Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de préparation d'un film d'alignement. Le procédé de préparation d'un film d'alignement consiste : à recouvrir un substrat avec une solution de film d'alignement ; et à faire durcir ladite solution de film d'alignement qui recouvre le substrat. Cette solution de film d'alignement est chauffée lors de son processus de revêtement.
