- Patent Document 1 has a problem that learning for presenting useful information to the driver can not be appropriately performed.
- the depression state of the accelerator is detected, and the presentation of information to the driver is suppressed according to the depression amount of the accelerator. That is, in this device, the driving load of the driver is estimated based on the depression state of the accelerator, and when the driving load is high, presentation of information to the driver is suppressed.
- a presentation information learning method is a presentation information learning method that performs learning for presenting information to a driver of a mobile object, and includes a plurality of presentation information learning methods.
- the reference information for determining whether to present the information for presentation is updated based on not only the result of the response but also the driving load of the driver, so that useful information for the driver can be obtained. It is possible to do appropriate learning for presenting.
- each of the plurality of pieces of presentation information is associated with a priority as the reference information, and in the learning step, the priority is associated with each of the plurality of pieces of presentation information.
- the learning may be performed by updating the priority associated with the presentation information. For example, in the learning step, among the positive response, the negative response, and the neutral response, the driver's response is positive based on the identified driving load and the result of the obtained response. If the driver's response is determined to be a positive response, the priority associated with the presentation information is increased, and the driver's response is determined as a negative response. If it is determined, the priority associated with the presentation information is lowered, and if it is determined that the driver's response is a neutral response, the priority associated with the presentation information is maintained. Do.
- the priority is updated based not only on the result of the response but also on the driving load of the driver. Therefore, the driver is referred to by referring to the priority associated with each of the plurality of pieces of presentation information. It is possible to select and present more useful presentation information, in other words, presentation information more suitable for the driver's preference.
- each of the plurality of pieces of presentation information a condition to be satisfied for presenting the piece of presentation information is associated as the reference information, and in the learning step, each of the plurality of pieces of presentation information is The learning may be performed by updating the condition associated with the presentation information among the conditions associated with. For example, in the learning step, among the positive response, the negative response, and the neutral response, the driver's response is positive based on the identified driving load and the result of the obtained response. If the driver's response is determined as a positive or negative response, the condition associated with the presentation information is changed, and the driver's response is neutral. If it is determined that the response is correct, the condition associated with the presentation information is maintained.
- the condition (presentation condition) is updated based not only on the result of the response but also on the driving load of the driver, so by referring to the condition associated with each of the plurality of pieces of presentation information, It is possible to select and present more useful presentation information to the driver, in other words, presentation information more suitable for the driver's preference.
- the driver's response is determined to be a neutral response, and if it is determined that the driving load is lower than the threshold, It may be determined that the driver's response is a negative response.
- the driver's response is determined as a neutral response, so that the priority or condition is maintained unchanged.
- the priority or condition is maintained unchanged.
- the driver's response is determined as a negative response, and as a result, the priority or condition is changed. That is, there is a good possibility that the driver showed no interest in the presented information in a situation where the driving load is low when there is no response from the driver. Therefore, in such a situation, more appropriate learning can be performed by changing the priority or condition.
- the learning step when the result of the acquired response indicates that there is no response from the driver, it is determined whether the identified driving load is lower than a threshold value.
- reference information associated with the presentation information is maintained among the reference information associated with each of the plurality of presentation information, and
- the reference information associated with the presentation information may be changed among the reference information associated with each of the plurality of presentation information.
- the reference information is maintained unchanged.
- the reference information is changed if the driving load is low. That is, there is a good possibility that the driver showed no interest in the presented information in a situation where the driving load is low when there is no response from the driver. Therefore, in such a situation, more appropriate learning can be performed by changing the reference information.
- the presentation information learning method further selects any one presentation information from the plurality of presentation information by referring to reference information associated with each of the plurality of presentation information. , And may include a selection step of outputting from the output unit as presentation information. For example, in each of the plurality of pieces of presentation information, a condition to be satisfied to present the presentation information and a priority are associated as the reference information, and the presentation information learning method further includes: Acquiring a state information indicating a state of at least one of the mobile body and the driver, and in the selecting step, acquiring a priority higher than a reference value from among the plurality of pieces of presentation information The information for presentation associated with the condition satisfied for the state indicated by the state information is selected.

- FIG. 8 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the presentation learning unit 200. As shown in FIG. 8
- the presentation learning unit 200 includes a driving load identification unit 210, a response acquisition unit 220, a learning unit 230, and a selection unit 240.
- the driving load identification unit 210 acquires the state information d1 from the terminal device 100 via the server communication unit 300. Then, based on the state indicated by the state information d1, the driving load identification unit 210 identifies the driving load of the user as a numerical value. The higher the operating load, the larger the value, and the lower the operating load, the smaller the value. Such a driving load is specified using the speed of the vehicle 1000 acquired by the state acquisition unit 101, a change in the steering angle of steering, or the like. Such specification or estimation of the operating load is realized by a known technique. More specifically, when the state information d1 indicates that the driver frequently applies the brakes or presses the accelerator, the driving load identification unit 210 sets a large numerical value as the high driving load. Identify.
- the driving load identification unit 210 sets a small numerical value as the low driving load. Identify. Furthermore, the driving load identification unit 210 notifies the learning unit 230 of the identified driving load.
- the response acquisition unit 220 acquires the response information d2 from the terminal device 100 via the server communication unit 300. Then, the response acquisition unit 220 notifies the learning unit 230 of the identification information of the presented information for presentation, which is indicated by the acquired response information d2, and the result of the response to the presentation information.
- the selection unit 240 refers to any one of the plurality of pieces of presentation information by referring to the reference information associated with each of the plurality of pieces of presentation information stored in the presentation information storage unit 600. Select information for presentation.
- the reference information is the priority stored in the user preference storage unit 400 and the presentation condition (condition group) stored in the presentation condition storage unit 500.
- the selection unit 240 transmits the selected presentation information d3 and the identification information of the presentation information d3 to the terminal device 100 via the server communication unit 300. That is, the selection unit 240 causes the output unit of the car 1000 to output the selected presentation information d3.
- the presentation information d3 is presented to the driver as presentation information.
- the learning unit 230 in the present embodiment is based on the result of the driver's response notified from the response acquiring unit 220 and the driving load of the driver notified from the driving load identification unit 210, and is useful for the driver. To learn to present That is, the learning unit 230 performs the above-described learning by updating the priority stored in the user preference storage unit 400 based on the result of the response and the driving load.
- the learning unit 230 includes a response type determination unit 231 and a priority update unit 232.
- the response type determination unit 231 determines whether the driver's response type is “positive”, “negative”, or “neutral” based on the driving load of the driver and the result of the driver's response. Determine Then, the response type determination unit 231 notifies the priority update unit 232 of the identification information of the presentation information notified from the response acquisition unit 220 and the type of the determined response.
- the priority update unit 232 updates, in the user preference storage unit 400, the priority associated with the presentation information that is the cause of the response based on the type of the response of the driver. Note that the presentation information, which is a factor causing this response, is identified by the identification information notified from the response type determination unit 231.
- the priority updating unit 232 raises the priority associated with the presentation information that is the factor of the response. In addition, when it is determined that the type of the driver's response is “negative”, the priority updating unit 232 lowers the priority associated with the presentation information that is the cause of the response. In addition, when it is determined that the type of the driver's response is “neutral”, the priority updating unit 232 does not change the priority associated with the information for presentation that is a factor causing the response. maintain.
- FIG. 9 is a diagram showing an example of the variation amount of priority.
- the response type determination unit 231 uses the operation load specified by the operation load specification unit 210 as the operating load. Regardless, it is determined that the type of the driver's response is "positive". As a result, the priority updating unit 232 adds the variation amount “+1” to the priority associated with the presentation information that is the factor of the response. This raises the priority.
- the response type determination unit 231 uses the operation load specified by the operation load specification unit 210 as the operating load. Regardless, it is determined that the type of the driver's response is "negative". As a result, the priority updating unit 232 adds the fluctuation amount “ ⁇ 1” to the priority associated with the presentation information that is the factor of the response. This lowers the priority.
- the response type determination unit 231 determines that the driving load identification unit It is determined whether the driving load identified at 210 is lower than a threshold.
- the response type determination unit 231 determines that the type of the driver's response is “negative”. That is, even though the driving load is low, it means that the driver did not show any interest in the information for presentation because the driver did not respond, so the type of the driver's response at this time is “negative”. It is determined that Therefore, the priority updating unit 232 adds the fluctuation amount “ ⁇ 1” to the priority associated with the presentation information that is the factor of the response. This lowers the priority.
- the response type determination unit 231 determines that the type of the driver's response is “neutral”. That is, when the driving load is high, the fact that the driver does not respond means that the driver may not be able to respond without being able to pay attention to other than driving. Therefore, it is determined that the type of the driver's response at this time is "neutral". Therefore, the priority update unit 232 adds the fluctuation amount “0” to the priority associated with the presentation information that is a factor causing the response. This keeps the priority unchanged.
- FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing the processing operation (presentation information learning method) of the presentation learning unit 200 in the present embodiment.
- the selection unit 240 of the presentation learning unit 200 specifies presentation information having the highest priority, for example, from among the plurality of pieces of presentation information in the user preference storage unit 400 (step S100). At this time, among the plurality of pieces of presentation information in the user preference storage unit 400, at least one for presentation that is associated with a priority higher than the reference value (for example, 0) and has not been identified so far Among the information, the highest priority presentation information is identified. Here, for example, when the priority “1” is the highest, the presentation information “Do you want to display nearby restaurants?” Of the identification information “In” is specified.
- the selection unit 240 selects all the presentation conditions (the presentation conditions (the presentation conditions) in which the current state indicated by the latest state information d1 transmitted from the car 1000 is the condition group associated with the specified presentation information. It is determined by referring to the presentation condition storage unit 500 whether the conditions A to N are satisfied at the same time (step S110). For example, in the presentation condition storage unit 500, all presentation conditions associated with the presentation information "Do you display nearby restaurants?" Of the identification information "In” are the presentation condition A "11 o'clock to 13 o'clock” , Presentation condition B "stopped”, and presentation conditions C to N "no condition".
- the selection unit 240 determines that all the presentation conditions are not satisfied (No in step S110), the presentation for which the priority is the next highest among the plurality of pieces of presentation information in the user preference storage unit 400 It is determined whether there is information (step S180). Then, if it is determined that there is presentation information having the next highest priority (Yes in step S180), the selection unit 240 repeatedly executes the process from step S100. At this time, the presentation information with the highest priority is identified from among at least one presentation information other than the presentation information identified so far. Also, if it is determined by the selection unit 240 that there is no presentation information having the next highest priority (No in step S180), the presentation learning unit 200 ends the process.
- step S110 if it is determined in step S110 that all the presentation conditions are satisfied at the same time (Yes in step S110), the selection unit 240 selects the specified presentation information from the user preference storage unit 400, and the server communication unit The information for presentation is transmitted to the car 1000 via 300 (step S120). That is, the selection unit 240 causes the output unit to present the presentation information as presentation information by causing the output unit of the car 1000 to output the presentation information. For example, an image as shown in FIG. 7 is displayed on the display 131 as presentation information.
- the response acquisition unit 220 acquires response information d2 indicating the result of the driver's response to the presentation information (information for presentation) presented in the car 1000 (step S130).
- the response information d2 is generated by the response specifying unit 102 based on the output from the operation unit 110 having the switches 1201 and 1202 provided to the steering of the car 1000 and transmitted to the server 2000.
- the switch 1201 is for responding "YES”
- the switch 1202 is for responding "NO”. Therefore, the response specifying unit 102 determines that the switch 1201 or 1202 outputs the signal, or that no switch outputs a signal within a predetermined period. By detecting, the result of the response of the driver is identified.
- the response acquiring unit 220 responds to the response information d2 indicating, for example, “YES”, “NO” or “no response (no input)” as a result of the response specified by the response specifying unit 102 in step S130. get.
- processing execution unit 120 of car 1000 for example, as processing corresponding to the information for presentation "Do you display nearby restaurants?"
- the map on which the restaurant of (1) is written is created, and the map is displayed on the display 131.
- the response acquisition unit 220 notifies the response type determination unit 231 of the result of the response of the driver indicated by the response information d2.
- the driving load identification unit 210 identifies the driving load of the driver based on the state indicated by the state information d1 each time the state information d1 is acquired. Then, the driving load identification unit 210 notifies the response type judging unit 231 of the latest driving load at any time.
- the response type determination unit 231 selects in step S120 from among the driving loads of the driver notified from the driving load identification unit 210 as needed.
- the driving load in a period in which the presentation information is presented as presentation information in the car 1000 is found out (step S140).
- the response type determination unit 231 determines that the type (response type) of the driver response is “positive”, “negative” or “neutral” based on the notified response result and the found driving load. It is determined which of them (step S150).
- the priority updating unit 232 updates the priority stored in the user preference storage unit 400 in association with the above-described presentation information (step S160). Note that this update includes maintaining the priority as it is, in addition to raising and lowering the priority. In addition, when the priority is updated to 0 or less, the selection unit 240 prohibits the selection of the presentation information associated with the priority for a certain period in the future. Then, the priority updating unit 232 may reset the priority to the value that has been initially set after the predetermined period has elapsed.
- the selection unit 240 executes the process of step S180 described above. Further, the processing of steps S100 to S180 for all the presentation information associated with the priority higher than the reference value (for example, 0) is repeatedly performed, for example, in a predetermined cycle.
- the reference value for example, 0
- the presentation information to be processed is identified one by one from the plurality of presentation information in accordance with the priority, and the identified presentation information is presented each time identification is performed. It was judged using the condition group (presentation conditions A to N) whether or not to However, in step S100, a plurality of pieces of presentation information having a priority higher than the reference value may be identified. In this case, in step S110, it is determined whether or not the current state satisfies all the presentation conditions associated with the presentation information, for each of the identified presentation information. Then, the processes of steps S120 to S160 are performed only on the presentation information determined to satisfy all the presentation conditions.
- step S110 is repeatedly performed in a predetermined cycle for the presentation information determined not to satisfy at least one presentation condition.
- the processing in steps S120 to S160 is performed on the information for presentation. Ru.
- FIG. 11 is a flowchart showing the response type determination process in step S150 of FIG.
- the response type determination unit 231 determines whether the result of the notified response is "YES” (step S141).
- the response type determination unit 231 determines that the type (response type) of the driver's response is “positive” (step S142).
- the response type determination unit 231 determines whether the type (response type) of the driver's response is "NO” (step S143).
- the response type determination unit 231 determines that the type (response type) of the driver response is “negative” (step S144).
- the response type determination unit 231 determines that the response type is not "NO" (No in step S143), that is, when the result of the response indicates that the driver has not responded (no input) It is determined whether the operating load specified by the load specifying unit 210 is lower than a threshold (step S145).
- the driving load at this time is the driving load of the driver in the period when the information for presentation was shown as presentation information by the car 1000 as mentioned above.
- the response type determination unit 231 determines that the response type is "negative” (step S144).
- the response type determination unit 231 determines that the driving load is equal to or higher than the threshold (No in step S145).
- the priority for determining whether to present the presentation information based on not only the result of the driver's response but also the driving load of the driver see Since the information is updated, appropriate learning can be performed to present useful information to the driver.
- the priorities associated with each of the plurality of presentation information it is possible to select more useful presentation information for the driver, in other words, presentation information that is more suitable for the driver's preference. Can be presented.
- the driver when the driver does not respond, if the driving load is high, the driver's response is determined as a neutral response, and as a result, the priority is not changed. Maintained. In other words, in the situation where the driving load is high when there is no response from the driver, there is a sufficient possibility that the driver could not respond due to the high driving load even if the driver attempted to make a desired response. is there. Therefore, in such a situation, more appropriate learning can be performed by maintaining the priority unchanged. On the other hand, when there is no response from the driver and the driving load is low, the driver's response is determined as a negative response, and as a result, the priority is changed. That is, in the situation where the driving load is low when there is no response from the driver, there is a good possibility that the driver showed no interest in the presented information. Therefore, in such a situation, by changing the priority, more appropriate learning can be performed.
- Modification 1 Although the priority is updated among the reference information referred to in order to judge whether presentation information is shown in the above-mentioned embodiment, presentation conditions may be updated.
- FIG. 12 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a presentation learning unit 200a according to the present modification.
- the presentation learning unit 200a according to the present modification includes a response acquiring unit 220, a driving load identifying unit 210, a selecting unit 240, and a learning unit 230a. That is, among the components included in the presentation learning unit 200a according to the present modification, only the learning unit 230a differs from the components of the presentation learning unit 200 according to the above-described embodiment.

- Such learning unit 230 a includes a response type determination unit 231, a priority condition update unit 233, and a switch 234.
- the response type determination unit 231 is the same as the response type determination unit 231 in the above-described embodiment, and performs the same processing operation.
- the priority condition update unit 233 switches the update target between the priority and the presentation condition by controlling the switch 234. For example, the priority condition update unit 233 sets an update target as a presentation condition for predetermined presentation information. Then, the priority condition update unit 233 applies the update target when the driver does not obtain a response of a type “positive” with respect to the information for presentation no matter how the presentation condition is updated. The presentation condition may be switched to the priority. Conversely, the priority condition update unit 233 sets the update target to the priority for the predetermined presentation information. Then, the priority condition update unit 233 continues to determine that the type of the driver's response to the information for presentation is “negative”, and the priority becomes a reference value (for example, 0). In this case, the update target may be switched from the priority to the presentation condition.
- the type of the driver's response to the information for presentation is “negative”, and the priority becomes a reference value (for example, 0). In this case, the update target may be switched from the priority to the presentation condition.
- the priority condition update unit 233 updates the presentation condition instead of the priority described above. For example, the information for presentation “Do you want to display a nearby restaurant?” Is presented as the presentation information, and at this time, the response type determination unit 231 determines by the response type determination process shown in FIG. It determines that the type of response is "negative". In this case, the priority condition update unit 233 updates the presentation condition A “11 o'clock to 13 o'clock” stored in the presentation condition storage unit 500 in association with the presentation information (information for presentation). For example, the presentation condition A “11 o'clock to 13 o'clock” is updated to “12 o'clock to 14 o'clock”.
- presentation information “Do you want to turn on the air conditioner?” Is presented as presentation information, and at this time, the response type determination unit 231 determines whether the response from the driver to the presentation information It determines that the type is "negative".
- the priority condition update unit 233 updates the presentation condition C “25 ° C. or more” stored in the presentation condition storage unit 500 in association with the presentation information (information for presentation). For example, the presentation condition C “25 ° C. or higher” is updated to “26 ° C. or higher”. In other words, if the presentation condition C before the update is "25 ° C or higher”, the message “Do you want to turn on the air conditioner?" Which prompts the start of cooling when the indoor temperature of the car 1000 reaches 25 ° C. Presented to the driver.
- the priority condition updating unit 233 updates “25 ° C. or more” of the presentation condition C to “26 ° C. or more”.
- the priority condition update unit 233 maintains “25 ° C. or more” of the presentation condition C without updating it.
- the presentation condition (reference information for determining whether or not to present the presentation information based not only on the result of the driver's response but also on the driving load of the driver. Can be properly learned to present useful information to the driver.
- the presentation conditions associated with each of the plurality of presentation information it is possible to select more useful presentation information for the driver, in other words, presentation information that is more suitable for the driver's preference. Can be presented.
- the presentation information learning method when the driver does not respond, if the driving load is high, the driver response is determined as a neutral response, and as a result, the presentation condition is not changed. Maintained. In other words, in the situation where the driving load is high when there is no response from the driver, there is a sufficient possibility that the driver could not respond due to the high driving load even if the driver attempted to make a desired response. is there. Therefore, in such a situation, more appropriate learning can be performed by maintaining the presentation conditions unchanged. On the other hand, when there is no response from the driver and the driving load is low, the driver's response is determined as a negative response, and as a result, the presentation condition is changed. That is, in the situation where the driving load is low when there is no response from the driver, there is a good possibility that the driver showed no interest in the presented information. Therefore, in such a situation, more appropriate learning can be performed by changing the presentation conditions.
- Modification 2 Further, although the server 2000 performs learning for presenting information to the driver in the above embodiment, the terminal device 100 may perform the learning.
- FIG. 13 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a terminal apparatus according to the present modification.

In this case, the terminal device 100a includes a terminal communication unit 104 for communicating with the server 2000. In addition, although the terminal device 100a includes all the components included in the presentation learning unit 200, the terminal device 100a may include only at least one of the components and the server 2000 may include the remaining components. Good.
- the type of the driver's response is determined based on the result of the driver's response and the driving load, and the reference information (priority or presentation condition is determined according to the determined type. ) was updated.
- the reference information may be updated directly based on the result of the driver response and the driving load without determining the type of the driver response. That is, in step S160 (learning step), when the result of the obtained response indicates that there is no response from the driver, it is determined whether the specified driving load is lower than the threshold value, and the driving is performed.
- the reference information associated with the presentation information is maintained among the reference information associated with each of the plurality of pieces of presentation information, and the driving load is higher than the threshold If it is determined as low, the reference information associated with the presentation information is changed among the reference information associated with each of the plurality of presentation information.
