- 주소록을 이용하여 대차 거래를 지원하기 위한 시스템으로서,적어도 하나의 사용자 단말 장치로부터 획득되는 주소록 정보를 참조로 하여 복수의 사용자를 포함하는 대차 거래 주소록을 사용자별로 생성하는 주소록 관리부,제1 사용자의 단말 장치로부터 획득되는 로케이트(Locate) 요청을 참조로 하여, 상기 제1 사용자의 차입 희망 유가 증권 또는 대여 희망 유가 증권에 관한 정보를 포함하는 일대다 로케이트 메시지를 상기 제1 사용자의 대차 거래 주소록에 포함되는 복수의 다른 사용자 단말 장치 각각에 전송하는 대차 거래 로케이트 관리부, 및상기 일대다 로케이트 메시지에 포함되는 대차 거래 계약의 조건이 상기 복수의 다른 사용자에 의해 기설정된 대차 거래 계약의 조건에 부합하면, 상기 제1 사용자와 상기 복수의 다른 사용자 각각 사이의 대차 거래 계약이 자동으로 확정되도록 하는 대차 거래 협상 관리부를 포함하고,상기 일대다 로케이트 메시지에는 상기 차입 희망 유가 증권 또는 상기 대여 희망 유가 증권의 종목 이름 및 수량, 희망 수수료율, 역외 물량 혹은 역내 물량 여부, 리콜(Recall) 가능 여부, 권리 관계 책임(Corporate Action Liability), 계약 체결일, 예상 보유 기간, 식별자, 담보 유형(Collateral Type) 및 자동 계약 확정 여부 중 적어도 하나에 관한 정보가 포함되고,상기 제1 사용자 단말 장치가 상기 로케이트 메시지를 전송 받은 상기 복수의 다른 사용자 단말 장치 중 상기 로케이트 메시지에 대하여 응답한 적어도 일부의 다른 사용자 단말 장치의 응답 결과에 관한 정보를 제공 받을 수 있고, 상기 제1 사용자 단말 장치가 상기 적어도 일부의 다른 사용자 단말 장치에게 추가적인 로케이트 메시지를 전송할 수 있는 시스템.
