本发明涉及互联网技术领域,特别涉及一种基于位置信息的推送方法、系统和服 务器。
背景技术
随着互联网的发展,客户端和服务器的交互更加深入广泛。服务器从单纯的响应 客户端的请求慢慢发生转变,越来越多的服务器开始主动为客户端推送信息。随着近 年来移动互联网的发展,大量的用户使用移动终端实时与服务器进行交互。如地图等 应用会向服务器提供位置信息。根据用户的使用,一般情况下服务器端可以获得用户 的位置、查询词汇和轨迹等信息。
用户在查询地图的同时,可能对地区周边的信息感兴趣,或者用户新进入一个地 区,常需要了解一些基本的信息。如果能根据记录的信息对用户的爱好进行挖掘,或 者结合用户设置信息,根据位置推送相应的内容,会给方便用户的使用,帮助用户节 省时间和精力。然而现有技术并没有对这些信息进行充分挖掘和利用。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。
为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种基于位置信息的推送方法。本方法充分挖 掘用户兴趣,进行个性化定制,可以更好的满足并激发用户需求,适用面广泛,易于 扩展。
本发明的第二个目的在于提出一种基于位置信息的推送系统。
本发明的第三个目的在于提出一种服务器。
为达到上述目的,本发明第一方面的实施例提出了一种基于位置信息的推送方法, 包括:记录用户经过的多个区域;根据用户在多个区域中使用电子地图的频次获得所 述用户的常驻区域;当判断所述用户从常驻区域进入新区域时,根据所述用户在所述 常驻区域中的兴趣点信息向所述用户推送所述新区域中的兴趣点信息。
本发明实施例的基于位置信息的推送方法,通过对用户经过区域的记录判断出用 户常驻区域,当用户进入新区域时,智能判断并向用户推送兴趣点信息。可以应用于 地图等产品中,充分以用户需求为核心进行个性化定制,充分挖掘用户兴趣,更好的 满足并激发用户需求,改变了传统服务器被动响应的模式,交互性强,适用面广泛, 易于扩展。

本发明第二方面的实施例提出了一种基于位置信息的推送系统,包括服务器和客 户端。其中,所述服务器用于记录用户经过的多个区域,并根据用户在多个区域中使 用电子地图的频次获得所述用户的常驻区域,以及在判断所述用户从常驻区域进入新 区域时,根据所述用户在所述常驻区域中的兴趣点信息向所述用户所使用的客户端推 送所述新区域中的兴趣点信息;所述客户端用于接收所述服务器推送的所述新区域中 的兴趣点信息,并显示给所述用户。

本发明实施例的方法可以应用于移动终端的地图应用,服务器根据用户属性、设 置和行为特征向客户端推送个性化信息。下面以移动终端地图应用的场景为例对本方 法进行说明,可以理解的是,此应用场景仅处于示例目的,本发明的实施例不限于此。
S210:服务器记录用户经过的多个区域。
当用户打开应用地图应用或者使用地图应用查询信息时,地图应用发送至服务器 的消息中会包含用户当前所在城市、区域的信息。服务器对这些信息进行记录。
S220:服务器根据用户在多个区域中使用电子地图的频次获得用户的常驻区域。 具体地,S220包括:

S222:服务器根据关系强度信息K从多个区域中选择用户的常驻区域。具体地, 服务器根据关系强度信息K自动分析、判断出用户是否在常驻城市和在常驻区域。例 如可以表示为如下形式:

其中,UserArea为用户常驻区域,赋值为用户出现过的区域列表中关系强度信息 K最大的区域。UserCit为用户常驻城市,将值赋为区域所在的城市。
此外,地图应用可以将常驻城市、常驻区域的推断发送给用户,并引导用户确认 常驻城市和区域,并为用户确认后的信息设置更高的关系系数,例如K=1。
S230:当判断用户从常驻区域进入新区域时,服务器根据用户在常驻区域中的兴 趣点信息向用户推送新区域中的兴趣点信息。
其中,用户新区域中的兴趣点信息根据用户常驻区域的信息与新区域的特点结合 产生,是服务器判断的用户在新区域中可能感兴趣的内容。例如,如果判断新区域与 常驻区域不位于同一个城市,则服务器向用户推送新区域所属城市的旅游信息、出行 导航信息中的一种或多种。
其中,服务器向用户推送新区域中的兴趣点信息具体包括:
S231:服务器根据用户的实时位置和历史轨迹,判断用户是否已进入新区域。
S232:如果进入新区域,服务器根据用户设定的时间窗口和关注区域,调节兴趣 权值。
S233:服务器根据新区域的属性、用户距离、兴趣权值等因素进行综合计算,聚 合计算结果并向用户进行推荐。
例如,当服务器判断用户从其常驻城市、常驻区域转移到新的区域、城市时,服 务器进行推送决策,决定是否向该用户推送新区域内用户兴趣点信息。具体决策包括:
(一)、用户进入新区域,即在常驻区域和近期历史轨迹中均没有该区域。如果 与常住区域同城,则聚合附近消费信息,消费信息包括团购、优惠等。若与常住区域 不同城,则聚合该城旅游信息、出行引导信息等。
(二)、如果用户进入常驻区域,则聚合附近新增的生活信息。
(三)、用户进入非常驻区域,且该区域在近期历史轨迹中出现过,则不进行推 送,避免产生信息干扰。
此外,如果用户已经设定推送开关的时间窗口,则仅在开关时间窗口内进行推荐。 如果用户已预先设定常驻区域和关注区域,则将这些区域之外的内容兴趣权值降低, 不做推送。
进一步地,根据服务器的推送决策确定需要聚合的内容类型。其中,内容本身具 有位置、分类等属性,根据兴趣权值、距离权值进行内容筛选。可以根据用户行为判 断用户可能感兴趣的内容,比如对用户检索词的分类、检索频次进行排序,取排序靠 前的分类,如可以表示为:兴趣权值Iu=Seq(query_words_category),将兴趣权值Iu 设置为用户检索词分类query_words_category的排序的前n个值,n为预设数字。也可 以通过用户订阅设置确定用户感兴趣的内容:例如将用户设定感兴趣的订阅内容的兴 趣权值设置为1,例如Iu=1。结合信息内容本身属性,调整兴趣权值。信息内容本身 具备一定的兴趣值基数,用于标记希望用户了解的信息。例如兴趣值基数可以表示为I, 计算公式为I=CONTENT*Cn+Iu*In,其中,CONTENT为内容信息,Cn、In分别 是内容属性权值占比、兴趣权值占比,Iu为兴趣权值。兴趣决策最终取用户的内容兴 趣权值与距离权值排序的前n位:List(content)=Top(Sort(I)*Distance(Content)),sort (I)表示内容兴趣权值排序,Distance(Content)表示距离权值,TOP表示取前n位。
S240:当信息到达客户端程序后,客户端识别并解析信息,并做相应的展现和用 户引导,比如优惠信息、路况避让提醒等。
本发明实施例的基于位置信息的推送方法,服务器根据客户端位置、轨迹、用户 设置、检索等因素,智能判断用户常驻区域、新到区域以及可能感兴趣的内容,并向 用户进行推荐。本实施例的方法以用户的位置为核心要素,智能推荐个性化的周边信 息,增强产品的交互特性,改变了客户端被动响应用户请求的服务模式,主动分析用 户场景,根据用户的行为特征进行信息推送,可以更好的满足用户需求,激发用户潜 在需求,易于扩展、适用面广泛。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明的实施例还提出一种基于位置信息的推送系统。
图2是根据本发明实施例的基于位置信息的推送系统的结构示意图,下面参考图2 描述根据本发明实施例的基于位置信息的推送系统。如图2所示,基于位置信息的推 送系统100,包括服务器110和客户端120。
其中,服务器110用于记录用户经过的多个区域,并根据用户在多个区域中使用 电子地图的频次获得用户的常驻区域,以及在判断用户从常驻区域进入新区域时,根 据用户在常驻区域中的兴趣点信息向用户所使用的客户端120推送与新区域中的兴趣 点信息;客户端120用于接收服务器110推送的新区域中的兴趣点信息,并显示给用 户。
其中,服务器110根据用户在多个区域中使用电子地图的频次获得用户相对于多 个区域的关系强度信息,并根据关系强度信息从多个区域中选择用户的常驻区域。
在本发明的一个实施例中,服务器110还用于获得用户的搜索信息、订阅信息、 行为信息中的一种或多种,以结合搜索信息、订阅信息、行为信息中的一种或多种以 及常驻区域中的兴趣点信息向用户推送与新区域中的兴趣点信息。
在本发明的一个实施例中,当判断新区域与常驻区域不位于同一个城市时,服务 器110向用户推送新区域所属城市的旅游信息、出行导航信息中的一种或多种。
本发明实施例的系统可以应用于移动终端的地图应用,服务器110根据用户属性、 设置和行为特征向客户端120推送个性化信息。下面以移动终端地图应用的场景为例 对本系统进行说明,可以理解的是,此应用场景仅处于示例目的,本发明的实施例不 限于此。

图3是根据本发明实施例的服务器的结构示意图,下面参考图3描述根据本发明 实施例的服务器。如图3所示服务器200,包括记录模块210、常驻区域获得模块220、 推送模块230和采集模块240。
其中,记录模块210用于记录用户经过的多个区域;常驻区域获得模块220用于 根据用户在多个区域中使用电子地图的频次获得用户的常驻区域;推送模块230用于 当判断用户从常驻区域进入新区域时,根据用户在常驻区域中的兴趣点信息向用户推 送新区域中的兴趣点信息。
采集模块240用于获得用户的搜索信息、订阅信息、行为信息中的一种或多种, 以结合搜索信息、订阅信息、行为信息中的一种或多种以及常驻区域中的兴趣点信息 向用户推送与新区域中的兴趣点信息。
在本发明的一个实施例中,常驻区域获得模块220根据用户在多个区域中使用电 子地图的频次获得用户相对于多个区域的关系强度信息,并根据关系强度信息从多个 区域中选择用户的常驻区域。
在本发明的一个实施例中,当判断新区域与常驻区域不位于同一个城市时,推送 模块230向用户推送新区域所属城市的旅游信息、出行导航信息中的一种或多种。
本本发明实施例的服务器可以应用于移动终端的地图应用,服务器根据用户属性、 设置和行为特征向客户端推送个性化信息。下面以移动终端的地图应用的场景为例对 本方法进行说明,可以理解的是,此应用场景仅处于示例目的,本发明的实施例不限 于此。
S410:记录模块210记录用户经过的多个区域。
当用户打开应用地图应用或者使用地图应用查询信息时,地图应用发送至服务器 的消息中会包含用户当前所在城市、区域的信息。记录模块210对信息进行记录。
S420:常驻区域获得模块220根据用户在多个区域中使用电子地图的频次获得用 户的常驻区域。具体地包括:
S421:常驻区域获得模块220根据用户在多个区域中使用电子地图的频次,包括 区域内操作次数、操作类型等维度,计算用户与多个区域的关系强度信息K,具体公 式如下:
K=SEQ*Sn+Sum(TYPE*Tx)*Tn/Count(TYPE)。
其中,SEQ表示参考频次,Sn表示参考频次对应的第一权值系数,TYPE表示用 户使用电子地图时的操作类型,Tx表示操作类型对应的第二权值系数,Sum(TYPE*Tx) 表示每个操作类型TYPE与对应的第二权值系数Tx乘积的和,Tn表示第三权值系数, Count(TYPE)表示操作类型TYPE的总数。其中,SEQ指定了周期内出现次数/参考频 次指标,由于在不同类型城市或区域,用户的使用习惯不同,因此该参考频次可根据 城市的不同进行配置。
S422:常驻区域获得模块220根据关系强度信息K从多个区域中选择用户的常驻 区域。具体地,常驻区域获得模块220根据关系强度信息K自动分析、判断出用户是 否在常驻城市和在常驻区域。例如可以表示为如下形式:
UserArea=用户出现过的区域列表[Max(K)];
UserCity=Area.city;
其中,UserArea为用户常驻区域,赋值为用户出现过的区域列表中关系强度信息 K最大的区域。UserCit为用户常驻城市,将值赋为区域所在的城市。
此外,应用软件App可以将常驻城市、常驻区域的推断发送给用户,并引导用户 确认常驻城市和区域,并为用户确认后的信息设置更高的关系系数,例如K=1。
S430:推送模块230判断用户从常驻区域进入新区域时,推送模块230根据用户 在常驻区域中的兴趣点信息向用户推送新区域中的兴趣点信息。
其中,用户新区域中的兴趣点信息根据用户常驻区域的信息与新区域的特点结合 产生,是服务器判断的用户在新区域中可能感兴趣的内容。例如,如果推送模块230 判断新区域与常驻区域不位于同一个城市,则推送模块230向用户推送新区域所属城 市的旅游信息、出行导航信息中的一种或多种。
其中,推送模块230向用户推送与新区域中的兴趣点信息具体包括:
S431:推送模块230根据用户的实时位置和历史轨迹,判断用户是否已进入新区 域。
S432:如果进入新区域,推送模块230根据用户设定的时间窗口和关注区域,调 节兴趣权值。
S433:推送模块230根据新区域的属性、用户距离、兴趣权值等因素进行综合计 算,聚合计算结果并向用户进行推荐。
例如,当推送模块230判断用户从其常驻城市、常驻区域转移到新的区域、城市 时,推送模块230进行推送决策,决定是否向该用户推送新区域内用户兴趣点信息。 具体决策包括:
(一)、用户进入新区域,即在常驻区域和近期历史轨迹中均没有该区域。如果 与常住区域同城,则聚合附近消费信息,消费信息包括团购、优惠等。若与常住区域 不同城,则聚合该城旅游信息、出行引导信息等。
(二)、如果用户进入常驻区域,则聚合附近新增的生活信息。
(三)、用户进入非常驻区域,且该区域在近期历史轨迹中出现过,则不进行推 送,避免产生信息干扰。
此外,如果用户已经设定推送开关的时间窗口,则仅在开关时间窗口内进行推荐。 如果用户已预先设定常驻区域和关注区域,则将这些区域之外的内容兴趣权值降低, 不做推送。
进一步地,根据推送模块230的推送决策确定需要聚合的内容类型。其中,内容 本身具有位置、分类等属性,根据兴趣权值、距离权值进行内容筛选。可以根据用户 行为判断用户可能感兴趣的内容,比如对用户检索词的分类、检索频次进行排序,取 排序靠前的分类,如可以表示为:兴趣权值Iu=Seq(query_words_category),将兴趣权 值Iu设置为用户检索词分类query_words_category的排序的前n个值,n为预设数字。 也可以通过用户订阅设置确定用户感兴趣的内容:例如将用户设定感兴趣的订阅内容 的兴趣权值设置为1,例如Iu=1。结合信息内容本身属性,调整兴趣权值。信息内容 本身具备一定的兴趣值基数,用于标记希望用户了解的信息。例如兴趣值基数可以表 示为I,计算公式为I=CONTENT*Cn+Iu*In,其中,CONTENT为内容信息,Cn、 In分别是内容属性权值占比、兴趣权值占比,Iu为兴趣权值。兴趣决策最终取用户的 内容兴趣权值与距离权值排序的前n位:List(content)=Top(Sort(I)* Distance(Content)),sort(I)表示内容兴趣权值排序,Distance(Content)表示距离权值, TOP表示取前n位。
根据本发明实施例的服务器根据客户端位置、轨迹、用户设置、检索等因素,智 能判断用户常驻区域、新到区域以及可能感兴趣的内容,并向用户进行推荐。本发明 实施例的服务器以用户的位置为核心要素,智能推荐个性化的周边信息,增强产品的 交互特性,改变了客户端被动响应用户请求的服务模式,主动分析用户场景,根据用 户的行为特征进行信息推送,可以更好的满足用户需求,激发用户潜在需求,易于扩 展、适用面广泛。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示例”、“具体示 例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或 者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意 性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者 特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以 理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、 替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同限定。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种基于位置信息的推送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    记录用户经过的多个区域;
    根据用户在多个区域中使用电子地图的频次获得所述用户的常驻区域;以及
    当判断所述用户从常驻区域进入新区域时,根据所述用户在所述常驻区域中的兴 趣点信息向所述用户推送所述新区域中的兴趣点信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于位置信息的推送方法,其特征在于,所述根据用户在 多个区域中使用电子地图的频次获得所述用户的常驻区域具体包括:
    根据所述用户在多个区域中使用电子地图的频次获得所述用户相对于所述多个区 域的关系强度信息;
    根据所述关系强度信息从所述多个区域中选择所述用户的常驻区域。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的基于位置信息的推送方法,其特征在于,通过以下公式计 算所述关系强度信息K:
    K=SEQ*Sn+Sum(TYPE*Tx)*Tn/Count(TYPE),
    其中,SEQ表示参考频次,Sn表示所述参考频次对应的第一权值系数,TYPE表 示所述用户使用电子地图时的操作类型,Tx表示所述操作类型对应的第二权值系数, Sum(TYPE*Tx)表示每个操作类型TYPE与对应的第二权值系数Tx乘积的和,Tn表 示第三权值系数,Count(TYPE)表示所述操作类型TYPE的总数。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的基于位置信息的推送方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获得所述用户的搜索信息、订阅信息、行为信息中的一种或多种;
    结合所述搜索信息、订阅信息、行为信息中的一种或多种以及所述常驻区域中的 兴趣点信息向所述用户推送所述新区域中的兴趣点信息。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的基于位置信息的推送方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断所述新区域与所述常驻区域是否位于同一个城市;
    如果判断不位于同一个城市,则向所述用户推送所述新区域所属城市的旅游信息、 出行导航信息中的一种或多种。
  6. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    记录模块,用于记录用户经过的多个区域;
    常驻区域获得模块,用于根据用户在多个区域中使用电子地图的频次获得所述用 户的常驻区域;以及
    推送模块,用于当判断所述用户从常驻区域进入新区域时,根据所述用户在所述 常驻区域中的兴趣点信息向所述用户推送所述新区域中的兴趣点信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述常驻区域获得模块根据所述用 户在多个区域中使用电子地图的频次获得所述用户相对于所述多个区域的关系强度信 息,并根据所述关系强度信息从所述多个区域中选择所述用户的常驻区域。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述常驻区域获得模块通过以下公 式计算所述关系强度信息K:
    K=SEQ*Sn+Sum(TYPE*Tx)*Tn/Count(TYPE),
    其中,SEQ表示参考频次,Sn表示所述参考频次对应的第一权值系数,TYPE表 示所述用户使用电子地图时的操作类型,Tx表示所述操作类型对应的第二权值系数, Sum(TYPE*Tx)表示每个操作类型TYPE与对应的第二权值系数Tx乘积的和,Tn表 示第三权值系数,Count(TYPE)表示所述操作类型TYPE的总数。
  9. 如权利要求6-8任一项所述的服务器,其特征在于,还包括:
    采集模块,用于获得所述用户的搜索信息、订阅信息、行为信息中的一种或多种, 以结合所述搜索信息、订阅信息、行为信息中的一种或多种以及所述常驻区域中的兴 趣点信息向所述用户推送所述新区域中的兴趣点信息。
  10. 如权利要求6-9任一项所述的服务器,其特征在于,当判断所述新区域与所述 常驻区域不位于同一个城市时,所述推送模块向所述用户推送所述新区域所属城市的 旅游信息、出行导航信息中的一种或多种。
  11. 一种基于位置信息的推送系统,其特征在于,包括服务器和客户端,其中,
    所述服务器,用于记录用户经过的多个区域,并根据用户在多个区域中使用电子 地图的频次获得所述用户的常驻区域,以及在判断所述用户从常驻区域进入新区域时, 根据所述用户在所述常驻区域中的兴趣点信息向所述用户所使用的客户端推送所述新 区域中的兴趣点信息;
    所述客户端,用于接收所述服务器推送的所述新区域中的兴趣点信息,并显示给 所述用户。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的基于位置信息的推送系统,其特征在于,所述服务器根 据所述用户在多个区域中使用电子地图的频次获得所述用户相对于所述多个区域的关 系强度信息,并根据所述关系强度信息从所述多个区域中选择所述用户的常驻区域。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的基于位置信息的推送系统,其特征在于,所述服务器通 过以下公式计算所述关系强度信息K:
    K=SEQ*Sn+Sum(TYPE*Tx)*Tn/Count(TYPE),
    其中,SEQ表示参考频次,Sn表示所述参考频次对应的第一权值系数,TYPE表 示所述用户使用电子地图时的操作类型,Tx表示所述操作类型对应的第二权值系数, Sum(TYPE*Tx)表示每个操作类型TYPE与对应的第二权值系数Tx乘积的和,Tn表 示第三权值系数,Count(TYPE)表示所述操作类型TYPE的总数。
  14. 如权利要求11-13任一项所述的基于位置信息的推送系统,其特征在于,所述 服务器,还用于获得所述用户的搜索信息、订阅信息、行为信息中的一种或多种,以 结合所述搜索信息、订阅信息、行为信息中的一种或多种以及所述常驻区域中的兴趣 点信息向所述用户推送所述新区域中的兴趣点信息。
  15. 如权利要求11-14任一项所述的基于位置信息的推送系统,其特征在于,当判 断所述新区域与所述常驻区域不位于同一个城市时,所述服务器向所述用户推送所述 新区域所属城市的旅游信息、出行导航信息中的一种或多种。
