如图 1〜5所示, 需要调节齿条高度时, 从正面转动调节旋钮 6, 带动主伞 齿轮 13转动,主伞齿轮 13带动 5个从伞齿轮转动 14。 5个从伞齿轮 14连接 T 形丝杠装置 15, 将齿轮的旋转运动转化为丝杠的直线运动, 从而带动齿条 4 和缓冲装置上下调节, 起到调节齿圈的作用, 防滑齿露出轮毂的高度会发生高 低变化, 以适应不同的轮胎气压。
D20钨钢齿条用于冰雪路面,橡胶齿用于雨雪路况,扇型齿用于沙漠路况, 安装防滑轮毂时只需对准舌锁孔将防滑轮毂推进轮胎主体轮毂中即可完 成安装。 拆卸时只需拉出解锁环, 销轴舌锁打开即可拿出防滑轮毂, 实现快速 拆卸。 上面所述的实施例仅仅是对本实用新型的优选实施方式进行描述, 并非对 本实用新型的范围进行限定, 在不脱离本实用新型设计精神前提下, 本领域普 通工程技术人员对本实用新型技术方案做出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本实 用新型的权利要求书确定的保护范围内。
