본 발명은 남성용 기능성 팬티에 관한 것으로서 특히 팬티를 입을 때 물리적인 힘에 의한 분리 없이 자연스럽게 음경과 음낭이 각각 독립된 공간으로 분리되어 수납되는 남성용 기능성 팬티에 관한 것이다.
최근 남성 성기능과 호르몬의 분비, 정자의 생산과 활동성 등에 관한 많은 연구에 따르면 많은 대중매체에 공지된 바와 같이 기온의 변화에 의한 인체의 변화와 함께 남성 성기능도 변화가 초래되고 있다.
인체는 체온을 정상으로 유지하려는 항상성 작용을 하고 있고, 남성의 음낭도 이와 같이 대기의 기온에 따라 체온이 떨어지면 오므라들고 체온이 올라가면 늘어나는데 이는 음낭의 온도를 일정하게 유지하려는 항상성의 결과이다.
그런데 최근 기온의 변화와 체온에 의해 고환의 온도가 올라가 열을 방출하려면 음낭은 체적을 넓히려고 늘어나야 하는데 늘어날 공간은 부족하고 양쪽 허벅지에 끼고 그 위에 음경까지 밑으로 눌리게 되어 결국 땀을 흘리게 되는데

상기 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 제 1 실시 예에 따른 특징에 의하면
남성용 기능성 팬티(100)는 안감부재(140)의 중앙에 둥근 삼각형 모양의 음경개구부(200)와
초승달 모양의 음낭개구부(210)가 제 1 절단부(201)와 제 2 절단부(202)에 의해 생성된 안감부재(140) 앞에 음경수납부(300)와 음낭수납부(310)가 포함된 수납부재(330)를 접합 봉제한 안감부재(140)를 전면부재(120)와 접합 봉제하고
안감부재(140)가 접합된 전면부재(120)를 후면부재(110)와 접합 봉제된 것을 특징으로 하는
본 발명의 남성용 기능성 팬티는 바람직한 제 1 실시 예에서 음경(10)과 음낭(20)이 다른 강제수단에 의해 수납되지 않고 팬티를 입으면서 자연스럽게 음경개구부(200)와 음낭개구부(210)로 분리되고 수납부재(330)에 의해 보호되므로 쾌적한 착용감을 느낄 수 있는 특징이 있다.
바람직한 제 1 실시 예에서 음경개구부(200)와 음낭개구부(210)사이에 있는 분리막(170)은 음경(10)이 팽창했을 때나 수축했을 때도 음낭(20)과 분리해주고 과격한 운동에 의해 체온이 올라가 땀이 날 때도 땀의 흡수와 배출이 탁월한 기능성 부재를 사용한 안감부재(140)에 의해 원활한 땀의 흡수와 배출을 도와 음낭의 온도를 최적화 시킬 수 있는 특징이 있다.
바람직한 제 1 실시 예에서 둥근 삼각형 모양의 음경개구부(200)는 음경이 수축에 의해 좌, 우로 쏠려도 안감부재(140) 안으로 들어오지 않도록 하여 음경(10)과 음낭(20)의 겹치는 부분(11)을 분리막(170)으로 분리하여주므로 항상 땀이 없어 보송보송한 상태를 유지할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
바람직한 제 2 실시 예에서 남성용 기능성 팬티(100)는 남성의 음경(10)이 자연스럽게 분리 수납되도록 음경(10)이 삽입되는 음경개구부(200)가 중앙부분에 형성된 제 2 안감부재(500)를 포함한다.
제 2 안감부재(500) 전면에 결합 되며, 중앙의 대칭선(301)을 중심으로 좌, 우 절단부(203)를 접은 후 결합부(190)에 결합하면 음경(10)의 수납부 통과가 용이하도록 제 1 만곡부(161)와 제 2 만곡부(162)가 생성되고 제 3 만곡부(163)가 서로 이어져 있어 각각의 만곡부가 하나의 주머니 형태로 형성되고, 음경수납부(300)와 음낭수납부(310)가 하나의 공간에 생성되는 수납부재(330); 및

또한, 전면부재(120)의 하단은 후면부재(110)의 하단과 결합부(190)에 결합되고, 전면부재(120)의 중앙에 위치하며 수납부재(330)의 내측의 결합부(190)에 결합되어 있는 제 2 안감부재(500)는 수납부재(330)보다 길이가 짧게 재단되어, 후면부재(110)와 제 2 안감부재(500) 사이에 생성되는 음낭개구부(210)를 포함한다.
바람직한 제 3 실시 예에서 남성용 기능성 무봉제 팬티(800)는,
남성의 음경(10)과 음낭(20)이 각각 분리되도록 전면부의 음경(10) 위치부분에 형성된 음경개구부(200)와 음경개구부(200)의 하단부에 형성되는 무봉제 분리막(810)과 무봉제 분리막(810) 하단부의 음낭(20)위치 부분에 형성되는 음낭개구부(210)를 하나의 원단에 포함하는 남성용 기능성 무봉제 팬티 등 제 1, 제 2, 제 3 실시 예에 의한 과제 해결수단이 있다.
본 발명에 따르면 다음과 같은 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
본 발명의 수납부재(330)는 개구부가 생성된 안감부재(140)와 접합 봉제되고 전면부재(120)와 후면부재(110)가 접합 봉제되어 형성된 남성용 기능성 팬티를 착용시
(1) 음낭과 음경은 각각의 공간에 자유롭게 수납되므로 통기성을 확보할 수 있고 수납공간이 분리되어 음낭의 온도를 낮출 수 있으므로 음경 밑부분과 음낭 밑부분에 땀이 차지 않아 악취가 나지 않고 땀띠 같은 피부질환과 각종 세균의 서식을 방지하여 위생상태를 지속적으로 양호하게 유지할 수 있다.
(2) 격렬한 운동이나 등산 또는 일상적으로 활동할 때도 음낭과 음경이 분리 수납 되므로 음낭의 온도는 일정한 온도를 유지할 수 있으며 이로써 고환의 높은 온도에 의해 성기능 장애로 인한 남성 불임의 원인을 미연에 예방할 수 있다.

도 6 내지 도 12 에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 바람직한 제 2 실시 예에 따른 남성용 기능성 팬티(100)는, 남성의 음경(10)이 자연스럽게 분리 수납되도록 음경(10)이 삽입되는 음경개구부(200)가 중앙부분에 형성된 제 2 안감부재(500)를 포함한다.
(상기 안감부재(140)와 제 2 안감부재(500)의 부호가 다른데, 이는 제 2 실시 예의 구성에 있어서의 특징으로 안감부재 안에 형성되는 음경개구부(200)만 포함하거나, 음경개구부(200)와 분리막(170)만 포함한 제 2 안감부재(500)의 길이가 제 1 실시 예의 음경개구부(200), 분리막(170), 음낭개구부(210) 을 모두 포함한 안감부 재(140) 보다 길이가 짧고 구성이 다르기 때문에 부호가 다른 것이다.)

또한, 도 9 를 참조하면 전면부재(120)의 하단은 후면부재(110)의 하단과 결합부(190)에 결합되고, 전면부재(120)의 중앙에 위치하며 수납부재(330)의 내측의 결합부(190)에 결합되어 있는, 제 2 안감부재(500)는 수납부재(330)보다 길이가 짧게 재단되어, 후면부재(110)와 제 2 안감부재(500) 사이에 생성되는 음낭개구부(210)를 포함한다.
그리고, 도 6및 도 11 을 참조하면, 수납부재(330)와 제 2 안감부재(500) 사이에 삽입되는 중간부재(141)는, 제 2 안감부재(500)의 길이와 같고, 음경(10)이 수납부재(330)에 삽입이 용이하도록 중앙 상단의 좌, 우 절단부(203)는 대칭선(301)을 중심으로 접은 후 결합부(190)에 결합하면 제 1 만곡부(161)와 제 2 만곡부(162)가 형성된 중간부재(141)를 더 포함한다.
또한, 도 8 의A, B를 참조하면 제 2 안감부재(500)는 음경개구부(200) 하단에 형성되는 분리막(170)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
그리고, 도 10 를 참조하면 밑면부재(142)는 일 측이 수납부재(330)를 포함한 전면부재(120) 하단부의 결합부(190)에 결합되고,
일 측은 후면부재(110)의 하단부와 결합부(190)에 결합되는 밑면부재(142)와, 제 2 안감부재(500)의 하단부 사이에 음낭개구부(210)가 생성되는 밑면부재(142)를 더 포함하는 남성용 기능성팬티로써,
수납부재(330)보다 길이가 짧고 음경개구부(200)가 형성된 제 2 안감부재(500)와, 제 2 안감부재(500)에 형성된 음경개구부(200) 하단에 생성된 분리막(170)과 수납부재(330), 중간부재(141)와 그리고 전면부재(120)와 밑면부재(142)사이에 생성된 음낭개구부(210)의 구성을 제외하고는 도 1 에서 도 10 까지의 도면을 참조하여 설명된 제 1 실시 예와 동일하다.
따라서, 제 1 실시 예나 제 3 실시 예와 동일한 기능을 수행하는 구성요소에 대해서는 동일한 참조 부호를 병기하고, 동일한 기능이지만 서로 다른 구성에 포함된 실시에 의해 형성되면 다른 참조 부호를 기재( 170 ; 분리막 은, 810 ; 무봉제 음경분리막 으로 다르게 표기함)하고 상세한 설명은 생략하고 간단히 설명한다.
본 발명의 제 2 실시 예에 따른 작용은 본 발명의 제 1 실시 예나 제 3 실시 예와 동일하면서,
효과는 다음과 같다.
안감부재(140)에 생성되었던 음낭개구부(210)는 후면부재(110)나 밑면부재(142) 중의 어느 하나 와 제 2 안감부재(500) 사이에서 음낭개구부(210)가 생성되므로 팬티(100)의 생산속도를 더욱 빠르게 하여 생산성을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
중간부재(141)는 소변 후 음경(10)에 맺혀있는 한두 방울의 잔뇨를 흡수하여 증발 시키고, 한 겹의 수납부재(330)로 인해 비쳐지는 음경(10)의 실루엣을 감출 수 있으며, 중간부재(141)의 길이는 안감부재(140)보다 짧고 제 2 안감부재(500)와 길이가 같으므로 음낭수납부(310)가 한 겹으로 되어 음낭(20)이 열을 방출하는데 용이한 효과가 있다.

또한 도 5 를 참고하면 수납부재(330)는 재단에 의해 변형된 수납부재(330)로서 그 절단부(203)를 보면 일정한 곡률 값을 갖는데,
이는 음낭의 특성상 음경수납부(300)의 제 1만곡부(161)와 제 2만곡부(162)보다
음낭수납부(310)의 제 3만곡부(163)가 다소 크게 형성되는 것은 주머니 형태로서 음낭을 수납하기에 넉넉한 크기를 형성하기 위한 것이다.
상기 형성된 수납부재(330)를 안감부재(140)에 접합 봉제하면 수납부재(330)가 부착된 안감부재(140)가 생성된다.
*본 발명의 바람직한 제 1 실시 예에 따른 구성요소를 살펴보았다.
이 구성요소를 바탕으로 그 각각의 기능에 의한 작용을 구체적으로 살펴본다.
도 1에서부터 도 3까지를 참조하면 안감부재(140)의 음경개구부(200)는 분리막(170)의 위치가 음경(10)이 수축되어 밑으로 내려와 있을 때 음낭(20)과 겹치는 부분(11)에 편안하게 이물감 없이 위치하며 분리막(170)의 하단부가 음낭(20)의 윗부분에 살짝 걸쳐 있는 것이 바람직하다.
음낭개구부(210) 하단의 겹치는 부분(12)은 음낭(20)이 수축되어 있을 때, 음낭(20)과 사타구니를 격리하는 자연스러운 위치에 있는 것이 바람직하다.
안감부재(140)의 소재는 땀의 흡수와 증발이 용이한 기능성 부재가 바람직하며, 음경(10)과 음낭(20)의 겹치는 부분(11), (12)이 팽팽하게 당겨져 있지 않아야 원활한 혈액순환에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

기능성 부재의 원단으로는 제조회사에 따라 다른 브랜드가 많이 출시되어 있는데
쿨맥스 원단, 쿨론 원단, 텐셀 원단, 마, 삼배, 스판덱스 원단이나 그 소재를 일정비율로 넣어 직조한 원단을 사용하는 것이 땀 흡수와 증발이 좋아 음낭의 온도를 내리는데 더욱 바람직하다.
도 3을 참조하면 안감부재(140)에 형성된 음경개구부(200)의 모양은 각이 없는 둥근 삼각형 모양이고 음낭개구부(210)의 모양은 초승달 모양이며 분리막(170)의 중앙부분의 높이는 약 3~4cm 정도가 바람직하다.
또한 음경개구부(200)나 음낭개구부(210)의 모양과 크기는 다양하게 재단이 가능하다. 실 예로 음경개구부(200)의 모양은 세로 직사각형, 세로 타원형, 역삼각형, 원형 등이고 크기도 다양한 크기로의 변형이 가능하며 음낭개구부(210)의 모양 또한 가로 직사각형, 타원형, 원형 등으로의 변형이 가능하지만,
개구부(200), (210)의 모양은 삼각형 모양과 초승달 모양이 안감부재(140)가 제 1절단부(201)와 제 2절단부(202)에 의한 분리막(170)의 늘어짐(쳐짐)이 덜해 가장 바람직하다.
도 1과 도 3 을 참조하면 상기 안감부재(140)에 생성된 음경개구부(200)와 음낭개구부(210)에 의해 독립적으로 분리된 음경(10)과 음낭(20)은 팽창이나 수축시 또는 격렬한 운동, 등산, 등 움직임이 많은 몸동작에도 불구하고
독립적으로 분리되어 있으며 음경(10)이 밑으로 수축되어도 분리막(170)에 의해 음낭(20)과 붙지 아니하고
수납부재(330)에 의해 음낭(20)과 사타구니와도 붙지 아니하고 분리되며 수납부재(330)의 크기 또한 넉넉히 커서 충분한 통기성이 확보되므로 땀과 습기와 온도로부터 음경(10)과 음낭(20)을 보호할 수 있다.
이로 인해 종래의 기술에 비해 성기능을 보다 개선시킬 수 있으며 착용감을 향상시키는 동시에 음낭의 고온에 의한 남성 불임의 원인을 사전에 예방 할 수 있는 특징이 있는 남성용 기능성 팬티를 제공한다.
본 발명의 제 1 실시 예에 따른 남성용 기능성 팬티(100)은 개구부(200), (210)가 생성된 안감부재(140)에 수납부재(330)을 접합 봉제하고 전면부재(120)와 후면부재(110)에 차례로 접합 봉제된 남성용 기능성 팬티다.
본 발명의 바람직한 제 2 실시 예에 따르면,
도 6 내지 도 12 에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 바람직한 제 2 실시 예에 따른 남성용 기능성 팬티(100)는, 남성의 음경(10)이 자연스럽게 분리 수납되도록 음경(10)이 삽입되는 음경개구부(200)가 중앙부분에 형성된 제 2 안감부재(500)를 포함한다.
(상기 안감부재(140)와 제 2 안감부재(500)의 부호가 다른데, 이는 제 2 실시 예의 구성에 있어서의 특징으로 안감부재 안에 형성되는 음경개구부(200)만 포함하거나, 음경개구부(200)와 분리막(170)만 포함한 제 2 안감부재(500)의 길이가 제 1 실시 예의 음경개구부(200), 분리막(170), 음낭개구부(210) 을 모두 포함한 안감부 재(140) 보다 길이가 짧고 구성이 다르기 때문에 부호가 다른 것이다.)
또한, 도 7, 도 12 를 참조하면 상기 제 2 안감부재(500) 전면에 결합 되며, 중앙의 대칭선(301)을 중심으로 좌 우 절단부(203)를 접은 후 결합부(190)에 결합하면 상기 음경(10)의 수납부 통과가 용이하도록 제 1 만곡부(161)와 제 2 만곡부(162)가 생성되고 제 3 만곡부(163)가 서로 이어져 있어 각각의 만곡부가 하나의 주머니 형태로 형성되고, 음경수납부(300)와 음낭수납부(310)가 하나의 공간에 생성되는 수납부재(330); 및
그리고 수납부재(330)의 좌, 우의 결합부(190)에 결합되며, 팬티의 전면을 형성하는 전면부재(120)와 전면부재(120)의 좌, 우의 결합부(190)에 결합되며, 팬티의 후면을 형성하는 후면부재(110)를 포함한다.
또한, 도 9 를 참조하면 전면부재(120)의 하단은 후면부재(110)의 하단과 결합부(190)에 결합되고, 전면부재(120)의 중앙에 위치하며 수납부재(330)의 내측의 결합부(190)에 결합되어 있는, 제 2 안감부재(500)는 수납부재(330)보다 길이가 짧게 재단되어, 후면부재(110)와 제 2 안감부재(500) 사이에 생성되는 음낭개구부(210)를 포함한다.
그리고, 도 6및 도 11 을 참조하면, 수납부재(330)와 제 2 안감부재(500) 사이에 삽입되는 중간부재(141)는, 제 2 안감부재(500)의 길이와 같고, 음경(10)이 수납부재(330)에 삽입이 용이하도록 중앙 상단의 좌, 우 절단부(203)는 대칭선(301)을 중심으로 접은 후 결합부(190)에 결합하면 제 1 만곡부(161)와 제 2 만곡부(162)가 형성된 중간부재(141)를 더 포함한다.
또한, 도 8 의A, B를 참조하면 제 2 안감부재(500)는 음경개구부(200) 하단에 형성되는 분리막(170)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
그리고, 도 10 를 참조하면 밑면부재(142)는 일 측이 수납부재(330)를 포함한 전면부재(120) 하단부의 결합부(190)에 결합되고,
일 측은 후면부재(110)의 하단부와 결합부(190)에 결합되는 밑면부재(142)와, 제 2 안감부재(500)의 하단부 사이에 음낭개구부(210)가 생성되는 밑면부재(142)를 더 포함하는 남성용 기능성팬티로써,
수납부재(330)보다 길이가 짧고 음경개구부(200)가 형성된 제 2 안감부재(500)와, 제 2 안감부재(500)에 형성된 음경개구부(200) 하단에 생성된 분리막(170)과 수납부재(330), 중간부재(141)와 그리고 전면부재(120)와 밑면부재(142)사이에 생성된 음낭개구부(210)의 구성을 제외하고는 도 1 에서 도 10 까지의 도면을 참조하여 설명된 제 1 실시 예와 동일하다.
따라서, 제 1 실시 예나 제 3 실시 예와 동일한 기능을 수행하는 구성요소에 대해서는 동일한 참조 부호를 병기하고, 동일한 기능이지만 서로 다른 구성에 포함된 실시에 의해 형성되면 다른 참조 부호를 기재( 170 ; 분리막 은, 810 ; 무봉제 음경분리막 으로 다르게 표기함)하고 상세한 설명은 생략하고 간단히 설명한다.
본 발명의 제 2 실시 예에 따른 작용은 본 발명의 제 1 실시 예나 제 3 실시 예와 동일하면서,
효과는 다음과 같다.
안감부재(140)에 생성되었던 음낭개구부(210)는 후면부재(110)나 밑면부재(142) 중의 어느 하나 와 제 2 안감부재(500) 사이에서 음낭개구부(210)가 생성되므로 팬티(100)의 생산속도를 더욱 빠르게 하여 생산성을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
중간부재(141)는 소변 후 음경(10)에 맺혀있는 한두 방울의 잔뇨를 흡수하여 증발 시키고, 한 겹의 수납부재(330)로 인해 비쳐지는 음경(10)의 실루엣을 감출 수 있으며, 중간부재(141)의 길이는 안감부재(140)보다 짧고 제 2 안감부재(500)와 길이가 같으므로 음낭수납부(310)가 한 겹으로 되어 음낭(20)이 열을 방출하는데 용이한 효과가 있다.
도 14 는 본 발명의 바람직한 제 3 실시 예에 따른 남성용 기능성 무봉제( Seamless : 솔기가 없는) 팬티의 분해도 이다.
본 발명의 바람직한 제 3 실시 예에 따르면,
도 14 에 도시된 바와 같이 남성용 기능성 무봉제 팬티(800) 있어서,
남성의 음경(10)과 음낭(20)이 각각 분리되도록 전면부의 음경(10) 위치부분에 형성된 음경개구부(200)와 음경개구부(200)의 하단부에 형성되는 무봉제 분리막(810)과 무봉제 분리막(810) 하단부의 음낭(20)위치 부분에 형성되는 음낭개구부(210)를 하나의 원단에 포함하는 남성용 기능성 무봉제 팬티(800);
또한, 남성용 기능성 무봉제 팬티(800)는 음낭(20)이 분리되도록 전면부의 음낭(20) 위치부분에 음낭개구부(210)가 하나의 원단에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 무봉제 팬티.
또한, 음경개구부(200)와 음낭개구부(210) 전면의 결합부(190)에 결합되며
음경개구부(200)와 음낭개구부(210)에서 분리된 음경(10)과 음낭(20)이 수납되도록 상단부분에 둥근 형태의 제 1 만곡부(161)가 형성되고 중간부분에 둥근 형태의 제 2 만곡부(162)가 형성되며, 하단부분은 주머니 형태로 형성된 제 3 만곡부(163)가 서로 이어져 있어, 하나의 주머니 모양이 하나의 원단에 형성된 무봉제 수납부재(820)를 더 포함하는 남성용 기능성 무봉제 팬티(800)다.
이와 같이 남성용 기능성 무봉제 팬티(800)는 팬티를 원단에 직접 편직 하면서 음경개구부(200)와 음낭개구부(210)사이에 무봉제 분리막(810)이 형성되므로 다른 실시 예의 기능성 팬티(100)의 분리막(170)과 다른 부호를 사용하였고,
다른 실시 예의 수납부재(330)와 다르게 무봉제 수납부재(820)도 원단에 직접 편직하면서 제1, 제2, 제3 만곡부(161), (162), (163)가 하나의 원단에 형성되므로 다른 부호를 사용하였다.
서로 다른 실시 예에서 비슷한 기능과 용어인데 구성이 변형되었으면 다른 부호를 사용하였다.
본 발명의 바람직한 제 1, 제 2, 제 3 실시 예를 살펴보면
수납부재(330)의 모양과 형상은 절단부(203)의 위치와 곡률값에 따라 다양하게 변화할 수 있으므로 그 모양을 한정하지 않지만, 음경과 음낭을 포함하여 함께 수납 할 수 있으면 충분하다.
이와 같이 수납부재(330)가 제 1 만곡부(161), 제 2 만곡부(162), 제 3 만곡부(163)를 이루는 것 은 음경(10)과 음낭(20)이 수납부에 삽입될 때 강제수단에 의하지 않고 자연스럽게 삽입되도록 하기 위한 것 이고 수납부가 음경(10)과 음낭(20)의 부피보다 큰 다른 이유는, 다리의 움직임에 따라 수납부재(330) 안에 수납되어 있는 음경(10)과 음낭(20)도 같이 움직이는데 이 움직임에 따라 수납부재(330)도 같이 움직이므로 바지 안의 수납부재(330) 근처에 소기상을 발생시켜 작은 바람을 일으키는 작용을 하기 위한 것이다.
이로써 작은 공기의 유동이 있고, 그 공기의 유동에 의해 통기성이 생기면 이러한 작용에 의해 음낭(20) 부근과 사타구니 부근의 높은 온도가 내려가고 습기가 공기의 유동에 의해 제거 될 수 있다.
이와 같이 수납부재(330)의 모양과 형태는 많은 디자인에 의해 다른 모양과 크기로 생성될 수 있다.
중간부재(141)를 살펴보면 중간부재(141)의 폭은 수납부재(330)의 폭보다 조금 작은데,
이는 겉에 있는 수납부재(330)에 의해 결합부(190)에 결합될 때 중간부재(141)가 구겨져서 음경(10)의 수납부 삽입 시 방해 현상을 방지하기 위한 것이다.
중간부재(141)는 윗부분에만 절단부(203)에 의한 대칭선(301)이 한곳만 있는데 이것은 수납부재(330)의 윗부분의 내측으로 삽입되어 윗부분에 볼륨 감을 주고, 팬티를 입을 때 음경(10)이 음경개구부(200)를 통과한 후 수납되는 과정에서 수납부재(330)나 중간부재(141)에 걸리지 않고 통과가 용이하도록 하기 위한 것이며, 제 2 안감부재(500)와 길이가 같고 제 1 실시 예의 안감부재(140) 보다는 짧다.
안감부재(140)는 음경(10)과 음낭(20)을 신체와 분리하기 위한 것으로, 중앙부근에 둥근 삼각형 모양의 음경개구부(200)만을 형성할 수 있고, 그 하단에 분리막(170)까지 형성할 수 있으며 그 하단에 음낭개구부(210)까지 형성할 수도 있다.
안감부재(140)에 생성된 음경개구부(200), 분리막(170), 음낭개구부(210)의 역할은 음경과 음낭의 겹치는 부분(11), (12)을 겹치지 않게 서로 분리시켜주고 음경개구부(200)와 음낭개구부(210)로 인해 좌, 우의 사타구니와 허벅지로부터 분리시켜주는 바람직한 역할을 하는 것과 동시에 음경과 음낭의 겹치는 부분(11), (12)에서 나는 땀을 음경과 음낭의 겹치는 부분(11), (12)이 바로 흡수하여 증발시켜줌으로써 쾌적한 착용감을 느끼게 하는데 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 구성요소들과 작용을 살펴보았다.
이 구성요소를 바탕으로 그 각각의 기능에 의한 작용을 구체적으로 살펴본다.
안감부재(140)의 음경개구부(200) 밑에 있는 분리막(170) 상단의 위치는,
음경(10)이 수축되어 밑으로 내려와 있을 때 몸과 음경과 겹치는 부분(11)에 편안하게 이물질감이 없는 위치이며, 분리막(170)의 하단부가 음낭(20)의 중간부분에 살짝 걸쳐 있는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 음낭개구부(210) 하단의 음낭이 겹치는 부분(12)은 음낭(20)이 수축되어 있을 때, 음낭(20)과 사타구니에 이물질감 없이 격리되는 자연스러운 위치에 있는 것이 바람직하다.
음경과 음낭의 겹치는 부분(11), (12)이 위로 바짝 팽팽하게 당겨져 있으면 처음에는 쾌적한 느낌이 들지만 시간이 지나면 매우 불편하고 혈액순환이 되지 않아 불쾌감이 있으므로 바람직한 상태는 겹치는 부분이 팽팽하게 당겨져 있지 않고 느슨하게 닿아있는 감각만 있는 자연스러운 상태라야 자연스러운 쾌적함을 느낄 수 있다.
본 발명의 수납부재(330)는 음경수납부(300)와 음낭수납부(310)가 따로 격리되어 있지 않고 주머니 형태로, 하나의 수납부재(330)에 안에 음경(10)과 음낭(20)이 수납됨으로써 중력으로부터 인체가 편안함을 느낄 수 있는 특징이 있다.
안감부재(140)에 형성돼있는 음경개구부(200)나 음낭개구부(210)의 모양과 크기는 다양하게 재단이 가능하다. 실시 예에 따르면 음경개구부(200)의 모양은 삼각형, 세로 타원형이고 크기도 다양한 크기로의 변형이 가능하며 음낭개구부(210)의 모양 또한, 가로 직사각형, 타원형, 원형 등으로의 변형이 가능하지만 뒤집힌 사다리꼴, 직사각형, 가로타원형이나 초승달모양이 바람직하다.
음경개구부(200)의 모양은 삼각형 모양이나 세로로 된 타원형이 음경에 겹치는 부분(11)의 늘어짐(쳐짐)이 덜해 바람직하다. 이 상의 구성에 의해 생성된 본 발명의 남성용 기능성 팬티(100)는 안감부재(140), 제 2 안감부재(500) 또는 기능성 무봉제 팬티(800)의 전면부에 형성된 개구부(200), (210)의 모양을 한정하지 않는다.
착용시 음경(10)과 음낭(20)은 팽창이나 수축 시 또는 격렬한 운동, 등산, 등 움직임이 많은 몸동작에도 불구하고 독립적인 각각의 개구부(200), (210)와 분리막(170), (810) 에 의해 분리되어 있으며,
음경(10)이 밑으로 수축되어도 분리막(170)에 의해 음낭(20)과의 접촉이 예방되고 수납부재(330)에 의해 음낭(20)과 사타구니와 허벅지와도 완벽히 분리되며 수납부재(330)의 크기 또한 넉넉히 커서 각종 스포츠나 어떠한 행동에도 다리의 움직임에 의해 수납부재(330)도 같이 움직이므로 작은 바람을 일으켜 충분한 통기성이 확보되므로 땀과 습기와 높은 온도로부터 음경(10)과 음낭(20)을 보호할 수 있다.
이로 인해 종래의 기술은 음경(10)과 음낭(20)이 사타구니나 허벅지로부터의 분리에만 초점이 맞춰져 있는, 팬티가 음경(10)과 음낭(20)을 팽팽히 압박하는 형태의 기술로써, 체온의 열전도율을 무시하여 어느 한 부분의 온도는 내릴 수 있겠으나, 다른 부분에서 열전도에 의해 온도가 올라가므로 열량의 총합은 오히려 높아질 수 있다.
인체공학적인 측면에서 해석하고 디자인한 본 발명의 남성용 기능성 팬티는 음경(10)과 음낭(20)의 총 열량을 내리고, 입으면서 쉽게 스스로 분리되고 다 입으면 동시에 수납되며 다리의 움직임에 의해 작은 바람을 일으켜 통기성이 뛰어난 팬티를 제공한다.
이처럼 독특한 구성을 갖는 남성용 기능성 팬티는, 종래 기술과 현저히 다른 작용과 효과를 제공하며, 착용감을 향상시키는 동시에 음낭(20)을 고온의 체온으로부터 보호하는 역할을 하므로써, 씨 없는 정자의 위험성을 사전에 예방할 수 있는 특징이 있는, 남성용 기능성 팬티를 제공한다.
이와 같이 본 발명의 제 1 실시 예나 본 발명의 제 2 실시 예 또는 제 3실시 예에 따르면 종래의 기술에 비해 서로 현저히 다른 독특한 구성요소로 인해, 음경(10)과 음낭(20)의 분리가 팬티를 입으면서 스스로 이루어지고, 팬티를 다 입으면 수납이 자연스럽게 완성 되는 독특한 특징을 갖게 된다.
이러한 특징들은 고급원단의 사용에 의한 원가상승을 예방하고, 인체와의 완벽한 분리를 이루어 신체접촉 부위의 불쾌감을 최소화하며, 이로 인해 인체는 가장 쾌적한 착용 감을 느낄 수 있고, 또한 팬티의 생산성을 높일 수 있는 특징이 있다.
여기서 본 발명의 이점과 특징 그리고 그것들을 달성하는 상기의 방법과 기능의 핵심적 기술구성은 개시되는 제 1 실시 예와 제 2 실시 예, 제 3 실시 예, 변형된 실시 예로 한정시킨 것이 아니며 서로 다른 다양한 방법과 재단에 의해 다양한 형태로 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다.
따라서 본 발명의 실시 예들은 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 특징에 의한 기술사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 완전하게 알려주기 위해 제공되는 것이다.
그러므로 본 발명의 보호범위는 아래 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며 그와 유사한 범위와 개념으로 도출되는 모든 기술사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

    남성의 음경(10)과 음낭(20)이 각각 분리 수납되도록 상기 음경(10)이 삽입되는 음경개구부(200)와 상기 음낭(20)이 삽입되는 음낭개구부(210)가 상하로 형성되는 안감부재(140);
    상기 안감부재(140)의 전면부에 접합 봉제되고, 제1주름부(151)에 의해 형성되는 제1만곡부(161)와 제2주름부(152)에 의해 형성되는 제2만곡부(162)와 제3주름부(153)에 의해 형성되는 제3만곡부(163)를 가지며, 주머니 형태의 음경수납부(300)와 음낭수납부(310)가 하나의 공간에 생성되는 수납부재(330); 및
    상기 수납부재(330)의 좌우 에 접합 봉제되며, 상기 팬티의 전면을 형성하는 전면부재(120); 및
    상기 전면부재(120)의 좌우 에 접합 봉제되며, 상기 팬티의 후면을 형성하는 후면부재(110)를 포함하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.

  3. 제2항에 있어서 안감부재(140)는 안감부재(140) 중앙 근처의 상단부로 둥근 삼각형 모양의 음경 개구부(200)가 제1절단부(201)에 의해 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  4. 제2항에 있어서 안감부재(140)는 안감부재(140) 하단부에 초승달 모양의 음낭 개구부(210)가 제2절단부(202)에 의해 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 상기 수납부재(330)는 절단부(203)끼리 대칭(201)되게 접어 접합 봉제되어 상기 제2만곡부(162)와 상기 제3만곡부(163)가 주머니 형태로 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  6. 남성용 기능성 팬티에 있어서,
    남성의 음경(10)이 분리 수납되도록 상기 음경(10)이 삽입되는 음경개구부(200)가 중앙부분에 형성된 제 2 안감부재(500);
