Description

情報提供装置、情報提供方法、情報提供プログラム、及びそのプログラムを記憶するコンピュータ読取可能な記録媒体
　本発明の一形態は、ユーザを勧誘する施設にとって有用な情報を提供するための情報提供装置、情報提供方法、情報提供プログラム、及びそのプログラムを記憶するコンピュータ読取可能な記録媒体に関する。
　従来から、様々な施設予約システムが知られている。例えば下記特許文献１には、ホテル及びレンタカーのプランの予約を受け付ける予約システムが記載されている。このような予約システムでは、予め用意されたプランがユーザに提示され、ユーザはそのプランを見た上で所望のプランを申し込む。

　ユーザに提供されるプランは、作成者が、現在提供中のプラン又は過去に提供したプランの予約実績や閲覧実績などを分析して将来の需要を予測することで作成される。すなわち、プランの作成は作成者の経験や技量に依存する。そのため、ユーザのニーズとは異なるプランが作成されてしまい、その結果、施設が販売機会を逸してしまう可能性がある。そこで、ユーザのニーズを知るための情報を施設に提供することが要請されている。
　本発明の一形態に係る情報提供装置は、施設の施設属性及び付加属性を示す属性情報を記憶する施設記憶部にアクセス可能な情報提供装置であって、ユーザの施設検索で用いられた、施設属性に対応する第１の検索条件と付加属性に対応する第２の検索条件とを含むクエリ情報と、属性情報とに基づいて、第１の検索条件が対象施設の施設属性に対応し且つ第２の検索条件が該対象施設の付加属性に対応しないクエリ情報を抽出する抽出部と、抽出部により抽出されたクエリ情報に基づいて、付加属性に関する推薦情報を生成する生成部と、推薦情報を対象施設に提示する提示部とを備えることを特徴とする。
　本発明の一形態に係る情報提供方法は、施設の施設属性及び付加属性を示す属性情報を記憶する施設記憶部にアクセス可能な情報提供装置により実行される情報提供方法であって、ユーザの施設検索で用いられた、施設属性に対応する第１の検索条件と付加属性に対応する第２の検索条件とを含むクエリ情報と、属性情報とに基づいて、第１の検索条件が対象施設の施設属性に対応し且つ第２の検索条件が該対象施設の付加属性に対応しないクエリ情報を抽出する抽出ステップと、抽出ステップにおいて抽出されたクエリ情報に基づいて、付加属性に関する推薦情報を生成する生成ステップと、推薦情報を対象施設に提示する提示ステップとを含むことを特徴とする。
　本発明の一形態に係る情報提供プログラムは、施設の施設属性及び付加属性を示す属性情報を記憶する施設記憶部にアクセス可能な情報提供装置としてコンピュータを機能させる情報提供プログラムであって、ユーザの施設検索で用いられた、施設属性に対応する第１の検索条件と付加属性に対応する第２の検索条件とを含むクエリ情報と、属性情報とに基づいて、第１の検索条件が対象施設の施設属性に対応し且つ第２の検索条件が該対象施設の付加属性に対応しないクエリ情報を抽出する抽出部と、抽出部により抽出されたクエリ情報に基づいて、付加属性に関する推薦情報を生成する生成部と、推薦情報を対象施設に提示する提示部とをコンピュータに実行させることを特徴とする。
　本発明の一形態に係るコンピュータ読取可能な記録媒体は、施設の施設属性及び付加属性を示す属性情報を記憶する施設記憶部にアクセス可能な情報提供装置としてコンピュータを機能させる情報提供プログラムを記憶するコンピュータ読取可能な記録媒体であって、情報提供プログラムがコンピュータに、ユーザの施設検索で用いられた、施設属性に対応する第１の検索条件と付加属性に対応する第２の検索条件とを含むクエリ情報と、属性情報とに基づいて、第１の検索条件が対象施設の施設属性に対応し且つ第２の検索条件が該対象施設の付加属性に対応しないクエリ情報を抽出する抽出部と、抽出部により抽出されたクエリ情報に基づいて、付加属性に関する推薦情報を生成する生成部と、推薦情報を対象施設に提示する提示部とを実行させる、ことを特徴とする。
　このような形態によれば、まず、施設の施設属性はユーザの検索条件に対応するが当該施設の付加属性がその検索条件に対応しなかったクエリ情報が抽出される。これは、一部の施設属性はユーザのニーズに合致したが別の一部の施設属性がユーザのニーズに合致しなかったクエリ情報が抽出されることを意味する。したがって、付加属性さえ変更すればユーザのニーズを満たす可能性があることになる。したがって、そのようなクエリ情報に基づいて、検索条件に対応しなかった施設属性に関する推薦情報を生成して対象施設に提示することで、対象施設はユーザのニーズを知ることができる。
　さらに別の形態に係る情報提供装置では、クエリ情報には、利用日を示す情報が更に含まれ、抽出部が、第１の検索条件が対象施設の施設属性に対応し、第２の検索条件が該対象施設の付加属性に対応せず、且つ利用日が対象施設の利用可能日に含まれるクエリ情報を抽出してもよい。
　さらに別の形態に係る情報提供装置では、クエリ情報には、１以上の価格を示す情報が更に含まれ、抽出部が、第１の検索条件が対象施設の施設属性に対応し、第２の検索条件が該対象施設の付加属性に対応せず、且つ対象施設の提示価格が１以上の価格に含まれるクエリ情報を抽出してもよい。
　別の形態に係る情報提供装置では、情報提供装置からアクセス可能なクエリ記憶部にクエリ情報が記憶されており、抽出部が、第１の検索条件が対象施設の施設属性に対応し、且つ第２の検索条件が該対象施設の付加属性に対応せず、且つ第１及び第２の検索条件の組合せに対応する検索数が所定の閾値以上のクエリ情報をクエリ記憶部から抽出してもよい。この場合には、ユーザのニーズが多く見込まれる付加属性を示す推薦情報を施設に提供することができる。
　さらに別の形態に係る情報提供装置では、情報提供装置からアクセス可能なクエリ記憶部にクエリ情報が記憶されており、抽出部が、第１の検索条件が対象施設の施設属性に対応し、且つ第２の検索条件が該対象施設の付加属性に対応せず、且つ第１及び第２の検索条件の組合せに対応する転換率が所定の閾値以上のクエリ情報をクエリ記憶部から抽出してもよい。この場合には、ユーザのニーズが多く見込まれる付加属性を示す推薦情報を施設に提供することができる。
　さらに別の形態に係る情報提供装置では、情報提供装置からアクセス可能なクエリ記憶部にクエリ情報が記憶されており、抽出部が、第１の検索条件が対象施設の施設属性に対応し、且つ第２の検索条件が該対象施設の付加属性に対応せず、且つ第１及び第２の検索条件の組合せに対応する検索ヒット数が所定の閾値以下のクエリ情報をクエリ記憶部から抽出してもよい。この場合には、他の施設と競合する可能性が低い推薦情報を施設に提供することができる。
　さらに別の形態に係る情報提供装置では、施設属性が施設の設備又は環境に関する属性であり、付加属性が施設のプランに関する属性であってもよい。
　本発明の一側面によれば、ユーザのニーズを知るための情報を施設に提供することができる。

　以下、添付図面を参照しながら本発明の実施形態を詳細に説明する。なお、図面の説明において同一又は同等の要素には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。
　まず、図１～７を用いて、実施形態に係る宿泊予約システム１の機能及び構成を説明する。宿泊予約システム１は、宿泊施設の予約を受け付けるウェブサイト（宿泊予約サイト）をユーザに提供するコンピュータシステムである。図１に示すように、宿泊予約システム１は、ユーザ端末１０と、ホテルや旅館などの宿泊施設に設置された提供者端末２０と、データベース群３０と、予約管理装置４０と、情報提供装置５０とを備えている。ユーザ端末１０、提供者端末２０、データベース群３０、予約管理装置４０、及び情報提供装置５０は、インターネットや無線ＬＡＮ、移動体通信網などで構成されている通信ネットワークＮを介して互いに通信することが可能である。図１ではユーザ端末１０及び提供者端末２０をそれぞれ３台示しているが、宿泊予約システム１内におけるこれらの装置の台数は任意である。
　ユーザ端末１０は、部屋を予約するユーザが所有する端末である。ユーザ端末１０の例として高機能携帯電話機（スマートフォン）や携帯情報端末（ＰＤＡ）、パーソナルコンピュータ（ＰＣ）などが挙げられるが、携帯端末の種類はこれらに限定されない。ユーザはユーザ端末１０を操作して宿泊予約サイトにアクセスして、宿泊施設及び宿泊プランを検索したり、その検索により見つけた宿泊施設及び宿泊プランを予約したりすることができる。なお、プランとは、施設利用に関するパッケージ商品のことである。
　提供者端末２０は、宿泊予約システム１での予約対象である部屋及び宿泊プランを提供する宿泊施設の端末である。提供者端末２０の例としてはＰＣが挙げられるが、各種携帯端末も提供者端末２０として利用可能である。宿泊施設の管理者は提供者端末２０を操作して、施設に関する施設情報や宿泊プランに関するプラン情報を施設データベース３１に登録することが可能である。また、提供者端末２０は宿泊プランの作成時に参考にする推薦情報を情報提供装置５０から取得することが可能である。施設情報、プラン情報、及び推薦情報については後述する。
　データベース群３０は、宿泊予約システム１内で用いられる各種の情報を記憶する手段である。データベース群３０は、施設データベース（施設記憶部）３１及びクエリデータベース（クエリ記憶部）３２を備えている。
　施設データベース３１は、施設情報及びプラン情報という、宿泊施設に関する二種類の情報を記憶する手段である。施設情報及びプラン情報は、提供者端末２０により施設データベース３１に登録される属性情報である。
　施設情報は、宿泊施設の場所や設備を示す情報であり、簡単に変更することができないハードウェア面の属性（施設属性）に関する情報であるともいえる。施設情報の内容としては、例えば、宿泊施設の所在地、温泉の有無、露天風呂やレストラン、スポーツ施設などの各種設備の有無、周辺施設や観光スポットの有無などが挙げられるが、これらに限定されない。
　一方、プラン情報は、宿泊施設が提供する宿泊プラン（以下では単に「プラン」という）を示す情報であり、状況に応じて比較的容易に変更することができるソフトウェア面の属性（付加属性）に関する情報であるともいえる。プラン情報の内容としては、例えば、食事の内容、飲み放題などの飲食サービスの有無、マッサージやエステなどの付加サービスの有無、連泊の可否、レイトチェックインの有無、提示価格、提供期間（利用可能日）、施設に対するユーザの評価などが挙げられるが、これらに限定されない。
　施設情報及びプラン情報の例を図２に示す。図２の例では、「ホテルＰ」の施設情報として、所在地に関する「栃木」というキーワードと、設備に関する「温泉」「露天風呂」「テニスコート」というキーワードとが登録されている。また、「ホテルＰ」のプラン情報として、料理に関する「肉」というキーワード、提供期間「１０月１０日～１０月３１日」、及び価格「２００００～３００００円」とを含む「プランＡ」のプラン情報と、料理に関する「海老」というキーワード、提供期間「１０月１日～１１月３０日」、及び金額「１５０００～２００００円」を含む「プランＢ」のプラン情報とが登録されている。
　クエリデータベース３２は、ユーザが宿泊予約サイト上で行った施設検索の条件（検索条件）を示すクエリ情報を記憶する手段である。
　ユーザが宿泊予約サイトの検索条件指定欄で任意のキーワードを入力又は選択して検索を実行する度に、１以上のキーワードから成る検索条件と検索日時とを含む未加工のデータ（ＲＡＷデータ）がクエリデータベース３２に格納される。例えば、クエリデータベース３２は図３に示すようなＲＡＷデータを格納する。
　情報提供装置５０が処理に用いるクエリ情報は、このＲＡＷデータを集計することで生成され、ＲＡＷデータと同様にクエリデータベース３２に格納される。図４に示すように、クエリ情報は、クエリＩＤと、施設情報に関する１以上のキーワードから成る第１の検索条件と、プラン情報に関する１以上のキーワードから成る第２の検索条件と、予約に関する第３の検索条件（日程（利用日）、価格、及び部屋数の条件）と、クエリ毎の集計情報とを含んでいる。図４では、提供期間及び価格を他のプラン情報と分けて処理することを前提に、日程及び価格を第３の検索条件として扱っている。なお、価格に関しては、価格の範囲（すなわち１以上の価格）が指定されていてもよい。
　クエリＩＤは、検索キーワードの組合せであるクエリを特定するための識別子である。集計情報には、被検索数、予約数、及び該当プラン数が含まれる。ここで、被検索数とは検索条件として用いられた回数のことであり、予約数とは検索後にサイトを介して予約の申込みが行われた回数であり、該当プラン数とは検索条件に合致したプランの個数（検索ヒット数）である。
　クエリ情報は、ＲＡＷデータが登録される度に、あるいは後述する推薦情報の生成が行われる直前に集計及び更新される。
　なお、各データベースの構成は上記の例に限定されず、任意の方針で各データベースを正規化または冗長化してもよい。
　予約管理装置４０は、宿泊予約サイトを介して宿泊施設の検索や宿泊予約の受付などのような、宿泊予約に関する様々なサービスをユーザに提供するコンピュータである。
　以上を前提として情報提供装置５０について説明する。情報提供装置５０は、宿泊プランの作成に資する推薦情報を宿泊施設に提供するコンピュータである。
　図５に示すように、情報提供装置５０は、オペレーティングシステムやアプリケーション・プログラムなどを実行するＣＰＵ５０１と、ＲＯＭ及びＲＡＭで構成される主記憶部５０２と、ハードディスクなどで構成される補助記憶部５０３と、ネットワークカードなどで構成される通信制御部５０４と、キーボードやマウスなどの入力部５０５と、ディスプレイなどの出力部５０６とで構成される。
　後述する情報提供装置５０の各機能的構成要素は、ＣＰＵ５０１や主記憶部５０２の上に所定のソフトウェアを読み込ませ、ＣＰＵ５０１の制御の下で通信制御部５０４や入力部５０５、出力部５０６などを動作させ、主記憶部５０２や補助記憶部５０３におけるデータの読み出し及び書き込みを行うことで実現される。処理に必要なデータやデータベースは主記憶部５０２や補助記憶部５０３内に格納される。なお、図５では情報提供装置５０が１台のコンピュータで構成されているように示しているが、情報提供装置５０の機能を複数台のコンピュータに分散させてもよい。
　図６に示すように、情報提供装置５０は機能的構成要素としてクエリ抽出部５１、推薦情報生成部５２、及び送信部（提示部）５３を備えている。
　クエリ抽出部５１は、推薦情報の生成に用いるためのクエリ情報を抽出する手段である。一の宿泊施設（対象施設）に関するクエリ情報を抽出する際には、クエリ抽出部５１はその施設の施設情報及びプラン情報を施設データベース３１から抽出する。続いて、クエリ抽出部５１は、第１の検索条件が対象施設の施設情報に含まれ（対応し）、且つ第２の検索条件が該対象施設のプラン情報に含まれない（対応しない）クエリ情報をクエリデータベース３２から抽出する。クエリ抽出部５１は、このような処理を各宿泊施設に対して実行し、宿泊施設毎に抽出したクエリ情報を推薦情報生成部５２に出力する。
　図２，４の例において、クエリ抽出部５１がホテルＰの施設情報及びプラン情報を用いてクエリ情報を抽出すると、図７に示すようにクエリ１，６，１０のみが抽出される。クエリ２，３，４，５，８，９は、ホテルＰの施設情報に含まれない第１の検索条件が存在するので除外されるが、これは、設備や環境に関するユーザのニーズが対象施設のハードウェア属性と合致していないからである。クエリ７は、ホテルＰのプラン情報に含まれる第２の検索条件のみを含むので除外されるが、これは、対象施設の宿泊プラン（ソフトウェア属性）が既にユーザのニーズを捉えており、その検索条件に対応する宿泊プランを推薦する必要がないからである。
　図４，７の例では提供期間とプランの価格とを他のプラン情報とは分けて処理しているが、クエリ抽出部５１は、これら二つの要素の少なくとも一方を、プラン情報と第２の検索条件とを比較する際の一要素として用いてもよい。この場合には、クエリ抽出部５１はユーザにより指定された日程が提供期間の範囲外であるクエリ情報や、ユーザにより指定された価格がプランの設定価格の範囲外にあるクエリ情報を抽出する。クエリ抽出部５１は提供期間及び設定価格の双方を用いてクエリ情報を絞り込んでもよい。
　あるいは、クエリ抽出部５１は、第１の検索条件が対象施設の施設情報に含まれ、第２の検索条件が該対象施設のプラン情報に含まれず、且つ、提供期間に含まれる日程及びプランの価格範囲に含まれる価格の少なくとも一方が指定されたクエリ情報を抽出してもよい。あるいは、クエリ抽出部５１は、第１の検索条件が対象施設の施設情報に含まれ、第２の検索条件が該対象施設のプラン情報に含まれず、且つ、プランの価格がユーザに指定された１以上の価格（例えば価格範囲）に含まれるクエリ情報を抽出してもよい。この場合にも、クエリ抽出部５１は、宿泊プランの内容のみがユーザのニーズに合致していないプラン情報を取得することになる。
　推薦情報生成部５２は、クエリ抽出部５１から入力されたクエリ情報に基づいて、プラン情報に関する提案を示す推薦情報を生成し、その推薦情報を送信部５３に出力する手段である。推薦情報生成部５２は各宿泊施設に関して推薦情報の生成及び出力を実行する。
　推薦情報の生成方法は限定されない。例えば、推薦情報生成部５２は入力されたクエリ情報をそのまま推薦情報としてもよい。また、推薦情報生成部５２は被検索数、予約数、あるいは転換率（コンバージョン・レート。アクセス数に対して予約が成立する確率）を基準にクエリ情報を順位付け又は選択することで、多くの予約が見込まれるプランを作成し得るような推薦情報を生成してもよい。一例として、推薦情報生成部５２は被検索数、予約数、あるいは転換率の降順にクエリ情報を順位付けし、順位が高いクエリ情報ほどより強く推薦するような推薦情報を生成してもよい。例えば、推薦情報生成部５２は、図７に示すクエリ１，６，１０を予約数に基づいて順位付けするならば、クエリ１の内容を最優先に推薦するような推薦情報を生成し、転換率に基づいて順位付けするならばクエリ６の内容を最優先に推薦するような推薦情報を生成する。
　あるいは、推薦情報生成部５２は被検索数、予約数、あるいは転換率についての閾値を予め保持し、クエリ情報で示される被検索数、予約数、あるいは転換率が当該閾値以上のクエリ情報のみを用いて推薦情報を生成してもよい。例えば、推薦情報生成部５２は、図７に示すクエリ１，６，１０に対して転換率の閾値「２０％」を適用した場合にはクエリ６のみに基づいて推薦情報を生成し、被検索数の閾値「１００」を適用した場合にはクエリ１，６，１０を用いて推薦情報を生成する。
　あるいは、推薦情報生成部５２は該当プラン数を基準にクエリ情報を順位付け又は選択することで、他のプランと競合する可能性が低いプランを作成し得るような推薦情報を生成してもよい。一例として、推薦情報生成部５２は該当プラン数の昇順にクエリ情報を順位付けし、順位が高いクエリ情報ほどより強く推薦するような推薦情報を生成してもよい。例えば、推薦情報生成部５２は、図７に示すクエリ１，６，１０をクエリ１０、クエリ６、クエリ１の順に推薦するような推薦情報を生成する。あるいは、推薦情報生成部５２は該当プラン数が所定の対応する閾値以下のクエリ情報のみを用いて推薦情報を生成してもよい。例えば、推薦情報生成部５２は、図７に示すクエリ１，６，１０に対して該当プラン数の閾値「１５」を適用した場合にはクエリ６，１０のみに基づいて推薦情報を生成する。
　推薦情報の表現方法は限定されない。一例として、推薦情報は、宿泊施設がそのまま流用することが可能な新プランの情報として表現されてもよい。例えば、推薦情報生成部５２は、図７に示す抽出されたクエリ情報に基づいて、「ニーズの高い『蟹＋連泊』のプランαと、転換率の高い『マッサージ＋エステ』のプランβがお勧めです」というような推薦情報を生成してもよい。別の例として、推薦情報は、あくまでも宿泊施設が新プランを作成する際の統計情報として表現されてもよい。例えば、推薦情報生成部５２は、図７に示すような表形式のデータを推薦情報として出力してもよい。
　送信部５３は、入力された推薦情報を対応する宿泊施設の提供者端末２０に送信する手段である。これによりその宿泊施設に推薦情報が提示される。
　次に、図８を用いて、情報提供装置５０の動作を説明するとともに本実施形態に係る情報提供方法について説明する。
　まず、クエリ抽出部５１が、第１の検索条件が対象施設の施設情報に対応し、且つ第２の検索条件が該対象施設のプラン情報に対応しないクエリ情報をクエリデータベース３２から抽出する（ステップＳ１１、抽出ステップ）。このとき、クエリ抽出部５１はさらに日程や価格にも基づいてクエリ情報を絞り込んでもよい。続いて、推薦情報生成部５２が、抽出されたクエリ情報に基づいて、上述したような様々な手法のいずれかを用いて推薦情報を生成する（ステップＳ１２、生成ステップ）。そして、送信部５３が生成された推薦情報を提供者端末２０に送信する（ステップＳ１３、提示ステップ）。これにより、宿泊施設の管理者はユーザのニーズを把握することができ、そのニーズに合致する宿泊プランを作成することができる。
　次に、図９を用いて、コンピュータを情報提供装置５０として機能させるための情報提供プログラムを説明する。
　情報提供プログラムＰ１は、メインモジュールＰ１０、クエリ抽出モジュールＰ１１、推薦情報生成モジュールＰ１２、及び送信モジュールＰ１３を備えている。
　メインモジュールＰ１０は、情報提供機能を統括的に制御する部分である。クエリ抽出モジュールＰ１１、推薦情報生成モジュールＰ１２、及び送信モジュールＰ１３を実行することにより実現される機能はそれぞれ、上記のクエリ抽出部５１、推薦情報生成部５２、及び送信部５３の機能と同様である。
　情報提供プログラムＰ１は、例えば、ＣＤ－ＲＯＭやＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭ等の記録媒体または半導体メモリに固定的に記録された態様で提供される。また、情報提供プログラムＰ１は、搬送波に重畳されたコンピュータデータ信号として通信ネットワークを介して提供されてもよい。
　以上説明したように、本実施形態によれば、まず、施設の施設属性（設備及び環境の属性）はユーザの検索条件に対応するが当該施設の付加属性（宿泊プランの属性）がその検索条件に対応しなかったクエリ情報が抽出される。これは、設備及び環境はユーザのニーズに合致したがプランの内容がユーザのニーズに合致しなかったクエリ情報が抽出されることを意味する。したがって、宿泊プランの内容さえ変更すればユーザのニーズを満たす可能性があることになる。
　したがって、そのようなクエリ情報に基づいて、検索条件に対応しなかった施設属性に関する推薦情報を生成して宿泊施設に提示することで、その宿泊施設はユーザのニーズを知ることができる。そして、宿泊施設はそのニーズに合致する宿泊プランを作成することができ、ひいては、より効率的な集客が期待できる。また、ユーザにとっても、宿泊施設がプランを見直すことで、所望の条件に合致する宿泊施設及び宿泊プランに巡り合う可能性が高まる。
　以上、本発明をその実施形態に基づいて詳細に説明した。しかし、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではない。本発明は、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で様々な変形が可能である。
　上記実施形態では施設として宿泊施設を示し、プランとして宿泊プランを示したが、本発明は宿泊予約以外の任意の予約受付システムに適用できる。例えば、ゴルフ場の予約（ゴルフコンペのプラン）を受け付けるシステムに本発明を適用してもよく、これにより、プランの作成に資する推薦情報をゴルフ場に提供することができる。
　１…宿泊予約システム、１０…ユーザ端末、２０…提供者端末、３０…データベース群、３１…施設データベース、３２…クエリデータベース、４０…予約管理装置、５０…情報提供装置、５１…クエリ抽出部、５２…推薦情報生成部、５３…送信部、Ｐ１…情報提供プログラム、Ｐ１０…メインモジュール、Ｐ１１…クエリ抽出モジュール、Ｐ１２…推薦情報生成モジュール、Ｐ１３…送信モジュール。

Claims (10)

  1. 　施設の施設属性及び付加属性を示す属性情報を記憶する施設記憶部にアクセス可能な情報提供装置であって、
    　ユーザの施設検索で用いられた、前記施設属性に対応する第１の検索条件と前記付加属性に対応する第２の検索条件とを含むクエリ情報と、前記属性情報とに基づいて、前記第１の検索条件が対象施設の前記施設属性に対応し且つ前記第２の検索条件が該対象施設の前記付加属性に対応しない前記クエリ情報を抽出する抽出部と、
    　前記抽出部により抽出されたクエリ情報に基づいて、前記付加属性に関する推薦情報を生成する生成部と、
    　前記推薦情報を前記対象施設に提示する提示部と
    を備えることを特徴とする情報提供装置。
  2. 　前記クエリ情報には、利用日を示す情報が更に含まれ、
    　前記抽出部が、前記第１の検索条件が対象施設の前記施設属性に対応し、前記第２の検索条件が該対象施設の前記付加属性に対応せず、且つ前記利用日が対象施設の利用可能日に含まれるクエリ情報を抽出する、
    ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の情報提供装置。
  3. 　前記クエリ情報には、１以上の価格を示す情報が更に含まれ、
    　前記抽出部が、前記第１の検索条件が対象施設の前記施設属性に対応し、前記第２の検索条件が該対象施設の前記付加属性に対応せず、且つ対象施設の提示価格が前記１以上の価格に含まれるクエリ情報を抽出する、
    ことを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載の情報提供装置。
  4. 　前記情報提供装置からアクセス可能なクエリ記憶部に前記クエリ情報が記憶されており、
    　前記抽出部が、前記第１の検索条件が対象施設の前記施設属性に対応し、且つ前記第２の検索条件が該対象施設の前記付加属性に対応せず、且つ前記第１及び第２の検索条件の組合せに対応する検索数が所定の閾値以上の前記クエリ情報を前記クエリ記憶部から抽出する、
    ことを特徴とする請求項１～３のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供装置。
  5. 　前記情報提供装置からアクセス可能なクエリ記憶部に前記クエリ情報が記憶されており、
    　前記抽出部が、前記第１の検索条件が対象施設の前記施設属性に対応し、且つ前記第２の検索条件が該対象施設の前記付加属性に対応せず、且つ前記第１及び第２の検索条件の組合せに対応する転換率が所定の閾値以上の前記クエリ情報を前記クエリ記憶部から抽出する、
    ことを特徴とする請求項１～３のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供装置。
  6. 　前記情報提供装置からアクセス可能なクエリ記憶部に前記クエリ情報が記憶されており、
    　前記抽出部が、前記第１の検索条件が対象施設の前記施設属性に対応し、且つ前記第２の検索条件が該対象施設の前記付加属性に対応せず、且つ前記第１及び第２の検索条件の組合せに対応する検索ヒット数が所定の閾値以下の前記クエリ情報を前記クエリ記憶部から抽出する、
    ことを特徴とする請求項１～３のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供装置。
  7. 　前記施設属性が施設の設備又は環境に関する属性であり、前記付加属性が施設のプランに関する属性である、
    ことを特徴とする請求項１～６のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供装置。
  8. 　施設の施設属性及び付加属性を示す属性情報を記憶する施設記憶部にアクセス可能な情報提供装置により実行される情報提供方法であって、
    　ユーザの施設検索で用いられた、前記施設属性に対応する第１の検索条件と前記付加属性に対応する第２の検索条件とを含むクエリ情報と、前記属性情報とに基づいて、前記第１の検索条件が対象施設の前記施設属性に対応し且つ前記第２の検索条件が該対象施設の前記付加属性に対応しない前記クエリ情報を抽出する抽出ステップと、
    　前記抽出ステップにおいて抽出されたクエリ情報に基づいて、前記付加属性に関する推薦情報を生成する生成ステップと、
    　前記推薦情報を前記対象施設に提示する提示ステップと
    を含むことを特徴とする情報提供方法。
  9. 　施設の施設属性及び付加属性を示す属性情報を記憶する施設記憶部にアクセス可能な情報提供装置としてコンピュータを機能させる情報提供プログラムであって、
    　ユーザの施設検索で用いられた、前記施設属性に対応する第１の検索条件と前記付加属性に対応する第２の検索条件とを含むクエリ情報と、前記属性情報とに基づいて、前記第１の検索条件が対象施設の前記施設属性に対応し且つ前記第２の検索条件が該対象施設の前記付加属性に対応しない前記クエリ情報を抽出する抽出部と、
    　前記抽出部により抽出されたクエリ情報に基づいて、前記付加属性に関する推薦情報を生成する生成部と、
    　前記推薦情報を前記対象施設に提示する提示部と
    を前記コンピュータに実行させることを特徴とする情報提供プログラム。
  10. 　施設の施設属性及び付加属性を示す属性情報を記憶する施設記憶部にアクセス可能な情報提供装置としてコンピュータを機能させる情報提供プログラムを記憶するコンピュータ読取可能な記録媒体であって、
    　前記情報提供プログラムが前記コンピュータに、
    　ユーザの施設検索で用いられた、前記施設属性に対応する第１の検索条件と前記付加属性に対応する第２の検索条件とを含むクエリ情報と、前記属性情報とに基づいて、前記第１の検索条件が対象施設の前記施設属性に対応し且つ前記第２の検索条件が該対象施設の前記付加属性に対応しない前記クエリ情報を抽出する抽出部と、
    　前記抽出部により抽出されたクエリ情報に基づいて、前記付加属性に関する推薦情報を生成する生成部と、
    　前記推薦情報を前記対象施設に提示する提示部と
    を実行させる、
    ことを特徴とするコンピュータ読取可能な記録媒体。
