本发明属于通信领域，尤其是涉及一种根据位置推送信息时的专利信息提醒方法及服务器。能够根据车载位置推送与该位置相关的信息，从而提高用户对该推送的信息需要的概率，提高用户体验，并通过使用技术后推送专利信息，而彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益。所述方法包括：服务器接收车载设备发送的信息推送请求消息，所述信息推送请求消息中携带所述车载设备的位置信息；所述服务器根据所述车载设备的位置信息，查询预设的推送信息库，获取与所述车载设备的位置对应的推送信息；所述服务器将所述与所述车载设备的位置对应的推送信息发送给所述车载设备，同时，向用户推送专利信息。

Description

一种根据位置推送信息时的专利信息提醒方法及服务器 技术领域
本发明属于通信领域，尤其是涉及 一种根据位置推送信息时的专利信息提醒方法及服务器 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一技术就知道该技术的信息（即技术发明人、专利申请人等专利信息）。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《 一种基于车载位置进行信息推送的方法及服务器 》 ），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化， 特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种根据位置推送信息时的专利信息提醒方法及服务器 ，服务器能够根据 车载位置推送与该位置相关的信息，从而提高用户对该推送的信息需要的概率，提高用户体验，并通过使用技术后推送专利信息，而彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益。
技术解决方案
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供的技术方案为：
第一方面，一种根据位置推送信息时的专利信息提醒方法，包括：
服务器接收车载设备发送的信息推送请求消息，所述信息推送请求消息中携带所述车载设备的位置信息；
所述服务器根据所述车载设备的位置信息，查询预设的推送信息库，获取与所述车载设备的位置对应的推送信息；
所述服务器将所述与所述车载设备的位置对应的推送信息发送给所述车载设备，同时，向用户推送专利信息。
第二方面，本发明实施例提供一种服务器，包括：
接收单元，用于接收车载设备发送的信息推送请求消息，所述信息推送请求消息中携带所述车载设备的位置信息；
查询单元，用于根据所述接收单元接收的所述车载设备的位置信息，查询预设的推送信息库，获取与所述车载设备的位置对应的推送信息；
发送单元，用于将所述查询单元获取的与所述车载设备的位置对应的推送信息发送给所述车载设备；
信息推送单元，用于向用户推送专利信息。
 有益效果
由此，本发明所提供的一种根据位置推送信息时的专利信息提醒方法及服务器 ， 服务器接收车载设备发送的信息推送请求消息，该信息推送请求消息中携带所述车载设备的位置信息；然后根据该车载设备的位置信息，查询预设的推送信息库，获取与该车载设备的位置对应的推送信息；并将所述与该车载设备的位置对应的推送信息发送给该车载设备。 能够根据 车载位置推送与该位置相关的信息，从而提高用户对该推送的信息需要的概率，提高用户体验，并通过使用技术后推送专利信息，而彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益。

 本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
一方面，发明实施例提供一种根据位置推送信息时的专利信息提醒方法，参见图 1 ，该方法可以包括：
步骤 S101 、服务器接收车载设备发送的信息推送请求消息，所述信息推送请求消息中携带所述车载设备的位置信息。
其中，所述车载设备的位置信息可以根据需要进行设置，例如，可以大到省、市，也可以小到区县、街道或者具体建筑物的位置，本发明实施例对此不进行限制。优选的，本发明实施例中的车载设备的位置信息包含街道信息。
步骤 S102 、服务器根据所述车载设备的位置信息，查询预设的推送信息库，获取与所述车载设备的位置对应的推送信息。
其中，服务器内预设有推送信息库，该推送信息库中包含多个地址以及与每个地址对应的推送信息。优选的，地址可以根据大小设置有多个级别，例如，从大到小的级别依次可以为：省、市、区 / 县、街道。
例如，若车载设备的位置信息包含 A 省，则服务器获取与 A 省对应的推送信息。
若车载设备的位置信息包含 B 市，则服务器获取与 B 市对应的推送信息。
若车载设备的位置信息包含 C 街道，则服务器获取与 C 街道对应的推送信息。
优选的，服务器可以定期或者不定期更新每个地址对应的推送信息。
步骤 S103 、服务器将所述与所述车载设备的位置对应的推送信息发送给所述车载设备，同时向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
由此，本发明所提供的一种根据位置推送信息时的专利信息提醒方法 ， 通过接收车载设备发送的信息推送请求消息，该信息推送请求消息中携带所述车载设备的位置信息；然后根据该车载设备的位置信息，查询预设的推送信息库，获取与该车载设备的位置对应的推送信息；并将所述与该车载设备的位置对应的推送信息发送给该车载设备。 能够根据 车载位置推送与该位置相关的信息，从而提高用户对该推送的信息需要的概率，提高用户体验，并通过使用技术后推送专利信息，而彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益。
另一方面，本发明实施例提供一种服务器 20 ，该服务器 20 用于执行图 1 所示方法。参见图 2 ，该服务器 20 包括：
接收单元 201 ，用于接收车载设备发送的信息推送请求消息，所述信息推送请求消息中携带所述车载设备的位置信息；
查询单元 202 ，用于根据所述接收单元 201 接收的所述车载设备的位置信息，查询预设的推送信息库，获取与所述车载设备的位置对应的推送信息；
发送单元 203 ，用于将所述查询单元 202 获取的与所述车载设备的位置对应的推送信息发送给所述车载设备；
信息推送单元 204 ，用于向用户推送专利信息。
由此，本发明所提供的服务器 ， 通过接收车载设备发送的信息推送请求消息，该信息推送请求消息中携带所述车载设备的位置信息；然后根据该车载设备的位置信息，查询预设的推送信息库，获取与该车载设备的位置对应的推送信息；并将所述与该车载设备的位置对应的推送信息发送给该车载设备。 能够根据 车载位置推送与该位置相关的信息，从而提高用户对该推送的信息需要的概率，提高用户体验，并通过使用技术后推送专利信息，而彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益。

  1. 一种根据位置推送信息时的专利信息提醒方法，其特征在于，包括：
    服务器接收车载设备发送的信息推送请求消息，所述信息推送请求消息中携带所述车载设备的位置信息；
    所述服务器根据所述车载设备的位置信息，查询预设的推送信息库，获取与所述车载设备的位置对应的推送信息；
    所述服务器将所述与所述车载设备的位置对应的推送信息发送给所述车载设备，同时，向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种服务器，其特征在于，包括：
    接收单元，用于接收车载设备发送的信息推送请求消息，所述信息推送请求消息中携带所述车载设备的位置信息；
    查询单元，用于根据所述接收单元接收的所述车载设备的位置信息，查询预设的推送信息库，获取与所述车载设备的位置对应的推送信息；
    发送单元，用于将所述查询单元获取的与所述车载设备的位置对应的推送信息发送给所述车载设备；
    信息推送单元，用于向用户推送专利信息。
