또한, 스마트폰은, WiFi, 3G(또는 4G), WiBro 등의 무선 통신망과, ADSL, VDSL 등과 같은 유선 통신망 등 일상 생활에서 손쉽게 이용할 수 있는 인터넷 통신망을 이용하여 인터넷에 직접 접속할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 여러 가지 브라우징 프로그램을 이용하여 다양한 방법으로 접속할 수 있다.
스마트폰은 위치기반서비스를 이용한 위치정보를 활용하기 위하여 위성항법장치(GPS) 기반, 이동통신망 기반, WiFi 무선랜/센서네트워크 기반 위치인식기술, 또는 위성항법장치(GPS)와 WiFi 무선랜을 결합한 위치인식기술을 이용할 수 있도록 구축될 수 있다.
스마트폰은 통신사에서 제공하는 이동통신망을 기반으로 위치정보를 제공받을 수 있으며, 이를 위해 이동통신망 기반의 위치정보제공시스템은 기지국, 위치인식서버, 단말기(스마트폰)를 포함할 수 있으며, 이동통신망이 가용지역에 해당한다.
스마트폰은 위성항법장치(GPS)의 단점인 실내와 건물밀집 지역에서의 수신율 저하를 해결하기 위하여 위성항법장치(GPS)와 연계한 WiFi 무선랜/센서 네트워크 기반을 이용하여 위치정보를 제공받을 수도 있다. 이러한 WiFi 무선랜/센서 네트워크 기반을 이용한 위치정보제공시스템은 근거리 무선통신망과 전자태그를 포함할 수 있다.
스마트폰은 위치기반서비스를 통해 얻어진 위치정보와 함께 지리정보장치(Geographic Information Systems, GIS)와 결합 연계되어 지도상에 위치정보가 표시되도록 할 수도 있다.
지리정보장치(GIS)는 건물, 도로, 하천, 등고선, 행정구역경계 등과 같이 지형, 지리적으로 관련된 데이터를 수집, 저장, 출력, 분석하기 위한 것으로, 다양한 지리정보를 구축, 유지관리, 편집, 분석 및 프로세싱, 디스플레이 및 출력 등의 과정을 통하여 공간 정보를 얻는 동시에 공간 의사결정에 도움을 주는 시스템이다.
다른 정의가 없다면, 본 명세서에서 사용되는 모든 용어(기술 및 과학적 용어를 포함)는 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 공통적으로 이해될 수 있는 의미로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 또 일반적으로 사용되는 사전에 정의되어 있는 용어들은 정의되어 있지 않은 한 이상적으로 또는 과도하게 해석되지 않는다.

스마트폰(10)은 사용자(고객)가 소지하는 휴대용 단말기로서, 통신망(30)을 통해 영어문자소통서버(40)로부터 영작과 같은 영어 문자 소통 서비스를 제공받기 위하여 영어문자 소통 서비스용 애플리케이션(예: 응용프로그램 및 앱 등)이 설치된다.
상기 영어문자 소통 서비스용 애플리케이션은 영어문자소통서버(40)로부터 제공되거나, 혹은 기타 스마트폰용 애플리케이션 마켓(예를 들면, 애플 앱스토어, 구글 안드로이드 마켓 등)에서 제공되어 설치될 수 있다.
스마트폰(10)은 사용자의 조작에 의해 구동되고, 사용자가 스마트폰(10)의 LCD 표시창에 표시되는 영어문자 소통 서비스용 애플리케이션을 선택(터치식 또는 버튼식)하는 간단한 방법으로 애플리케이션을 실행하여 영어문자소통서버(40)에 접속하게 된다.

스마트폰(10)은 통신망(30)에 연결되어 영어문자소통서버(40)와 서버-클라이언트 통신이 가능하다. 또한, 스마트폰(10)은 영어문자소통서버(40)와 연동하여 영어 번역 등의 영어 문자 소통 서비스를 제공받은 후 직접 서비스 이용에 대한 이용요금을 결제할 수 있도록 구성될 수 있다.
스마트폰(10)에는 GPS 위성(또는, 이동통신망)으로부터 위치정보를 수신받기 위하여 GPS 수신장치(미도시)가 탑재되어 있다. 상기 GPS 수신장치는 GPS 위성을 통해 위치정보를 추출한다.
스마트폰(10)은 영어 문자 소통 서비스 요청시 상기 GPS 수신장치를 통해 추출된 위치정보와 기타 개인정보 등을 영어문자소통서버(40)로 제공한다. 스마트폰(10)에는 GPS 위성으로부터 제공되는 자신의 위치를 지도상에 표시하기 위하여 지리정보, 예를 들어 GIS로부터 제공되는 지리정보가 저장되어 관리될 수 있다.

사전키(14)는 사용자에게 영어단어를 제공하는 명령키로서, 사용자가 사전키(14)를 선택하면 영어문자소통서버(40)로부터 검색하고자 하는 사용자가 검색하고자 하는 것과 대응되는 다양한 단어들이 사용자에게 제공되고, 사용자는 이러한 영어문자소통서버(40)로부터 제공되는 단어들 중 가장 적합한 단어를 직접 선택할 수 있다.
기초회화키(15)는 사용자에게 간단한 기초회화를 제공하는 명령키로서, 사용자가 기초회화키(15)를 선택하면 미리 설정되어 저장된 다양한 기초회화 문장이 사용자에게 제공된다.
이외에도, 도 4a에 도시된 바와 같이, 세계친구사귀기키(21) 또는 세계문화공유키(22) 등을 더 제공할 수 있다. 사용자가 세계친구사귀기키(21) 또는 세계문화공유키(22)를 선택하면 영어문자소통서버(40)에 등록되어 있거나 현재 접속되어 있는 전세계의 친구들과 채팅을 할 수 있도록 제공한다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 영어문자소통서버(40)는 통신망(30)을 통해 스마트폰(10)과 상호 유무선 통신을 한다. 영어문자소통서버(40)는 스마트폰(10)으로부터 제공되는 사용자 개인정보 및 사용자의 학습 내역 등을 저장관리하는 한편, 영어 기반 문자 소통을 위해 필요한 편지 서문/맺음말, 다양한 영작 학습용 컨텐츠, 긴 절(구) 문장, 영어단어 사전 및 기초회화 정보 등을 저장 관리한다.

영어문자소통서버(40)는, 하드웨어적으로는 통상적인 웹서버와 동일한 구성을 가지며, 소프트웨어적으로는 C, C++, JAVA, Visual Basic, Visual C 등과 같은 다양한 형태의 언어를 통해 구현되어 여러 가지 기능을 하는 프로그램 모듈을 포함한다.
이러한 영어문자소통서버(40)는 일반적인 서버용 하드웨어에 도스(dos), 윈도우(window), 리눅스(linux), 유닉스(unix), 매킨토시(macintosh) 등의 운영체제에 따라 다양하게 제공되고 있는 웹서버 프로그램을 이용하여 구현될 수 있으며, 대표적인 것으로는 윈도우 환경에서 사용되는 웹사이트(website), IIS(Internet Information Server)와 유닉스 환경에서 사용되는 CERN, NCSA, APPACH 등이 이용될 수 있다.
영어문자소통서버(40)에는 전세계 가입자, 즉 사용자의 개인정보가 저장 관리된다. 또한 미리 설정된 다양한 영문 편지 서문/맺음말, 영작 학습용 컨텐츠, 영문 긴 절(구) 문장, 영어단어, 다양한 영어기초회화 문장 등이 저장 관리된다.
이외에도, 영어 채팅이 가능한 다양한 정보 등이 데이터베이스에 저장되어 관리될 수 있다. 이러한 데이터베이스는 영어문자소통서버(40)의 내부 또는 외부에 구현될 수 있다.
이러한 데이터베이스는 데이터베이스 관리 프로그램을 이용하여 컴퓨터 시스템의 저장공간(하드디스크 또는 메모리)에 구현된 일반적인 데이터구조를 의미하는 것으로, 데이터의 검색(추출), 삭제, 편집 및 추가 등을 자유롭게 행할 수 있는 데이터 저장형태를 의미한다.
이러한 데이터베이스는 오라클(oracle), 인포믹스(infomix), 사이베이스(sybase), DB2와 같은 관계형 데이터베이스 관리 시스템이나, 겜스톤(gemston), 오리온(orion), O2 등과 같은 객제 지향 데이터베이스 관리 시스템 및 엑셀론(excelon), 타미노(tamino), 세카이주(sekaiju) 등의 XML 전용 데이터베이스를 이용하여 본 발명의 목적에 맞게 구현될 수 있고, 자신의 기능을 달성하기 위하여 적당한 필드(field) 또는 엘리먼트(element)들을 가지고 있을 수 있다.
통신망(30)은 중계기(20)를 포함하여 스마트폰(10)과 영어문자소통서버(40)를 연결하는 망(network)으로서, 통신사에서 설치 운영하는 이동통신망(3G망, 4G망, WiBro망, LTE망 포함), 인터넷망/PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network)망을 포함할 수 있다.
중계기(20)는 기지국이거나 무선접속장치(Acess Point, AP)를 포함할 수 있다.

이렇게 편지 서문/맺음말 제공부(42)로부터 제공되거나 사용자에게 선택된 서문 및 맺음말은 스마트폰(10)의 표시창(16)에 표시된다.
영작학습 실행부(48)는 스마트폰(10)의 영작학습키(18)에 응답하여 미리 등록되어 있는 다양한 이북에 포함되어 있는 다양한 영작 학습용 컨텐츠 중에서 하나를 스마트폰(10)의 표시창(16)에 제공한다.
이때, 표시창(16)에 제공되는 영작 학습용 컨텐츠는 가장 쉬운 레벨부터 단계적으로 제공되거나, 사용자의 수준에 상관없이 임의적으로 하나를 제공하도록 하느 등 다양한 형태와 방식으로 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 경우에 따라 여행용 회화 책자 등에 정리되어 있는 것과 같이 다양한 컨텐츠(예컨대, 공항, 교통수단, 호텔, 식당 및 상점 등의 기초적이고 보편화된 내용들)를 표시창(16)에 표시한 후 사용자가 이 중에서 자신이 원하는 컨텐츠를 직접 선택하여 표시창(16)에 표시하도록 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 영어문자소통서버(40)에 이전에 저장되어 있던 사용자의 학습 내역을 불러와 최근에 사용자가 학습한 레벨이나 내용과 연결하여 단계적으로 학습이 이루어지도록 영작 학습용 컨텐츠를 제공할 수 있다.
한편, 도 4b에 도시된 바와 같이, 표시창(16)은 필요시 상하 두 개의 창으로 구분하여 상측 창(16a)에는 학습 전의 한글로 된 영작 학습용 컨텐츠 등을 표시하고, 하측 창(16b)에는 학습 후의 영작된 내용 등을 표시하여 사용자가 영작 전후의 문장을 비교하며 학습이 이루어지도록 설정하여 학습 효과가 향상되도록 할 수 있다.
이때, 표시창(16)의 창 배열 및 구분 형태는 도시된 바와 같이 상하 2 개로 구분된 창의 구성으로 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 범위 안에서 자유롭게 변경될 수 있다.
긴 절(구) 문장 쓰기 원리 제공부(43)는 일 예로서 스마트폰(10)의 입력창(17)에 입력된 검색 암호에 응답하여 미리 등록되어 있는 긴 절(구) 문장을 제공한다.
상기 검색 암호는 필요시 사용자가 스마트폰(10)의 입력창(17) 뿐만 아니라 마이크(미도시)를 통해 음성으로도 입력할 수 있으며, 긴 절(구) 문장 쓰기 원리 제공부(43)는 이렇게 마이크를 통해 입력된 음성 검색 암호에 응답하여 미리 등록되어 있는 해당하는 긴 절(구) 문장을 제공할 수도 있다.
또한, 긴 절(구) 문장 쓰기 원리 제공부(43)는 다른 예로서 초보자와 같이 입력창(17)에 검색 암호를 잘 모르는 사용자의 경우 검색 암호를 직접 입력하지 않고 스마트폰(10)의 원리키(13)를 이용하여 다양한 긴 절(구) 문장이 표시창(16)에 제공되도록 할 수도 있다. 이 경우 사용자는 긴 절(구) 문장 쓰기 원리 제공부(43)로부터 제공된 다양한 긴 절(구) 문장 중 원하는 문장을 선택할 수 있다.
원리키(13)를 사용하는 경우 최초 원리키(13)를 클릭하는 과정, 사용자가 도 6에 도시된 것과 같은 형용사절, 명사절, 접속사, 전치사 등 긴 절(구) 카테고리 중 하나를 선택하는 과정, 사용자가 선택된 카테고리 중 원하는 원리를 선택하는 과정과 같이 최소 3번의 복잡하고 단순한 공정이 반복되어야 하므로, 본 영어문자 소통 시스템의 사용이 익숙해진 사용자의 경우 시간이 지연되고 효율성이 저하되는 문제점이 발생할 수 있다.
그러나, 전자인 검색 암호를 입력하여 긴 절(구) 문장을 제공받는 방식의 경우, 상기의 원리키(13)를 이용하는 경우의 복잡한 과정이 모두 생략되고, 사용자가 원하는 원리를 한번에 검색으로 제공받을 수 있으므로, 시간이 단축되고 효율성이 향상될 수 있으므로 숙련된 사용자에게 유리할 수 있다.
예컨데, "나는/ 네가 아팠다/ 들었다" 라는 한글 문장을 영역하기 위해서, 긴 절(구) 문장 쓰기 원리 제공부(43)에 해당 명사절 원리를 "NC-7" 이라는 검색 암호로 설정해 놓고, 사용자가 입력창(17) 또는 마이크를 통해 이미 알고 있는 "NC-7" 을 입력하면 영어문자소통서버(40)에 미리 등록되어 있는 다양한 원리 교재 이북으로부터 해당하는 검색 암호 "NC-7" 에 대응하는 "I heard S+V" 의 문장을 검색하여 표시창(16)에 바로 표시할 수 있다. 여기서, "NC" 는 명사절의 영문 약자이며, "7" 은 미리 등록되어 있는 통합검색번호를 의미한다. 이러한 방법을 본 실시 형태에서는 일명 "뼈대 문장 다운받아 문장 완성하기"라고 한다.
이때, 상기 한글 문장은 특히 영작 학습용으로 제공되는 경우 "나는 들었다/ 네가 아팠다고."와 같이 영어 어순으로 제공될 수도 있다.
본 실시 예에서는 상기 검색 암호를 각각의 어법의 이니셜을 따서 기본 어법은 BG(basic grammar)으로, 형용사 절 어법은 AC로, 명사절은 NC로, 접속사 및 전치사 어법은 CJ로 설정할 수 있으나, 본 발명은 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 상기 검색 암호를 설정하는 방법과 구조는 다양하게 변경될 수 있다.
또한, 긴 절(구) 문장 쓰기 원리 제공부(43)는 표시창(16)에 표시되는 문장을 슬러쉬(/)로 단어와 단어 사이를 구분하여 표시하거나 밑줄 또는 상이한 색깔 등을 이용하여 각각 구분할 수 있다. 즉, 서로 대응되는 영어 부분과 한글 부분을 동일한 색으로 표현하는 등 여러 조합을 통해 긴 절(구) 문장을 사용자가 식별하기 용이하도록 표시할 수 있다.
이에 사용자가 표시창(16)에 표시된 긴 절(구) 문장을 상기 슬러쉬(/), 밑출 및 다양한 색상을 통해 구분하여 보다 쉽게 끊어서 블록으로 지정하거나 터치하여 선택할 수 있어 학습효과를 더 향상시킬 수 있다.
영어 회화체/이디엄 제공부(49)는 스마트폰(10)의 표시창(16)에 표시되는 미완성된 문장에 포함된 한글 회화체(속담 또는 구어체 문장) 또는 한글 이디엄(idiom: 관용구 또는 숙어 등)을 블록 지정하거나 터치하는 동작으로 선택하면 영어문자소통서버(40)과 이에 응답하여 선택된 한글 회화체 또는 한글 이디엄과 대응하는 적어도 하나의 영어 회화체 또는 영어 이디엄을 제공한다.
또한, 상기 한글 회화체 또는 한글 이디엄 등은 원하는 부분을 입력창(17)에 직접 입력하여 번역할 수도 있다.
이때, 영어 회화체/이디엄 제공부(49)는, 일 예로서 한글 회화체 또는 한글 이디엄에 대응하여 미리 확정되어 등록된 하나의 영어 회화체 또는 영어 이디엄을 자동으로 제공할 수 있다.
다른 예로서, 영어 회화체/이디엄 제공부(49)는 한글 회화체 또는 한글 이디엄에 대응하는 다양한 영어 회화체 또는 영어 이디엄을 표시창(16)을 통해 사용자에게 제공하고, 사용자가 이렇게 영어 회화체/이디엄 제공부(49)로부터 제공된 영어 회화체 또는 영어 이디엄 중 원하는 것을 선택하도록 할 수도 있다.

또한, 영어 회화체/이디엄 제공부(49)는 긴 절(구) 문장 쓰기 원리 제공부와 유사하게 영어 회화체 및 이디엄에도 검색 암호를 지정하여 입력창(17) 또는 마이크를 통해 검색 암호를 입력하면 해당 영어 회화체 또는 영어 이디엄이 바로 표시창(16)에 제공되도록 구성할 수 있다.
영어사전 제공부(44)는 스마트폰(10)의 표시창(16)에 표시되는 미완성된 문장에 포함된 한글단어를 블록 지정하거나 터치하는 동작으로 선택하면 영어문자소통서버(40)가 이에 응답하거나, 혹은 스마트폰(10)의 사전기(14)에 응답하여 미리 등록되어 있는 영어단어를 제공한다.
전자의 경우, 영어사전 제공부(44)는 선택된 한글단어에 대응하여 미리 확정되어 등록된 하나의 영어단어를 자동으로 제공한다.
후자의 경우, 영어사전 제공부(44)는 한글단어에 대응하는 다양한 영어단어를 표시창(16)을 통해 사용자에게 제공하고, 사용자가 영어사전 제공부(44)로부터 제공되는 다양한 영어단어 중 원하는 단어를 선택하도록 할 수 있다.
이때, 영어사전 제공부(44)는 한글단어의 하단으로 대응하는 다양한 영어단어를 열거하는 방식으로 제공할 수 있다.
이에 사용자가 열거된 영어단어 중 하나를 선택하면 대응하는 한글단어가 선택된 영어단어로 변환되거나, 예컨대 표시창(16)이 영작 전후의 2 개의 창으로 구분되게 이루어져 있는 경우 영작 후의 창에 선택된 영어단어가 표시되도록 할 수 있다.
기초회화 제공부(45)는 스마트폰(10)의 기초회화키(15)에 응답하여 미리 등록되어 있는 기초회화를 제공한다. 기초회화 제공부(45)는 사용자에게 다양한 상황의 기초회화를 표시창(16)에 제공하고, 사용자는 기초회화 제공부(45)로부터 제공되는 다양한 기초회화 중 원하는 문장을 선택하여 채팅이나 문자 서비스 등을 이용할 수 있다.
데이터 처리부(46)는 영어채팅 실행부(41) 또는 영작학습 실행부(48)에 응답하여 편지 서문/맺음말 제공부(42), 긴 절(구) 문장 쓰기 원리 제공부(43), 영어 회화체/이디엄 제공부(49), 영어사전 제공부(44) 및 기초회화 제공부(45)를 제어하는 한편, 이들로부터 제공되는 다양한 데이터들(예: 영작학습용 콘텐츠, 편지 서문/맺음말, 기 절(구) 문장, 영어단어, 기초회화 등)을 처리하여 통신부(47)를 통해 스마트폰(10)으로 제공한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 영어 기반 문자 소통 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 먼저 스마트폰(10)에 설치된 영어 문자 소통 서비스용 애플리케이션을 실행한다.
이후, 스마트폰(10)의 LCD 디스플레이부에 표시되는 영어 채팅키(11)를 선택하여 대화창으로서의 표시창(16)을 활성화한다(S51).

이후, 표시창(16)에 쓰고 싶은 내용으로서의 본문을 작성한다. 본문은 사용자가 스마트폰(10)의 입력창(17) 또는 마이크를 이용하여 검색 암호를 직접 입력하거나 원리키(13) 또는 사전키(14)를 이용한 단계적 문장 선택 과정을 거쳐 작성할 수 있다.
이때, 사용자가 입력창(17) 또는 마이크를 통해 검색 암호를 입력하면 이렇게 입력된 검색 암호에 대응하는 긴 절(구) 문장이 제공된다.
상기 긴 절(구) 문장은 형용사절, 명사절, 전치사, 접속사 및 의문사 등 다양한 형태로 제공될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 도 14에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 긴 절(구) 문장은 다양한 명사절 형태로 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 사용자가 원리키(13)를 사용하는 경우 긴 절(구) 문장 쓰기 원리 제공부(43)를 통해 제공되는 긴 절(구) 문장 중 하나를 선택할 수 있다(S53). 예를 들면, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 사용자는 'I heard that S+V'를 선택할 수 있다.
그런 다음, 상기 단계(S53)에서 제공되거나 선택된 긴 절(구) 문장에 모르는 영어 단어와 대응하는 한글 단어를 포함하여 미완성된 문장을 완성한다(S54).
즉, 모르는 영어 단어에 대응하는 한글 단어를 포함하여 문장을 완성한다. 예를 들면, 도 7 및 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이, 'I heard that / you will pass this 시험.'을 완성한다.
상기 단계(S54)에서 한글 단어를 포함한 영어 문장이 완성되면, 상기 한글 단어를 블록 지정 또는 터치하여 선택하거나 사전키(14)를 활용하여 상기 실시예의 경우 한글로 표기된 "시험"을 영어 단어로 변환하여 영어 문장을 완성한다(S55).
일례로, 도 7 및 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 문장은 "시험"을 "test"로 변환하여, 'I heard that you will pass this test.'의 완전한 영어 문장을 완성할 수 있다.
*이렇게 한글 단어를 영어 단어로 변환하는 방법은 사용자의 영어 수준에 따라 2가지의 방법으로 설정할 수 있다.
첫 번째 방법은, 영어 단어를 잘 모르는 영어 초급자에게 제공하는 영어 단어 자동변환방법으로서, 이 방법은 별도의 사전키(14)를 사용하거나 사용자가 영어단어를 직접 선택하는 과정이 없어서 실행 단계를 한 단계 생략하는 것이 가능하여 조작이 단순하다. 다만, 영어변환과정에서 실제 한글의 뜻과 매칭되지 않는 동의어가 선택될 수 있는 단점이 있다.
이 방법은 사용자가 표시창(16)에 표시되는 한글단어를 블록 지정하거나 터치하면 미리 등록된 최적화된 영어단어로 자동변환한다.
두 번째 방법은, 어느 정도 영어단어를 알고 있는 영어 중급자 이상인 사용자에게 제공하는 영어단어 변환방법으로서, 표시창(16)에 표시되는 한글 단어에 대응하여 미리 등록된 다양한 영어단어가 표시되고, 이렇게 표시된 다양한 영어단어 중 어느 하나를 사용자가 선택하면 상기 한글단어를 선택된 영어단어로 변환한다. 이 방법은 필요시 사전키(14)를 이용할 수 있다.

먼저, 스마트폰(10)에 설치된 영어 문자 소통 서비스용 애플리케이션을 실행한다.

영작은 사용자가 스마트폰(10)의 입력창(17) 또는 마이크를 이용하여 검색 암호를 입력하거나 원리키(13)와 사전키(14)를 이용하여 긴 절(구) 문장 원리를 제공받는 과정을 통해 작성할 수 있다.
이때, 사용자가 입력창(17) 또는 마이크를 통해 검색 암호를 입력하면 긴 절(구) 문장 쓰기 원리 제공부(43)는 입력된 검색 암호에 대응하는 긴 절(구) 문장을 제공한다.

또한, 원리키(13)를 이용하여 검색 암호를 입력하는 대신에 형용사절, 명사절, 전치사, 접속사 및 의문사 등 다양한 형태의 긴 절(구) 문장을 단계적인 선택 과정을 통해 제공받을 수 있다.
상기 원리키(13)를 이용하는 과정은, 먼저 스마트폰(10)의 원리키(13)를 클릭하여 표시창(16)에 형용사절, 명사절, 전치사, 접속사 및 의문사 등의 긴 절(구) 문장 구조가 표시되게 하고, 사용자가 이 중 하나(본 실시 형태에서는 "NC(명사절)")를 클릭하고, 이후 검색 암호 숫자가 다시 표시창(16)에 표시되면 이 중 상기 예문에 해당하는 "7"을 클릭하여 긴 절(구) 문장을 제공받을 수 있다.
이때, 원리키(13)에 의해 제공되는 문법은 기본 문법인 BG, 형용사절에 대한 AC, 명사절에 대한 NC, 접속사 및 전치사에 대한 CJ 등으로 구분하여 사용자가 이해하기 쉬운 구조로 구성될 수 있으나, 본 발명이 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.

한편, 표시창(16)에서 한글 회화체 또는 한글 이디엄을 블록 지정 또는 터치하여 선택함으로써 영어 회화체/이디엄 제공부(49)를 통해 선택된 한글 회화체 또는 한글 이디엄에 대응하는 적어도 하나의 영어 회화체 또는 영어 이디엄을 제공받을 수 있다.

한편, 상기 한글로 표시된 부분에 대한 내용을 학습자가 잘 모르겠는 경우, 유사한 구조 예문을 다운받아 이를 참고하여 원하는 문장으로 변경할 수도 있다.
예를 들어, 도 25에 도시된 바와 같이, "I heard S+V" 구조인 "I heard you were diligent."를 다운받은 후 이 문장의 구조를 보고 번역키 등을 이용하여 "I heard you were sick."이라는 본래의 문장을 완성할 수 있다.
도 26 내지 도 28에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 구조 예문은 그 특성에 따라 분류 문법 예문, 패턴 문법 예문, 무작위 통합 문법 예문 등으로 구분할 수 있다.
상기 분류 문법 예문은 기본 문법인 BG, 형용사절에 대한 AC, 명사절에 대한 NC, 접속사 및 전치사에 대한 CJ 등의 검색 암호로 구분할 수 있으며, 초급 영작 학습자가 쉬운 구조의 쓰기/말하기 예문을 보고 싶을 때 선택할 수 있다.
상기 패턴 문법 예문은 5형식, To 부정사 및 분사 등의 17 챕터 내외의 문법 패턴으로 구분될 수 있으며, 학습자가 같은 패턴을 여러 개 보고 싶을 때 선택할 수 있다.
상기 무작위 통합 문법 예문은 문법의 분류 없이 통합되어 검색 번호를 이용하여 입력창(17)에서 직접 뼈대 문장(또는 기본 문장)을 입력시켜 다운받는 것이며, 고급 사용자가 간편하게 검색을 하여 사용하고자 할 때 선택할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명은 구조 예문을 다운받을 때 상기 3가지 방법을 병행하거나 연속적으로 사용하거나 이외 다른 형식의 구조 예문도 사용이 가능하며, 본 발명의 범위가 상기 실시예로 한정되는 것은 아니다.
위와 같이 본 실시 예에서는, 학습자가 다른 예문 공식을 보며 번역키(단어 및 숙어, 기타 문장 번역) 등의 기능과 함께 문장을 완성하게 되므로 한글과는 다른 영어 어순에도 자연스럽게 익숙해지도록 할 수 있다. 따라서, 일반 텍스트 북을 이용한 기본 영작 학습과 같은 별도의 문법 책, 단어 사전 및 회화 사전 등이 불필요하게 된다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 방법의 다른 실시예에 의하면 상기 실시예에서 설명한 것 이외에 다른 긴 절(구) 문장 쓰기 원리를 적용할 수도 있는데, 이들을 예시하여 보면 다음과 같다.
도 12는 형용사절(구) 목적어 및 보어 꾸미기 원리를 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면이고, 도 13은 형용사절(구) 주어 꾸미기 원리를 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면이고, 도 14 내지 도 16은 명사절 호환 원리를 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면들이며, 도 17 및 도 18은 전치사 접속사 호환 원리를 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면들이고, 도 19는 짧게 말하기 원리를 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면이고, 도 20은 의문사 원리를 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면이고, 도 21은 단어 번역의 원리를 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면이다.
본 실시 예에서는, 도 12에 도시된 예들과 같이 기본 문장과 여기에 결합되어 완성되는 복수의 문장을 컬러로 구분하여 나열형으로 제시하는 것이며, 이들 중 원하는 문장을 터치하여 선택하면 최종 결합 문장이 완성되어 표현하고자 하는 대화를 가능하게 하는 것이다.
한편, 본 발명은 위와 같은 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 방법에 의해 제작되는 전자 학습 매체 또는 학습 인쇄물을 포함할 수 있다.
예컨대, 도 28에 도시된 바와 같이, 학습 인쇄물로 제작되는 경우, 영작 학습을 위한 적어도 하나의 한글 문장 "나는/ 네가 아팠다고/ 들었다."를 표시하고, 그 아래에 상기 한글 문장과 대응하는 긴 절(구) 문장 원리로서 "I heard that"과 상기 긴 절(구) 문장 원리에 포함되지 않은 한글 단어 "아팠다고" 등과 대응하는 "sick, were" 등의 도움 어휘를 표시하여, 사용자가 상기 긴 절(구) 문장 원리 및 도움 어휘를 참고하여 영어 문장을 완성하도록 한다.
이때, 상기 한글 문장은 "나는 들었다/ 네가 아팠다고"와 같이 한글 어순이 아닌 영어 어순으로 배치할 수 있으며, 본 발명이 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 상기 한글 문장의 어순은 필요에 따라 여러가지 형태로 배치될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 한글 문장 중 긴 절(구) 문장 원리에 대응되는 "나는" 및 "들었다"는 예컨대 적색과 같이 다른 부분과 구분되는 색상으로 표시할 수 있다.
또한, 필요시 긴 절(구) 문장 원리 및 도움 어휘의 표시를 생략하여 중급 이상의 학습자의 경우 주어진 한글 문장을 직접 번역할 수 있도록 구성할 수 있다.
이상에서와 같이 본 발명의 기술적 사상은 바람직한 실시예에서 구체적으로 기술되었으나, 상기한 바람직한 실시예는 본 발명의 설명을 위한 것이며, 본 발명을 제한하기 위한 것은 아니다.

    상기 영어 회화체/이디엄 제공부는, 상기 사용자가 상기 표시창 상에서 상기 한글 회화체 또는 한글 이디엄을 선택하면 이와 대응하는 복수의 영어 회화체 또는 영어 이디엄을 상기 한글 회화체 또는 한글 이디엄의 하단으로 열거하는 방식으로 상기 표시창을 통해 상기 사용자에게 제공하고, 상기 사용자가 열거되는 상기 영어 회화체 또는 영어 이디엄들 중 어느 하나를 선택하면 상기 한글 회화체 또는 한글 이디엄이 선택된 영어 회화체 또는 영어 이디엄으로 변환하도록 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 시스템.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 영작학습 실행부는 사용자가 영어 문자 소통 서버에 미리 저장된 영작학습용 컨텐츠들 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 상기 표시창에 표시하도록 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 시스템.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 영작학습 실행부는 사용자가 영어 문자 소통 서버에 사전에 저장된 영작학습용 컨텐츠들 중 어느 하나를 임의적으로 상기 표시창에 표시하도록 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 시스템.
  13. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 영작학습 실행부는 사용자가 영어 문자 소통 서버에 기저장된 사용자의 학습 내역을 불러와 최근 학습한 컨텐츠를 기준으로 다음 단계의 영작학습용 컨텐츠를 상기 표시창에 표시하도록 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 시스템.
  14. 영어 채팅키를 이용하여 표시창을 활성화하는 단계;
    편지키를 이용하여 편지 서문/맺음말 제공부로부터 제공되는 다양한 서문/맺음말 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 상기 표시창에 표시하는 단계;
    원리키를 이용하거나 사용자가 검색 암호를 입력하여 긴 절(구) 문장 쓰기 원리 제공부로부터 제공되는 다양한 긴 절(구) 문장들 중 사용자가 원하는 긴 절(구) 문장과 모르는 영어단어에 대응하는 한글 단어를 포함하는 영어문장을 상기 표시창에 표시하는 단계;
    상기 사용자가 상기 한글 단어를 선택하면 영어단어 제공부를 통해 상기 한글단어에 대응하는 적어도 하나의 영어단어를 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 한글단어를 상기 영어단어 제공부로부터 제공되는 확정된 하나의 영어단어로 변환하여 완성된 영어문장을 상기 표시창에 표시하거나, 상기 한글단어를 상기 영어 단어 제공부로부터 제공되는 복수의 영어단어 중 선택된 어느 하나로 변환하여 완성된 영어문장을 상기 표시창에 표시하는 단계; 를 포함하는 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 방법.
  15. 영작 학습키를 이용하여 표시창을 활성화하고, 영작 학습 실행부로부터 제공되는 영작 학습을 위한 적어도 하나의 한글 문장을 상기 표시창에 표시하는 단계;
    원리키를 이용하거나 사용자가 검색 암호를 입력하여 긴 절(구) 문장 쓰기 원리 제공부로부터 제공되는 다양한 긴 절(구) 문장 중 사용자가 원하는 긴 절(구) 문장과 모르는 영어 단어에 대응하는 한글 단어를 포함하는 영어 문장을 상기 표시창에 표시하는 단계;
    상기 사용자가 상기 한글 단어를 선택하면 영어 단어 제공부를 통해 상기 한글 단어에 대응하는 적어도 하나의 영어 단어를 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 한글 단어를 상기 영어 단어 제공부로부터 제공되는 확정된 하나의 영어 단어로 변환하여 완성된 영어 문장을 상기 표시창에 표시하거나, 상기 한글 단어를 상기 영어 단어 제공부로부터 제공되는 복수의 영어 단어 중 선택된 어느 하나로 변환하여 완성된 영어 문장을 상기 표시창에 표시하는 단계; 를 포함하는 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 방법.
  16. 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서,
    상기 검색 암호는 상기 휴대용 단말기의 입력창 또는 마이크를 통해 입력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 방법.
  17. 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서,
    상기 표시창에서 한글 회화체 또는 한글 이디엄을 선택하면 영어 회화체/이디엄 제공부를 통해 상기 한글 회화체 또는 한글 이디엄에 대응하는 적어도 하나의 영어 회화체 또는 영어 이디엄을 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 한글 회화체 또는 한글 이디엄을 상기 영어 회화체/이디엄 제공부로부터 제공되는 확정된 하나의 영어 회화체 또는 영어 이디엄으로 자동 변환하여 완성된 영어 문장을 상기 채팅/학습창에 표시하거나, 상기 한글 회화체 또는 한글 이디엄을 상기 영어 회화체/이디엄 제공부로부터 제공되는 복수의 영어 회화체 또는 영어 이디엄 중 선택된 어느 하나로 변환하여 완성된 영어 문장을 상기 표시창에 표시하는 단계; 를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 방법.
  18. 제 15 항에 있어서,
    상기 영작 학습을 위한 학습 컨텐츠를 상기 표시창에 표시하는 단계 이전에, 사용자가 영어 문자 소통 서버에 미리 저장된 영작학습용 컨텐츠들 중 하나를 선택할 수 있도록 상기 표시창에 표시하는 단계를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 방법.
  19. 제 15 항에 있어서,
    상기 영작 학습을 위한 학습 컨텐츠를 상기 표시창에 표시하는 단계 이전에, 사용자가 영어 문자 소통 서버에 저장되어 있는 사용자의 학습 내역을 불러와 최근 학습한 컨텐츠를 기준으로 다음 단계의 영작학습용 컨텐츠를 상기 표시창에 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 방법.
  20. 영작 학습을 위한 적어도 하나의 한글 문장을 표시하는 단계;
    상기 한글 문장과 대응하는 긴 절(구) 문장 원리 및 상기 긴 절(구) 문장 원리에 포함되지 않은 영어 단어와 대응하는 적어도 하나의 도움 어휘를 표시하는 단계; 및
    상기 긴 절(구) 문장 원리 및 도움 어휘를 참고하여 영어 문장을 완성하는 단계; 를 포함하는 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서,
    상기 한글 문장을 표시하는 단계는, 한글 문장을 영어 어순으로 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 방법.
  22. 제20항에 있어서,
    상기 한글 문장 중 긴 절(구) 문장 원리에 대응되는 부분은 구분되도록 별도의 색상으로 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 방법.
  23. 제15항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항의 쓰기 말하기 원리를 적용한 영어 기반 문자 소통 방법에 의해 제작되는 전자 학습 매체.
