Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの施設により提供される複数の取引対象それぞれに対するユーザによる投稿情報を記憶する投稿情報記憶手段にアクセス可能な情報処理装置であって、
第1取引対象に対するユーザによる第1投稿情報を前記投稿情報記憶手段から取得する第1取得手段と、
前記第1取得手段により取得される前記第1投稿情報に基づいて、前記ユーザに支持される第1要素を特定する第1特定手段と、
前記第1取引対象とは異なる第2取引対象に対する前記ユーザによる第2投稿情報を前記投稿情報記憶手段から取得する第2取得手段と、
前記第2取得手段により取得される前記第2投稿情報に基づいて、前記第1特定手段により特定される前記第1要素とは異なる第2要素であって、前記ユーザに支持される第2要素を特定する第2特定手段と、
前記第1特定手段により特定される前記第1要素と前記第2特定手段により特定される前記第2要素を、前記第1取引対象を提供する施設に推薦する新たな取引対象に含まれる要素として決定する決定手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする情報処理装置。 - 前記情報処理装置は、施設が提供可能な設備を示す設備情報を記憶する設備情報記憶手段にアクセス可能であって、前記第1取引対象を提供する施設の前記設備情報を取得する第3取得手段を更に備え、

- 前記第1特定手段は、前記第1投稿情報において前記ユーザにより支持されている要素のうち、最も支持される要素の割合が閾値未満の場合に、ユーザ属性に基づいて分類される複数のユーザ層毎の前記第1投稿情報において前記ユーザ層に属するユーザにより支持されている要素のうち、最も支持される要素の割合が閾値以上の場合に、当該要素を前記ユーザ層に対する前記第1要素として特定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記第1特定手段は、前記ユーザ属性に基づいて分類される複数のユーザ層のうち、前記第1取引対象に対する前記第1投稿情報において全てのユーザ層の投稿情報の数に対する投稿情報の数が閾値以上のユーザ層を特定し、当該ユーザ層について前記第1要素を特定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記第2特定手段は、前記第2取得手段により取得される前記第2投稿情報のうち、前記特定されたユーザ層に属するユーザによる前記第2投稿情報に基づいて、前記第1特定手段により特定される前記第1要素とは異なる第2要素であって、前記ユーザに支持される第2要素を特定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記情報処理装置は、前記第1取得手段により取得される前記第1投稿情報に基づいて、前記ユーザに支持されない第3要素を特定する第3特定手段を更に備え、
前記第2特定手段は、前記第3特定手段により特定される前記第3要素以外の要素を前記第2要素として特定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記情報処理装置は、前記第1取得手段により取得される前記第1投稿情報に基づいて、前記ユーザに支持されない第3要素を特定する第3特定手段を更に備え、
前記第2特定手段は、前記第3特定手段により特定される前記第3要素を補完する要素を前記第2要素として特定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の情報処理装置。 - コンピュータにより実行される情報処理方法であって、
少なくとも1つの施設により提供される複数の取引対象それぞれに対するユーザによる投稿情報を記憶する投稿情報記憶手段にアクセス可能な情報処理装置であって、
第1取引対象に対するユーザによる第1投稿情報を前記投稿情報記憶手段から取得する第1取得ステップと、
前記第1取得ステップにより取得される前記第1投稿情報に基づいて、前記ユーザに支持される第1要素を特定する第1特定ステップと、
前記第1取引対象とは異なる第2取引対象に対する前記ユーザによる第2投稿情報を前記投稿情報記憶手段から取得する第2取得ステップと、
前記第2取得ステップにより取得される前記第2投稿情報に基づいて、前記第1特定ステップにより特定される前記第1要素とは異なる第2要素であって、前記ユーザに支持される第2要素を特定する第2特定ステップと、
前記第1特定ステップにより特定される前記第1要素と前記第2特定ステップにより特定される前記第2要素を、前記第1取引対象を提供する施設に推薦する新たな取引対象に含まれる要素として決定する決定ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする情報処理方法。 - コンピュータを、
少なくとも1つの施設により提供される複数の取引対象それぞれに対するユーザによる投稿情報を記憶する投稿情報記憶手段にアクセス可能な情報処理装置であって、
第1取引対象に対するユーザによる第1投稿情報を前記投稿情報記憶手段から取得する第1取得手段、
前記第1取得手段により取得される前記第1投稿情報に基づいて、前記ユーザに支持される第1要素を特定する第1特定手段、
前記第1取引対象とは異なる第2取引対象に対する前記ユーザによる第2投稿情報を前記投稿情報記憶手段から取得する第2取得手段、
前記第2取得手段により取得される前記第2投稿情報に基づいて、前記第1特定手段により特定される前記第1要素とは異なる第2要素であって、前記ユーザに支持される第2要素を特定する第2特定手段、及び、
前記第1特定手段により特定される前記第1要素と前記第2特定手段により特定される前記第2要素を、前記第1取引対象を提供する施設に推薦する新たな取引対象に含まれる要素として決定する決定手段として機能させることを特徴とする情報処理プログラム。
