- 回路基板の搬送経路に沿って配列された複数台の装置を使用して回路基板に部品を実装する部品実装ラインにおいて、
前記複数台の装置の各々の操作部及び表示部として各装置に共通して使用可能な操作モニタを少なくとも1台備え、
前記複数台の装置の各々には、前記操作モニタを着脱可能にセットするモニタセット部と、該操作モニタのセット時に該操作モニタとの間で通信するインターフェース部とが設けられていることを特徴とする部品実装ライン。 - 前記インターフェース部は、前記操作モニタのセット時に該操作モニタに給電するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品実装ライン。
- 前記インターフェース部は、無線通信可能に構成され、
前記操作モニタは、電源となるバッテリを内蔵し、操作・表示の対象となる装置の前記モニタセット部にセットしない状態でも、当該装置の前記インターフェース部との間で無線通信して操作及び表示できるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の部品実装ライン。 - 前記操作モニタは、同時に操作可能な複数台の装置を選択する手段を有し、1台の操作モニタで同時に複数台の装置を操作できるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の部品実装ライン。
- 前記操作モニタは、該操作モニタをセットした装置とは異なる装置を操作・表示の対象として選択する手段を有し、該操作モニタをセットした装置とは異なる装置を該操作モニタで操作できるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の部品実装ライン。
