- 카메라의 촬상 영상 중 프라이버시 영역에 대해 프라이버시 마스크를 설정하는 단계;상기 프라이버시 마스크의 설정을 통해 상기 촬상 영상 내에 형성되는 마스크 영역이 상기 프라이버시 영역을 이탈하고, 기 정해진 마스크 영역의 이탈 조건을 충족하는 경우 상기 마스크 영역의 미세조정 모드를 실행하는 단계;상기 카메라의 일측에 구비된 거리측정 센서를 동작시켜 상기 촬상 영상의 피사체와 상기 카메라 간의 상대적 위치를 결정하기 위한 위치 데이터를 생성하는 단계;상기 위치 데이터를 포함하는 프라이버시 영역이동 값을 특정하는 단계; 및상기 프라이버시 영역이동 값을 기초로 상기 프라이버스 영역의 위치 및 크기를 판정하고, 판정 결과를 이용해서 상기 마스크 영역을 조정하는 단계;를 포함하는 프라이버시 마스크 처리 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 프라이버시 영역이동 값은 상기 카메라에서 상기 피사체에 대한 포커스가 맞을 경우 상기 피사체에 대한 상대적 거리를 나타내는 값으로 저장되는 줌 배율별 포커스 거리 데이터를 더 포함하는 프라이버시 마스크 처리 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 프라이버시 마스크 처리 방법은,상기 촬상 영상의 이미지를 해석하는 단계;상기 촬상 영상의 이미지 해석결과와 이전 촬상 영상의 이미지 해석결과를 비교하는 단계;비교 결과를 통해 결정되는 이미지 변위값을 생성하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 프라이버시 영역이동 값은 상기 이미지 변위값을 더 포함하는 프라이버시 마스크 처리 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 프라이버시 마스크 처리 방법은,상기 마스크 영역의 이탈 조건을 미 충족하는 경우 상기 카메라의 움직임 및 줌 배율을 기초로 한 일반 모드로 상기 마스크 영역을 조정하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 프라이버시 마스크 처리 방법.
- 카메라의 촬상 영상 중 프라이버시 영역에 대해 프라이버시 마스크를 설정하는 마스크 설정모듈;상기 프라이버시 마스크의 설정을 통해 상기 촬상 영상 내에 형성되는 마스크 영역이 상기 프라이버시 영역을 이탈하고, 기 정해진 마스크 영역의 이탈 조건을 충족하는 경우 상기 마스크 영역의 미세조정 모드를 실행하는 마스크 조정모듈; 및상기 미세조정 모드에서 상기 촬상 영상의 피사체와 떨어진 상대적 거리를 측정하는 거리측정 센서;를 포함하되,상기 마스크 조정모듈은 상기 거리측정 센서의 측정 값을 통해 상기 피사체와 상기 카메라 간의 상대적 위치를 결정하기 위한 위치 데이터를 생성하고, 상기 위치 데이터를 포함하는 프라이버시 영역이동 값을 특정하며, 상기 프라이버시 영역이동 값을 기초로 상기 프라이버시 영역이동 값을 기초로 상기 프라이버시 영역의 위치 및 크기를 판정하고, 판정 결과를 이용해서 상기 마스크 영역을 조정하는 프라이버시 마스크 처리 장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 프라이버시 마스크 처리 장치는,상기 카메라의 움직임 방향 및 움직임 폭을 판정하거나, 줌 기능의 적용 시에는 줌 배율 값을 추가 판정하는 카메라 움직임 판정모듈;을 더 포함하는 프라이버시 마스크 처리 장치.
- 제5 항 또는 제6 항에 있어서,상기 프라이버시 마스크 처리 장치는,상기 촬상 영상의 이미지를 해석하고, 상기 촬상 영상의 이미지 해석결과와 이전 촬상 영상의 이미지 해석 결과를 비교한 후 비교 결과로서 이미지 변위값을 생성하는 영상 출력 모듈;을 더 포함하는 프라이버시 마스크 처리 장치.
