Claims (18)
- 모바일 디바이스와 ARS(Automatic Response Service) 문자메시지를 송수신하는 Messaging ARS서버에 있어서,모바일 디바이스에 의해 발송된 ARS 요청 문자메시지를 메시지 서비스 센터 서버로부터 수신하는 수신부;상기 수신된 ARS 요청 문자메시지를 분석하여 적어도 하나 이상의 자동응답 메뉴 텍스트가 포함된 ARS 응답 문자메시지를 생성하는 ARS 문자메시지 생성부;상기 생성된 ARS 응답 문자메시지를 상기 메시지 서비스 센터 서버로 송신하는 전송부;상기 수신된 ARS 요청 문자메시지 및 상기 생성된 ARS 응답 문자메시지 중 하나 이상에 대응하는 상태정보를 생성하는 상태정보 생성부; 및상기 생성된 상태정보를 음성 ARS 시스템의 제 1 장치로 전송하는 상태정보 전송부를 포함하는 Messaging ARS 서버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상태정보 생성부는 상기 수신된 ARS 요청 문자메시지 및 상기 생성된 ARS 응답 문자메시지 중 하나 이상에 기초하여 상기 Messaging ARS 서버로부터 상기 모바일 디바이스로의 자동응답 이력에 대한 상태정보를 생성하는 것인, Messaging ARS 서버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 ARS 요청 문자 메시지는 상기 Messaging ARS 서버의 식별번호를 포함하고, 상기 ARS 응답 문자메시지는 상기 모바일 디바이스의 식별번호를 포함하는 것인, Messaging ARS 서버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 ARS 요청 문자메시지는 사용자 인터페이스로부터 입력된 단축키를 포함하며,상기 ARS 문자메시지 생성부는 상기 단축키에 기초하여 상기 ARS 응답 문자메시지를 생성하고,상기 자동응답 메뉴 텍스트는 상기 단축키에 대응하는 것인, Messaging ARS 서버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음성 ARS 시스템의 제 2 장치로부터 상기 모바일 디바이스의 고객정보를 조회하는 고객정보 조회부를 더 포함하는 것인, Messaging ARS 서버.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 고객정보 조회부는 상기 모바일 디바이스의 식별번호에 기초하여 상기 고객정보를 조회하는 것이며,상기 고객정보는 상기 모바일 디바이스 사용자의 단말 종류, 멤버쉽 등급, 요금제, 사용자 개인 정보, 패스워드, 미납 정보 및 청구 방법 중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인, Messaging ARS 서버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 장치는 상기 전송된 상태정보에 기초하여 상기 모바일 디바이스와의 음성 ARS 서비스 프로세스를 개시하는 것인, Messaging ARS 서버.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 장치는 상기 제 2 장치로부터 상기 모바일 디바이스의 고객정보를 조회하고, 상기 조회된 고객정보 및 상기 전송된 상태정보를 상기 음성 ARS 시스템의 제 3 장치로 전송함으로써, 상기 음성 ARS 서비스 프로세스를 개시하고,상기 제 3 장치는 상기 음성 ARS 시스템에 포함된 CTI(Computer Telephony Integration)인 것인, Messaging ARS 서버.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 고객정보 조회부는 상기 ARS 요청 문자메시지에 위치정보가 포함된 경우, 상기 포함된 위치 정보에 기초하여 상기 고객정보를 조회하고,상기 상태정보 전송부는 상기 조회된 고객정보를 상기 음성 ARS 시스템의 CTI로 직접 전송하는 것인, Messaging ARS 서버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상태정보 전송부는 상기 생성된 상태정보를 상기 음성 ARS 시스템의 이동전화 전산 시스템으로 전송하는 것인, Messaging ARS 서버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 모바일 디바이스가 제 1 서비스에 가입된 모바일 디바이스인 경우, 상기 제 1 서비스에 대응하는 제 1 메시지 서비스 센터로부터 상기 ARS 요청 문자 메시지를 수신하는 것인, Messaging ARS 서버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 ARS 요청 문자메시지는 상기 메시지 서비스 센터로부터 Messaging ARS 게이트웨이로 전송되고,상기 수신부는 상기 Messaging ARS 게이트웨이로부터 상기 ARS 요청 문제메시지를 수신하는 것인, Messaging ARS 서버.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 Messaging ARS 서버는 상기 음성 ARS 시스템에 포함되고,상기 Messaging ARS 게이트웨이는 Messaging ARS 시스템에 포함되는 것인, Messaging ARS 서버.
- 모바일 디바이스와 ARS(Automatic Response Service) 문자메시지를 송수신하는 방법에 있어서,모바일 디바이스에 의해 발송된 ARS 요청 문자메시지를 메시지 서비스 센터 서버로부터 수신하는 단계;상기 수신된 ARS 요청 문자메시지를 분석하여 적어도 하나 이상의 자동응답 메뉴 텍스트가 포함된 ARS 응답 문자메시지를 생성하는 단계;상기 생성된 ARS 응답 문자메시지를 상기 메시지 서비스 센터 서버로 송신하는 단계;상기 수신된 ARS 요청 문자메시지 및 상기 생성된 ARS 응답 문자메시지 중 하나 이상에 대응하는 상태정보를 생성하는 단계; 및상기 생성된 상태정보를 음성 ARS 시스템의 제 1 장치로 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 ARS 문자메시지를 송수신하는 방법.
- 모바일 디바이스에 있어서,사용자 인터페이스를 통해 Messaging ARS 서버의 식별번호를 입력받는 입력부;상기 입력된 식별번호에 기초하여 ARS 요청 문자메시지를 생성하는 ARS 요청 문자메시지 생성부;상기 생성된 ARS 요청 문자메시지를 메시지 서비스 센터 서버로 전송하고, 상기 메시지 서비스 센터 서버로부터 적어도 하나 이상의 자동응답 메뉴 텍스트가 포함된 ARS 응답 문자 메시지를 수신하는 수신부;상기 수신된 자동응답 메뉴 텍스트를 상기 모바일 디바이스의 디스플레이에 표시하는 표시부; 및상기 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 음성 ARS에 대응하는 버튼이 선택되는 경우, 음성 ARS 시스템과 연결하는 음성 ARS 처리부를 포함하되,상기 음성 ARS 처리부는 상기 ARS 요청 문자메시지 및 상기 ARS 응답 문자메시지 중 하나 이상에 대응하는 ARS 음성 데이터를 상기 음성 ARS 시스템으로부터 수신하는 것인, 모바일 디바이스.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 ARS 요청 문자메시지 생성부는 상기 입력된 식별번호에 기초하여 제 1 ARS 요청 문자메시지를 생성하고,상기 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 자동응답 메뉴 텍스트에 대응하는 단축키가 입력된 경우, 상기 입력된 단축키에 대응하는 제 2 ARS 요청 문자메시지를 생성하고, 상기 음성 ARS 처리부는 상기 제 2 ARS 요청 문자메시지 및 상기 ARS 응답 문자메시지 중 하나 이상에 대응하는 ARS 음성 데이터를 상기 음성 ARS 시스템으로부터 수신하는 것인, 모바일 디바이스.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 ARS 요청 문자메시지는, 상기 메시지 서비스 센터 서버에 의하여, 상기 Messaging ARS 서버로 전달되고,상기 ARS 응답 문자메시지는, 상기 Messaging ARS 서버로부터 상기 메시지 서비스 센터 서버로 전송되는 것인, 모바일 디바이스.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 ARS 음성 데이터는 상기 ARS 요청 문자메시지 및 상기 ARS 응답 문자메시지 중 하나 이상에 대응하는 상담원의 음성 데이터인 것인, 모바일 디바이스.
