一种手持式清洁机,包括壳体(1),形成在壳体中部的手柄(2),手柄上设置有开关(3)。壳体的头部连接刷头(4)。壳体底部连接水箱(5),壳体内还设置有电机(6)。电机的输出轴设置有吸风风叶(7),壳体上还设置有出风口(8)。吸风风叶和刷头之间设置有水气分离装置。水气分离装置包括水气分离腔体(9)。水气分离腔体内设置有旋风导风轴(10)。旋风导风轴具有导风腔(11),导风腔的侧壁上开设有导风口(12)。水气分离腔体与一进汽通道(13)及一出液通道(14)联通。旋风导风轴的导风腔与一出气通道(15)联通,出液通道的下端出水口对准水箱,进汽通道与刷头的输出端联通。该手持清洁机采用了旋风结构,分离彻底,且不会形成污水的飞溅。

Description

一种手持式清洁机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种手持式清洁机。
背景技术
手持式清洁机一般用于清洁玻璃等。 现有的手持式清洁机一般包括壳体, 壳体的中部形 成有手柄, 手柄上设有开关; 壳体的头部连接刷头, 壳体的底部连接水箱, 壳体内还设有电 机, 电机的输出轴设有吸风风叶, 该壳体上还开设有出风口; 在吸风风叶和刷头之间设有水 气分离装置。 其工作原理为: 按动开关, 电机工作, 通过吸风风叶吸风, 刷头处产生负压, 通过刷头可将灰尘、 污水吸入刷头, 经过水气分离装置后将污水进行收集, 气体通过出风口 排出机体外。
现有手持式清洁机的水气分离装置一般采用一弧形的挡水板, 污水冲到挡水板上后, 污 水被挡, 从而实现水气分离。 其还存在的缺点在于: 采用挡水板的形式水气分离不彻底, 且 污水冲击挡水板后会飞溅开来, 污染机体内部。
发明内容
为克服现有手持式清洁机的上述不足, 本发明提供一种水气分离更加彻底的手持式清洁机。 本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是: 一种手持式清洁机, 包括壳体, 所述壳体的中部 形成有手柄, 所述的手柄上设有开关;
所述壳体的头部连接刷头, 所述壳体的底部连接水箱, 所述的壳体内还设有电机, 所述 电机的输出轴设有吸风风叶, 该壳体上还开设有出风口;
在所述的吸风风叶和所述的刷头之间设有水气分离装置;
所述的水气分离装置包括包括一水气分离腔体,所述水气分离腔体内设有一旋风导风轴, 所述的旋风导风轴具有导风腔, 所述导风腔的侧壁上开设有导风口;
所述水气分离腔体与一进汽通道及一出液通道联通, 所述旋风导风轴的导风腔与一出气 通道联通, 所述出液通道的下端的出水口对准所述的水箱, 所述的进汽通道与所述刷头的输 出端联通。
进一步, 所述的电机设于所述壳体的下部, 所述的出风口与所述吸风风叶的位置相对应; 所述的水气分离装置设于所述壳体的上部。
进一步, 所述的壳体具有与所述的手柄对应的管道部, 所述的管道部内设有水管及气管; 所述水管的上端与所述出液通道的出水口连接, 所述水管的下端与所述的水箱联通; 所述气 管的上端与所述的出气通道连接。
进一步, 所述的吸风风叶外设有风叶支架, 所述气管的下端与所述的风叶支架联通。
本发明还具有如下附加技术特征:
所述刷头的输出端与所述的进汽通道之间通过刷头接头管联通。
所述的水箱与所述的壳体之间可拆卸连接。
所述的电机设有电池。
所述的电池为纽扣电池, 所述的纽扣电池外设有电池盖。
所述的水箱上设有倒水口, 所述的倒水口上塞设有塞帽; 所述水箱的上端面设有落水口, 所述的落水口向所述的水箱内延伸出导流管, 所述水管的下端与所述的落水口联通。
所述刷头的进口处设有导风槽; 所述导风腔的导风口背对所述的进汽通道。
本发明的工作原理与现有的手持式清洁机的工作原理基本相同: 按动开关, 电机工作, 通过吸风风叶吸风, 刷头处产生负压, 通过刷头可将灰尘、 污水吸入刷头, 经过水气分离装 置后将污水进行收集, 气体通过出风口排出机体外。 与现有的手持式清洁机不同的是水气分 离的方式。 在本发明中, 水气混合物通过进汽通道进入到水气分离腔体内, 在水气分离腔体 内, 气体绕旋风导风轴运行形成旋风, 旋风通过导风口进入到旋风导风轴的导风腔内, 然后 从出气通道流出; 而污水在旋转风的离心力以及自身的重力作用下进入出液通道直接流出。
本发明的有益效果在于: 1.采用旋风结构的水气分离装置, 水气分离更彻底, 且不会产生 污水的飞溅。 2.水箱可拆卸, 便于维修及更换电池。 3. 刷头的进口处设有导风槽, 利于水气混 合物的吸入。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照图 1~图7, 1.一种手持式清洁机, 包括壳体 1, 所述壳体 1的中部形成有手柄 2, 所 述的手柄 2上设有开关 3。 所述壳体 1的头部连接刷头 4, 所述壳体 1的底部连接水箱 5, 所述的壳体 1内还设有电 机 6, 所述电机 6的输出轴设有吸风风叶 7, 该壳体 1上还开设有出风口 8。
在所述的吸风风叶 7和所述的刷头 4之间设有水气分离装置。 所述的水气分离装置包括 包括一水气分离腔体 9, 所述水气分离腔体 9内设有旋风导风轴 10, 本实施例中旋风导风轴 10采用轴向设置, 可取得更好得旋风效果。 所述的旋风导风轴 10具有导风腔 11, 所述导风 腔 11的侧壁上开设有导风口 12。
所述水气分离腔体 9与一进汽通道 13及一出液通道 14联通, 所述旋风导风轴的导风腔 11与一出气通道 15联通, 所述出液通道 14的下端的出水口对准所述的水箱 5, 所述的进汽 通道 13与所述刷头 4的输出端联通, 本实施例中所述刷头 4的输出端与所述的进汽通道 13 之间通过刷头接头管 16联通, 所述导风腔的导风口 12背对所述的进汽通道 13, 利于形成旋 风效果。
本实施例中, 所述的电机 6设于所述壳体 1的下部, 所述的出风口 8与所述吸风风叶 7 的位置相对应, 所述的水气分离装置设于所述壳体 1的上部, 布局更合理。
本实施例中, 所述的壳体 1具有与所述的手柄对应的管道部 17, 所述的管道部 17内设 有水管 18及气管 19; 所述水管 18的上端与所述出液通道 14的出水口连接, 所述水管 18的 下端与所述的水箱 5联通; 所述气管 19的上端与所述的出气通道 15连接。通过水管 18和气 管 19进行排水和排气, 排放更规整。 本实施例中所述的吸风风叶 7外设有风叶支架 20, 所 述气管 19的下端与所述的风叶支架 20联通,排气更畅通;所述水箱的上端面设有落水口 21, 所述的落水口 21 向所述的水箱内延伸出导流管 22, 所述水管 18的下端与所述的落水口 21 联通, 排水更畅通, 污水一点都不会外溅。
本实施例中, 所述的水箱 5与所述的壳体 1之间可拆卸连接, 具体可采用卡扣连接等, 甚至壳体 1可直接搁置在水箱 5上。 所述的电机设有电池 23, 该电池 23可采用纽扣电池, 所述的纽扣电池外设有电池盖 24, 拆卸水箱 4后可对电池进行更换。
本实施例中, 所述的水箱 5上设有倒水口, 所述的倒水口上塞设有塞帽 25, 打开塞帽 25 后可将水箱中的水倒出。
本实施例中, 所述刷头的进口处设有导风槽 26, 导风槽 26优选为波浪形, 利于水气混 合物的吸入。
本发明的工作原理与现有的手持式清洁机的工作原理基本相同: 按动开关 3, 电机 6工 作, 通过吸风风叶 7吸风, 刷头 4处产生负压, 通过刷头 4可将灰尘、 污水吸入刷头, 经过 水气分离装置后将污水进行收集, 气体通过出风口 8排出机体外。 与现有的手持式清洁机不 同的是水气分离的方式。在本发明中,水气混合物通过进汽通道 13进入到水气分离腔体 9内, 在水气分离腔体 9内, 气体绕旋风导风轴 10运行形成旋风, 旋风通过导风口 12进入到旋风 导风轴的导风腔 11内, 然后从出气通道 15流出, 而污水在旋转风的离心力以及自身的重力 作用下进入出液通道 14直接流出。

1.一种手持式清洁机, 包括壳体, 所述壳体的中部形成有手柄, 所述的手柄上设有开关; 所述壳体的头部连接刷头, 所述壳体的底部连接水箱, 所述的壳体内还设有电机, 所述 电机的输出轴设有吸风风叶, 该壳体上还开设有出风口;
在所述的吸风风叶和所述的刷头之间设有水气分离装置;
其特征在于: 所述的水气分离装置包括包括一水气分离腔体, 所述水气分离腔体内设有 一旋风导风轴, 所述的旋风导风轴具有导风腔, 所述导风腔的侧壁上开设有导风口;
所述水气分离腔体与一进汽通道及一出液通道联通, 所述旋风导风轴的导风腔与一出气 通道联通, 所述出液通道的下端的出水口对准所述的水箱, 所述的进汽通道与所述刷头的输 出端联通。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的手持式清洁机, 其特征在于: 所述的电机设于所述壳体的下部, 所述的出风口与所述吸风风叶的位置相对应; 所述的水气分离装置设于所述壳体的上部。
3.如权利要求 2所述的手持式清洁机, 其特征在于: 所述的壳体具有与所述的手柄对应 的管道部, 所述的管道部内设有水管及气管;
所述水管的上端与所述出液通道的出水口连接, 所述水管的下端与所述的水箱联通; 所述气管的上端与所述的出气通道连接。
4.如权利要求 3所述的手持式清洁机, 其特征在于: 所述的吸风风叶外设有风叶支架, 所述气管的下端与所述的风叶支架联通。
5.如权利要求 1~4之一所述的手持式清洁机, 其特征在于: 所述刷头的输出端与所述的 进汽通道之间通过刷头接头管联通。
6.如权利要求 1~4之一所述的手持式清洁机, 其特征在于: 所述的水箱与所述的壳体之 间可拆卸连接。
7.如权利要求 6所述的手持式清洁机, 其特征在于: 所述的电机设有电池。
8.如权利要求 7所述的手持式清洁机, 其特征在于: 所述的电池为纽扣电池, 所述的纽 扣电池外设有电池盖。
9.如权利要求 4所述的手持式清洁机, 其特征在于: 所述的水箱上设有倒水口, 所述的 倒水口上塞设有塞帽;
所述水箱的上端面设有落水口, 所述的落水口向所述的水箱内延伸出导流管, 所述水管 的下端与所述的落水口联通。
10.如权利要求 1~4之一所述的手持式清洁机, 其特征在于: 所述刷头的进口处设有导风 槽; 所述导风腔的导风口背对所述的进汽通道。
