Abstract

An undergarment is disclosed that provides substantially conventional external appearance while having a separator-fabrics inside wherein the separator-fabrics a scrotum from a penis and a groin region to provide comfort. Each of the separator-fabrics is a small piece of fabric or a pocket made from fabric that provides separation to the scrotum from the penis and the groin region.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Field of the Invention.

[0004] The present disclosure relates generally to an man’s brief. More so, the present invention relates to a comfortable brief for Men.

Description of the related art.

[0005] Outer appearance and fabric of man’s briefs have evolved over a period of time to provide more comfort to the users. However, one of the discomforts to users is caused by friction between a penis, a scrotum and a groin region. Another discomfort caused to the users is maintaining a penis or a scrotum in a comfortable position.

[0006] A few designs of man’s briefs tries to address the above by providing protruding pockets on an man’s brief for placement of a penis and a scrotum. Such protruding pockets on man’s briefs are visible externally giving an unpleasant visual appeal.

[0007] In light of the above mentioned drawbacks, there exists a need of a visual appealing and comfortable man’s brief.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0008] A primary object of the disclosure is to provide a comfortable man’s brief.

[0009] Another object of the present disclosure is to provide an man’s brief that provide separation among a penis, a scrotum and a groin region.

[0010] Yet another object of the present disclosure is to an man’s brief that provide separation among a penis, a scrotum and a groin region, while having conventional visual appearance from outside.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0023] Reference will now be made in detail to selected embodiments of the present disclosure in conjunction with accompanying figures. The embodiments described herein are not intended to limit the scope of the disclosure, and the present disclosure should not be construed as limited to the embodiments described. This disclosure may be embodied in different forms without departing from the scope and spirit of the disclosure. It should be understood that the accompanying figure is intended and provided to illustrate embodiments of the disclosure described below and are not necessarily drawn to scale. In the drawing, like numbers refer to like elements throughout, and thicknesses and dimensions of some components may be exaggerated for providing better clarity and ease of understanding.

[0024] It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", and the like, herein do not denote any order, ranking, quantity, or importance, but rather are used to distinguish one element from another. Further, the terms "a" and "an" herein do not denote a limitation of quantity, but rather denote the presence of at least one of the referenced item. The words men’s brief, underwear, man’s brief all mean the same inner cloth for men. Any pocket mentions in this application for penis and/or scrotum can be open/closed/open-able at the other end or can be configured to provide partial or full separation. Each of the pocket configurations can be sewed to the front fabric panel 101 and/or the pockets can have a fabric panel parellal to the front fabric panel 101 . The first separator-fabric and the second separator-fabric pockets may be sewed on the front fabric panel of the brief for every configuration shown in this invention.

[0025] FIG. 1 illustrates an man’s brief 100 comprising the front fabric panel 101 defining front waist aperture 103 within or connected to the front a waist aperture 103. The front fabric panel 101 extends from the front waist aperture 103 down over to a penis 108 to over the scrotum 110 to the groin region 112 between the left and the right legs to at the rear fabric panel 102 which then connects to the back waist aperture 104. The man’s brief is configured to have an opening 106 for each of the two legs. Every drawing only shows opening 106 which is meant to be for the left leg of the men who are wearing this apparatus. The men’s brief further comprises a fabric pocket 125 configured to hold the scrotum 110, wherein the pocket 125 shown here is closed at the bottom and an opening to insert the scrotum 110. The fabaric pocket 125 has a second separator fabric that separates the scrotum 110 from the groin region 112. The pocket 125 can be configured entirely of a same or two separate fabric. The fabric that seperates the scrotum 110 from the penis 108 can be identified as the first separator- fabric and the fabric that separates the scrotum 110 from the groin region can be identified as the second separator-fabric. The pocket 125 serves a dual purpose with just one pocket of 1) separating penis 108 from scrotum 110 and 2) separating scrotum 110 from the groin region 112. Thus the pocket 125 comrpised of both the first separator-fabric and the second separator fabric. The penis rests against the fabric pocket 125 thus the penis 108 will not touch the scrotum 110. It should be understood to a person skilled in the art that only left leg apertures is visible in the side view of the man’s brief 100. It should be noted that the groin region is the area between the legs and is not shown in FIG. 1. The pocket is on the inside of the man’s brief 100 keeping the external appearance of the man’s brief 100 substantially similar to a conventional man’s brief with a smooth curved side view of the front fabriccc panel 101 without obvious externally visible partitions. Each of the pocket configurations shown in figs. 1 to 10 can be sewed to the front fabric panel 101 and/or the pockets can have a fabric panel parellal to the front fabric panel 101. The at least one front fabric panel 101 can be comprised from a one fabric or it also can be comprised by sewing two or more fabric pieces together.

[0026] FIG. 2 illustrates an man’s brief 200 comprising the front fabric panel 101 defining the waist aperture 103 within or connected to a waist aperture 103. The front fabric panel 101 extends from the front of the waist aperture 103 down over to a penis 108 to over the scrotum 110 to the groin region 112 between the left and the right legs to at the rear fabric panel 102 which then connects to the back waist aperture 104. The man’s brief is configured to have one opening 106 for each of the two legs. Every drawing only shows opening 106 which is meant to be for the left leg of the men who are wearing this apparatus. The men’s brief further comprises a fabric pocket 225 configured to hold the scrotum 110, wherein the pocket shown here is configured to be open at the bottom and has opening to insert the scrotum 110. The fabric pocket 225 separates the scrotum 110 from the penis 108 and also from the groin region 112. The penis rests against the fabric pocket 225 thus the penis 108 will not touch the scrotum 110. It should be understood to a person skilled in the art that only left leg apertures is visible in the side view of the man’s brief 100. It should be noted that the groin region is the area between the legs and is not shown in FIG. 1 . The pocket is on the inside of the man’s brief 100 keeping the external appearance of the man’s brief 100 substantially similar to a conventional man’s brief with a smooth curved side view of the front fabric panel 101 without obvious externally visible partitions.

[0027] FIG. 3 illustrates an man’s brief 300 with a scrotum pocket 325 configured to be closed at the bottom and a penis pocket 330 configured to be open at the bottom, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the man’s brief 300 is shown to have the separation fabric that configures the pocket 325 seperates the scrotum from the groin region 112 and from the penis 108. The pocket 325 also can be called the second separator-fabaric because it separates the scrotum 110 from the groin region 112. Additionally the penis has surrounding walls that forms a pocket like configuration 330 to keep the penis secured in designated location inside the men’s brief. The pocket 330 also can be called the first separator-fabric because it seperates the penis 108 from the scrotum 110. The pocket 325 that holds the scrotum 110 can be open or closed at the bottom. The pocket 325 also can be configured to provide partial fabric separation to the penis or groin region. The configuration 330 also can have different shapes and sizes which can be configured to provides full or partial separation to the penis 108 from the scrotum 110 and/or the groin region 112. The pocket is on the inside of the man’s brief 300 keeping the external appearance of the man’s brief 300 substantially similar to a conventional man’s brief. The pockets 325 and 330 also may be sewed directly on the front fabric panel 101 and/or can have a fabric panel parellal to the front fabric panel 101 to provide wide pockets. The pockets 325 and 330 has an openings to insert the scrotum 110 and the penis 108 respectively. Each of the pockets 325 and 330 may be configured to be open at the bottom and to be closed. [0028] FIG. 4 illustrates an man’s brief 400 with a scrotum pocket 425 and a penis pocket 430, in accordance with another embodiment of the present disclosure. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the man’s brief 400 is shown to have the srotume pocket 430 being open at the bottom which also acts as a separation fabric that seperates the scrotum 110 from the groin region 112 and the penis 108. The penis 108 also has a fabric surrounding that forms a pocket like structure 430 which keeps the penis in the designated area in men’s brief and also provides a fabric layer that seperates the penis 108 from scrotum 110 and groin region 112. The pocket 430 is open in the figure 4 but it also can be closed or can have various configurations to provide full or partial separation to the penis 108 from the scrotum 110 or the groin region 112. The separation fabric 425 is a pocket that is partially open at one end and is used to place the scrotum 110. It will be understood to a person skilled in the art that a pocket can be a closed pocket, an open pocket or open-able pocket. The pocket is on the inside of the man’s brief 400 keeping the external appearance of the man’s brief 400 substantially similar to a conventional man’s brief. The pocket 430 also can be called the second separator-fabric because it seperates the penis 108 from the scrotum 110 and the pocket 425 also can be called the first separator-fabric because it seperates the penis 108 from the scrotum 110. In embodiments 300 and 400, the first separator-fabric (the fabric between the penis 108 and the srotum 110) is sewed to the front fabric panel and the second separator-fabric (the fabric between the scrotum 110 and the groin region 112) is sewed to the first separator-fabric.

[0029] FIG. 5 illustrates an man’s brief 500 with a scrotum pocket and a penis pocket directly sewed onto the front fabric panel 101 , in accordance with yet another embodiment of the present disclosure. In the embodiment of the present disclosure the man’s brief 500 is shown to have the first separation-fabric 530 that wraps the penis 108 to the front fabric panel 101 and keeps the penis in the designated area inside the brief. The separation fabric 530 also seperates partial or full separation to the penis 108 from the scrotum 110 and/or the groin region 112. The embodiment 500 has a second separator-fabric 525 that separates the scrotum 110 from the groin region 112. Each of the two separate pocket like structure 525 and 530 can be open, closed at the bottom or can be configured to provide partial or full separation/coverage while providing opening to insert the penis 108 into the pocket 530 and the scrotum 110 into the pocket 525. It will be understood to a person skilled in the art that a pocket can be a closed pocket, an open pocket or open-able pocket. The pocket is on the inside of the man’s brief 500 keeping the external appearance of the man’s brief 500 substantially similar to a conventional man’s brief by providing clean substantial arch to the front fabric panel 101 when the brief is worn by a men while providing separations inside for an extra comfort. The first separator-fabric in this embodiment is sewed to the second separator-fabric, wherein the second separator fabric is sewed to the front fabric panel.

[0030] FIG. 6 illustrates an man’s brief 600 with a scrotum pocket 625 and a penis pocket 630, in accordance with yet another embodiment of the present disclosure. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the man’s brief 600 is shown to have a pocket 625 which is configured to provide the first separator-fabric to the scrotum 110 from the from the penis 108 and the groin region 112. The pocket 625 can be configured to be open at the bottom which is presently shown being a closed pocket in embodiment 600. The pocket 625 also can be configured to provide full or partial separation to the scrotum 110 from the groin region 112. The fabric pocket 625 also can be directly sewed on the front fabric panel 101 . Additionally, the embodiment 600 has a fabric pocket 630 which is configured to keep the penis in upright position against the front fabric panel 101 wherein the pocket configuration 630 also keeps the penis in designated area in the men’s brief. The pocket 630 can be open, closed and/or openable. It will be understood to a person skilled in the art that a pocket can be a closed pocket, an open pocket or open-able pocket. The fabric pocket 625 is the second separator-fabric because it separates the scrotum 110 from the groin region while the fabric pocket 630 is the first separator-fabric is the first separator-fabric because the pocket 630 secured the penis 108 in upright vertical position thus separates the penis 108 from the scrotum 110. The pocket is on the inside of the man’s brief 600 keeping the external appearance of the man’s brief 600 substantially similar to a conventional man’s brief.

[0031] FIG. 7 illustrates an man’s brief 700 with a scrotum pocket 725 and a penis pocket 730, in accordance with yet another embodiment of the present disclosure. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the man’s brief 700 is shown to have a pocket 725 which is configured to provide fabric separation to the scrotum 110 from the from the penis 108 and the groin region 112. The pocket 725 can be configured to be open at the bottom which is presently shown being a open pocket in embodiment 600. The pocket 725 also can be configured to provide full or partial separation to the scrotum 110 from the groin region 112. The fabric pocket 725 also can be directly sewed on the front fabric panel 101 as shown in the embodiment 700 or can have a fabric panel that parellal to the front fabric panel 101 wherein the fabric is sewed to provide wider pockets. Additionally, the embodiment 700 has a fabric pocket 730 which is configured to keep the penis in upright position against the front fabric panel 101 wherein the pocket configuration 730 also keeps the penis in designated area in the men’s brief. The pocket 730 can be open, closed and/or openable. It will be understood to a person skilled in the art that a pocket can be a closed pocket, an open pocket or open-able pocket. The fabric pocket 725 is the second separator-fabric because it separates the scrotum 110 from the groin region while the fabric pocket 730 is the first separator-fabric is the first separator-fabric because the pocket 730 secured the penis 108 in upright vertical position thus separates the penis 108 from the scrotum 110. The pocket is on the inside of the man’s brief 700 keeping the external appearance of the man’s brief 700 substantially similar to a conventional man’s brief by having smooth curve on a sideview of the front fabric panel 101 when the brief is worn by a men.

[0032] FIG. 8 illustrates an man’s brief 800 with a pocket 825 that is configured to provide a shared space for the scrotum 110 and the penis 108, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the man’s brief 800 is shown to have the separation fabric 825 that seperates the scrotum 110 and the penis 108 from touching to groin region 112 wherein the fabric separation 825 also keeps the penis 108 and scrotum 110 in confined space. The separation fabric 825 can be identified as the second separator-fabric because it separates the scrotum 110 from the groin region 112. The first separation fabric is absent in this embodiment because there isn’t any fabric that separates the penis 108 from the scorum 110. The penis 108 may have an opening at the bottom of the pocket 825 as shown in the fig.8. It will be understood to a person skilled in the art that a pocket can be a closed pocket, an open pocket or open-able pocket. The pocket is on the inside of the man’s brief 800 keeping the external appearance of the man’s brief 800 substantially similar to a conventional man’s brief bu having a smooth curved front fabric panel 101 without any visual partions from outside. [0033] FIG. 9 illustrates an man’s brief 900 with an external compartment of a secondary outer fabric panel 925 sewed outside the front fabric panel 101 wherein the front panel has an opening 930 to allow the penis 108 and the scrotum 110 out of the front fabric panel 101 into the space between the front fabric panel 101 and the secondary front fabric panel 925. The front panel 101 further extends over a groin region to connect to the rear fabric panel 102. The space between the front fabric panel 101 and the secondary outer fabric panel 925 can have an additional fabric pocket 935 for the penis 108 wherein the pocket may act as the first separator-fabric that separates the penis 108 from the scrotum 110. The scrotum 110 may be separated from the groin region 112 because of the front fabric panel 101. The external extension 925 is sewed outside of the front fabric panel 101 of the man’s brief 900 keeping the external side view appearance of the man’s brief 900 substantially similar to a conventional man’s brief with a substantially smooth curved secondary outer fabric panel 925. The at least one front fabric panel 101 can be comprised from a one fabric or it also can be comprised by sewing two or more fabric pieces together. The secondary outer fabric panel 925 can be comprised from a one fabric or it also can be comprised by sewing two or more fabric pieces together. The at least one separator-fabric 935 separates the penis 108 from the scrotum 110 while the front fabric panel 101 seperates both the penis 108 and the scrotum 110 from the groin region 112. The secondart outer panel may have a further opening for penis to urinate.

[0034] FIG. 10 illustrates an man’s brief 1000 with an external compartment of the secondary outer fabric panel 925 sewed outside the front fabric panel 101 wherein the front panel has an opening 930 to allow the penis 108 out of the front fabric panel 101 into the space between the front fabric panel 101 and the secondary outer fabric panel 925. A second separator fabric pocket 1035 may be sewed inside the front fabric panel 101 with an opening for the scrotum 110. The front fabric panel acts as a first separator- fabric in this embodiment because it separates the penis 108 from the scrotum 110. The secondart outer fabric panel may have a further opening for the penis to urinate. The secondary outer fabric panel 925 is sewed outside of the front fabric panel 101 of the man’s brief 1000 keeping the external side view appearance of the man’s brief 1000 substantially similar to a conventional man’s brief with a smooth curved external side view of the secondary outer fabric panel 1025. The additional fabric pocket 1035 also can have a fabric panel running parelal and inside to the fron fabric panel 925 and provide wide pockets for the scrotum 110. The pocket 1035 shown in embodiment 1000 can be open or closed at the bottom. The pocket 1035 also can be made of a fabric layer that provides partial or significant separation to the scrotum 110 from the groin region 112. The secondary outer fabric panel 925 can be comprised from a one fabric or it also can be comprised by sewing two or more fabric pieces together. The at least one separator-fabric 935 separates the scrotum 110 from the groin region 112 while the front fabric panel 101 seperates the penis 108 from the scrotum 110.

[0035] Embodiments shown in figs. 1 to 5, 8 to 10 have a front fabric panel configuration that keeps the penis in downward position whereare embodiments shown in figs. 6 and 7 keeps the penis 108 in upright vertical position. Every pocket configurations shown here that accomadates the penis 108 and/or the scrotum 110 may have a closed/open/openable pocket at the bottom. It will be understood to a person ordinarily skilled in the art that various embodiments of this disclosure are possible without affecting the scope of the invention. For example, the penis 108 and the scrotum 110 can be a single pocket and separated from the groin region. In another example, the penis 108 and the scrotum 110 can be in separate pockets and separated from the groin region. In yet another example, the penis 108 can be in a pocket. In another example, the scrotum 110 can be in a pocket. It should be noted that all pockets can be closed pockets, open pockets or open-able pockets. One of the pockets for the penis 108 and/or the scrotum 110 can be sewed directly to the front fabric panel 101 or can also have parelal fabric running to the front fabric panel 101 wherein the pockets are sewed significantly closer to the opening 106 for the left leg and similar opening for the right leg on the other side. Also, shape and size of pockets will not affect the scope of the disclosure.

[0036] The man’s brief allows comfortable fit to a user while ensuring closest possible conventional extrnal appearance. The embodiments mentioned in figs. 1 to 10 can be made from at least cotton, partial-cotton, synthetic fabric, nylon, polyester, spandex, and/or a natural fabric.

Claims

1. A man’s brief comprising: at least one front fabric panel, at least one rear fabric panel, at least first separator- fabric and at least second separator-fabric; wherein the at least one front fabric panel defining front of a waist aperture or connected to front of a waist aperture, a left leg aperture, and a right leg aperture, wherein the at least one front fabric panel extends from front of the waist aperture down over to over a penis to over a scrotum to at least over a groin region between the left leg and the right leg to the at least one rear fabric panel; wherein the at least first separator-fabric is present inside the at least one front fabric panel, wherein the at least first separator-fabric is sewed to the at least one front fabric panel or to the at least second separator-fabric, wherein the at least first separator-fabric comprises an opening to insert the penis; wherein the at least second separator-fabric is present inside the at least one front fabric panel, wherein the at least second separator-fabric is sewed to the at least one front fabric panel or to the at least first separator-fabric, wherein the at least second separator-fabric comprises an opening to insert the scrotum; wherein the at least first separator-fabric separates the penis from the scrotum and the at least second separator-fabric separates the scrotum from the groin region; wherein the at least one front fabric panel is configured to provide a substantially smooth curved external side-visual when the man’s brief is worn by a man.

2. The man’s brief as recited in claim 1, wherein the at least first separator-fabric and/or the at least second separator-fabric has a closed pocket at the bottom.

3. The man’s brief as recited in claim 1, wherein the at least first separator-fabric and/or the at least second separator-fabric has an open pocket at the bottom.

4. The man’s brief as recited in claim 1, wherein the at least first separator-fabric and/or the at least second separator-fabric has an open-able pocket.

5. The man’s brief as recited in claim 1 , wherein the at least first separator-fabric is configured to keep the penis in an upright vertical position and the at least second separator-fabric is configured to separate the scrotum from the groin region.

6. The man’s brief as recited in claim 1 , wherein the at least first separator-fabric is configured to keep the penis in a downward position and the at least second separator-fabric is configured to separate the scrotum from the groin region.

7. The man’s brief as recited in claim 1 , wherein a part of the man’s brief is made of cotton and/or at least partial cotton and/or a fabric.

8. The man’s brief as recited in claim 1 , wherein the at least one front fabric panel and/or the at least one rear fabric panel and/or the at least first separator-fabric and/or the at least second separator-fabric is comprised by sewing two or more fabric pieces together.

9. A man’s brief comprising: at least one front fabric panel, at least one secondary outer fabric panel, at least one rear fabric panel, at least first separator-fabric or at least second separator-fabric; wherein the at least one front fabric panel defining front of a waist aperture or connected to front of a waist aperture, a left leg aperture, and a right leg aperture, wherein the at least one front fabric panel extends from front of the waist aperture down over to over a penis to over a scrotum to at least over a groin region between the left leg and the right leg to the at least one rear fabric panel; wherein the at least one secondary outer fabric panel is present outside the at least one front fabric panel, wherein the at least one secondary outer fabric panel is sewed to the at least one front fabric panel, wherein the at least one front fabric panel has an opening to insert the penis and/or the scrotum; wherein the at least first separator-fabric is sewed on the at least one secondary outer fabric panel or the at least second separator-fabric is sewed on the front fabric panel; wherein the at least first separator-fabric has an opening to insert penis or the at least second separator- fabric has a opening to insert the scrotum; wherein the at least one front fabric panel or the at least first separator-fabric separates the penis from the scrotum and the at least one front fabric panel or at least second separator-fabric separates the scrotum from the groin region; wherein at least one secondary outer fabric panel is configured to provide a substantially smooth curved external side-visual when the man’s brief is worn by the man.

10. The man’s brief as recited in claim 9, wherein at least one secondary outer fabric panel and/or the at least first separator-fabric and/or the at least second separator- fabric has a closed pocket at the bottom.

11. The man’s brief as recited in claim 9, wherein at least one secondary outer fabric panel and/or the at least first separator-fabric and/or the at least second separator- fabric has an open pocket at the bottom.
