,珠子 1 在处于最高点或最低点位置时,凸脚 11 将会卡入上缺口 26 或下缺口 25 中,避免螺旋 3 过转情况下,凸脚 11 脱离槽口 35
,损坏中束芯。
叉子 2 两端的外壁分别设有上限位环 24 和下限位环 23 ,装配时,螺旋 3 套在叉子 2
外,并卡在上限位环 24 和下限位环 23 之间,实现螺旋 3 和叉子 2 的轴向固定。
为了便于安装,叉子 2 顶部设有延伸至导向槽 21 的切缝 27 ,装配时,使切缝 27
张开,便于将珠子 1 伸入叉子 2 内,也可以使切缝 27 闭合,让螺旋 3 套在叉子 2 外。
装配完成后,左右转动中束 4 ,中束 4 带动螺旋 3 旋转,此时,螺旋 3 内壁上的槽口
35就会带动珠子 1 的凸脚 11 移动,由于叉子 2 上的导向槽 21 的限位作用,珠子 1 只能沿轴向移动,实现珠子 1 上膏体的伸缩操作。
以上结构均为现有中束芯的常规设计,本发明的改进主要在于螺旋 3 和中束 4 的固定方式,如图 3~5
所示,螺旋 3 外壁设有键槽 33 和卡环 31 ,相应的,在中束 4 内壁设有相配合的花键 43 和卡槽 41 ,从而实现螺旋 2 和中束 4
的周向固定和轴向固定,该连接方式不需使用胶水,可以避免膏体被胶水污染。
为了有助于卡环 31 进入卡槽 41 内,卡环 31 的顶部设有引导斜面 34 ,引导斜面 34
上方的半径小于卡环半径,实际上为一圆锥面,有引导螺旋 3 和中束 4 装配的作用。
仅依靠一组卡环卡槽结构有可能使螺旋 3 和中束 4 在较重推拉力下脱开,本实施例中螺旋 3
外壁上还设有紧挨卡环 31 的卡槽 32 ,而中束 4 内壁还设有紧挨卡槽 41 的卡环 42 ,卡环 31 和卡槽 32 的衔接处与卡槽 41 和卡环 42
的衔接处形成相配合垂直台阶结构,如此形成咬合式的配合,能够使螺旋 3 和中束 4
连接更为紧固。以上的卡环或卡槽可以通过冲压的方式成型,为了制造方便,本实施例中的卡槽 41 和卡环 42 通过如下方法成型得到:
首先对中束 4 底部内壁进行冲压,形成一薄壁段 44 ,薄壁段 44 部分向内翻折形成折叠部 45
,折叠部 45 即构成卡环 42 ,折叠部 45 与中束本体之间的凹槽为卡槽 41 ,而且折叠部 45 的翻折处构成中束 4 的底沿 46 ,中束 4 的底沿
46 有圆弧倒角,有助于装配。
本实施例中,薄壁段 44 与中束本体的壁厚之比为 1/2 ,薄壁段 44 沿中束 4 轴向的高度为
3.5mm ,折叠部(即卡环 42 )沿中束 4 轴向的高度为 1.4mm ,而卡槽 32 的轴向长度为 1.5mm ,略大于折叠部 45 的长度。
花键 43 和键槽 33 配合形成键槽结构为中束 4 和螺旋 3
提供周向固定,本实施例中,中束 4 内壁上的花键 43 设置在中束 4 的中部,在轴向上的长度占中束 4 长度的 3/4 ,螺旋 3 外壁上键槽 33
的深度为 0.12mm ,数量为 90 个,而花键 43 的数量大大少于键槽 33 的数量,装配更为简便。
叉子 2 的周面上设有一圈片状凸起 22 ,片状凸起 22 在叉子 2 与螺旋 3 之间,且螺旋 3
的内径小于片状凸起 22 的外径,装配完成后,片状凸起 22 由于受螺旋 3 的压迫呈圆弧状,形成对螺旋 3 的涨力,从而使产品在转动时产生一定扭力和滑润感。
综上所述,本发明首先利用轴向布置的键槽结构和周向布置的卡环卡槽结构将螺旋 3 和中束 4
固定配合,省略使用胶水,不仅降低了制造成本,而且可以避免胶水污染珠子 1 上的膏体。
Claims (9)
- 一种口红管中束芯,包括珠子( 1 )、叉子( 2 )、螺旋( 3 )和中束( 4 ),其特征在于,所述螺旋( 3 )和中束( 4 )之间设有轴向布置的键槽结构和周向布置的卡环卡槽结构。
- 如权利要求 1 所述的口红管中束芯,其特征在于,所述键槽结构为花键结构。
- 如权利要求 1 所述的口红管中束芯,其特征在于,所述卡环卡槽结构包括设置在螺旋( 3 )外壁的第一卡环( 31 ),以及位于中束( 4 )内壁与所述第一卡环( 31 )相配合的第一卡槽( 41 )。
- 如权利要求 3 所述的口红管中束芯,其特征在于,所述螺旋( 3 )外壁设有紧挨第一卡环( 31 )的第二卡槽( 32 ),所述中束( 4 )内壁设有与所述第二卡槽( 32 )配合的第二卡环( 42 ),所述第二卡环( 42 )紧挨第一卡槽( 41 )。
- 如权利要求 4 所述的口红管中束芯,其特征在于,所述第一卡环( 31 )和第二卡槽( 32 )的衔接处与第一卡槽( 41 )和第二卡环( 42 )的衔接处为相配合的直角台阶结构。
- 如权利要求 4 所述的口红管中束芯,其特征在于,所述中束( 4 )包括中束本体以及连接在中束本体底部的薄壁段( 44 ),薄壁段( 44 )部分向内翻折形成折叠部( 45 ),折叠部( 45 )即构成第二卡环( 42 ),折叠部( 45 )与中束本体之间的凹槽构成第一卡槽( 41 )。
- 如权利要求 3 所述的口红管中束芯,其特征在于,所述中束( 4 )的底沿设有圆弧倒角。
- 如权利要求 3 所述的口红管中束芯,其特征在于,所述第一卡环( 31 )的顶部设有引导斜面( 34 )。
- 如权利要求 1 所述的口红管中束芯,其特征在于,所述叉子( 2 )的周面上设有一圈片状凸起( 22 ),所述片状凸起( 22 )在叉子( 2 )与螺旋( 3 )之间,且外径大于螺旋( 3 )的内径。
