록 하는 여행정보등록과정과,
일정표제작 서비스 요청이 있는 경우 여행일정표 제작 템플릿을 제공하여 사용자가 스팟 단위의 여행정보를 이용하여 여행일정표를 제작하도록 하는 여행일정표제작과정과,
사용자에 의해 여행일정표제작이 완료되면, 여행일정표를 등록 속성정보를 확인하여 공개등록인 경우에는 타인이 이용할 수 있도록 여행일정표의 속성정보를 공개정보로 등록하고, 비공개등록인 경우에는 여행일정표의 속성정보를 비공개정보로 등록하여 검색정보로 제공되지 않도록 하고 공유등록인 경우에는 공유자를 선택하도록 한 후 공유 등록하는 여행일정표 등록과정과,
공유 등록된 여행일정표를 선택한 경우 등록된 공유자인 가를 확인하고, 공유자인 경우 여행일정표 제작(편집)을 허가하고 해당 여행일정표가 변경된 경우 등록된 공유자들에게 변경을 알리는 여행일정표 공유제작과정으로 이루어진다.
그리고 상기 여행정보 등록과정은 스팟을 구성하기 위한 정보로, 여행정보 및 카테고리정보, 여행일정시간정보, 위치정보, 비용정보, 해당 스팟의 대표이미지정보를 포함하고, 상기 여행정보는 해당 스팟의 상세 여행정보이며, 텍스트, 이미지, 동영상정보를 포함한다.
그리고 상기 여행정보에 등록된 숙박정보(호텔,모텔), 교통정보(항공기, 기차)는 숙박, 교통 티켓을 구입, 결제할 수 있도록 하는 링크정보를 포함한다.
그리고 상기 여행일정표제작과정은 사용자가 날짜를 지정하여 스팟을 등록할 여행일정표등록부를 구성하는 여행일정표부 등록과정과, 사용자의 여행정보검색에 대하여 스팟 단위의 여행정보를 제공하며 사용자가 스팟을 선택하여 여행일정표등록부에 등록하면 스팟의 여행일정시간을 확인하여 여행일정표등록부에 표시될 크기를 결정하고 인접된 스팟 간 위치정보를 비교하여 스팟 간 간격을 자동 조절하여 여행일정표등록에 표시하도록 하는 스팟 등록과정과, 스팟 등록이 완료되면 각 스팟에 등록된 대표이미지로 표시정보를 변경하여 표시하는 대표이미지표시과정과, 사용자가 선택한 스팟에 대하여 상세정보 입력수단을 제공하여 각 스팟에 대하여 상세정보를 입력하도록 하는 상세정보등록과정을 포함하여 이루어진다.
그리고 상기 여행일정표제작과정은 사용자가 스팟을 선택하여 여행일정표등록부에 등록하면 스팟의 위치정보를 확인하여 지도상에 표시하고 인접된 스팟간 위치정보를 비교하여 스팟간 위치정보를 지도상에 수치로 표시하는 지도정보생성과정을 더 포함할 수 있다.
여기서 상기 지도정보생성과정에서 생성된 지도정보는 여행일정표부에 등록 또는 사용자의 요청에 따라서 별도로 표시하도록 등록될 수 있다.
또한 여행일정표 제작과정은 여행일정 진행 중 지정된 위치에 사진 또는 동영상 정보가 등록되면 해당 정보의 시간정보를 확인하여 여행일정표의 해당 시간 스팟에 표시하도록 하는 앨범동기화과정을 더 포함할 수 있다.
이와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 여행 전에 손쉽게 여행일정표를 제작할 수 있으며, 여행 중에 촬영한 사진을 자동으로 여행일정표에 등록하여 확인할 수 있고, 또한 필요에 따라서는 여행일정표를 수정할 수 있으며, 여행 후에는 여행일정과정을 자기 계정에 등록하여 관리할 수 있다.
도 10은 본 발명 서비스에 대하여 전체적인 특징을 나타낸 도면이다.
이와 같이 본 발명은, 하나의 페이지(여행일정표), 여행정보를 확인할 수 있는 기능성, 여행일정표를 쉽게 제작할 수 있는 기술성, 또한 쉽게 만들뿐 아니라, 각 사용자의 여행일정표를 손쉽게 검색하여 이용 또는 공유 가능하다.

  1. 여행 일정 제작 및 공유 서비스를 온라인상에서 제공하기 위한 사용자의 회원가입 및 사용자단말수단의 접속제어를 수행하는 네트워크서버(100)와, 여행정보 등록 및 여행일정표 제작 및 공유서비스를 네트워크서버(100)를 통해 접속된 사용자에게 제공하는 여행일정제작서버(200)와, 회원으로 등록된 사용자의 회원정보, 여행정보, 제작된 여행일정표 정보가 저장 관리되는 데이터베이스(300)를 포함하여 구성되며,

  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 여행일정표등록수단(212)은 여행일정표 제작 템플릿에서 사용자가 날짜지정부(D)로 부터 지정된 날짜에 따라서 여행일정표등록부(P)를 구성하고, 사용자가 검색된 여행정보(스팟)를 여행일정표등록부(P)의 위치에 등록하면 해당 스팟의 시간정보를 확인하여 여행일정표등록부(P)에 표시될 영역(크기)정보를 생성하여 스팟을 표시하고, 상기 여행일정표등록부(P)에 스팟이 등록될 때마다 시간대 영역과 인접하여 등록된 스팟의 위치정보와 현재 등록되는 스팟의 위치정보를 확인하여 스팟 간의 위치를 자동 조정하는 여행일정등록프로세스 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템.

  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 여행일정등록프로세스 수단은 스팟의 위치정보가 표시되는 지도정보는 여행일정표에 표시되도록 하거나, 사용자가 별도로 요청(미리보기)하는 메뉴를 통해 제공하도록 등록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템.
  8. 제 2항 또는 제 4항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 여행일정표등록수단(212)은 스팟이 등록될 때마다 또는 해당 날짜의 여행일정(스팟)이 등록이 완료되면 각 스팟에 대하여 등록된 이미지로 변환하여 표시하는 여행일정등록프로세스수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템.
  9. 제 2항 또는 제 4항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 여행일정표등록수단(212)은 스팟에 등록된 비용정보를 확인하여 여행일정표의 하루 일정 또는 전체 여행일정에 대한 비용을 연산하여 제공할 수 있도록 하는 비용연산수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템.

    상기 여행정보는 여행일정표 제작을 위하여 사용자가 등록한 여행정보이고, 상기 여행일정표광고정보는 광고주가 제작 등록한 광고정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템.
  13. 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 회원정보에는 여행일정표에 대한 사용내역정보 및 광고등록정보에 따른 보상정보를 더 포함하며,
    상기 데이터베이스(300)는 상기 여행일정표서비스제어수단(250)의 통계정보제공수단에 의해 생성 제공되는 여행일정 통계정보를 더 포함하며,
    상기 통계정보는 여행지역통계정보, 여행일정표의 인기통계정보를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 시스템.
  14. 사용자의 여행정보 등록 요청이 있는 경우 여행정보 등록 템플릿을 제공하여 여행일정표에 등록되는 단위(스팟)로 여행정보를 등록하도록 하는 여행정보등록과정과,
    일정표제작 서비스 요청이 있는 경우 여행일정표 제작 템플릿을 제공하여 사용자가 스팟 단위의 여행정보를 이용하여 여행일정표를 제작하도록 하는 여행일정표제작과정과,
    사용자에 의해 여행일정표제작이 완료되면, 여행일정표를 등록 속성정보를 확인하여 공개등록인 경우에는 타인이 이용할 수 있도록 여행일정표의 속성정보를 공개정보로 등록하고, 비공개등록인 경우에는 여행일정표의 속성정보를 비공개정보로 등록하여 검색정보로 제공되지 않도록 하고 공유등록인 경우에는 공유자를 선택하도록 한 후 공유 등록하는 여행일정표 등록과정과,
    공유 등록된 여행일정표를 선택한 경우 등록된 공유자인 가를 확인하고, 공유자인 경우 여행일정표 제작(편집)을 허가하고 해당 여행일정표가 변경된 경우 등록된 공유자들에게 변경을 알리는 여행일정표 공유제작과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 제어방법.
  15. 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 여행일정표제작과정은 사용자가 날짜를 지정하여 스팟을 등록할 여행일정표등록부를 구성하는 여행일정표부 등록과정과, 사용자의 여행정보검색에 대하여 스팟 단위의 여행정보를 제공하며, 사용자가 스팟을 선택하여 여행일정표등록부에 등록하면 스팟의 여행일정시간을 확인하여 여행일정표등록부에 표시될 크기를 결정하고, 인접된 스팟 간 위치정보를 비교하여 스팟 간 간격을 자동 조절하여 여행일정표등록에 표시하도록 하는 스팟 등록과정과, 스팟 등록이 완료되면 각 스팟에 등록된 대표이미지로 표시정보를 변경하여 표시하는 대표이미지표시과정과, 사용자가 선택한 스팟에 대하여 상세정보 입력수단을 제공하여 각 스팟에 대하여 상세정보를 입력하도록 하는 상세정보등록과정을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 제어방법.
  16. 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 여행일정표제작과정은 사용자가 스팟을 선택하여 여행일정표등록부에 등록하면 스팟의 위치정보를 확인하여 지도상에 표시하고 인접된 스팟간 위치정보를 비교하여 스팟간 위치정보를 지도상에 수치로 표시하는 지도정보생성과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 제어방법.
  17. 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 지도정보생성과정에서 생성된 지도정보는 여행일정표부에 등록 또는 사용자의 요청에 따라서 별도로 표시하도록 설정 등록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 제어방법.
  18. 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 여행일정표 제작과정은 여행일정 진행 중 지정된 위치에 사진 또는 동영상 정보가 등록되면 해당 정보의 시간정보를 확인하여 여행일정표의 해당 시간 스팟에 표시하도록 하는 앨범동기화과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 제어방법.
  19. 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 여행정보 등록과정은 스팟을 구성하기 위한 정보로, 여행정보 및 카테고리정보, 여행일정시간정보, 위치정보, 비용정보, 해당 스팟의 대표이미지정보를 포함하고, 상기 여행정보는 해당 스팟의 상세 여행정보이며, 텍스트, 이미지, 동영상정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 제어방법.
  20. 제 14항 또는 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 여행정보에 등록된 숙박정보, 교통정보는 숙박, 교통 티켓을 구입, 결제할 수 있도록 하는 링크정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정 제작 서비스 제어방법.
  21. 사용자가 선택한 날짜에 대한 하루(24시간)을 단위로 하는 여행일정표등록부를 구성하고, 사용자가 선택한 스팟 단위의 여행정보를 여행일정표등록부로 해당 시간 위치에 등록시키되, 스팟 내의 여행일정시간에 따라서 표시크기 및 인접된 스팟의 위치정보를 대비하여 스팟 간 간격을 자동 조절하여 표시하도록 하여 여행일정표를 제작 등록 시키도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정표 제작방법.
  22. 제 21항에 있어서, 상기 여행일정표등록부에 스팟 등록이 완료되면 각 스팟에 등록된 대표이미지로 표시정보를 변경하여 표시하는 대표이미지표시과정을 더 포함하고,
    사용자가 선택한 스팟에 대하여 상세정보 입력수단을 제공하여 각 스팟에 대하여 상세정보를 입력하도록 하는 상세정보등록과정을 더 포함하고,
    여행일정표등록부에 스팟이 등록되면 스팟의 위치정보를 확인하여 지도상에 표시하고 인접된 스팟간 위치정보를 비교하여 스팟간 위치정보를 지도상에 수치로 표시하는 지도정보를 생성하고, 생성된 지도정보를 여행일정표등록부에 표시 또는 사용자의 요청에 따라서 별도로 표시하도록 하는 지도정보제공과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행 일정표 제작방법.
