[22]の構成によれば、本構成を有しない場合に比較して、案件の処理に際して参照される画像の収集を効率的に行なうことができる画像処理方法を提供することができる。
[23]の構成によれば、本構成を有しない場合に比較して、案件と、案件の処理に際し参照する必要がある証拠書類とを容易に対応付けることができる案件処理方法を提供することができる。
[24]の構成によれば、本構成を有しない場合に比較して、案件の処理に際して参照される画像の収集を効率的に行なうことができるコンピュータ読み取り媒体を提供することができる。
[25]の構成によれば、本構成を有しない場合に比較して、案件と、案件の処理に際し参照する必要がある証拠書類とを容易に対応付けることができるコンピュータ読み取り媒体を提供することができる。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る申請処理システム2を示す模式図である。図1に示すように、申請処理システム2は、画像処理装置4と、申請処理装置6と、端末装置8とから構成されており、各装置は、LAN、WAN、インターネット等のネットワーク10に接続している。申請処理システム2は、申請に対する処理を行うシステムである。申請処理システム2は、具体的には、登録された申請について、この申請についての証拠書類の画像を取得し、申請を承認する処理を行う。本実施形態では、申請処理システム2は、経費の精算についての申請について、領収書などの証拠書類の画像を取得し、精算処理を行う場合を例にして説明する。
図7は、申請処理装置6のハードウェアの構成の一例を示すブロック図である。
申請処理装置6は、図7に示されるように、CPU100、メモリ102、ハードディスクドライブ(HDD)等の記憶装置104、ネットワーク10を介して外部の装置等との間でデータの送信及び受信を行う通信インタフェース(IF)106、入出力装置108を有するサーバである。これらの構成要素は、制御バス110を介して互いに接続されている。
図9は、本実施形態における申請の登録から承認処理までの申請処理システム2の動作の一例を示すシーケンスチャートである。
第1の実施形態において、委任者情報受信部74は、委任者についての情報として委任者の識別情報を受信したが、第2の実施形態では、委任者情報受信部74は、委任者についての情報として次のような情報を受信する。すなわち、委任者情報受信部74は、識別情報受付部70により受付けられた識別情報を有する使用者に、申請に対する承認処理のために必要な手続きをするよう委任した委任者の申請についての情報を受信する。なお、委任者情報受信部74は、さらに、識別情報受付部70により受付けられた識別情報を有する使用者の申請についての情報を受信してもよい。
図14は、第2の実施形態における申請の登録から承認処理までの申請処理システム2の動作の一例を示すシーケンスチャートである。なお、以下の説明において、ステップ100~ステップ114まで及びステップ138~ステップ148までについては、第1の実施形態と同様なので説明を割愛する。

- 使用者の識別情報を受付ける識別情報受付部と、
前記識別情報受付部により受付けられた識別情報を有する使用者に案件の処理のための手続きを委任した委任者についての情報を受信する委任者情報受信部と、
画像を取得する画像取得部と、
前記画像取得部により取得された画像を、前記使用者からの送信指示に基づいて前記委任者についての画像として送信する送信部と
を有する画像処理装置。 - 表示部と、
前記委任者情報受信部により受信された情報を前記表示部に表示するよう制御する表示制御部と、
前記表示制御部により表示された情報に対する選択操作を受付ける選択受付部と
を有し、
前記送信部は、前記画像取得部により取得された画像を、前記選択受付部により受付けられた操作で選択された情報に基づいて特定される委任者についての画像として送信する
請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。 - 案件に対する画像の取得状況に関する情報を受信する取得状況受信部をさらに有し、
前記表示制御部は、前記委任者情報受信部により受信された情報とともに該情報に関連する前記取得状況受信部により受信された取得状況に関する情報を前記表示部に表示するよう制御する
請求項2に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記表示制御部は、前記委任者情報受信部により受信された情報のうち、該情報に関連する前記取得状況受信部により受信された取得状況が未取得であるものを優先して表示するよう制御する
請求項3に記載の画像処理装置。 - 画像が取得されている案件について、処理の実行を依頼する情報を送信する依頼情報送信部をさらに有する
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記委任者情報受信部により情報が受信された委任者に関する案件と、前記画像取得部に取得された画像とを対応付ける対応付け部をさらに有し、
前記送信部は、前記画像取得部に取得された画像を、前記対応付け部により対応付けられた案件に対する証拠書類として送信する
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記画像取得部による画像の取得条件として、案件の内容に応じた取得条件を設定する取得条件設定部をさらに有する
請求項6に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記対応付け部により案件と対応付けられた画像が該案件についての証拠書類として予め定められた条件を満たすか否かについての検査結果を通知する通知部をさらに有する
請求項6又は7に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記対応付け部により案件と対応付けられた画像が該案件についての証拠書類として予め定められた条件を満たさない場合、前記画像取得部による画像の取得条件を、該予め定められた条件を満たすために必要とされる取得条件へと変更する取得条件変更部をさらに有する
請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記画像取得部による画像の取得に応じて課金する課金部をさらに有する
請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の画像処理装置。 - 使用者の識別情報を受付ける識別情報受付部と、
前記識別情報受付部により受付けられた識別情報を有する使用者に関する案件についての情報、又は該使用者に案件の処理のための手続きを委任した委任者に関する案件についての情報を受信する案件情報受信部と、
画像を取得する画像取得部と、
前記案件情報受信部により情報が受信された案件と、前記画像取得部により取得された画像とを対応付ける対応付け部と、
前記画像取得部に取得された画像を、前記対応付け部により対応付けられた案件に対する証拠書類として送信する送信部と
を有する画像処理装置。 - 表示部と、
前記案件情報受信部により受信された案件についての情報を前記表示部に表示するよう制御する表示制御部と、
前記表示制御部により表示された案件についての情報に対する選択操作を受付ける選択受付部と、
前記対応付け部は、前記案件情報受信部により情報が受信された案件のうち前記選択受付部により受付けられた操作で選択された案件と、前記画像取得部に取得された画像とを対応付ける

前記使用者登録部により情報が登録された使用者についての案件の処理のための手続きを委任された受任者についての情報を登録する委任登録部と、
使用者の識別情報を受信する識別情報受信部と、
前記識別情報受信部により受信した識別情報を有する使用者に手続きを委任した委任者を、前記委任登録部により登録された情報に基づいて特定する委任者特定部と、
前記委任者特定部により特定された委任者についての情報を送信する委任者情報送信部と、
前記委任者情報送信部により情報が送信された委任者についての画像を受信する画像受信部と、
前記委任者情報送信部により情報が送信された委任者についての案件のうち、前記画像受信部により画像が受信された案件に対して処理を行う案件処理部と
を有する案件処理装置。 - 前記委任者情報送信部により情報が送信された委任者についての案件の内容に応じた画像の取得条件を送信する画像取得条件送信部をさらに有する

前記使用者登録部により情報が登録された使用者についての案件の処理のための手続きを委任された受任者についての情報を登録する委任登録部と、
使用者の識別情報を前記画像処理装置から受信する識別情報受信部と、
前記識別情報受信部により受信した識別情報を有する使用者に手続きを委任した委任者を、前記委任登録部により登録された情報に基づいて特定する委任者特定部と、
前記委任者特定部により特定された委任者についての情報を前記画像処理装置へ送信する委任者情報送信部と、
前記委任者情報送信部により情報が送信された委任者についての画像を前記画像処理装置から受信する画像受信部と、
前記委任者情報送信部により情報が送信された委任者についての案件のうち、前記画像受信部により画像が受信された案件に対して処理を行う案件処理部と
を備え、

使用者の識別情報を受付ける識別情報受付部と、

前記画像受信部により証拠書類の画像が受信された案件に対して処理を行う案件処理部と

前記画像処理装置は、
使用者の識別情報を受付ける識別情報受付部と、
前記識別情報受付部により受付けられた識別情報を前記案件処理装置へ送信する識別情報送信部と、
前記案件情報送信部により前記案件処理装置から送信された案件についての情報を受信する案件情報受信部と、
画像を取得する画像取得部と、
前記案件情報受信部により情報が受信された案件と、前記画像取得部により取得された画像とを対応付ける対応付け部と、
前記画像取得部に取得された画像を、前記対応付け部により対応付けられた案件に対する証拠書類として前記案件処理装置へ送信する画像送信部と
