Description

103及 /或传声器 (图中未示出), 其中壳体包括前壳 101、 后壳 100及电池盖 102, 前 壳 101与后壳 100通过螺钉及 /或卡扣固定连接,后壳 100与电池盖 102通过卡扣固定 连接。 以下以设有扬声器 103为例进行说明, 对本领域的技术人员来说, 参照下述说 明, 可以轻易实现基于本发明实施例思想的设有传声器的电子装置, 只要根据传声器 的结构形式对壳体及可拆卸式防尘网组件进行适应性改造即可, 在此不作赘述。 扬声 器 103设置于后壳 100面向前壳 101的一面内, 后壳 100开设有与扬声器 103位置对 应的孔位 105,用于容置并固定该扬声器 103, 电池盖 102上对应孔位 105的位置开设 有发声孔, 以供扬声器 103对外传播声音, 孔位 105中设有与扬声器 103前端密封适 配的环状泡棉 104, 从而保证扬声器 103声腔的密封性, 提高扬声器 103的音质。 需 要强调的是, 电子装置也可以是其他需要进行防尘保护的电子装置, 例如, 笔记本电 脑、 对讲机等。 参见图 2和图 3, 图 2是本发明电子装置较佳实施例的装配示意图; 图 3是图 2 中 A处的局部放大示意图。 本实施例中, 后壳 100上对应扬声器 103的孔位 105的位置设有供可拆卸式防尘 网组件 200适配插入的安装插槽 110, 安装插槽 110位于后壳 100的特定位置 (例如, 安装插槽 110的开口设置在后壳 100的侧面上),可拆卸式防尘网组件 200插入该安装 插槽 110中以将扬声器 103位置对应的孔位 105覆盖住。 可拆卸式防尘网组件 200用 于对扬声器 103对应的孔位 105位置处进行防尘保护。 由于本发明实施例的可拆卸式 防尘网组件 200与电子装置的壳体是可拆卸连接的, 因此用户可定期更换可拆卸式防 尘网组件 200或将可拆卸式防尘网组件 200拆下清洗干净后再安装到电子装置上, 可 避免可拆卸式防尘网组件 200在长期使用过程中因吸附粉尘、 油污、 甚至铁粉等杂质 而对扬声器 103的正常工作造成影响, 提高了产品的质量和用户便利性, 降低了产品 的后期维护成本。 参见图 4和图 5, 图 4 是本发明可拆卸式防尘网组件较佳实施例的爆炸示意图; 图 5是本发明可拆卸式防尘网组件较佳实施例的装配示意图。 本实施例中, 可拆卸式防尘网组件 200大致呈方形, 当然, 也可以是梯形或其他 形状的。 可拆卸式防尘网组件 200包括防尘网支架 10和设置在该防尘网支架 10上的 防尘网 20, 防尘网 20呈织物状或呈蜂窝孔状, 防尘网 20为尼龙材料或者其他材料, 例如涤纶。 防尘网支架 10可采用金属薄板通过冲压工艺形成, 例如不锈钢或铝合金, 也可以采用塑胶或尼龙材料通过注塑工艺制成。 防尘网支架 10设有网孔 11, 网孔 11 的形状与防尘网支架 10的形状相似, 在其他实施方式中, 网孔 11的形状可以根据扬 声器 103及 /或传声器的形状确定, 例如, 圆形或椭圆形。 防尘网 20覆盖住网孔 11且 与网孔 11的周边固定连接, 网孔 11的面积小于防尘网 20的面积, 从而增大了防尘网 20与防尘网支架 10连接时的接触表面积, 防尘网 20与网孔 11之间的连接更加可靠, 在使用过程中, 可有效避免防尘网 20从防尘网支架 10上脱落。 优选地, 为了增强防尘网 20与防尘网支架 10的固定连接效果, 并且使防尘网 20 整体嵌入防尘网支架 10中,从而提高可拆卸式防尘网组件 200与后壳 100的安装插槽 110的贴合程度, 防尘网支架 10设有连接部 12,连接部 12为网孔 11的内侧壁向内凸 设的凸缘, 凸缘与网孔 11的内侧壁之间形成容置防尘网的沉孔, 沉孔的深度以恰好容 纳防尘网 20为宜。 防尘网 20可通过胶水与连接部 12的粘接面 (即连接部 12与防尘 网 20的贴合安装面) 固定连接, 或者, 在连接部 12的粘接面设置有双面胶, 防尘网 20通过该双面胶与连接部 12固定连接。 若防尘网 20为织物状材料, 因其表面凹凸不 平, 为了增大防尘网 20与连接部 12的粘接面积, 加强防尘网 20与连接部 12的固定 效果, 防尘网 20用于与连接部 12的粘接面固定连接的外缘部分经过热压处理。 参见图 6和图 7, 图 6是图 2中沿 B-B线的剖视图; 图 7是图 6中 C处的局部放 大示意图。 优选地, 为了防止可拆卸式防尘网组件 200与后壳 100装配间隙处进灰, 改善可 拆卸式防尘网组件 200与后壳 100的密封防尘效果, 可拆卸式防尘网组件 200还包括 密封圈 30, 密封圈 30围绕防尘网 20的周边设置且与防尘网支架 10固定连接。 密封 圈 30的材料优选为硅胶或 TPU (热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶), 当然, 密封圈 30还可 以是其他任意适用于密封的, 且具有良好压縮弹性的材料。设置有密封圈 30的可拆卸 式防尘网组件 200的总体厚度略大于安装插槽 110的高度, 因此, 当可拆卸式防尘网 组件 200插入安装插槽 110中时, 可保证密封圈 30与安装插槽 110的周边紧密贴合, 从而改善密封防尘效果。 优选地, 为了加强密封圈 30与防尘网支架 10的固定效果, 防止可拆卸式防尘网 组件 200在插入安装插槽 110的过程中,由于密封圈 30与安装插槽 110的内壁之间的 挤压及摩擦力作用而导致密封圈 30变形或脱落, 防尘网支架 10上凹设有供密封圈 30 嵌入以固定该密封圈 30的固定凹槽 (图中未示出), 且密封圈 30突出于防尘网支架 10的表面, 从而保证密封圈 30与安装插槽 110的内壁紧密贴合。 为了更进一步加强 密封圈 30的固定效果, 还可以在固定凹槽中涂覆胶水, 密封圈 30嵌入固定凹槽中的 部分与固定四槽粘接于一体。 此外, 为了简化可拆卸式防尘网组件 200的结构, 密封圈 30还可以通过模内注塑 工艺与防尘网支架 10—体成型, 当然, 密封圈 30也可以通过粘接的方式与防尘网支 架 10直接固定连接。 优选地, 为了防止防尘网支架 10上的密封圈 30在插入安装插槽 110的过程中出 现严重变形的现象, 安装插槽 110设有便于可拆卸式防尘网组件 200插入该安装插槽 110中的斜面导入端 106,该斜面导入端 106用于对可拆卸式防尘网组件 200进行导向, 因此可防止密封圈 30变形, 进而保证密封圈 30的密封防尘效果。 除此之外, 为了进一步保证电子装置整体的密封防尘效果, 本实施例中, 该电子 装置还包括设置在安装插槽 110的开口处,以用于封闭该安装插槽 110的密封胶塞(图 中未示出), 密封胶塞的形状与安装插槽 110的开口形状相适配, 且优选为硅胶材料制 成,可保证密封胶塞在长时间的使用过程中保持良好的弹性。密封胶塞与安装插槽 110 过盈配合且完全嵌入安装插槽 110中, 从而保证密封胶塞牢靠地紧固在安装插槽 110 中, 同时更加美观和具有更好的密封防尘效果。 优选地, 为了使插入安装插槽 110中的可拆卸式防尘网组件 200具有更好的稳固 效果, 在电子装置在使用的过程中, 防止可拆卸式防尘网组件 200脱落, 本实施例中, 安装插槽 110两相对的侧壁分别设有弹性压片(图中未示出),弹性压片为不锈钢材质, 当然, 还可以是其他具有良好弹性的金属或者非金属材料。 弹性压片为拱形结构或者 翘板结构, 弹性压片的一端与安装插槽 110的侧壁固定, 另一端呈自由状态, 因此具 有较大的弹性形变范围。 当可拆卸式防尘网组件 200装配到位后, 弹性压片抵压于可 拆卸式防尘网组件 200的侧壁且产生一定的弹性形变, 通过弹性压片作用在可拆卸式 防尘网组件 200上的弹性回复力以进一步紧固可拆卸式防尘网组件 200, 可有效防止 可拆卸式防尘网组件 200在使用的过程中自行脱落。 为了方便用户更换可拆卸式防尘网组件 200,防尘网支架 10上靠近防尘网支架 10 位于安装插槽 110外端的部分设有用于把持可拆卸式防尘网组件 200的凹槽 13。 据此, 本发明实施例的可拆卸式防尘网组件实现了可拆卸更换, 提高了产品的质 量和降低了维护成本。
应当理解的是, 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,不能因此限制本发明的专利范围, 凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换, 或直接或间接运 用在其他相关的技术领域, 均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。 工业实用性 本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以应用于防尘网技术领域, 用户可定期更换防尘 网或将防尘网拆下清洗干净后再安装到电子装置上, 提高了产品的质量和降低了维护 成本。 本发明同时公开了一种采用所述可拆卸式防尘网组件的电子装置。
