구매 보상 방법 및 그에 관한 컴퓨팅 시스템
본 발명은 구매 보상 방법 및 그에 관한 컴퓨팅 시스템에 관한 것이다.
구매자의 구매 행위 또는 서비스 이용자의 서비스 이용 행위에 대하여 다양한 형태로 보상(reward)가 제공되고 있다. 이러한 보상은 구매자 또는 서비스 이용자와 판매자 또는 서비스 제공자 사이를 연결해주는 다양한 브로커 업체에 의하여 제공될 수 있다. 이러한 형태의 보상은, 판매자 또는 서비스 제공자가 구매자의 구매 실적 또는 서비스 이용자의 서비스 이용 실적을 브로커 업체에 통보하면, 브로커 업체가 구매자 또는 서비스 이용자에 보상을 제공하는 방식으로 수행된다.

본 발명의 몇몇 실시예에서, 저장부(12)는 예를 들어, 비휘발성 메모리 장치(non-volatile memory device)로 구성될 수 있다. 이러한 비휘발성 메모리 장치의 예로는, NAND 플래시, NOR 플래시, MRAM, PRAM, RRAM 등을 들 수 있으나, 본 발명이 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 한편, 본 발명의 다른 몇몇 실시예에서, 이러한 저장부(12)는 하드 디스크 드라이브, 자기 기억 장치 등으로 이루어질 수도 있다.
저장부(12)에는 보상 에이전트(13)가 저장될 수 있다. 본 발명의 몇몇 실시에에서, 보상 에이전트(13)는 스마트 폰 등에서 실행되는 서비스 어플리케이션일 수 있으나, 본 발명이 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
보상 에이전트(13)는 프로세서(11)를 이용하여, 복수의 인터페이스를 표시부(14)에 출력할 수 있다. 그리고, 보상 에이전트(13)는 이러한 복수의 인터페이스를 통해 사용자와 상호 작용(interaction)할 수 있다.
표시부(14)는 예를 들어, 사용자로부터 터치 입력을 받을 수 있는 터치 스크린일 수 있으나, 본 발명이 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
이하, 도 3 내지 도 7을 참조하여, 보상 에이전트(13)가 표시부(14)에 출력하는 제1 내지 제4 인터페이스에 대해 설명하도록 한다.
도 4는 도 3의 보상 에이전트가 출력하는 제1 인터페이스를 도시한 도면이다. 도 5는 도 3의 보상 에이전트가 출력하는 제2 인터페이스를 도시한 도면이다. 도 6은 도 3의 보상 에이전트가 출력하는 제3 인터페이스를 도시한 도면이다. 도 7은 도 6의 제3 인터페이스에서 구매 증빙 정보가 업로드된 상태를 도시한 도면이다.
먼저, 사용자가 보상 에이전트(13)를 실행시킬 경우, 보상 에이전트(13)는 도 4에 도시된 것과 같은 제1 인터페이스를 표시부(14)에 출력할 수 있다.
제1 인터페이스에는, 도시된 것과 같이 사용자의 현재 위치(15a)와 인접한 판매자의 정보가 배치될 수 있다. 이러한 사용자의 현재 위치(15)는 GPS 등을 이용하여 수집될 수 있다.
그리고, 본 발명의 몇몇 실시예에서, 이러한 판매자의 정보는, 도시된 것과 같이 보상 비율(15b)에 따라 정렬되어 배치될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 보상 비율(15b)을 높게 책정하는 판매자는 제1 인터페이스의 제일 상단에 배치되어 광고 효과를 누릴 수 있다.
또한, 제1 인터페이스는, 각 판매자에 대한 평점 정보(15c)와, 평가한 사람의 수에 관한 정보(15d)도 포함할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 사용자는 비교적 용이하게 각 판매자에 대한 평판 정보를 획득할 수 있다.
다음, 사용자가 제1 인터페이스에서 특정 판매자(예를 들어, 삼학도)를 선택한 경우, 보상 에이전트(13)는 도 5에 도시된 제2 인터페이스를 표시부(14)에 출력할 수 있다. 이러한 제2 인터페이스는 선택된 판매자(예를 들어, 삼학도)에 대한 상세 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제2 인터페이스는 선택된 판매자(예를 들어, 삼학도)와 통화를 가능하게 하는 통화 인터페이스(16a)와, 선택된 판매자(예를 들어, 삼학도)의 지리적 위치를 알 수 있게 지도 어플리케이션을 로딩시키는 지도 인터페이스(16b) 등을 포함할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 사용자는 용이하게 선택된 판매자(예를 들어, 삼학도)를 방문하여 구매 행위를 할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 제2 인터페이스는 선택된 판매자(예를 들어, 삼학도)에 관련된 구매 증빙 정보를 구매 보상 시스템(예를 들어, 도 1의 20)에 제공하는 리워드 신청 인터페이스(16c)를 포함할 수 있다. 판매자(예를 들어, 삼학도)를 방문하여 구매 행위를 수행한 사용자는, 리워드 신청 인터페이스(16c)를 이용하여, 리워드 요청을 할 수 있다.
사용자가 제2 인터페이스에서 리워드 신청 인터페이스(16c)를 선택한 경우, 보상 에이전트(13)는 도 6에 도시된 제3 인터페이스를 표시부(14)에 출력할 수 있다.
본 발명의 몇몇 실시예에서, 구매 증빙 정보는 예를 들어, 선택된 판매자로부터 제공받은 영수증으로부터 얻은 정보(예를 들어, 영수증을 촬영한 이미지 정보)를 포함할 수 있다.
즉, 사용자는, 제3 인터페이스에 배치되는 업로드 인터페이스(17a)를 선택함으로써, 선택된 판매자로부터 제공받은 영수증을 촬영하여 보상 에이전트(13)에 이를 업로드 할 수 있다. 또한, 사용자는, 제3 인터페이스에 배치되는 업로드 인터페이스(17a)를 선택함으로써, 이미 촬영되어 저장된 영수증의 이미지 정보를 보상 에이전트(13)에 업로드 할 수 있다.
이렇게 영수증의 이미지 정보가 업로드될 경우, 보상 에이전트(13)는 도 7에 도시된 것과 같은 인터페이스를 표시부(14)에 출력할 수 있다. 이제 사용자는 리워드 전송 인터페이스(18b)를 선택함으로써, 업로드된 영수증의 이미지 정보(18a)를 구매 보상 시스템(예를 들어, 도 1의 20)에 전송하면서, 보상(reward)을 요청할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 몇몇 실시예에서, 이처럼 사용자가, 업로드된 영수증의 이미지 정보(18a)를 구매 보상 시스템(예를 들어, 도 1의 20)에 전송하면서, 보상(reward)을 요청할 때, 보상 에이전트(13)는, 업로드된 영수증의 이미지 정보(18a)를 분석하여 그로부터 판매자를 식별하고(예를 들어, 영수증에 기재된 판매자 정보를 OCR 기술 등을 이용하여 식별할 수 있다), 그 결과 식별된 판매자 정보와 함께 업로드된 영수증의 이미지 정보(18a)를 구매 보상 시스템(예를 들어, 도 1의 20)에 전송할 수도 있다.
이상 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예들을 설명하였지만, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명이 그 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.
본 발명은 컴퓨팅 시스템을 이용한 비지니스에 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 구매 보상 시스템으로부터 제공받은 판매자 정보로부터 판매자를 선택하는 단계;
    상기 선택된 판매자에 관련된 구매 증빙 정보를 상기 구매 보상 시스템에 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 구매 보상 시스템으로부터 미리 정한 보상(reward)을 제공받는 단계를 포함하는 구매 보상 방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 구매 보상 시스템으로부터 제공받은 판매자 정보는, 보상 비율에 따라 정렬되어 제공되는 구매 보상 방법.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 구매 보상 시스템으로부터 제공받은 판매자 정보는, 특정 위치에 인접한 상기 판매자의 정보를 포함하는 구매 보상 방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 선택된 판매자에 관련된 구매 증빙 정보를 상기 구매 보상 시스템에 제공하는 단계는,
    상기 선택된 판매자로부터 제공받은 영수증으로부터 얻은 정보를 상기 구매 보상 시스템에 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 구매 보상 방법.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 선택된 판매자로부터 제공받은 영수증으로부터 얻은 정보는, 상기 영수증을 촬영한 이미지 정보를 포함하는 구매 보상 방법.
  6. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 선택된 판매자로부터 제공받은 영수증으로부터 얻은 정보를 상기 구매 보상 시스템에 전송하는 단계는,
    상기 영수증을 촬영하여 이미지 정보를 생성하는 단계와,
    상기 이미지 정보로부터 판매자를 식별하는 단계와,
    상기 이미지 정보와 상기 식별된 판매자 정보를 상기 구매 보상 시스템에 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 구매 보상 방법.
  7. 상기 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항의 구매 보상 방법을 구현할 수 있는 프로그램이 기록된 컴퓨터로 판독 가능한 기록 매체.
  8. 프로세서; 및
    상기 프로세서를 이용하여 실행되는 보상 에이전트가 저장된 저장부를 포함하되,
    상기 보상 에이전트는,
    구매 보상 시스템으로부터 제공받은 판매자 정보로부터 판매자를 선택하는 제1 인터페이스와,
    상기 선택된 판매자에 관련된 구매 증빙 정보를 상기 구매 보상 시스템에 제공하는 제2 인터페이스와,
    상기 구매 보상 시스템에 미리 정한 보상(reward)을 요청하는 제3 인터페이스를 출력하는 컴퓨팅 시스템.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 인터페이스는 보상 비율에 따라 정렬되어 배치된 상기 판매자 정보를 포함하는 컴퓨팅 시스템.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 인터페이스에 배치된 상기 판매자 정보는 특정 위치에 인접한 상기 판매자의 정보를 포함하는 컴퓨팅 시스템.
  11. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 인터페이스는, 상기 선택된 판매자로부터 제공받은 영수증으로부터 얻은 정보를 업로드하는 인터페이스를 포함하는 컴퓨팅 시스템.
  12. 제 11항에 있어서,
    상기 선택된 판매자로부터 제공받은 영수증으로부터 얻은 정보는, 상기 영수증을 촬영한 이미지 정보를 포함하는 컴퓨팅 시스템.
