Description

全铝口红管中束芯及口红管 技术领域
本发明涉及口红管领域,尤其涉及一种全铝口红管中束芯及口红管。
背景技术
口红管成品通常包括盖子、中束芯和外底座,中束芯包括由外向内依次套设的中束部、螺旋部、叉子部和珠子部,珠子部套设在叉子部的内侧,珠子部用来放置口红膏体。将装配好的中束芯套入到口红管的外底座内,再与盖子配合,即装配得到口红管成品。因此,中束芯成为口红管的重要核心部件。
不过,现有市场上的口红管中束芯存在一些问题:中束芯在整体结构上存在组装不够简单的问题,甚至是采用胶体进行组装。不仅如此,在将现有的中束芯应用到口红管上时,中束芯的中束部、叉子部、珠子部和螺旋部之间的组装配合程度较差,存在扭力不够稳定的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种全铝口红管中束芯。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种应用有上述全铝口红管中束芯的口红管。
本发明解决上述第一个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:全铝口红管中束芯,其特征在于,包括:
中束部,具有第一腔体;
螺旋部,套设在中束部的第一腔体内,该螺旋部具有第二腔体,螺旋部的内侧壁上形成有螺旋状的螺旋槽,螺旋槽的首端位于螺旋部的上端处,螺旋槽的末端位于螺旋部的下端处;
叉子部,套设在螺旋部的第二腔体内,该叉子部具有第三腔体,叉子部的侧壁上开设有一对相对设置且沿叉子部轴向形成的导向槽,所述导向槽的首端和末端处均形成有连通该导向槽的缺口;
以及,珠子部,可转动地套设在叉子部的第三腔体内,该珠子部具有第四腔体,珠子部的外侧壁上具有至少一个凸脚,所述凸脚穿过与其处于同侧的导向槽后可滑动地设 置在对应的螺旋槽内,所述凸脚能在该导向槽与对应的缺口之间来回滑动;
其中,所述中束部与所述叉子部通过相互配合的滑动连接结构组装在一起,所述中束部、螺旋部、叉子部以及珠子部均为铝质部件。
改进地,在所述全铝口红管中束芯中,所述中束部的下端与所述叉子部的下端设置有所述的相互配合的滑动连接结构。
进一步地,在所述全铝口红管中束芯中,所述中束部的下端形成有朝着第一腔体的内侧翻折的卷边,所述叉子部的下端形成有与所述卷边扣位配合的凸环部。
再改进,在所述全铝口红管中束芯中,位于珠子部上且形成所述第四腔体的内侧壁上设置有至少一个倾斜状的斜筋,所述斜筋的首端设置在该内侧壁上,所述斜筋的末端位于第四腔体内。
改进地,在所述全铝口红管中束芯中,所述叉子部的上端形成有至少一个适配凸脚滑入的槽口,所述槽口与同侧的导向槽连通。
进一步地,在所述全铝口红管中束芯中,所述叉子部的下端的外侧壁上形成有若干第一止转筋。
再进一步地,在所述全铝口红管中束芯中,所述叉子部的下端的内侧壁上形成有若干第二止转筋。
更进一步改进,在所述全铝口红管中束芯中,所述导向槽以及与该导向槽分别连通的缺口整体上呈Z型。
本发明解决上述第二个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:口红管,其特征在于,应用有所述改进型口红管中束芯。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
首先,在该发明的口红管中束芯中,通过在珠子部上设置凸脚,并且令凸脚穿过对应导向槽后并且设置在对应侧螺旋槽内,实现了珠子部分别与叉子部和螺旋部之间的滑动连接,而中束部与叉子部则通过卷边与凸环部的扣位配合实现该中束部与叉子部的滑动连接组装效果,由此确保了相互套接在一起的中束部、螺旋部、叉子部和珠子部达到有效稳定的滑动连接,实现无胶组装,而且还增强了相互之间的扭力稳定性。
其次,在该发明的口红管中束芯中,中束部、螺旋部、叉子部以及珠子部均为铝质部件。即,整个中束芯为全铝材质。如此以来,全铝材质的中束芯不仅比传统的塑胶材质中束芯更加环保,而且还符合未来“去塑胶化”的发展方向。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本实施例提供一种全铝口红管中束芯。具体地,参见图1~图6所示,该全铝口红管中束芯包括:
中束部1,具有第一腔体10;
螺旋部2,套设在中束部1的第一腔体10内,该螺旋部2具有第二腔体20,螺旋部2的内侧壁上形成有螺旋状的螺旋槽21,螺旋槽21的首端位于螺旋部2的上端处,螺旋槽21的末端位于螺旋部2的下端处;
叉子部3,套设在螺旋部2的第二腔体20内,该叉子部3具有第三腔体30,叉子部3的侧壁上开设有一对相对设置且沿叉子部轴向形成的导向槽31,该导向槽31的首端和末端处均形成有连通该导向槽31的缺口32;
以及,珠子部4,可转动地套设在叉子部3的第三腔体30内,该珠子部4具有第四腔体40,珠子部4的外侧壁上具有两个凸脚41,所述凸脚41穿过与其处于同侧的导向槽31后可滑动地设置在螺旋槽21内,所凸脚41能在该导向槽31与对应的缺口31之间来回滑动;其中,该实施例中的中束部1与叉子部3通过相互配合的滑动连接结构组装在一起。该实施例中的中束部1、螺旋部2、叉子部3以及珠子部4均为铝质部件。即,整个中束芯为全铝材质。如此以来,全铝材质的中束芯不仅比传统的塑胶材质中束芯更加环保,而且还符合未来“去塑胶化”的发展方向。不仅如此,该实施例中的全铝质的中束芯结构还可以有效避免机抛工艺,降低中束芯的加工难度。
具体地,参见图5和图6所示,中束部1的下端形成有朝着第一腔体10的内侧翻折的卷边11,叉子部3的下端形成有与卷边11扣位配合的凸环部33,中束部1与叉子部3即通过扣位配合的卷边11和凸环部33达到滑动连接的效果。此处通过卷边11的设置还可以大大减小第一腔体10的下口部的锋利程度,降低用户拿取产品时割破手的 危险。当然,通过扣位配合的卷边11和凸环部33,还可以有效地控制分离力,便于及时拆解中束部1和叉子部3。
为了方便珠子部的两个凸脚伸入到叉子部的导向槽内,以实现珠子部与叉子部之间的组装需要,参见图4、5、11和12所示,在叉子部3的上端形成有两个分别适配对应一侧凸脚41滑入的槽口34,每一个槽口34与同侧的导向槽31连通。这样,在组装时,珠子部的凸脚41就可以经槽口34进入到对应的导向槽31内,从而实现了珠子部与叉子部的组装效果。其中,在该实施例中,导向槽31以及与该导向槽31分别连通的缺口32整体上呈Z型。
为了方便将中束芯与用以组装口红管的其他结构在实现无胶组装时也能够止转,参见图1~3所示,该实施例的叉子部3的下端的外侧壁上形成有若干第一止转筋35。当然,也可以根据需要在叉子部3的下端的内侧壁上形成有若干第二止转筋36。
为了提高珠子部对口红膏体的抓力,以满足不同用户对不同软硬度膏体的灌注需要,参见图3~5以及图7所示,在该实施例中,位于珠子部4上且形成第四腔体40的内侧壁上设置有四个倾斜状的斜筋42,每一个斜筋42的首端设置在该内侧壁上,斜筋42的末端位于第四腔体40内。例如,在该实施例中,斜筋42是直接形成在第四腔体40的内侧壁上。此处的斜筋42可以采用倒钩结构,有利于加大对膏体的抓力,防止膏体脱落。
该实施例还提供了一种口红管。具体地,该实施例的口红管应用有上述的全铝口红管中束芯。
在该实施例的全铝口红管中束芯中,通过在珠子部上设置凸脚,并且令凸脚穿过对应导向槽后并且设置在对应侧螺旋槽内,实现了珠子部分别与叉子部和螺旋部之间的滑动连接,而中束部与叉子部则通过卷边与凸环部的扣位配合实现该中束部与叉子部的滑动连接组装效果,由此确保了相互套接在一起的中束部、螺旋部、叉子部和珠子部达到有效稳定的滑动连接,实现无胶组装,而且还增强了相互之间的扭力稳定性。
尽管以上详细地描述了本发明的优选实施例,但是应该清楚地理解,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

    螺旋部(2),套设在中束部(1)的第一腔体(10)内,该螺旋部(2)具有第二腔体(20),螺旋部(2)的内侧壁上形成有螺旋状的螺旋槽(21),螺旋槽(21)的首端位于螺旋部(2)的上端处,螺旋槽(21)的末端位于螺旋部(2)的下端处;
    叉子部(3),套设在螺旋部(2)的第二腔体(20)内,该叉子部(3)具有第三腔体(30),叉子部(3)的侧壁上开设有一对相对设置且沿叉子部轴向形成的导向槽(31),所述导向槽(31)的首端和末端处均形成有连通该导向槽的缺口(32);
    以及,珠子部(4),可转动地套设在叉子部(3)的第三腔体(30)内,该珠子部(4)具有第四腔体(40),珠子部(4)的外侧壁上具有至少一个凸脚(41),所述凸脚(41)穿过与其处于同侧的导向槽(31)后可滑动地设置在对应的螺旋槽(21)内,所述凸脚(41)能在该导向槽(31)与对应的缺口(32)之间来回滑动;
    其中,所述中束部(1)与所述叉子部(3)通过相互配合的滑动连接结构组装在一起,所述中束部(1)、螺旋部(2)、叉子部(3)以及珠子部(4)均为铝质部件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的全铝口红管中束芯,其特征在于,所述中束部(1)的下端与所述叉子部(3)的下端设置有所述的相互配合的滑动连接结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的全铝口红管中束芯,其特征在于,所述中束部(1)的下端形成有朝着第一腔体(10)的内侧翻折的卷边(11),所述叉子部(3)的下端形成有与所述卷边(11)扣位配合的凸环部(33)。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的全铝口红管中束芯,其特征在于,位于珠子部(4)上且形成所述第四腔体(40)的内侧壁上设置有至少一个倾斜状的斜筋(42),所述斜筋(42)的首端设置在该内侧壁上,所述斜筋(42)的末端位于第四腔体(40)内。
  5. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的全铝口红管中束芯,其特征在于,所述叉子部(3)的上端形成有至少一个适配凸脚(41)滑入的槽口(34),所述槽口(34)与同侧的导向槽(31)连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的全铝口红管中束芯,其特征在于,所述叉子部(3)的下端的外侧壁上形成有若干第一止转筋(35)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的全铝口红管中束芯,其特征在于,所述叉子部(3)的下端的内侧壁上形成有若干第二止转筋(36)。
  8. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的全铝口红管中束芯,其特征在于,所述导向槽(31)以及与该导向槽(31)分别连通的缺口(32)整体上呈Z型。
  9. 口红管,其特征在于,应用有权利要求1~8任一项所述的改进型口红管中束芯。
